Mark C. Winters (speaker) asserts that most EOS Implementers® are entrepreneurs who have personally experienced the hardships of running a business (e.g., worrying about making payroll). Because of that shared experience, clients relate to them and find them effective at applying the EOS system and helping the business succeed.
I would say that EOS implementers, generally, they, they are entrepreneurs. So they've been there. And because of that, when they're working with an EOS client, they felt that pain. They've been in that hard situation where, you know, am I going to be able to make the payroll or not? And so because of that, the clients tend to relate to them and they understand and they know that, hey, this person's been where I've been, they understand, and so they're going to be effect, effective at applying this system and helping me do a good job of making it work for me.
