Update On The 'Heads On beds' Series For Boostly. 🚀

Before we start today's episode of the Boostly podcast, I have got some exciting news to share with you. For the month of July, I am giving away one month trial of the Boostly content creator. Now, you may be asking, you may be thinking, well, what is the Boostly content creator host that I have come into contact with in the five years of doing Boostly? And when I say to them, you need to be posting every single day on social media, you need to be emailing, emailing your guest and your list, they always say to me, I haven't got the time. And I can't think of a better month to promote the Boostly content creator than July. Because right now everybody around the world is busy, busy, busy, busy. And they haven't got the time to think about the marketing or the social media or the emails, when in fact the best time to do marketing is when you're at your busiest because that means that you always have a pipeline coming through. So I created the Boostly content creator for busy hosts. Now what do you get? Every single month you get 30 to 40 pieces of fresh social media content that you can use for your social media channels. LinkedIn, Instagram, etc. You also get video templates which are designed to stop the scroll on social media, which is really powerful. Email templates designed by expert copywriters that are working so well. Georgina Bearman messaged up in our Facebook group to say that she used to one of the email templates and got free bookings, direct bookings instantly, which more than covered the cost. You also now get website headline generator tools. You get a money back guarantee and you can cancel anytime. The price is only five pound a month. And right now when you sign up, you go into the boostlycontentcreator.com you add to your basket in the coupon code section, you type in July and you get the first month free. Now that is only available for the month of July. After that it's five pound. If you don't want to continue, you can just cancel at any time. But please make sure that you go and you use the booster content creator. My goal is a month in the month of July is to get 1,000 new hosts to register and sign up. This is how powerful I know this tool is because the email templates in itself are providing a massive return of investment and I would love for you you to come and join. This is for new members only. Just go to boostlycontent creator.com add it to your basket in coupon code July and I'll see you on the other side. Right now we've got that out of the way. Let's get on with today's podcast episode. Okay, welcome back to the very special series where I am helping a host here in Javier get more bookings. And we've got a little update to share with everybody. So, as you know, one of the last times I spoke about the series that we're doing of trying to get heads on beds for a host in the area, the Boostly Tune up series, as we're calling it, we were starting to do some more proactive marketing activities. And one of the things we were doing is we're trying to get people to sign up to the email list. But I've got some good news. As you can see on the screen, if you're watching this on the video, if you're watching back on the audio or anywhere like that, listen on the audio, whatnot, please do jump onto the YouTube video and you can see that what we've done at the present moment in time is that I'm glad to say that 18 people have subscribed to the email list. Now you may be thinking, well, 18 people, that's not a lot. Well, if you think about it, if each of these 18 subscribers end up taking a booking and say on average CASA for you, bring in €1,000 per booking, that's €18,000 of direct revenue, no commission to pay coming in. Now, obviously I'm not going to say every single person is going to book, but this is the power that you have. So what we're going to do now next is that we are going to send out a very effective email that so many people don't do. And everybody that is part of the Boostly content creator has access to this template right now is we're going to send them an email saying, do you know anyone, question mark? So this is basically part of a referral series that we, that we like to do. This is one of the email templates. Everything has been created by an expert copywriter. All the hosts or all Jeanette and Tiffany have to do is swap out the bits that they want to swap out, keeping the bits they want to keep, and anything in blue, they can personalize as much or as little as they want. So what we're going to do is we're going to send this email out here to all 18 people that have subscribed to the list. Now, I'm not going to show you each of the individual people that have signed up, obviously for data reasons, but Each of the guests, what we've done is we've gone and tagged them. So we've tagged them depending on the year that they stayed. So over 20, 18, 20, 19, 2020. And if anybody is yet to arrive, it'll be 20, 21. And what we're going to do is for each of these, we're going to personalize, personalize them as much as we possibly can and send this out. Now, one of the big things that we're, we're doing here is because we're asking for a referral for a recommendation. We've also put in a little bit of an incentive so we know totally what it, what it is like when you ask for something, it always works a lot better if you've got a little bit of a carrot to dangle at the other end. So that's exactly what we're doing here with this. So I'm really excited to see what happens. I'm excited to share back the results. And this is just the start of the proactive activities, marketing activities that we're doing behind the scenes. And again, for most hosts to feel like they would have to create that copy is really hard. So this is why a big part of Boosted Content Creator is that we've got nearly 10 email templates talking about 10 different situations. And it really, really helps. We've got people that are reporting double. Sorry, direct bookings wins. Double wins all the time. So again, if you want to find out more, just do a Google search Brucely content creator and come and check it out. So, yeah, we're going to report back more. Nice little check in to see how we are getting on with Janet and Tim of Casa for you. The listing optimization on Airbnb has already been producing, so some results, as in we're getting people asking lots of questions and inquiries, which has really helped. No bookings as of yet on there, but to be perfectly honest, I'd rather be getting bookings with the proactive things that we're doing now, because that's direct revenue, no commissions to pay. So we'll report back when there's something more to report back on. But until now. I'll be back tomorrow. Thank you so much for tuning in. And as always, be proactive, don't be reactive, and let's go get some direct bookings.

Having a blast. Gonna get it on the Bruce Lee podcast. Bruce Lee, like Bruce Lee because it's so hard and the tea is loose leaf Making up those rhymes. Don't write it, just do it loosely.
