Hi, I'm Andy. I'm the CEO and co founder of touchday Digital Guidebooks. What's that? It's a digital version of the welcome manual. So that thing that you either printed and put in a laminated thing on the coffee table or that used to send as a word doc or a PDF, why did we start it? Because we're guests. We don't own properties, we don't manage properties. We stay in properties. And we've had, frankly, one too many bad experiences. Not because the property was bad and not because the location was bad, but because the communication was bad. And it wasn't that the host or the manager didn't know the answers. They always knew the answers. But I had to ask and they had to answer. And it seemed to us that both parties were wasting time. So by putting it online and making it accessible by a simple click of a web link. So you send a web link to your guests, everyone's problems are solved. So that's Touch Day. We're really excited to be part of this book and the chapter we're writing, and thank you.
