In this episode of the Caney Crystals podcast, host Mart Tweedy answers a series of listener questions about spirituality, manifestation, anxiety, and crystal work. The episode opens with sponsor reads for Wayfair, Acast, and TextNow, then moves into a Q&A format. Tweedy offers practical, step‑by‑step advice for a listener struggling with health anxiety (grounding visualisations, 4‑7‑8 breathwork, affirmations, energy clearing, journaling, body‑scan meditation). He then addresses mind‑wandering during meditation and the safety of daily Moldavite cleansing, followed by guidance for a listener whose manifestations feel stuck (worthiness affirmations, releasing attachment, inspired action). Further questions cover stopping negative self‑talk, starting a spiritual practice for beginners, whether the universe “listens” to manifesting, shifting from a scarcity to an abundance mindset, feeling lost on a spiritual path, differences between manifesting large vs. small goals, and interpreting angel numbers and synchronicities. The episode concludes with promotion of an upcoming Manifest event in Newcastle (meditation, sound‑therapy “Sonic Journey”, restorative yoga workshops), a discount code for the Canny Crystals store, personal news about Tweedy’s newborn son, and calls to follow on social media.

Hello everyone and welcome back to another episode of Caney Crystals the podcast. I hope that you're all well. This week I am doing a Q&A episode because in the last couple of weeks I've had so many messages from me members on Manifest with Mart Tweedy as well as emails from you lovely lot as well. So I thought you lot clearly have lots of unanswered questions, so I thought let's just answer them. So we're going to dive straight on in. So Danny from my membership has asked, this might be a little niche but could maybe be applied to other types of anxiety. I suffer from quite bad health anxiety. Are there any particular spiritual practices or exercises that you think would be beneficial to help me overcome my anxieties? Basically, I constantly believe that I am dying of cancer or some equally awful fatal disease. It stops me from enjoying my life, and I would love to be able to take control of my brain more, as I know that these thoughts aren't rational. Wow, Danny, that's a lot. I mean, it's totally understandable to feel overwhelmed by health anxiety because I do all the time as well. It's like if I have a lump or a bump here and there, I'll Google it and all of a sudden I'm dying, you know? You just always think the worst. You always go to the worst-case scenario. It's totally natural. We all do it. So I just want to acknowledge how challenging it can be, basically, to constantly battle those kinds of thoughts. So first of all, Hats off to you for recognising that these thoughts aren't rational because that's such an important first step in taking control of them. So one thing that can really help when anxiety spikes is just to practice grounding and mindfulness. So try to spend maybe 5 to 10 minutes every day from this point on just focusing on your breath, sitting somewhere quiet and feeling your feet planted firmly on the ground. You might even want to visualise roots growing from your feet into the earth because they that's going to help anchor you and provide that stability. And that practice can help bring your attention back to the present moment, and that's going to remind you that you're safe here and now. You're not thinking about the future, you're not worrying about the past, you are safe here and now. So incorporating positive affirmations into your daily routines, that can also be powerful. These will help to shift your brain away from those automatic anxious thoughts into something more empowering. For example, you could try repeating affirmations like, "I trust my body's ability to heal and thrive." Or you could say, "I am safe, healthy, and protected." Or even, "I release all fear and anxiety over my health and I embrace peace." When we repeat these affirmations every morning, especially whilst looking in the mirror, 'cause that's really powerful as well, that can make a big difference over time because your brain will begin to absorb those positive beliefs. Another helpful practice that I think you can do is energy clearing and protection. Sometimes anxiety can really be heightened by external stresses or energies that are around us. In a simple ritual, just like, you know, smudging your house with sage or palo santo, or even visualizing a white light surrounding you as that protective shield, they can all create a sense of calm and protection. Something else I like to do is breathwork. I think breathwork is such a wonderful tool for anxiety. Simply like just sitting and breathing, like the 4-7-8 method where you would inhale for 4 counts, hold for 7 counts, and exhale for 8 counts. I think I did an Instagram post on this a while ago, but that will activate the part of your nervous system that tells your body that it's safe to relax, and that can be a great way to quiet those anxious thoughts and just to restore that sense of calm. So just to quickly recap on that, you inhale for 4, you hold for 7, and you exhale for 8. And when I say those numbers, I mean like seconds. So you would inhale, count to 4, hold, count to 7, and then exhale for 8 counts, if that makes sense. I hope it does. But when these fearful thoughts come up, I also think that journaling can be a useful way to reframe them as well, because you can write down your anxious thoughts, you can challenge yourself to reword them into something more supportive. For instance, if you think something along the lines of, "I'm sure something is wrong with my body," you could try to reframe it as, "My body is strong. I choose to trust its wisdom." Because putting your thoughts on paper, that just gives you a moment to examine them and shift into a healthier perspective. Something else you could do is just a little body scan meditation where you just mentally check in with each part of your body. You start at the top of your head on the crown. You just notice every sensation in your body without judgment. And that can help you reconnect with your body in a way that feels peaceful rather than fearful. It can reduce anxiety by focusing on awareness instead of worry. But just remember, you don't have to take on all of these practices at once, yeah. This is just everything that I think would help you. Start with just one of those little exercises that I've just talked about, like grounding or breathwork, and just gradually build from there. Because healing anxiety, it's a huge process, don't get us wrong. Like, I've been there myself. I know exactly where you are right now. But when we use these tools, they can help you to regain a sense of control and calm, and that's just going to allow you to trust in your body and its ability to heal as well. You've already taken a real positive step by asking this question to us, so I truly believe that with time you're going to feel more and more empowered and at peace. But just know, like I said, that you are not alone on this journey. Okay, so I hope that that helped you there, Danny. Right, next up we have got another question from one of me members, from Margot, who asks, how do I stop my mind wandering when I try to meditate or manifest? Every single time I try, something pops into my mind and stops me from focusing, and I just can't get back into the zone. Also, is it wrong to cleanse my crystals every day, especially my moldavite? I usually burn incense every day "and pass it through the smoke, and I often wonder if I'm doing it damage." Right, two parts to this. So I find that it is super, super common for the mind to wander when meditating or manifesting. That's just who we are, so you're definitely not alone in this, okay? The mind is naturally busy, and it loves to throw distractions at us. Absolutely loves it, especially when you're trying to focus on something. When I was recently writing a chapter all about meditation and mindfulness in my new book, which will be out in January, I wrote about exactly this because honestly it is so common you wouldn't even believe. I'd be sat there in the early days trying to manifest and meditate and just be still with my thoughts, and my brain would be trying to work out how I was going to pay my next credit card bill or what my mum would be making us for me tea when I got home. So I'd say that first, try not to fight the thoughts when they come up, okay? Instead of feeling frustrated or trying to force them away, just gently acknowledge them. Let them pass like clouds in the sky, okay? You can even label the thoughts. So you could label one thinking about work, worrying about plans, and then just return to your breath or your intention. Meditation and manifestation are all about practice, not perfection. So it's okay if your mind wanders a bit, because over time it will wander less and less as you build up the habit. Another thing that might help you is having a bit of an anchor. Okay, so this could be a word, a phrase, or even just a focus point like your breath, a sound, an image, whatever it is that you're trying to manifest. And every time that you notice your mind drifting, just gently bring yourself back to that anchor without judgment. It could even be that you just have a crystal in your hand while you're trying to meditate. When your mind wanders, just bring your thoughts back to the present moment of holding that crystal in your hand. You can also try shortening your sessions at first because I think when I first started trying to meditate, for example, I would bang on YouTube, I would type in 1-hour meditation guided or something like that, and I would get 5 or 10 minutes in and I'd be like, Jesus Christ, I'm either falling asleep or my mind is just wandering constantly. So maybe just start short, you know, start with really short sessions at first because sometimes starting with just 3 to 5 minutes of focused meditation or manifesting, that can help reduce the pressure on yourself. And you can just gradually build up from there. Now, as for your crystals, with the second part of your question, you're not doing them any harm at all by cleansing them daily, so don't worry, especially the Moldavite crystals, especially ones used for deep transformation like Moldavite. They can pick up energy from their environment, from the work that you're doing with them, so it's actually a good practice to cleanse them regularly. Passing your crystals through incense smoke daily, it's just a gentle way and it's completely safe for you to cleanse your crystals. It's a great way to keep their energy clear. If it feels right to you and it aligns with your intention, trust that, okay? Your intuition plays a huge role in working with crystals. So yeah, keep on doing what you're doing. I think you're doing absolutely amazing by staying mindful of your practices and being aware of what works best for you. But just keep going. Don't be so hard on yourself, okay? It's all part of the journey. Next up, we've got a message from Sarah who asked, I've been trying to manifest my goals for months 'but nothing seems to be happening. What am I doing wrong?' Okay, so this is another common question, and it's so common to feel frustrated when you're manifesting and things don't seem to be moving as quickly as you'd like them to. But the good news is it's often just a small shift in mindset or approach that will make all the difference. So firstly, Sarah, you might want to ask yourself if deep down you truly believe that you're worthy or capable of receiving what you're manifesting. Because sometimes we can be unknowingly holding on to limiting beliefs that are blocking our manifestations from coming through. So if there is any doubt, maybe try reinforcing positive affirmations like, "I am worthy of everything I desire," or journaling about what might be holding you back. And then next, you might want to consider letting go of attachments to the outcome as well, because it's great to have clear intentions and desires, but focusing too much on how and when something will happen that's only going to create some resistance for you. So try to shift from a place of need or desperation to one of trust and surrender, because the universe will deliver in unexpected ways. And when we let go, you then create space for those surprises to happen. So manifestation also isn't just about thinking positively, it's about taking that aligned, inspired action towards your goals. So you might want to ask yourself, Sarah, are there any small steps that you can take that would bring you closer to your manifestation? It might be updating your CV for that dream job. It might be putting yourself out there to meet new people at a health club or something like that. But those actions, they are going to help align your energy with what you truly want in your life. It's also important to review the energy that you're putting out as well, because sometimes we get so stuck in that wanting energy that can signal lack, whereas really instead we need to try and embody the energy of already having what you're manifesting. For example, if you're manifesting financial abundance and wealth, how can you start feeling abundant right now? It might be something as simple as just treating yourself with extra care or expressing gratitude for what you already have in your life. So just remember that manifestation is not always instant. Sometimes the universe is just aligning things behind the scenes. So you just need to trust that timing of your life and know that what is meant for you will not pass you by. Even though things might not be happening on your timeline, that doesn't mean to say that they aren't happening at all. And if all else fails, try a bit of Moldavite, which is a crystal that massively accelerates time. It puts you into the timeline of someone who has everything that you're entitled to, moving heaven and earth to get you there. It's a wild ride, but trust me, it's worth it. But just keep on going, doing what you're doing, and just trust that every step that you take is bringing you closer to your overall goal. You're on the right path, even if it doesn't feel like it right now, okay? Have that faith, okay? You've got this. Okay, next up, Caroline has asked, how can I stop negative self-talk from creeping in when I'm trying to stay so positive and focused all the time? Okay, so stopping negative self-talk, that can be tough. But the good news is, with practice, it'll just get easier. Okay, one way to start is by becoming more aware of your thoughts without judging them. So like I mentioned earlier, when a negative thought pops up, just try to observe it like a passing cloud rather than letting it take over your entire mindset. You can then gently challenge it. You could ask yourself, is this thought really true? And then you can look for evidence that supports a more positive, balanced view because Most of the thoughts that we have in life are negative because our brains are always on the hunt for negativity. It's like they thrive off it. It's called negative bias. So when we challenge that and we think, you know, is this thought really true? And we look for that evidence that supports the opposite, it really helps us get over that. Something else that I find helpful is to replace the negative thought with a positive affirmation. So if you catch yourself thinking, I'm not good enough, you can replace it with, "I'm capable," "I'm doing my best." You might want to even keep a list of affirmations handy and just repeat them daily just to build that habit of that positive thinking. It can also be helpful to pause and breathe deeply when negativity creeps in as well. Just taking a few slow, deep breaths, that will help to calm your mind. It will give you a moment to refocus. But what I'll say here is that progress, not perfection, is the goal. Okay, progress is the ultimate goal, not perfection. So just be kind to yourself when these thoughts come up because it is all part of being human. The more you practice self-compassion and self-care, the easier it will be to quiet those negative voices and stay focused on your positive intentions. Hope that that helped you there. Um, next up we have a message from— who was next? We've got Marcus. Marcus asks I'm new to spirituality and I'm feeling really overwhelmed. Don't we all, Marcus? Where do I even begin with practices like meditation and connecting to my higher self? This is such a good question and it's one that I get asked quite a lot because it does feel like there is just so much out there that is claiming to help. And again, this is why I wrote me book, because I was once in your shoes. When my granddad passed away in 2019, I felt totally overwhelmed discovering crystals for the very first time, and then I was trying to incorporate the law of attraction, meditation, mindfulness, yoga, affirmations, subliminals. It was so fucking overwhelming, I can't even begin to explain. So I get it more than anyone, but it's completely normal to feel overwhelmed when you're just starting out on your spiritual journey. But the good news is there's no right way to begin. Spirituality is a very personal and subjective experience, so you can take it at your own pace. You can explore what feels best for you at your own leisure. So I would say that a great place to start is with meditation, because I see meditation as being kind of a gateway to so many other spiritual practices. Meditation for me helps me to quiet my mind, then I become more present, and then I'm able to get in touch with my inner self. So if you're new to it, just start small, like I was saying earlier. Even just 5 minutes a day can make a huge difference. You can try guided meditations to help you keep focused. There are plenty of apps or videos online that can gently lead you through the process. If you want to, you can even head to insighttimer.com, search Mart Tweedy. There are loads on there that I've uploaded. They're all free for you to listen to. And I'd say that as for connecting with your higher self, I'd say this is all about tuning into that deeper part of you that's wise, loving, aligned with your true purpose. And a simple way to start this practice is by journaling. So you might want to ask yourself questions like, what do I need to know right now? Or what is my highest self guiding me towards? And then just free write. Just put your pen to paper, just free write whatever comes to mind. You might even be surprised by the insights that flow out when you do that. But I'd say that gratitude is another powerful practice to explore here as well, because when you start and end your day with gratitude you then shift your focus to the positive and therefore you align with higher vibrations. And that can be as simple as just writing down 3 things that you're grateful for every single day. But just remember that it's okay to take baby steps here because there's no rush. It's all about what resonates with you personally. Spirituality is a bit of a journey. It's not a destination, it's a journey. Your path will unfold in a way that is right for you, and it's going to be different for every single person. So just trust your intuition, Just allow yourself the space to explore, okay? Hope that that helped you there, Marcus. Okay, next up I have got a message from Steph. She has asked, "Does the universe really listen to me when I'm manifesting, or is it just coincidence when things work out?" Again, great question and one that a lot of people wonder about as well. The short answer is yes, the universe does listen when you're manifesting. The end. But it might not always show up in the way that you expect, okay? Manifestation isn't just about thinking or wishing for something and then magically receiving it. It's about aligning your energy, your thoughts, and your actions with what you desire. So the universe responds to your vibration, which is why focusing on positive emotions like gratitude, love, and abundance— that's all key, okay? When things work out in alignment with your manifestations it's not coincidence. It's the result of the energy and intention that you've been putting out there. Even if it feels like coincidence, you're likely just tuning into the flow of the universe, and that's always working to support you. So it's important to remember that divine timing plays a huge role here. Sometimes things don't always happen exactly when or how we want them to, but that doesn't mean that the universe isn't listening. Sometimes it's just about allowing the process to unfold and just trusting that what's meant for you will eventually find its way to you in the perfect way and time. So keep on doing what you're doing, keep on setting your intentions, keep on taking those aligned actions, and just trust the process. The universe is always listening, even if it doesn't always feel obvious in the moment. Now we've got the same question here from 3 of you, or in a roundabout way at the very least. So this is for— who's it for? It's for Nikki, Amanda, and Stacy. So they've all basically asked the same kind of question, which is, what are the best daily habits to shift from a scarcity mindset to an abundance mindset? Okay, so shifting from a scarcity mindset to an abundance mindset, for me it's all about cultivating daily habits that reinforce that positivity, gratitude, and trust in the limitless possibilities around you. So there are a few ways that you can do this. The first is to start with gratitude. So just begin each day by listing a few few things that you're grateful for. You don't have to list 10, you don't have to list 20, just a few things that you're grateful for. But don't just write down what you're grateful for, write down why you're grateful for it, okay? Because that simple practice is going to rewire your brain to focus on what you already have instead of what's lacking. Gratitude is a powerful way to attract more abundance into your life, and I'd see that as being the number one thing that you should be doing. The second thing I'd say is positive affirmations. Daily affirmations will just train your mind to embrace abundance. So, "I am worthy of unlimited success." "I am worthy of happiness." "Abundance flows to me effortlessly." Repeating these will help replace those limiting beliefs with empowering ones. You can take inspired action because abundance is not just a mindset, but it's also a way of acting as well. So set yourself daily intentions that align with abundance. Like taking small steps towards your goals. The universe will respond when you pair a positive mindset with intentional action. Something else I like to do is to celebrate my small wins. So every day, just acknowledge and celebrate small success, no matter how tiny they might seem for you, okay? By focusing on your progress, you then reinforce the idea that you're constantly moving towards more abundance, and therefore you're going to attract even more of it. Something else I like to think about as well is to give generously. Now, when I say this, people often say to me, but I don't have money to give. I never said money. So this could be time, energy, resources. I just want you to practice giving without fear of losing. So when you give freely, that signals to the universe that you trust that there will always be more to be replenished. Okay, that reinforces an abundance mindset. It's not always about giving money. It could just be that you give someone your time. Maybe a colleague of yours is struggling at work. Give them 15 minutes to explain what they should be doing or help them along with their little task or something and just know that that 15 minutes will come back to you. That's kind of giving generously. So that's kind of another way that you can think about abundance. Um, you can surround yourself with abundance-minded people as well because the people around you will influence your mindset. So surround yourself with people who inspire you. Who believe in abundance, who encourage you to see the world as full of possibilities. Um, practice mindfulness. Scarcity often comes from fear of the future or regret about the past. So practice mindfulness even just for a couple of minutes a day. That's going to help you stay present and fully appreciate the moment, and that's going to reinforce feelings of abundance. And then kind of the last thing I would say is comparing yourself to others, because that often triggers feelings of scarcity. So instead, just focus on your own journey. Celebrate the unique opportunities and blessings that come your way. There's more than enough for everyone. It's like if you open up Instagram and you're following like the Kardashians or anything like that, and you're like, oh my God, how have they got so much money and I'm here with like not a pot to piss in? It makes you feel like crap. It really does. Now, when you see other people on Instagram and they've got everything that you ever wanted, and you're like, why can't that be me? You're just comparing yourself to them, and that is going to trigger those feelings of scarcity. So I'm not saying like unfollow them or anything like that, but maybe just limit those interactions that you have. Maybe hide their profiles if they make you feel bad and you recognize that. But if you integrate these kind of habits into your daily routine, you'll gradually shift your mindset from scarcity to abundance. Now, it does take time, but with consistency, you will notice such a positive transformation in the way that you see the world and the way that you attract opportunities. So I hope that that helped the three of you. Um, next up, Michaela has asked, how do I know if I'm on the right spiritual path, and what should I do if I feel lost or disconnected? So this is completely natural to question whether you're on the right spiritual path. I do it every fucking morning, honestly. Oh, I feel so lost at the minute, especially when feelings of doubt or disconnection arise. As well. Okay, so the important thing to remember is that spirituality is not going to be a linear journey. There's going to be times when you feel deeply connected, and then there's going to be other times when you feel a bit lost, and that's all right. Don't be so hard on yourself. One of the best indicators that you're on the right path is how you feel overall. So if you're finding moments of peace, joy, personal growth, those are going to be signs that you're moving in the right direction. Even when you feel lost or disconnected, it doesn't mean that you've gone off track. Like right now, I feel so lost, so disconnected. I've just got so much going on in my life, but I know that I'm still on the right track, okay? Sometimes those periods of uncertainty are just opportunities for deeper learning and growth. So when you're feeling disconnected, maybe try to connect with practices that ground you. Could be meditation, journaling, spending time in nature, Even just taking time to sit in silence and reflect. Sometimes just asking yourself questions like, "What do I need right now?" or "What is my heart guiding me towards?" That can help to reignite that connection. So trust your intuition because it's one of your greatest tools for spiritual guidance. And also be kind and patient with yourself because feeling lost is often a sign that you're about to discover something new or you're about to deepen your understanding Instead of seeing disconnection as a setback, try to view it as a chance to reset and realign with your true self. And lastly, I'd say don't hesitate to reach out for support as well. So whether it's from a spiritual community, a mentor, even a trusted friend who understands the journey that you're going through, as lost as you feel, you are never truly alone. And sometimes that guidance just comes from the most unexpected places as well. So just trust that you're always exactly where you need to be. Even if it doesn't feel that way in the moment. Okay, you're doing amazing. Next up, we have Laura who asked, is there a difference between manifesting something big like a million pounds and manifesting smaller things like a parking space? Great question. Okay, so the process of manifestation is essentially the same regardless of whether you're manifesting something big like the million pounds or something small like a cup of coffee or a parking space. Yes, I get it. The key difference lies in the energy and beliefs that you bring to each of those. So when it comes to manifesting big changes like that million pound, for example, you might feel more pressure or you might feel more fear because it often involves having to step out of your comfort zone, and it can create resistance if you have doubts or limiting beliefs about whether you deserve or are even capable of achieving it. So the bigger the goal, the the more inner work might be required to clear any blocks or fears that you have around it. With something that feels, in inverted commas, big, you'll likely need to focus more on trust, surrender, aligning your beliefs with what you desire. And for smaller manifestations, like, you know, like a little cup of coffee or something like that, it might feel easier to you because there's often less pressure or emotional attachment to the outcome. Like, yeah, if you don't get a cup of coffee, what's the big deal? You're going to go your morning without a cup of coffee, big whoop, do you know what I mean? But it's like, if you don't get that £1 million, you might have to then sit in that emotional turmoil of, oh my God, I've still got all of this debt behind me. Does that make sense? I hope it does. So you might already believe that these things are attainable when they're smaller, so you naturally just release that resistance, and that makes it easier for the universe to deliver. But that said, the universe doesn't see one desire as bigger or smaller than the other. That's a human perception. Manifesting a career change or a relationship or money, they all follow the same principle. You set your intention, you believe in it, you align your energy with it, and you take that inspired action. That's it. The key to success is just releasing the attachment to the size of your manifestation and just to focus on how it makes you feel. The more that you align with the feeling of already having what you desire, the easier it is to bring it into your life, no matter how big or small it might seem to you. So in short, the difference is mostly in the mindset and the level of resistance or belief that we have around certain goals, okay? But manifestation and manifesting is limitless. And then last but not least, we've got a message from Emma who asked, I have been seeing angel numbers and synchronicities a lot lately. What do they mean? How should I interpret them? Okay, so seeing angel numbers and synchronicities, it's quite a powerful sign that the universe or your angels, your guides, your higher self, whatever you want to call it, is trying to communicate with you. So these numbers, these synchronicities, they often show up just to give us a bit of guidance, a bit of reassurance, or even confirmation that you're on the right path. So there's a general way to interpret them. So when we think about angel numbers Each number or number sequence holds specific vibrations and meanings. For example, 111 is the sign of manifestation, the alignment of thoughts, new beginnings. 222 is all about balance, harmony, telling you to trust the process, have patience. 333 is guidance from your spiritual guides, which is encouraging you to follow your purpose. 444 is a sign that you are protected, you've got stability, your angels are surrounding you with support. 555 means that there are big changes and transformations on the way. 666 is your encouragement to focus and just to realign your thoughts. 777 is all about spiritual growth, divine alignment, good luck. 888 is obviously the symbol of abundance, financial or material blessings are coming your way. And 999 is often the completion of a cycle, preparing for new beginnings.. So when you see these numbers repeatedly, just pay attention to what you're thinking or doing at the time. It could be a sign that you're aligned with your goals, or it might be a nudge to shift your thoughts and actions towards what you want to create. If you want to go deeper on this, there's an amazing book on the website cannycrystals.co.uk. It's called Angel Numbers, it's by Kyle Gray. I think it's about like £8 as well. It's not an expensive book, but have a look at that because that is such an amazing book.. And then to answer the other part of your question was about synchronicities. So synchronicities are meaningful coincidences that seem just a bit, you know, too perfect to be random, like meeting the right person at the right time or receiving an unexpected message that answers a question that you've been wondering about. These are signs that you're in flow with the universe and that things are aligning to support your journey. So it's a bit like a cosmic wink to let you know that you're on the right track. So to interpret synchronicities, you might want to reflect on what's been happening in your life. Like, are there any patterns or messages that seem to be repeating? Ask yourself what these moments might be trying to tell you, because they often come when we're seeking clarity or confirmation or guidance, and they can help you move forward with more confidence in your life. So ultimately, these signs are just reminders that you're connected to a greater energy and that the universe is always working with you, whether through angel numbers or synchronicities. So just trust in your intuition when you're interpreting them because there's no right or wrong way about this, okay? You'll often feel in your gut what they mean for you personally. So when they do show up, just, you know, take it as a positive message that you're supported, you're loved, and you're on the right path. So I really hope that if you had your question answered in today's pod that it helped you or maybe you had a similar question to one that I answered and it gave you that clarity that you needed. Either way, I hope you found the information useful. I think I am going to— am I going to? Yes, I'm going to answer the rest of the questions in next week's podcast because you know what, I've got enough questions from you lot to last a lifetime here and I want to get through as many as I can to help you all out. So I'll continue this in next week's pod. In the meantime, I don't know if you've seen, but we announced our 3 incredible workshops for Manifest. My manifestation, mindset, and spirituality event next year in June, right here in Newcastle upon Tyne. So let me tell you all a bit more about it, because firstly, you don't need to book the workshops. I've had so many messages of people— honestly, you don't need to book the workshops. They're all included. They'll all be running concurrently across the extended lunch break, so you can visit one, two, or even all three if you really feel like it, and you'll still have time for a bite to eat or to browse the holistic marketplace as well. So there is no need to book. No need to pay anything extra. These are all included within your ticket. So for starters, we have Katie Mantua George. Now Katie is actually the meditation and mindfulness coach on Fern Cotton's Happy Place app, and she does a lot of teaching with Fern herself. So after visiting one of Katie's workshops and hearing her story, I was like, you know, yep, we need her at this event. So Katie will be running a meditation and mindfulness session. The second, we have Ajoya Wellbeing, who are made up of Anthony and Andrew. And a fun fact of the day is that Andrew was actually the drummer in the '90s pop group M People with Heather Small, for all you oldies out there. Remember, what have you done today to make you feel proud? I don't know why I'm clicking my fingers at the same time. So Andrew and Anthony will be running a workshop called Sonic Journey, and when I said that to my friend Nikki the other day, she asked Sonic, as in the hedgehog. So basically, in simple terms, a Sonic journey is just sound therapy, but it's scientifically proven sound therapy, and it's going to repair our DNA from within. When I last went to a workshop with Andrew, I actually felt like my whole body had melted into the floorboards. I can't explain it, it's so intensely good. I can't wait for you all to experience that. And then last but not least as well, The third workshop is Josie Baxter, who will be doing restorative yoga. Now I know what you're thinking, I'm coming to learn not to exercise. Don't worry, restorative yoga is a gentle, soothing practice that focuses on deep relaxation rather than that intense physical effort. So unlike more dynamic forms of yoga, restorative poses are just held for longer periods. They're often supported as well by props like blankets and bolsters and it just allows your body to fully relax and just to release tension without any strain on your muscles. So it's all about allowing your muscles to soften and your mind to quiet, and that's going to create that deeply calming and restful experience. So because of that, it makes it accessible to all regardless of your fitness levels, and it's going to be perfect for anyone looking to restore balance and peace to both the body and the mind. And honestly, Josie is such an amazing facilitator. I can't wait to see what she has in store for you all. She did a retreat last weekend in Malaga in Spain, and when I was talking to her, she was saying that she had people crying with the release that they felt. Not crying in pain, don't worry. They were crying with the release that they felt and all the breakthroughs that they had. So that's very exciting, isn't it? And you know, we've got 6 speakers so far announced and 3 workshops. But that's not us done yet, oh God no! We still have 3 enormous names to announce, and these 3 names are gonna blow your little fragile minds. Believe me when I say that. One person in particular, I told me friend the other night and she let out a squeal. An actual squeal came out of her gob like she was a tiny little kitten. So if you haven't already, go and give us a follow on Instagram or Facebook where you can find us on there with the handle mani.fest.nuke, which is short for Newcastle. We are posting a little something every single day to get you all hyped up for the event, and it's making me as wet as an otter's pocket with excitement for it all. We've even just had a conversation with Harrods Beauty this last week to sponsor the event and to add into the goodie bags for VIPs as well. So they're going to be doing little facials, little hand massages in the holistic marketplace, and all the VIPs are going to get some kind of skincare. Oh, it's exciting. Something else to mention is that when we visited the venue last week, we realized that we can now have up to 25 exhibitors rather than just the 10 that we were initially told. So expect sass, expect fun, expect Reiki, card readers as in tarot, not chip and pin, expect life coaches, healers, well-being stalls, Kanni Crystals, obviously. It is going to be epic. Okay, grab your tickets now. Head to www.mani-fest.uk. Not co.uk, just m-a-n-i-f-e-s-t.uk. Your future self will honestly orgasm with excitement. I can't wait to see you all there.
