Hi, my name is Tricia Phillips and I live near Thirsk in North Yorkshire. I met Mark about six months ago, maybe a little bit longer, after I'd set up my own glamping business of shepherd's huts, which I'd chosen because they were very good quality, high end. I live on a working farm, so I thought it would be a good diversification of the farm to get some money in. After I'd come out of a career of teaching, we invested a lot of money into the glamping business and set up the website and got everything ready. And I was waiting for the bookings to come in and I got precisely none, which was obviously a big concern. I then spoke to some people who had forwarded some grant money to me through Scarborough and Coventry University. Then he put me in touch with Mark Simpson, who runs the Boostley Academy. When Mark first came on board, the business was dead in the water. We had no bookings, we were going nowhere. I got a Facebook page, but it wasn't generating any business. And Mark took me basically by the hand, looked after me, sorted out my business and talk to me about how to market the business. And he's done this mostly through the Boost Lee training site, having some fantastic ideas and good training and videos and all sorts of help. Mark has turned my business around and now my bookings are coming in. I was fully booked through the summer. Autumn's three quarters booked already. It's just fantastic. I can't recommend him highly enough. Without Mark, I don't have a business, he has just run with it and the bookings are coming in. I think the biggest support with the Boost Lee training is the fact that Mark is on hand. He's there to help. Doesn't matter what time of day it is, you can leave messages, anything, and he gets back to you. And it's the support that he gives has been the biggest thing for me alongside all the training. Knowing someone's there to help you when you have absolutely no idea what you're doing, it's just been an absolute godsend. So, yeah, I recommend the boostly training site 100%.
