Hi everybody, it's Mark C. Winters. And I'm really excited to share with you today the thing that we've got for you. But before I get to it, I wanted to share a little bit of a story. So when I was in graduate school, I had an opportunity to work with one of my professors, a guy named Timothy Fuller. And Tim was a really smart guy. He saw the world in really interesting ways. And I learned a ton from him. Interestingly, his uncle was a guy named Buckminster Fuller, who's a pretty famous guy, a scientist, came up with lots of different things. He called him Uncle Bucky. Uncle Bucky had a quote and he said something along the lines, if you want to teach people a new way of thinking, don't bother to teach them. Give them a tool. And through the use of that tool, they will discover a new way of thinking. And so, pretty powerful thought, pretty powerful idea. And a lot of the things that we're trying to teach in the whole Rocket Fuel program, I think anchor back to that by giving you tools, I think we can help you. So, so today I want to introduce to you what we're calling the Rocket Fuel Power Index. So Gino and I have collaborated again to come up with this tool for you. And really what it is is it's a simple scorecard. It's a way for you to answer the question, how well are we doing at maximizing the power of our visionary integrator duo? Okay, so we have eight different criteria on the scorecard. They all anchor back to the five rules and the five tools. And it lets you work through the language in the scorecard to see, okay, here's where we are looking at that. Here's where I think we could go and capture those thoughts and ideas for how you can move from where you are to where you want to be. So you take that assessment. We've got it set up online where it's easy for you to take and go on there and take that Rocket Fuel Power index. Once you do that, have your visionary integrator counterpart do the same. And then I want both of you to bring those together into your next same page meeting and talk about them and talk about the different things that it uncovers for you to think about and work on. And then commit to some action, commit to moving those things forward. You know, I think if you'll do that and let this tool help you maximize your relationship, it will lead you to a new way of thinking. And I know that would make Uncle Bucky very proud.
