Hey, everybody, it's Mark C. Winters and couple of questions. So how do you become great? And once you become great, how do you stay that way? And some of you may have heard me talk before. It's a journey. So I'm coming to you this week from Detroit. I'm here in the the Westin Hotel by the Detroit Metropolitan Airport. And I'm here because tomorrow we have our rocket fuel annual planning meeting. And then the next day, EOS Worldwide has their quarterly collaborative exchange. They call it the QCE. So what in the world is a QCE? Well, that's when about 150 professional or certified EOS implementers will fly all into Detroit from all over the world. They do this every quarter to get together. So you may ask yourself, you know, why do they do that? Why would they take that time and make that effort to make such a trip? And it's really, it's about three, three things. So number one, they're here to help each other. Number two, they're here to learn from each other. And number three, it's really all about steel, sharpening steel. I mean, that's how they work together to become great. How do you become great? Do you have a system for that? You need to have a system for how you master your craft, whatever that may be. And yes, being a visionary integrator duo is, it turns out, a craft. So three key things to wrap this one up. Number one, be intentional about mastery. Number two, steel, Sharpen steel.
