But that helps us coordinate with everyone in the team internally, being able to make sure we know where things are, you know, find, find messages easily, be able to find all the materials that we need to operate to business. So that, that's another. I don't, I don't think people talk about that as much, but having that nice internal communication software is really important as you, as you scale your business. We don't use, you know, Turnover, B and B or any of those other kind of cleaning software. We think it's actually really important to find someone that you can work with all, you know, kind of exclusively or primarily. And then you just enter, you just coordinate your calendar with them separately, which is what we do. And I think we've done it with decent results. That's cool. And discord is one that I haven't heard mentioned too many times.
