Ideal Integrator Profile

Hi everybody, it's Mark C. Winters and today I'm talking to you visionaries, you integrators and a lot of you other folks who are interested in visionaries and integrators. And there's a specific question that I'm still getting and the question is this, what is the ideal profile for an integrator? So I got to tell you, I'm shocked that you guys are still asking this question. Please, please, please go back to rocket fuel. I want you to reread chapter six. Reread chapter six. Also I want you to watch the video that I did on the puzzle piece. Okay? There is no single integrator profile. Also in chapter six. Take note of the job description that's in there. That's going to help you think about it a little bit. Really the thing I want you to know is you're not alone. Everybody's trying to get their head around this. Everybody's trying to figure out. So I get it, I get it. What it comes down to though is this. You're trying to understand this two piece puzzle. Actually, I did another drawing. I'm using my mini board here for visual illustration. So this is the two piece puzzle and we're trying to understand the shape of this edge so that these two pieces can fit together in just the right way. It has to do with your unique puzzle piece edge as the visionary. It has to do with your neat, your unique shape as an organization. The visionary spectrum we talk about. Here's the deal. You hear all that and the reality is you just may not want to do the work. You're not alone in that. But you must do the work. The work on you. It's about you. If you look at our seven step visionary integrator connection process, the first four steps are all about understanding you and who you are, where you're coming from, what you need. There's no easy answer. You have to do the work. Now there are resource companies out there that can help you. So I would like you to go back to that resource list. Go in the private group and search for a tool, the resource list. Pull it up. There's folks out there that do this stuff all the time and they're great at it. If you want, you can engage some of them to help you. Alright, Three key points to conclude this. One, number one, I can't believe you're asking, but I get it. Number two, you just gotta do the work. And number three, the answer is in your hands. Okay? Some of you really know what I mean by that. But only you can give us the answer. Thanks for watching.
