Here's my top tip. Get a pink or a gold envelope. Who would not open a gold envelope because they think it's Willy Wonka and they're going to win something. Tip number one. Tip number two is put something cool inside the letter. So obviously the letter is going to be whatever your letter is going to be. You're going to write to them and you're going to say what you're looking for. Whether you want to introduce your short term or medium term rental business for their staff members so they can come and stay with you or homeowners or whatever, co hosting, whatever, the copy is going to speak to what you put in. So if you're going to put a sweet, just say, I've left something sweet for you. Or this deal's super sweet, here's some candy. Or if you're going to put in an Amazon gift card, it's going to say, hey, Black Friday is coming up. Here's a little treat on me. Or a scratch card. You know, one of those little lotto scratch cards. It could be today, could be your lucky day. Scratch a lottery ticket and then give me a call.
