You'll hear us talk about the EOS life, and it sounds a little bit like, okay, really? But I mean, I can honestly tell you that we really do, I really do live the EOS life. And, you know, my meeting with Geno Wickman, you know, him entering my life and EOS entering my life, it truly did change my world. And because of that, I really am able to do something that I love. I mean, I love working with entrepreneurs. I love helping them make their business do whatever it is that they want it to. I know that that's making a difference for them. And that interaction, that back and forth is just super, super fun for me, right? I get to work with people I love, so I'm not having to work with whoever walks through the door. I get to be picky, right? And so the people that are really going to take action, they're really going to do something with what I'm teaching them. You know, those are the people that I want to work with because then for me, they're a multiplier in the world. They take what we talk about, they take what we do and they go and it impacts their employees, it impacts their communities, it impacts the other people in their industry. You know, I feel like I'm able to spend, to spend time on other things. So, you know, I have other passions in my world. I have the flexibility to structure my world and spend the amount of time on the EOS work, but then have time to go and pursue these other things that are meaningful to me, whether it's spending time with my family or learning things, learning new things, being creative in other realms. And I'm well compensated for this work. So, you know, five, five elements of the EOS life. Do what you love with people you love, being well compensated for your time, making a difference and having time for other pass.
