Wayfair. Every style, every home. Hello everyone, and thank you so much for joining me on another episode of Cani Crystals, the podcast. Another week, another episode. We are 150 50 episodes in. Can you believe it? Time flies, doesn't it? I hope that you're all well anyway. My name is Mart Tweedy, I am your host, and this week I've been doing a little bit of soul searching. So I know last week I said I was going to have Mary Morrissey on the podcast this week, and I was so, so excited about it. Honestly, I can't believe it, but she had to cancel a day before we were due to have our chat. Now hopefully I'll get her on the pod again very soon, but she's in a different country and this one took 3 months to set up, so I don't know when it's going to happen, but it will happen, don't worry. But it led me to a huge hole of worry, I'd say, about what I would actually talk about this week instead. And, you know, whether I would even get time to record anything new this week with having such a super busy week. So I ran myself a bath to de-stress, and it's very, very rare at the minute that I get any time or any capacity even to have a bath with having a baby and all. But I lit a candle. I lit some incense, I turned off the lights, and I just had a little soak with one of my subliminals in the background playing. And I just met myself in the present moment. I closed my eyes and I started to meditate. And what I started thinking about was living life fully and passionately. And this was a bit of a moment of realization that I had during this little meditation in the bath. It was kind of like, you know, the universe delivering me the goods, saying, you know, talk about this this week instead. So I was struck by this thought about the nature of time and how easily we can get entangled into routines and worries that ultimately don't even matter anyway. So I think my biggest worry on my plate right now, for example, is that I don't sell enough tickets for my huge event next year and I have to pay for it out of me own money. It's a huge worry, honestly. I've put myself into, I'm gonna say around £100,000 worth of debt by doing this. So I'm doing everything I can to make it work because I have to make it work. I can't be £100,000 in debt. I'd go out of business. But I've got an incredible PR lady called Claire. She's working with me on it, and we've got lots of plans to get it off the ground, and we want to make sure that it comes back, you know, bigger and better every single year. And I know that right now in the UK, we're still going through the kids' school holidays. You know, people are away on summer holidays. People just generally have other commitments going on right now in their lives. So although the worry is there, I know deep down inside that it'll all work out exactly as it's meant to in the end. But that worry just made me think about life in general, and it led me down the road of realization that every single day that we have in life is a gift. It's an opportunity to explore or to feel deeply and just to remain curious about the world around us. And that awareness made me determined not to waste another second on all the trivial stuff but instead to just embrace life in all its richness and complexities, you know, constantly seeking that purpose and joy in everything that I do. Because we know, right, that when we feel that joy or that happiness or that purpose in life, everything else moves around in the universe to ensure that we're sent even more of that stuff. So life is meant to be lived fully and passionately every single second. So don't waste this precious gift by getting caught up in the mundane of the trivial. Because when you think about it, you are here for a reason, and that reason is to experience life in its entirety, to explore, to feel, and to continually ask why. So I thought, you know what, I'm going to do a podcast episode all about this on Friday. So I got myself out the bath, I grabbed myself me journal, and I scribbled down some thoughts. So here are some truths, or ramblings, about life that I believe that every single person needs to hear. So firstly on my list was that life isn't supposed to be so serious. And I said this a few weeks ago in my episode about going out on that Sunday, you know, when I would never ever go out and I bumped into Jade from Little Mix. It's making time for fun, joy, and play. Alan Watts— I don't know if you know about Alan Watts, but if you don't, go and Google him or go on YouTube and look at some of his speeches because you will recognize at least one of them. But he once said something, let me just find this in my notes. He said, "This is the real secret of life." to be completely engaged with what you are doing in the here and now, and instead of calling it work, realise it is play. So don't trust anyone who tells you that life has to be so serious or that there's no time for laughter or joy. And I've mentioned this before, me mam always said to me when I was mid-20s that I had to buckle down, I had to put me work first to make a living. I always then felt guilty for going out with friends for food or drinks or even just like going to the cinema on little dates. It made me feel like life was so serious in comparison than when I was a kid. Like, remember when you were a child, how everything was a game or an adventure? And now as adults, we need to relearn that mindset because life isn't just about being overly serious or burdened by the weight of the world because our time here is not infinite. And one day, just like everything else and everyone else, will face the end. Quite morbid, I know, but it's the truth. There was a word that went around in Newcastle a few years ago, I'm probably gonna guess about 10 years ago, and everyone used to say it, which you might have heard of as well, but it was YOLO, and that's just an acronym for "you only live once." We even have a restaurant and bar here in Newcastle called YOLO Townhouse, bit weird, but you know. But that saying, "you only live once," I mean, yes, we would always throw it around when someone asked something like, you know, "Shall we go out tonight?" and the other person would go, "YOLO." But when you realize and understand that we won't be around forever and you really think about that concept, it makes you see things differently. So when you truly understand that, you might just begin to see, you know, all the beauty in taking things a little less seriously. So many people get lost in trying to go after something like the next big thing. It might be a better job, it might be more money, it might be even approval from others who don't even matter. People chase success to impress other people who are also busy chasing the exact same thing. But here's the truth: money can never make you feel worthy. Only you can do that. Now, if you go back and listen to my episode with Suzy Ashworth, she talks about this perfectly and she puts it perfectly exactly how she described it. But money can never make you feel worthy. Only you can do that. So perhaps it's time to let go of the constant worry about your weight or your skin or your bank balance or what other people think. Think, whatever it is in life. Just see life not as a struggle or something to be conquered, but as this journey and a challenge to find as much joy as you can in every single day. Now think about it, a couple of years ago all I wanted was a new house and a brand new car, and I got myself the car, and yeah, I love it. It was a huge upgrade from the car I was driving around previously, and it was also actually the first new car that I've ever bought myself because I've always just bought secondhand bangers. And then I started obsessing about moving house as soon as I had that. So it was almost like I forgot about the joy of having that car and I was just chasing the next big thing. And let me tell you, neither of those things— the new house, the new car— neither of those things actually brought me any additional joy internally. So it didn't make me a better person, it didn't mend or heal any relationships with people, and it certainly didn't make me feel more content or more at peace with myself. And what I realized is that external achievements or material possessions, no matter how shiny or new they are, they're not going to fill the gaps within us. They don't answer those deeper questions or provide lasting happiness. Yes, it might be a buzz for like a day or a week or a month, but it's sharp gonna fade, okay? That true fulfillment comes from within us by being present, by appreciating what we already have, and by nurturing those relationships and passions that genuinely bring meaning to our lives. So it's about understanding that joy isn't found in things, but in moments themselves. It might be found in connections or living authentically. So now I choose to focus on what truly matters and to live each day with intention and gratitude and to find happiness in the simple little moments that life offers. So if you focus on the joy in each moment, that big house or the fancy car won't really matter anyway. You'll already have what so many people spend their whole lives searching for, that joy, that peace, that passion for living. So create a life that feels good on the inside, not just one that looks good from the outside, you know, that Instagrammable life. Choose to live life with intention, with a light heart, with the courage to be playful, to laugh even. Some people don't even laugh. Some people go to work 9 to 5, they come home, and they're so miserable because they've had to have a stern face on them all day because of their job, because it's such a serious job, you know. We need to learn how to laugh again, how to truly live life before you die, because In the end, that's what matters the most. Now, the second thing I want to share with you from my list, what I wrote down, is that your circumstances will never ever define you unless you decide to let them. Okay, so this is a powerful truth to embrace. It's especially, you know, when life feels overwhelming or unfair. And here's a reality check for you: if you are lucky enough to reach adulthood, there is a 100% guarantee that life will throw unexpected challenges your way. That's just part and parcel of life. It's who we are as human beings. It's what we do. You know, we all go through challenges in life. There'll be moments that you didn't plan for. There'll be situations that you never ever imagined, and there'll also be experiences that you'd probably rather not face or you want to put off completely. But these are all part of your story. This is all part of your unique journey, and these moments which we often label as setbacks or hardships they're actually character-building moments. They're life lessons. They're sent to teach us something valuable, to add depth or meaning to our existence, or even just simply to remind us of our own strength and resilience. When you face those challenges, instead of seeing them as roadblocks or misfortunes or whatever it is, try to view them as opportunities for growth and learning and transformation. Because sometimes the very things that we see as problems or setbacks are in reality, they're just the universe redirecting us. They're pushing us onto a different path, a one that we might not have chosen for ourselves, but turns out to be exactly where we need it to go. It's like I always use the example of my granddad passing away. If my granddad hadn't have passed away, I would have probably still been working in the NHS right now. It's only because of my granddad's death that led me down that hole of, you know, grief and anxiety and depression that I was able to then find crystals off the back of that. That redirection pushed me down that path to exactly where I needed to be in life. And it's in these moments of challenge that we often find our greatest strength, and we often discover all these new facets of ourselves that we didn't even know existed. So we can't always control the events that happen to us, but we can decide not to be reduced by them. Because life is unpredictable, like I say, it's filled with all these ups and downs, these joys and sorrows. And it's easy to feel defeated when things don't go our way, but it's also important to remember that our power lies in how we choose to respond to that. So when life throws you a curveball, you've got the choice to either let it break you or to rise above it. You can choose to let the situation define you, or you can choose to use it as, you know, fuel to propel yourself forward. You know, you'll go ahead stronger and wiser than ever before. So when challenges come, and they will, focus on staying present. Focus on giving your best to the moment in front of you. So just remind yourself that you don't know how anything will turn out, not even this difficult moment. And what feels like a setback to you now could be just setting you up for something much greater in the future. So it's just about having that trust, and that trust that whatever is happening is for the best whether it's for your growth, your understanding, or even for someone else's benefit. Because life is full of unexpected twists and turns. Sometimes the hardest moments are the ones that shape us the most, and that helps us to become more resilient, more compassionate, and more understanding. So instead of fearing those moments, just try to embrace them. Ask yourself what that experience is trying to teach you. Like, what can you learn from it? How can it help you grow? The very things that seem like obstacles often turn out to be, you know, these stepping stones to a richer, more fulfilling life. Now, the third truth that I want to share with you is that if you don't learn to control your mind, your mind will control you. There's a famous quote by Buddha, and he once said, "The mind is everything. What you think, you become." So we have over 60,000 thoughts a day. I don't know the exact number, but it's over 60,000 thoughts a day. And the problem here isn't just the sheer number of thoughts, but it's the fact that most of these thoughts run on autopilot, and many of them aren't positive, okay? So most people are programmed by external influences, by society, by the news, by social media, and they just accept that everything that they see and hear is truth without even questioning it. And they become then reactive rather than proactive in their lives. So when the challenge then arises, they often react with frustration. Or anger, and they turn this really, really small problem into a much bigger one because they don't know how to think independently and calmly. So we need to learn how to control your mind and emotions because that's key to living a life where you feel truly in control. Not control over circumstances, because the truth is you can't always control what happens to you, but control over how you choose to feel about those circumstances. So it's far more powerful because while the outside world might be unpredictable, You have complete power over your inner world and everything that's going on internally. So the way that I do this is through daily practices that promote calm and positive emotions, like meditation, or expressing daily gratitude, or visualization, or exercise, detoxing from negativity like the news or negative influences, excessive social media consumption, whatever it is. These are all going to help you create a more peaceful, focused, and happy state of mind. Because ultimately every person is responsible for how they feel inside. So the next time you feel yourself, you know, reacting in anger or frustration, just remind yourself, you know, take that deep breath. Just remind yourself that it is a sign that you need to do more inner work. It's not a sign that the world needs to change. No matter what is happening around you, the state of your mind can remain a place of peace, calm, and positivity. And by learning to master those thoughts, you then give yourself the gift of living a beautiful life. A life where your inner world is a sanctuary and it's unaffected by all that chaos of the external world or anyone that comes up and, you know, tells you you're not good enough or anything like that. Any external voices. Take control of your mind and you'll take control of your life. And when you commit to those little practices every single day such as gratitude or journaling or meditation, you'll find that your reactions then become more measured, your emotions become more balanced, and your mind will then become more resilient. You'll no longer be at the mercy of external events, and instead you'll only find a sense of inner strength and peace that carries you through whatever life throws your way. So just create a habit of nurturing your mind with positivity and purpose, and you'll see it transform your reality into that one of peace and joy and fulfillment. Now, the fourth truth that I want to share is this: Make a plan for your life but also learn to go with the flow. So if you don't design your own life plan, you might end up falling into someone else's plan. And guess what they have planned for you? Not much, okay? Planning is essential, but it doesn't mean that you should become attached to a specific outcome. We know this from the Law of Attraction. We have to let go. We have to let the universe serve us and come to us in different ways and ultimately deliver all these little prods to us that, you know, will poke us down the right route. Think of it like taking an umbrella on a walk just in case it rains. So if your umbrella breaks, instead of being upset, you just need to learn how to dance in the rain. So how does that relate to you and your life? Most of us will try to avoid that metaphorical rain, you know, such as financial troubles or health issues or relationship struggles, emotional problems, or whatever other rough patches that come our way. We hope for days that is filled with sunshine. You know, free from obstacles, free from setbacks. But the truth is, life is unpredictable. Like I say, the rain will come. So to handle these challenges, it's not about planning for everything to be perfect, but just planning to be the best version of yourself every day, no matter what the weather is. So plan to make your body strong and healthy by exercising and eating well. Plan daily rituals that nourish your soul, like meditation, gratitude, journaling— whatever helps you stay grounded and in a positive space. These practices have a huge way of, you know, affecting your life that you wouldn't even think about. It's going to impact the people that you attract, the relationships that you build, and the way that you ultimately feel about yourself. So the key is to plan for resilience, not perfection. And of course, things won't always go to plan. So when life throws a challenge your way, when the rain starts pouring down, you've just got to learn to dance in it. You've got to learn to adapt and stay flexible, and most importantly, Plan to get back on track. There's a saying, isn't there? If you fail to plan, you're planning to fail. But just remember that, you know, planning isn't about trying to control everything. It's about preparing yourself to handle whatever comes your way with strength and positivity. So make your plans, set your intentions, and just work on becoming the best version of yourself. But also remain open to all those twists and turns that we might have, okay? Because that's the best way to live life. To make plans, but don't be afraid to go with the flow. So the fifth truth that I want to share is this: you will never be able to please everyone, and that's perfectly okay. I'm going to use Mother Teresa here as a perfect example, okay? She was known for extraordinary compassion, kindness, and even she had people who didn't like her. No matter how pure or genuine your intentions are, the reality is that human beings are all incredibly different. We're each vibrating on our own unique level for a start, you know, it's shaped by our backgrounds, our experiences, and our circumstances. But because of these differences, not everyone is ready for kindness or peace or compassion. Some people just aren't open to positivity at all. That's just how it is. But don't let it bother you or take it personally. And I used to quite a lot because ever since my granddad died, my nana has been a ball of negativity. And every time I see her, it's always, "Oh, it's a horrible world." 'Oh, eh, have you seen what so-and-so's done?' 'Eh, isn't it disgusting?' 'Eh, it's awful.' 'Look what's happened in the news this week.' 'Eh, look who's died.' And, 'Look, people have been stabbed.' And it's like every time I say to her that, you know, 'Oh, I went on this night out,' or, 'I went abroad and I went to this country,' she'll be like, 'Eh, you want to watch yourself, mind.' 'Eh, you want to be careful, it's a horrible world out there.' And yeah, it probably will be to her because all she does is sit and watch the news all day and sit and read newspapers all day. So all she is seeing is the bad stuff. So, you know, although we're all vibrating on those unique levels, they are shaped by our backgrounds and our circumstances and our experiences in life. So she's not ready and open for kindness, peace, or compassion because she's just sat there in her little world and she's just not open to any kind of positivity. So I'll say something along the lines of, you know, and how does that affect you personally, Nana? 'Oh, you know, what has that done to you personally?' or 'How has that affected your life?' And she doesn't know how to answer. And at first I used to ask question after question after question like that to try and get her to understand things from, you know, a positive point of view. But now I just, yeah, I go over and I just change the subject because I don't need to hear that. And, you know, she's just not open to positivity. That's just how it is. So I don't let it bother me. I don't take it personally. I know that's just how she is. She's quite old, you know what I mean? She, she feels like she's got nothing in her life now that my granddad's passed. And although we are around her all the time and stuff like that, it's just the way that she is, and I can't change that. So we need to understand that this is all simply a reflection of that diversity in humanity, I'm going to say. It's our unique upbringings, our environments, our experiences that shape our opinions and our reactions. So just because someone doesn't agree with what you have to say, or even like goes against your ideas, that doesn't mean to say that you can't coexist peacefully. It also doesn't mean that you shouldn't feel compelled to change their mind or to win their approval. In fact, the last thing you want to do is to fight back, because that's just going to add more negative energy to any situation. So instead, just let those who differ from you continue on their own path of negativity. You know, be an example of someone who respects all opinions without letting them affect you. Your peace. Focus on moving forward with your life without carrying that burden of hate or resentment, because the more you engage with people like that, the more you're just bringing yourself down to their level. We don't need that. You're a high vibing bitch. There is no need for everyone to agree with you or even to like you. Your mission in life isn't to convince everyone, it's just to remain true to yourself. So be so engaged in improving yourself and making a positive difference in the lives of those who do want to hear from you that barely notice the negativity that might come your way. Because when you're focused on growth and kindness and contribution, you then become immune to all the opinions that don't serve you. You are here to shine your light, not to dim it trying to make everyone else feel comfortable and to pass them some of your light. You just need to keep your focus on what truly matters to you— becoming the best version of yourself, making that positive impact where you can, And when you do that, you won't have time or energy for negativity. You'll be too busy living a life that feels good to you, filled with purpose and passion. Now, the 6th truth that I want to share is this: you won't find true happiness if you're trying to be someone else or constantly changing to fit in with other people. Now, when I wrote this, I— it really hit home actually, because it came to me through that meditation in the bath. And when I wrote it down, I was like, this is something that I used to do so much, and it's something that's still quite raw for me as well. Because genuine happiness, it only comes when you embrace who you truly are without apology, without hesitation. You cannot be genuinely happy if you're not genuinely yourself. So it's about feeling comfortable in your own skin around everyone and anyone, knowing that being yourself is more than enough. So when you stop pretending and you start being unapologetically yourself, all the wrong people, you know, the ones who don't appreciate or understand you, they'll naturally drift away, and that's perfectly okay because then it makes space for the right people to come into your life, the ones who are actually going to love you exactly as you are without any conditions, without any expectations. Now, there's an old saying here that those who mind don't matter and those who matter don't mind. So the real joy comes from knowing who you are and embracing it fully and living your truth with pride. So when you do this, you attract the kind of people who genuinely belong in your life, the ones who see your true self and they love you even more for it. So I'm just asking you to be bold, be authentic, let that true self shine. That's where real happiness lies. My business has grown over the last 3 years by me being unapologetically me. I don't hide who I am, I don't hide what I do, I tell everything on this podcast, including when I shit the bed in hotels. That's just who I am. I tell it how it is. I don't sugarcoat things because I just see life as being too short to be spent pretending to be someone that you're not just to gain approval or acceptance. So the last truth that I have on my list is there are people who are stuck in their own misery and they might try to drag you down into their dark space. What I want to say here is don't let anyone steal your joy. The reality is that some people find it hard to see other people happy because they haven't yet found that happiness themselves. They live in what feels a bit like a hostile universe, and perhaps without even realizing it, they might even try to pull you into that same negative energy so they don't feel alone in their struggles. They're trying to pull you into their negative world because we all want to feel like we are part of a community. So if someone's feeling down, they will do whatever they can to drag you down into their world so that they don't feel alone anymore. Does that make sense? So I think initially when I first started Canny Crystals, the amount of messages and DMs that I would get with hate. It was absolutely ridiculous, you know, people saying, "You don't believe in this shit, do you?" or "You do realize that they're just rocks?" followed by the occasional homophobic slur. And then it died down for a while, and then when I started using Facebook and Instagram ads trying to grow me brand, I was hit with a new wave of haters from people saying what I offered was ridiculous, that I was a charlatan, that I was scamming people trying to lead a cult, and that the law of attraction isn't real. Some of the messages were quite aggressive, I won't lie. One of them even told me to end my life rather than spoiling the lives of others by making them believe everything that I talk about. Honestly, horrible, horrible people. There are even websites, you know, like TattleLife and shit like that, filled with really, really shitty people that have nothing better to do than to bitch about other people's lives because they don't have anything going on in theirs. They're just jealous of success and happiness, so they get together with like-minded sour-faced bitches and, you know, they tattle away on websites like that. Never let anyone change who you are or pull you down into their negative world. When you stay true to yourself and you remain committed to the loving, joyful universe that you've chosen to create for yourself, that's where you want to be. Stay dedicated to your own peace, your own happiness, and the little magic that you experience every single day, because sooner or later, those that are trying to bring you down, they'll stop. And instead, they might ask you to help them lift them up to your level instead. So be that light that guides others to find their way out of the darkness. Now, when I did a little bit of Googling about this just to see what other people have been saying, there was a quote by Eleanor Roosevelt, or Roosevelt, however you pronounce it, and she once said, "No one can make you feel inferior without your consent." And that quote really, really spoke to me. Because I don't want you to let the bitterness of other people seep into your heart, because they don't want to stay in that dark place either. They just need someone to show them a different way. Many people are hurting deeply, and often that hurt is masked by, you know, bitterness or judgment, whatever it is. So wherever you can, in any moment, just be that light for someone else. Brighten their day with genuine kindness, even if they don't immediately give it back. Your positivity could be the very thing that helps them start to see the world differently. So just be a positive example, not only for your own well-being, but also to inspire other people. It's a bit like what we were saying last week about be the change that you want to see, and in doing so, you then become a beacon of hope and positivity in a world that desperately needs it. Let's face it, even a small act of kindness can make a big difference to someone who's struggling. We did this in Manifest with Mart Tweedy. Probably a few months ago now, I can't remember exactly when it was, and we did a 7-day challenge of 7 days of random acts of kindness. And you know, we had people buying someone flowers and giving them in the supermarket. We had people letting other people go in front of them in the queue in the supermarket, just little things like that. Someone even went out and just bought someone a random cup of coffee. Someone paid it forward in a shop and bought someone their food behind. Just absolutely crazy little random acts of kindness. And like I say, it's those small acts of kindness that can make a huge difference to someone who really might be struggling in their life. So these 7 truths, they remind us that to live the life that we truly want, we've got to embrace who we are without apology, we've got to focus on what brings us genuine joy, and we've got to stay resilient against negativity. Life is too short to be lived according to someone else's plan or to be weighed down by other people's expectations. So instead, we've got to learn to control our minds. We've got to learn to adapt when things don't go as planned. We've got to remain true to our unique path regardless of anyone else's opinions or what anyone else says or does. Okay, when we commit to that self-growth and that kindness and that authenticity, we can then create that fulfilling, vibrant life that not only elevates our own experience, but it also inspires and uplifts every single person around us. Okay, so I hope that this all helped you. I hope that my bath time ramblings hit you exactly where it needed to, and that mentally you feel a little freer going into the weekend having listened to this. So if you have enjoyed, please leave me a rating or review on the podcast app that you're listening from. This helps me in the chart position weekly. So last week's episode went to number 1 again. Hooray! I am so appreciative of you lot for tuning in week after week and commenting, you know, sharing with friends, screenshotting, putting on your stories. It all adds up, honestly, because podcasting is free, and each week takes me about, I'm going to say, half a day to a full day to really think about what I'm going to discuss, do some research on that topic, record, edit, upload, create the newsletter. It's a part-time job on its own, let me just say that. And you know, some weeks it is heavy going, and it's not just the 20 to 30 minutes that you listen to right here. So thank you, thank you, thank you for all supporting me and my pod. I'm truly grateful for you all, honestly. And just a heads up as well before we head off, we have under 45 VIP tickets remaining for Manifest, my huge event here in Newcastle upon Tyne next year in June. So if you are wanting a VIP ticket where you get a dedicated entrance You get a seat in the first 5 rows, you get priority to ask speakers questions, you also get a wellness goodie bag and lots of other bonuses. Just make sure that you get yours soon. You can also pay by Klarna or Clearpay. You can split your payments into 3 or 4 payments to help you out. We've got 10 months to go, and even the standard tickets— I was just saying to someone the other day, that's £15 a month between now and the event. And what you're going to get is a full 9-hour day of spiritual self-development that is guaranteed to boost your mindset, manifestation techniques, and spiritual well-being. I can't wait. I'm going to bang on about this for the next 10 months. I'm really, really sorry, but I should be able to reveal the rest of the lineup pretty soon as well. We're just waiting on one person to confirm, and she's such a huge name as well. We've even had to have meetings with a publicist and lawyer before she confirms anything. Exciting times ahead. You can click the link for Manifest either in the show notes for today's episode Or if you head to the Cani Crystals Instagram page, you can click the link in my bio, which is the little link just underneath my profile picture, and you'll see the event there as well. Alternatively, you can just type it into your browser. It's mani, which is M-A-N-I, then the dash, the little hyphen thing, um, fest, F-E-S-T, dot UK. And you can get all your tickets and your lineup information right there. Oh, and one last thing as well. If you are heading to Happy Place at Tatton Park in Manchester this weekend, please come and say hi. Myself and Francesca Amber will be on the meditation and mindfulness stage at 2:15 PM, but we'll be there all day just pottering around, you know, seeing everything that there is to be seen, doing a little bit of shopping. So please do come over and introduce yourselves. You know, London was so much fun, so I can't wait for Manchester and just to be amongst all you northerners as well. I hope that you all have an incredible day or weekend, however long you're going for. And to everyone else listening, I hope that you have enjoyed today's episode as well. Thank you so much for listening, and I will see everyone next Friday. Have a lush weekend, everyone. Bye!
