Yeah, my. My perception of it, yeah, definitely. I don't think that the term passive income should ever be used in the same sentence or paragraph as short term letting or probably even property in general, because it's anything but. This industry is brutal. You've got to be. You've got to be hard as n just to kind of get through the, you know, reviews and things. So it's 247 business, as you'll know. And it's one of the hard things is that you can't really switch off.
