The biggest thing I've changed my mind in the last five years is that you don't have to always go with, like, a big agent. I know this sounds like a bit of a contrived answer, considering we're all in the hospitality industry here, but we went alone, did our own bookings and anyone can do it. You've just got to put in the effort, the time, and build up your channels and reach people and talk about what you do. But, yeah, the biggest thing is you don't have to always go with what everyone else is doing.
