Mark Simpson demos Turno, a marketplace that connects property managers with local cleaners. Post a cleaning job, get bids from qualified cleaners in your area, review their experience and host reviews, then assign them as primary or backup for your properties.
Our cleaner marketplace helps tons of hosts and property managers every single day, looking to expand their cleaning staff, find cleaners for new markets, backup cleaners, or even finding their very first cleaner. To take advantage of the tool, all you have to do is log into your Cherno account and put in a cleaner search for one of your markets. Then the cleaners in your area will place bids on that cleaner search to join your team. As you go through the bids, you'll be able to see their qualifications, experience levels, reviews from other hosts in your area, which is really nice. And then, after accepting those bids, you can communicate with the cleaners for expectation setting, interviews, price negotiations, and even in person walkthroughs of the property. And once you have done your additional screening and determined that they're a good fit for the team, you can assign them to the properties as either a primary cleaner or a backup cleaner.
