A short YouTube transcript (Mark Simpson) where two speakers discuss how hiring virtual assistants (VAs) has changed daily routines. Speaker A explains they focus on high-value tasks they cannot or prefer not to delegate—specifically content creation and developing communities around properties—while delegating other tasks to VAs.
You've got VA's now. How is your day to day routine changed from what it started off as to what it is now?
I've realized what where I bring value to my business is content creation and then develop like putting together these communities I'll probably never be able to delegate. I'm not going to say never. But the hardest part to delegate on the development side is just like I said, like one of my superpowers is being able to identify unique like properties and like the highest and best use for a property. So me putting together communities, looking at properties and and content creation is the only thing I focus on. And that's what I've told myself.
