Hi everybody, it's Mark C. Winners and today I want to talk to you integrators just a little bit. We've spent a lot of time so far talking about how to maximize the relationship that you integrators have with your visionaries. So today I want to talk a little bit about the other side of the equation. So when you're not focused on maximizing the relationship with your visionary, what are you focused on? And the answer is great. Integrators are focused on the people in their organization and the people represent tons of energy. And my question for you is, is that energy in your organization, is it scattered and weak or is it really focused and powerful? As the integrator, one of your critical roles is to provide excellent leadership, management and accountability to the leaders and the rest of your organization. So how do you do that? And it's my pleasure today to actually introduce you to a new book by my co author, Geno Wickman and another really good friend of mine, Rene Bohr, that speaks exactly to that question, how to be a great Boss. So all the answers for that part of your role are in this book. I want you to read this book, I want you to digest it and I want you to do it. I want you to just internalize it and, and drive it through your organization. If you will do that, you will be amazed at what your organization will do in response and in turn, you'll be amazed at what it will do for the relationship that you have with your visionary. They're going to love it. Three key things to wrap this one up today, I want you to read the book, internalize it. Second thing is, I want you to deliver excellent leadership, management and accountability to your leadership team. And third, I want you to be the role model. If you'll be the role model, it'll drive this through all of your organization. Thanks for watching.
