If you go in to see an agent, my advice is always this. As you say, you don't go in and saying, have you any properties? And you certainly don't go in saying anything. I'll consider anything. Because the agent just goes, this person hasn't got a freaking clue what they're talking about. You go in with a sample of maybe one or two properties that are of specific interest to you. You go in and you are very clear on what you're saying, the sort of client you have, and you're upfront with the agent that it is your intention to put your corporate clients into that property.
