So I'll be completely honest, I did not shop around. I had asked a few hosts and property managers that I respect and look up to and a lot of them had referred me to Boostly.
You know, Boostly is well known in.
The community, they're well respected. They do a lot more than just website developing. So to me it was a no brainer. You know, my philosophy is if you want to be the best, you got to work with the best. I will say the biggest surprise was when I got the first edit for the wireframe. I what I had thought and maybe my website before was just terrible, but what I had envisioned for my website was nowhere near what they provided on it. And so at the time when I'm like, if this is my first edit, man, I am so pumped for this, it literally, it exceeded my expectations. It was such a beautiful piece and whatnot. I will say the one thing that spoke to me more my true win was Boostly did do a fantastic job of exceeding my expectations. They gave me such a gorgeous website that I was so proud of. But that's my thoughts. You know, my first win was the first compliment I got on it that I wasn't looking for. I was, I wasn't asking for it and people are complimenting me and raving and then as they just kept coming.

And so to me that truly spoke to me was how well they did, how professional it looks, how beautiful it looks. That was the biggest one for me.
So my life now compared to what it was is completely day and night. You know, whereas before I was running around aimlessly with no time, I had no team, no vision, it was essentially just a hobby. Now I have such an amazing team behind me. We have more than quadrupled our listing and revenue. I have such a beautiful website. We are getting more direct bookings now. We've even partnered with some small local businesses, you know, some that we have reached out to and some who have reached out to us. The reasons why I started this to begin with, I can focus on the guest experience, actually getting to have fun and meeting the guests as well as consulting. I've helped over 1500 hosts worldwide. It's something that I love to do and I want to continue to do. And now I am finally having fun.
So my advice to anyone still contemplating.
Whether or not to sign up with Boostly would be to truly ask yourself what is it that you want long term.
