So the mindset is what needs transformation. Right? So I've done 27 startups. I can honestly tell you that. Like two of them when we started them. I use one, my Glow Golf business, Glow in the dark, miniature golf and shopping malls. It was topgolf before topgolf. And we actually sold our technology to topgolf so they could do all the tracking and everything. That was the only business that we, my partner Reg Booth and I did really, truly thinking of scale first. Now people come in and they buy a short term rental. And a lot of US are putting 50,000, 100,000, sometimes $200,000 plus in cash to invest. Until I got outside of real estate, I've never invested more than $25,000 to start a company. 1 to 50 million plus 2 additionals to 30 million plus 4 over 10 million plus.
