Short advice from a YouTube video ("Things to Make Sure on Co-hosting PART II") urging co-hosts to set expectations early, review and agree on contracts, and pre-plan how to handle stressful situations to avoid future tension and conflicts.
Make sure that the expectations are set very early, make sure that you like the contract that you have and that they go over it with them and make sure that everything is understood on the front end. And then that'll help things go like, way more smoothly versus run into an issue. And then you realize you guys hadn't planned out how you were going to handle that ahead of time. You don't want to create any unnecessary tension if you're going to run into a stressful situation. It's a lot less stressful if you've already game planned with whoever it is you're going to be working with, how you'd like to handle those kinds of things.
