Wayfair. Every style, every home. Hi everyone, welcome back to another episode of Canny Crystals, the podcast. I hope that everyone is good and that you've all enjoyed the sunshine that we've had this last week. I don't know where you are in the world, but here in the UK we've actually been up to 24 degrees. I'm bloody pleased, finally. Honestly, I'm sat right here right now, like, in a t-shirt and shorts, and I am sweating. And obviously, because it's like a building site outside, I've had to shut my windows, so I'm all a bit stuffy in here. Me hay fever's kicked off. Hey, summer's finally here. Um, But yeah, I've been praying for sun for weeks and I'm literally like sat in front of my window right now and it's like beaming down on me. So I'll probably come out of this burnt. I am ginger. Hey ho, it all moves. What have you lot been up to this week? Well, what have I been up to this week? I have some absolutely amazing news to share with you, so buckle up, bitches. So the reason I got into listening to podcasts and things like that was that at the start of the lockdown, I started listening to a podcast called Law of Attraction Changed My Life by Francesca Amber. You've probably listened to it, you've probably heard of it. And I just remember thinking, this is exactly the type of stuff that I talk to all my friends about and nobody bloody listens. And I just felt, you know when you feel like you have a bond with someone? And it just felt amazing to feel as though I had a friend that I could talk about, about all this, even though it was just her talking at me. Do you know what I mean? But So just like she was on the other end of the podcast and didn't even have a clue that I existed, but you get what I mean. Anyway, I remember when I started this podcast and I was visualizing all my guests that would come on the show, and I think the first guest I ever visualized was just to have Francesca herself coming on so that I could interview her and talk all things manifestation. She has such an amazing backstory, and you're going to hear it anyway, um, but if you've listened to her podcast, you'll know exactly what I'm talking about. So A few months ago, I went on her money manifestation course, which I talk about quite a lot in this podcast, and afterwards I messaged her to say thanks. And after that, we exchanged a few messages back and forth. She started following me on Instagram and TikTok on both her personal accounts and her business accounts, and then she would ask me for like TikTok tips and I would explain in messages and things. No big deal. Obviously it was like having a convo with a celeb for me though, because I've lived and breathed her podcast for a good year or so before I even ventured into listening to any others and starting on my own. So to cut a long story short, because I know I'm rambling, I've procrastinated asking her so much if she would like to come on my podcast as a guest for so long. So honestly, when I say so long, it must be at least— it was well before Christmas, so it's at least 6 months. Anyway, last week I was talking to one of my friends, Gem, who has a coaching business down in Wales. She was on last week's show, and, um, she said to me, why don't you just ask her?. And it was just like an epiphany for me, and I was like, well, yeah, why don't I just ask her? And it was almost like that penny just dropped. Stop procrastinating, take action. What's the worst that could happen? So I sent Francesca a message, and she messaged back, and she sent a voice note, and she said, this is so weird. So basically, she'd been meditating that day for the first time in so long, and she said that while she was meditating, she kept thinking about me? Me? I was like, I didn't even know I existed to her. Anyway, um, this blew me away because I just thought, why the fuck is she thinking about little old me? To cut an even longer story short, we had a big discussion. She's got 75,000 followers on Instagram, I've got 75,000 followers on TikTok, so we've agreed to be on each other's podcasts. I'm so excited, that's amazing. And as well as that, she's gonna Well, I'm gonna go down to Lincoln this weekend. So today is Thursday, if you're listening it's Friday. So tomorrow, Saturday, as in Saturday the 18th, I'm driving down to Lincoln and I'm going to go to Francesca Amber's house. Her house, she invited me to her house. The house that we all see on her Instagram, the house that we know she manifested, the house that she talks about all the time in her podcasts. It's just absolutely crazy. We're going to record some content, we're going to record the two podcasts, possibly even launch a little competition, mm-hmm, some crystals and candles. And yeah, it's just going to be an absolutely wild day. How amazing is that though? This time last year I was manifesting a chat with her, and cut to this year, I'm going to be literally in her kitchen. I know that sounds crazy, but yeah, that's quite possibly the best thing that's happened to me in the last week, and I'm absolutely buzzing about it. So keep your eyes peeled for that. Will be launching this competition in the next few weeks, I think, to win some sort of crystals and some of her candles. But yeah, how canny is that? And as well, I woke up to the news today that Beyoncé is releasing her new album on July 29th. I manifested that. I know I manifested that. I've been calling out to Beyoncé through the universe for so long now to release fucking new music because I'm sick of listening to the same 6 albums on repeat. And she has just released this morning that her next album is out on July 29th. I did that, ladies and gentlemen. So if you like Beyoncé, you've got me to thank. I'm kidding, but you know what I mean. Um, anyway, manifestations do come true. And speaking of manifestations, let's get on with this week's episode. So usually I talk from the point of view of the law of attraction, which we all know about by now. We've all dealt with it. We've had 36 episodes of me talking about the law of attraction, but But that's just one of the 12 Universal Laws. So today I just wanted to talk to you about one of the other laws that can help you with your manifesting. And I've been reading about this one a lot lately, and I've had a few friends on TikTok and Instagram manifest this way, and they found it a lot easier than using the Law of Attraction. So this week's episode is all about the Law of Assumption. Okay, the Law of Assumption. So by the end of this episode, you're basically going to be equipped to manifest literally anything, and you're gonna learn how to apply the Law of Assumption into your everyday life. And I want your feedback on this, okay? So don't forget to drop me a DM and let me know how you get on with it all. I've had a bit of a shift in mentality, I'd say maybe in the last week or so. I've been doing me life coaching, as I talk about all the time, and nothing has kind of been sinking in. I've been learning a lot, don't get us wrong, but nothing has been like sinking in all of a sudden, and then I don't know, almost like I've been told about everything in my life, but I'm not letting that wall come down to learn the lesson, if that makes sense. But anyway, since I've been learning about the Law of Assumption, things have just started to fit together, and it's weird. So for the last few weeks, especially before I learned— oh, sorry, really sorry about that. I had to stop recording. A fly went in the back of my throat and I swallowed it straight away, so I had to like go and have a coughing fit in the bathroom for half an hour and then drink some water. Anyway, so for the last few weeks, um, especially before I learned about the Law of Assumption, I felt very self-conscious and I would always worry about what others thought of me. I spent a lot of my energy like worrying about things like stuff outside of my control. So I honestly felt so stuck, like I felt that there was no way out of it and I just didn't feel that I've had my raw confidence to do anything in so long. I was always coming back to anxiety every single time. So worrying about what other people thought of me has started to manifest in different ways, like my unhealthy eating habits, for example, having really bad skin breakouts, and just generally feeling unhappy every day. I almost started to hate the person I was becoming and wondering why I wasn't good enough in certain situations and not worthy. I've spoke about me mental health struggles in past episodes. I just felt very insecure, very self-conscious. And then after I've learned about the Law of Assumption, this is the thing that's really changed everything for me in a week or so. I've just learned that I was in control of all of this. I was never stuck. And that might sound so simple because I talk about this every week on here and the Law of Attraction, but I've never fully understood it and took it in properly until I've started learning about the Law of Assumption. So this last week, I've had such a productive week. I've had more healthy eating habits. I felt more confident, and I really just don't care what anyone thinks anymore. I'm just not feeling anxious like that anymore, and I feel like I've learned all of this through the Law of Assumption and the teachings that I've researched. I'm doing an online course that basically I paid for. It's about the 12 Universal Laws. You shouldn't have to pay for an online course about something that's free, but I just wanted to do something that if I chuck money at, I feel like I've got to do something. If the book is just sat on my bedside table, it takes me months to read. We know this. I've got the Miracle Morning still sat on my bedside table. It's been sat there a good part of the year. But if I pay for a course, I feel like I've got to take part in it. So I paid for this course. It's about the 12 Universal Laws, and the Law of Assumption is the first law. And I'm quite taken aback as to why I've never looked into it before now. So if you feel stuck and if you want to change anything in your life or your circumstances, you desire to do something or get something, then you can change it. And I'm just going to explain exactly how you can do that. So the Law of Attraction, we talk about you've got to ask, you've got to believe, you've got to receive. Okay, the Law of Assumption is literally just jumping straight to the end product. That's as simple as it is. You've just got to assume and live your life that you've already got it. You don't have to ask, you don't have to believe, you just have to receive. You are literally just in that receiving mode, and that's what the Law of Assumption is all about. So the very first thing that you need to know is that imagination is real. We all know this. It's a simple enough concept. It's quite similar to the Law of Attraction. So whatever you experience in imagination is completely true. It's not an illusion. Consciousness is the only reality. So we can only be aware of stuff that already exists because that's just how it works. So whenever you see something happen in your imagination or you see something in your mind, you've just got to know that this is real. The creation of the world is finished, yeah? There's nothing new that has to be created. Everything in this world has already been created. You already have everything at your disposable— at your disposable? At your disposal. Just like creation, it's already done. And when I said that consciousness is the only reality, that's because you are consciousness. This is who you are at your very core. You're the awareness behind everything that's going on in your life, from your faults to your wins, and everything in between. You are that consciousness, and consciousness is the only reality. So those are the two really important teachings that you need to understand first of all with the Law of Assumption. But once you've got your head around that, the next thing is the 3D world around us is just reflecting back your state of consciousness. So your physical world is a mirror of your current state of consciousness. Anything that is happening in your physical world, in your 3D reality, that's just a mirror but you're conscious of what your current state is focused on. So to change anything in your physical world, all you have to do is change your state. You have to change the way you're focusing and what your consciousness is actually focused on. Anything happening in the 3D real world is literally just showing you where your consciousness is focused, and you've already got everything that you want now. So all you have to do is change what you focus on. Sounds pretty simple. I've probably just overcomplicated it. It's not as complicated as it sounds. So where you place your awareness kind of determines what you experience in life. And whatever you're aware of or wherever your consciousness is placed, what you experience in your free world is just reflecting that. So for example, if you are only aware of a lack and a poverty and you're watching the news every day and you're seeing like dying, starving Ethiopians, this is going to get carried out into the 3D world. It's going to bring lack and poverty and hunger for you. If you're only aware of being rich or being secure, this is going to get carried out in the 3D world as well. This is exactly why the poor get poorer and the rich get richer, because you know that people's consciousness determines what they experience in their lives. So using the Law of Assumption to manifest anything, you've just got to assume that your wishes are done, okay? They're fulfilled. This is basically all that you need to manifest with the Law of Assumption. All you have to do is assume that you have your manifestation now, that it's done, that it's complete, it's here, it's now, and it will feel very natural, okay? You'll feel like a kind of relief when you really know that you have what you want. So you have to just know that your wish is done and fulfilled and really feel that sense of relief. And that's what the Law of Assumption is. You also need to know that your consciousness is the overall power here. So as I said before, consciousness is the only reality. So there's nothing that's going to bring your desires to you. Nothing that's going to bring your manifestations towards you. They're not on a conveyor belt or anything like that. Your consciousness and your imagination is the only reality, okay? It all depends on your current state and how faithful you are to consciousness. And to what you've seen in your imagination, of course. So that's like a whistle-stop tour about the Law of Assumption. There's a guy called Neville Goddard who has a Law of Assumption manifesting process, and I'll put the link to his manifestation process in the show notes below because it's amazing. And this is basically outlining what happens when you start to manifest, and it is so interesting. So if you want something to read, I'll put the link below. The very first step is always to have that desire. So you have to have a strong desire to change your circumstances. To change something in yourself, you've got to desire that change before you begin that manifesting process. Without the actual desire, you can't start anything. You can't have that initial want to change things because you haven't got a desire for it. Neville Goddard says that all transformation begins with an intense burning desire to be transformed. You've got to want to be different. You've got to intend to be before you can begin to change yourself. So the very first step is to have that burning desire for something to change. Then you've got to define your objectives. You've got to get very, very clear. So just like the Law of Attraction, you've got to get very, very clear, very, very specific on what it is that you actually want. So make sure that it is super specific. What are your goals? Don't leave it to be vague.

Wayfair, every style, every home. Just get super specific on what it is that you actually desire. What is it that you want to change? What is that goal that you want to achieve? Next, you want to feel that your desire is done. So you want to go straight to the end, and this is where we skip ahead from the Law of Attraction, okay? This is the Law of Assumption. We skip straight to the end. It's kind of like after the manifestation has happened. So you need to think, what implies that you have your manifestation already? And think about that, okay? Think of imaginal acts that would naturally happen after your desire is in the real world. So what I mean by this is, let's say for example you want to manifest a successful business. So think about what would happen naturally after that. Not on the lead-up to it, not the how, not how you're going to get there, what would happen after that naturally? So maybe your friends would congratulate you on how successful your business is. Maybe you win an award for being, I don't know, Businesswoman of the Year. Is that a thing? I don't know, I've just probably made it up. Um, maybe you looking at your bank account and you're seeing £100,000 in it. Yeah, or if you want to manifest a relationship, maybe your friends are saying something to you along the lines of, I'm so happy that you're in a happy and healthy relationship now. Or you can imagine seeing a ring on your finger, or you can feel that other person's hand as you're walking hand in hand along the beach. You know what I'm saying? It's important to remember that the imaginal act that you're imagining doesn't have to be a visualization. It can be touch, it can be taste, it can be sound, smell. You've got to bring in all 5 of your senses, and this is all imagination. And like I was saying earlier, you've got to change your imagination to match having your desire right now. You've got to change that to align with what you want, and that's why you've got to go straight to the end after the manifestation has happened, because this is going to naturally bring it into your reality. You're going to feel that feeling of feeling satisfied and relief that your desires have come true. Okay, so the Law of Attraction is all about getting on that aligned vibration with your desires and being grateful for them, whereas the Law of Assumption is living in the end result. It's such a crucial part of the manifestation process. And another part is that you have to have faith in the unseen reality. And it's hard to have faith, and it's hard to have that hope, but without hope and faith, you can't manifest in your life, okay? Without that faith, you will always stress and worry. So having faith is just believing that your desire is done. It's having faith that your kind of manifestation is being listened to and that what you've seen in imagination is real. It's known that your imaginal act is reality. Think about it. Christians pray. They pray to God, okay? I don't personally believe in God, but each to their own. I don't knock anyone else for saying it, but they pray to a God. They have faith that their God is listening to them. That's just like us manifesting and having faith that we are being heard somewhere across the cosmos, that the universe has listened to us, that at least one other person in another realm has listened to us and they're going to deliver. That's all having faith means, okay? Then you've just got to have the hope and the faith that that wish is going to be carried out. Remember, you can't perceive things that don't already exist, so having faith in the unseen reality, it kind of just allows you to persist. And when you persist in that assumption that your manifestation is done, this hardens your assumption into fact, into the real world. The more that you stay faithful to that scene or that smell or or that taste, or that look, that indicates that you have your manifestation. The more that you've really stayed faithful to the fact, that you will start to accept that it's done and feel relaxed. You have to believe that it's true, and this is your reality right now. And that's what's helped me overcome my anxiety this week, and it's made me look at things in a better light. I kind of lost all my faith. I was constantly trying to sit in the positive vibrational state to manifest, but I wasn't being happy with myself, and I was finding it really hard to find that vibrational state to sit in. So when I was sat there in a mood or sat there mid, like, a mental health crisis and I was trying to manifest, my vibrational state was all over. I was trying to raise my vibes, it wasn't working. I was then trying to manifest, nothing was happening. So by researching the Law of Assumption and believing that I'm already in that end product, and where I'm trying to get to, it's kind of helped me just live in the moment. It's kind of like a fake it till you make it look at things. So this last week, everything that I've been told from a life coach, Jude, for example, I've took that as verbatim, and it's all just sunk straight in as though that's my reality. And it's just made us realize everything that Jude says about me, like, I am amazing. I started this business in lockdown. I'm just going to blow my own trumpet here for a second because this is everything that Jude tells me. But it's everything that I've like just built a wall around and just been like, I'm not amazing. So what, I built my business in lockdown. I've never like looked at it properly, if that makes sense. So just hear me out for a second. I started this business in lockdown. I was also doing a full-time NHS job. I was working about 80 hours a week. I built this business on £250. I started on £250 just buying a handful of crystals and candles. I turned a profit in my first year. That's unheard of in business. So I've kind of let Jude's comments to me of, "You're amazing," and, "You're wonderful," and stuff like that that she says every week. I'm just letting all that sink in, and I've been using that as my current reality. And guess how I feel? Absolutely amazing. Give it a try for yourself. It might take you some time to get your head around it because it is fractally different to the Law of Attraction. But once you let it sink in and become your reality and learn to have that faith, it's going to change the way you look at everything. Oh my God, I've just noticed the time, we're 20 minutes already. I don't have ramble on, don't I? But yeah, I will put the link to Neville Goddard's, um, talk about the Law of Assumption in the show notes below. But yeah, do some research on the Law of Assumption. I know we all do research on the Law of Attraction but try the law of assumption, okay? And that's the end of the story. What I also wanted to mention today as well, that I went to have Reiki the other day, and I don't know if you were listening a couple of— I think it was a couple of weeks ago I talked about it. I've been calling out for a Reiki practitioner, someone to like do massages and reflexology and head massages and stuff like that. Anyway, cut a long story short, I went to see Andrea at the Darling Ware in Newcastle. She was fantastic. She did Reiki on me, and for the last 15 minutes she also did a, um, reading, like a, an oracle reading. And she's psychic as well. I think she's clairvoyant. She might be clairaudient actually. And, um, she gave me a few messages, and some of the messages were so spot on. There were things that I talked to Jude about but nobody else, if that makes sense. So there was, um, things that she was saying, you need to heal your inner child from years ago, there's a lot of resentment there. Um, you've got a lot of money issues from growing up and stuff like that. And I was like, oh my God, this is me to a tee. Anyway, what I was going to say is I felt so energetically kind of renewed, if that makes sense, just from having the Reiki. And I know I've spoke about Reiki in a past episode before, and I thought it would be really, really interesting if I went on some Reiki training myself. So I have my level 1 already, but I want to be a Reiki master. I wanna be the very best like no one ever was. Boom, boom, boom. That was the Pokémon theme tune, if you didn't already know. But anyway, the reason I was singing that is because he says, I wanna be the very best like no one ever was. Boom, boom, boom. I don't know why I'm singing. But yeah, I've been undergoing Reiki training anyway, and I want to be a Reiki master. And I'm currently doing my Reiki master training, which is really exciting, which means that once I pass, I can literally do Reiki on people in Newcastle or wherever I am in the world. And I also can offer Reiki training online. How amazing! So anyway, I've got my attunement booked on June 26th, which is like a ceremony. It's really quite peculiar. Um, so June 26th is my ceremony, but on the lead-up to that, I can't have any meat or processed foods for like 48 hours. I can't drink alcohol, which is no biggie for me because I don't really drink anyway. Um, but I can't smoke or anything like that. I don't smoke anyway. But there's like so many rules that you have to do, and then it's kind of like you receiving the divine power and the divine energy, or it awakening at least in your body, because it is— it does already live inside of you. So it's just like awakening that divine energy and that divine power inside. And apparently you can feel really lightheaded and sick off this ritual. Um, so yeah, I'll let you know how that goes in a couple of weeks' time, but I'm really, really excited for that. And one other thing that I have, um, got to mention to you— sorry, I got distracted, a bird nearly flew into the window. Um, I've been very distracted this episode, haven't I? Anyway, um, one other thing, I have started launching my online modules The first one is launching in the next few days, and it is a crystal healing, like, crystal masterclass. It's going to consist of PDF handouts. There's a meditation in there. There is— what else is in there? There's talk about how to cleanse your crystals, how to choose a crystal, what crystal shapes mean. It goes into so much depth. There's a video tutorial from myself that's going to be about half an hour, 45 minutes long. And then as well as that, you also get an exclusive discount as well to shop your own crystals, um, on my website, cannycrystals.co.uk. And I am so excited about that. So yeah, that's me in a nutshell this week. I hope you've enjoyed this week's episode. Like I say, next week is going to be a biggie. Um, so this is the thing, um, I go to Spain for a few days to my partner's mom's house on Sunday So today, as you're listening to this, it will be Friday. Saturday I'm going to Lincoln to meet up with Francesca. Sunday I'm flying to Spain, and then I'm going to launch me online courses maybe Monday, Tuesday. Then on the Friday I'm going to be on the Law of Attraction Changed My Life podcast, and Francesca is going to be on this podcast next week's episode as well. It's just like all systems ablazin', and my new website is almost finished, so that's going to be launching in the 2 weeks, and it's going to be amazing. I'm, I'm just like thriving, as they say. But yeah, I, I just, I'm so thankful and I'm so grateful. And thank you to you all for listening, and to any new listeners, because I knew we've had quite a lot of new listeners this week. Thank you so much, I really appreciate it from the bottom of my heart. This podcast has kind of blown up in the last 2 weeks. Um, yeah, there was like 6,500 people listened to it last week, which is absolutely insane to me. Like, when I go to Newcastle Arena, for example, to a gig, I think they hold 11,000. So it's just like just over half of an arena full of people listening to me ramble on about swallowing a fly. Anyway, I'm gonna go. Thank you so much for listening. Please feel free to leave me a review wherever you listen to your podcasts from, whether it be Spotify, Audible— you can listen on Audible? I only found that out a few weeks ago, it's amazing— um, Spotify, Audible, Google Podcasts, um, Apple Podcasts, wherever you're listening to, please leave um, a short review. Please even just leave a 5-star review if you've enjoyed this podcast. It really helps me. I don't get paid to do any of this. This is done off the goodness of my own back. Um, so yeah, it'll just help the episodes be pushed to new audiences. So thank you so much for listening. Enjoy the rest of the summer. It's got to be 26 degrees tomorrow. I am going to bake. Um, so yeah, thank you so much for listening, and I'll see you all next week for my episode with Francesca Amba.

Woo!

So excited. See you all next week, guys. Thank you so much for listening. Bye!
