To be an EOS implementer in the EOS implementer community is it's a journey. And so, you know, you enter the community and it's kind of like big eyes looking at this. You've got these other people in the room that have been here longer than you have done more stuff in this kind of world than you have. And at first it can be a little bit intimidating, but then what you find is it's so welcoming that these people pull you in and they help you along and they teach you and they share with you and they show you different things that they've learned along the way. You can bounce things off of them. And so then you grow and you come along your own personal journey and the next thing you know, you kind of find yourself being one of those people when new people are entering the room and you get to help them come along just like somebody was your guide before you. So it's pretty, pretty cool.
