In this solo‑host episode of the Canny Crystals podcast, Mart Tweedie opens with a heartfelt note to listeners affected by the severe weather in Florida and shares a personal milestone: the legal finalisation of his son’s adoption, marked by a series of 222 angel numbers that he interprets as universal guidance. He then dives into a series of listener‑submitted questions, offering detailed, practice‑oriented answers. The first segment provides a room‑by‑room crystal placement guide rooted in feng shui, recommending specific stones (e.g., amethyst, rose quartz, selenite, citrine, pyrite, carnelian, clear quartz, black tourmaline, labradorite, moss agate) for living spaces, work areas, kitchens, bathrooms, entrances, children’s rooms, and gardens. Subsequent Q&A topics cover: how to manifest multiple goals without overwhelm; strategies to stop unhealthy comparison and reframe it as inspiration; distinguishing intuition from fear through bodily cues and mental tone; whether negative outcomes can be unintentionally manifested and how to shift energy; practical steps to build confidence and silence self‑doubt; the distinction between the Law of Attraction and the Law of Assumption; factors influencing how quickly manifestations appear and methods to accelerate them (letting go of attachment, embodying desired emotions, inspired action); ways to shift out of a feeling of being stuck using gratitude, routine changes, and self‑compassion; techniques for connecting with spirit guides and angels via meditation, intention‑setting, and journaling; and advice on optimal times and rituals for manifestation practice. The episode concludes with community gratitude, a brief promotion for Money Fest 2025, a discount code for Canny Crystals products, and a reminder to follow Mart on social media.

Hello everyone and welcome back to another episode of Cani Crystals the podcast. I hope that you're all well. Now I just need to start today's episode just by recognizing what is going on in Florida right now. So if If you're listening to this from America, or you are near Florida, or you have friends and family in Florida, just know that I'm sending lots of love and lots of healing. That tornado, hurricane, whatever it is, looks absolutely horrific. I don't watch the news, as many of you know, but I have been on TikTok this afternoon and the first thing that popped up was all these videos. I got sucked down a black hole of watching all the destruction and everything like that. It is absolutely horrific. So sending you all lots and lots of love. Okay, so this week I went to London, the weekend just gone, with, um, Francesca Amber from Law of Attraction Changed My Life and Jay Herpier. We went to Suzy Ashworth's Infinite Receiving live event. Now this was a 3-day event and we went to London on the Thursday. We were coming back on this Sunday, so it was like 4 days away from the business and I was thinking, oh my God, how do I cope with this? The Friday as well was obviously our big court date, and it all went absolutely smoothly. So I can now say that our baby is our official son. So yes, we had big celebrations, um, on Friday evening once we received that news. We didn't get to go to the court, so I was in London anyway, but they said that we couldn't attend the court date, so that's why I went to London. Obviously I would have cancelled my London trip if it meant that we had to be in court with it. Um, but yeah, he's officially our son now. How amazing is that? I feel like the last 22 months since we started the adoption process has absolutely flown by, and even the last 9 months as well being placed with him, it's just absolutely flown in. I don't know where like this year has gone. I don't know if that's just normal having a child, but time just feels like it's absolutely flown out of the window. Anyway, like I was saying, I was in London and It's so anticlimactic as well that the last 9 months we've gone through all of this procedure with him. You know, we had like 13 months prior to that of going through loads of training and stuff like that, and it accumulated in us getting a text to say that the adoption order had been granted. That's how much of an anticlimax it was. So anyway, the time that the text came through was 2:22, and when I saw the text and I was like all emotional, I looked at Fran and she went, look at the time! And I was like, oh my God, it was 222. I was like, angel numbers this weekend. I have seen so many lots of 222, honestly. Like, something came to £22.20, um, 222 was on the amount of likes I had on a post or something, or how many comments. I can't remember what it was, um, but honestly, there were so many 222s. So all these little signs and nudges from the universe, I'm absolutely loving them because I know it's guidance. I know it's coming from a place of love. I know it's coming from above. It's just so nice to see it and to be reassured that I'm on the right path. Anyway, on with this week's episode because this week I'm continuing the Q&A episode that I did last week because I just had so many messages from you lot. So I wanted to answer as many as I possibly could, and I think last week I only got through like 10 or 11, so we're going to dive straight on in again this week. So Firstly, in my membership, Heather asked me, could you tell us a room-by-room guide for using crystals in the home and where is best to place them? So in terms of feng shui, this will obviously change depending on the feng shui bagua and how this overlays your own individual home. So I have got a YouTube video on this. If you just go to YouTube, type in the words "Kanni Crystals Feng Shui," you can watch that. But let's answer this question generally, as in, you know, what crystals personally that I would place in each room. So crystals are amazing for enhancing the energy of different spaces in your home or your office, and every crystal is going to bring its own unique vibration. So we'll break it down room by room, okay? So let's start in the living room because the living room is a communal space where people tend to gather. So you'll want crystals that promote harmony, positivity, balance, that kind of thing. So my personal choice would be to use amethyst because it brings a calm and peaceful energy, and it can help keep the vibes high and tranquil as well. So you could place an amethyst cluster on your coffee table or a shelf in your living room just to keep the room's energy in balance. Now, another one that I love to use in the living room is rose quartz because rose quartz is all about fostering love and connection. So I tend to place it near where people tend to go together. Like by the sofa or, you know, at the dining table, because it just amplifies those feelings of warmth and togetherness. So if we move on to the bedroom, the bedroom is all about rest, relaxation, and love. So for a peaceful night's sleep, you would want something like selenite or lepidolite or amethyst again on your bedside table, because these crystals help to clear away anxiety and promote that restful sleep. If you want to bring more love into your life or deepen your relationship, you could keep something like carnelian near to your bed because it's the stone of unconditional desire and fire and passion. And moonstone is also a beautiful option as well, especially for women, because it's connected to intuition and emotional healing. But you can keep them under your pillow for dreams and emotional balance. Keep them on your bedside table, keep them on your windowsill. It's totally up to you where you keep them in your room. If you have a home office or a workspace that you tend to be in quite a lot, you know, where your focus and productivity are key, then I would say that citrine is your go-to crystal because it's known as the stone of success and abundance. So you want to place it on your desk to attract positive energy, wealth, and creativity. I also like to use pyrite in the office as well because that's another great option. Pyrite will attract abundance and provide you with protection as well. So if you place that near your work area, it'll help to boost that motivation and just keep you grounded. If your work environment gets a bit stressful, however, something like fluorite can really help to clear that mental fog and bring about a bit of clarity as well. When it comes to the kitchen, the kitchen is obviously the heart of the home where we nourish ourselves and everyone that's in our house. So carnelian is the perfect crystal for this space because it promotes vitality, creativity, and that bit of a zest for life. Plus, it's great for encouraging passion for cooking as well, so creativity with meals. You know, you can keep it on your countertop or near your cooking area. And what I have in mind as well is I use a clear quartz because it amplifies positive energy. It can help keep the space vibrant and clear. Now if we move around to— let's do the bathroom. You basically want your bathroom to be all around cleansing and renewal. So I want you to opt for crystals that support purification. So clear quartz is an amazing crystal for clearing energy. Selenite promotes a fresh, clean vibration. You can place these around the bath if you want, or the sink, and they'll just create a calm and spa-like atmosphere. Aquamarine is another great crystal for the bathroom as well because it's associated with water, tranquility, emotional cleansing. Just keep it near your bath products to enhance the cleansing ritual. Now, in your front entrance or your hallway to your house, the entrance basically is where the energy flows into your home. So you want to keep protective and grounding crystals here. For me, I use black tourmaline, black obsidian, selenite, because they're all really good for protection, shielding your home from negative energy as people tend to come and go through the house. So you can place one near the front door, you can hang it above the entrance. I think citrine is also a great choice for the hallway or entrance as well, just to bring in that positive energy and abundance and a welcoming atmosphere. Or you can use something like labradorite. Now I have a huge piece of labradorite, you might have seen it on my Instagram stories. I've got a gigantic piece of labradorite just behind my front door on a little console table, just because I think labradorite is such a good transmuter of negative energy into positive energy. And I just think if any negative energy was to come through the door, I would like to hope that that labradorite is just going to transmute it and turn it into positive energy. Now, for those of you that have children, for a kid's room, you'll want soothing protective crystals. So again, Amethyst is a great calming crystal. It's perfect for encouraging peaceful sleep, warding off nightmares, that kind of thing. I've got 2 or 3 massive pieces in my little boy's room right now. He doesn't know what they are right now, but they're just there on display. But I've put them there for that exact reason, so it gives them a peaceful night's sleep. And guess what? We're getting 12 hours a night. 12 whole hours a night. He's 9 months old. People are amazed. Anyway, you could place a small piece under their pillow or on the bedside table. Obviously, just make sure that, you know, they can't reach it or anything like that. We don't want them working on it. But rose quartz is another great one as well because it just promotes that love, that kindness, that emotional balance that children need. Just place it near the bed or around the room for that gentle loving energy. And then last but not least, I think the only place of the house that I haven't really covered is a garden or an outdoor space or a yard or whatever it is. So if you have a garden or an outdoor area, like say green aventurine would be perfect for enhancing growth and abundance in nature. So if you place it near your plants or in your garden, it'll just promote vitality and abundance in your outdoor space. Another great one is Moss Agate because it's known as the crystal of new beginnings and growth, so that makes it perfect for helping plants thrive. But just remember, like, crystals work best when they're cleansed and charged regularly, so just be sure to cleanse them with moonlight or sage or sound every so often just to keep their energy clear. But if you trust your intuition as you place these crystals around your house, like if a certain crystal feels like it belongs in a particular room, just go with it because your home is a reflection of your energy. So crystals can help you harmonize and uplift every single space in that. So I hope that that helps you, Heather. Right, next up we have a message from Steph who asked, "Can I manifest multiple things at the same time, or should I focus on just one goal?" Absolutely, you can manifest whatever you want, multiple things, whatever you want at once, okay? Think of it like juggling. Except the universe is the best juggler that there is. So when it comes to manifestation, your desires are like seeds, okay? The universe is this massive magical garden where anything can grow. So you don't have to limit yourself to planting just one seed. You can plant a whole garden of dreams, whether that be in, you know, love, career, health, abundance, personal growth, whatever it is that your heart desires. But the key is that you need to give each one attention and care. So if you spread yourself too thin or constantly second-guess whether your desires are coming to fruition, you might be slowing things down for yourself. So manifesting multiple things is just about holding the vision for all your desires without overwhelming yourself. So what I like to do is I like to focus on one key area, and I like to give all of my focus to that, because if I focused on manifesting 10 things, I would only be giving 10% to each one of them. Whereas I'd much rather give 100% to one. Obviously, if we're trying to manifest things all at the same time and there's nothing else we can do about it, that's absolutely fine, but just be aware that you don't want to overwhelm yourself. So you don't want to manifest too many things at once. So you need clarity for every single thing that you're manifesting. So maybe you visualize abundance in the morning, and then you focus on love during your commute to work, and then you affirm your career success before bed, Do you know what I mean? You're setting yourself a little time for each different area, but the more that you can align your energy and your belief with every desire that you have, the faster the Universe can orchestrate everything for you. But if you do feel overwhelmed, just start small, because manifestation usually works best when it feels joyful, not like a to-do list, for example. So if you pick a few core desires, just focus on those and just trust that everything else will flow in after that. The universe doesn't operate on a scarcity mindset. It can bring you love, money, success, happiness, and everything else that you want all at once, okay? So just dream big, manifest it all, but don't overwhelm yourself. Okay, next up, Nicola asked, "How do I stop comparing myself to others, especially when it feels like everyone else is ahead of me?" Okay, comparison, comparisonitis, the ultimate buzzkill. First, let me tell you something. There is no race, okay, and you are not behind anyone else. Every single person is on their own unique journey, and you comparing yourself to someone else's is like comparing a sunflower to a rose, okay. They each bloom in their own time. They are both beautiful in their own right, but when we compare ourselves to others, we often focus on their highlights without knowing their full story. So you might see someone on Instagram achieving something amazing but you don't always see the struggle that they went through to get there. And here's the thing, your path is perfect for you. I'm going to say that again, your path is perfect for you. So it might have its twists and its turns, but every single step that you take, even the hard ones, they're just preparing you for something wonderful. So instead of focusing on where other people are, just start celebrating where you are right now. Take the time to reflect on your growth, no matter how small it seems. Even if you're not exactly where you want to be yet, you are still making progress towards that, and that is worth celebrating. Every single step forward is a step towards your dreams. One of the best ways to overcome comparison is to turn it into inspiration. So instead, when you see someone succeeding, instead of feeling like you're behind, try thinking like, "Good for them, and good for me too. If they can do it, so can I." it's possible, okay? Their success is just a reminder to you that it's possible for you as well. The universe is abundant, so someone else's success doesn't take away from yours. You know, if I got rich and I made like a million pound overnight, that's not to say that the kids in Africa still wouldn't be starving, or that I've taken money from some homeless people. The world doesn't change. You are still entitled to that, okay? The world is an abundant place, and we're all entitled to it. Okay, someone else's success doesn't take away from yours. In fact, I'd say that it's probably a sign that good things are happening and you're just on the way to your own breakthrough. So I just want you to stay in your lane, keep your focus on your journey, and just remember everything is unfolding for you in your own perfect timing. I hope that that helped you. Um, next up, who else have we got? We've got Rebecca who asked, how can I tell the difference between my intuition and my fear when making decisions? So this is such a powerful question, and it's something that we all face at times as well, because the difference between intuition and fear can sometimes feel quite subtle. But once you learn to distinguish between the two, it's going to change everything. So if we picture our intuition like our inner GPS, it's that soft kind of quiet voice inside that just knows, okay? It doesn't shout or create panic. It just whispers calmly and guides you with a sense of peace, even if the direction that it's pointing you towards feels a bit outside your comfort zone, if that makes sense. So intuition often feels like a little bit of a gentle nudge or just that inner knowing, and it's persistent but it's not frantic. Whereas we have fear on the other hand, which tends to be loud and quite anxious, and it often comes with a sense of urgency or panic, like, "I need to act now," or, "What if everything goes wrong?" That fear is usually tied to a past experience or a limiting belief or worries about the future, whilst our intuition is more present and grounded. So the trick that I use is when I'm faced with a decision, I just take a few moments just to get still and breathe deeply, and then I ask myself, like, what feels expansive and what feels constricting? Because your intuition will feel expansive, like it's leading you towards growth, even if it's scary. Scary, but fear feels like it's closing in on you. It's keeping you small. It's trying to protect you from discomfort, basically. Also, I'd say just to check in with your body, because intuition often brings a sense of calm or clarity, whilst fear can sometimes create tension, tightness, or that sense of unease in your body as well. So if the thought of a choice feels like a relief, even if it's challenging, that's usually your intuition guiding. So just trust that your intuition always has your highest good in mind, even if the path isn't the easiest. Okay, next up we have Josie who asked, uh, what did Josie ask? There it is. Is it possible to accidentally manifest something negative by focusing on it too much, like a bit of a bad outcome? So Josie, here's the beautiful thing about manifestation. It's not about one-off thoughts, but it's about the overall energy and beliefs that you hold inside. So there's no need to worry about a random negative thought manifesting something terrible. You know, like if I just suddenly thought, "Oh my God, car crash," I'm not going to go out and have a car crash straight away. That's just not how the universe works. We all have those moments of doubt or fear or worry. It's a part of being human. The universe is forgiving. It understands that our thoughts fluctuate from time to time, but manifestation is driven by that dominant energy and beliefs over time. So if you're consistently focusing on positive empowering thoughts and you're aligning your actions with what you want to attract, that's what the universe responds to. But if you constantly dwell on fear or lack or negative outcomes, it is possible to bring more of that energy into your life. But the good news is the moment that you notice yourself slipping into negativity, you have the power to shift it. It's like changing the channel on the TV. If the TV's on and it's playing something and you think, oh my God, I can't this woman in this drama, you're not going to sit and watch it, are you? You would just reach for the remote. You would reach for the remote and change the channel. That's exactly what you can do. You can tune into the frequency of abundance, love, positivity whenever you choose to do that. When those negative thoughts creep in, don't panic or beat yourself up. Just gently acknowledge them and then reframe your focus. You could ask yourself, like, what do I want instead? And just put your energy towards that. So to answer your question, no, you won't accidentally manifest something bad unless you feed that fear constantly. So just keep your vibe high, you know, trust in the process, and just know that you're in control of your energy. You can manifest whatever you want in life, but you need to tip the scales. It needs to be at least 51% positive, and that 1% will tip the scales in your favor. Okay, next up we have Sarah who asked, "what are some practical steps to build my confidence and overcome self-doubt in my everyday life?" Great question, Sarah. So confidence is something that we all have within us. We all have it in us. I know some of you might be sat there right now thinking, "Mart, I'm the least confident person ever. I'm like a little mouse." We all have it in us. It's just about unlocking it, okay? One step at a time. First things first, start celebrating your small wins because confidence isn't built overnight. But every little step that you take adds to your sense of self-worth. So did you speak up in a meeting? If you did, high five! Did you finish a project that you've been putting off at work? Go you, well done! These small victories, they all add up. They remind us that we're capable of more than we think. Another big tip is to reframe your inner dialogue as well, because I often find that self-doubt within me comes from that little voice in me head that says, "I'm not good enough," or "What if I fail?" But guess what? You have the power to change that narrative. Every time a negative thought pops up, challenge it. Ask yourself, "Is this thought really true?" Replace it with something more empowering, like "I'm learning and growing every day," or "I'm capable of handling whatever comes my way." The more that you practice that positive self-talk, the more natural it will become to you, and your confidence will start to thrive. Visualisation is also a game changer. I bang on about it all the time, but spend time every single day just imagining yourself succeeding or thriving or feeling confident in whatever area of your life that you're working on right now. So you might want to picture yourself in the future embodying that version of you that's fearless and self-assured, because your mind can't tell the difference between what's real and what's imagined. So the more you visualise your you say this, the more your brain starts to believe that it's true. And then lastly, I'd say just take action even when you feel uncertain, because confidence is built through experience. Sometimes you just have to do the thing even if you're scared of it. Every time that you take a step outside of your comfort zone, you are going to grow as a person. And just remember that confidence isn't about being perfect. It's about showing up. It's about trying your best.. It's even about like learning along the way as well. You've got everything that you need within you to succeed. The world is just waiting to see your magic. So if I were you, take those steps on board. Let me know how you get on. I hope that helped. Next up, we have a question from Bronwyn. I want to say B-R-O-N-W-Y-N. Bronwyn? Is it Bronwyn? We're going to go with Bronwyn. And Bronwyn asked— I've never said Bronwyn so much in my entire life. Bronwyn asked, I've heard a lot about the law of attraction, but what's the difference between that and the Law of Assumption? So I think I did a podcast episode about, probably about a year or so ago now, but both the Law of Attraction and the Law of Assumption are quite powerful in manifestation, but they operate slightly differently. So the Law of Attraction is based on the idea that you attract what you focus on. So if you're putting out positive energy, positive thoughts and emotions, the universe is going to reflect that back to you by bringing more positivity and abundance into your life. So it's all about aligning your energy with what you want, trusting that the universe will respond in kind. Whereas on the other hand, we have the Law of Assumption. That's a bit more direct. It's the belief that whatever you assume to be true will become your reality. So with the Law of Assumption, you don't wait for the universe to bring you signs or proof. You act as if it's already done. You literally embody the version of yourself that has already achieved what you desire. So if you want to be successful, you assume that you already have that success and you carry yourself with that energy. If you want love, you assume that love is already yours. You live in that mindset, so the universe then aligns with your belief and it brings it into your reality. Both laws work, but the Law of Assumption asks you to take it one step further by just completely embodying your desires in the here and now. So it's more about acting, thinking and feeling as if your manifestation is already reality without needing that external validation. So whether you're drawn to the Law of Attraction or the Law of Assumption, the core principle is the same. Your thoughts, your beliefs, your energy, they all shape your reality. So, you know, just go ahead, do whichever feels right to you, assume it's already yours, and just watch that magic unfold for you. Next up, we have Amber who asked, how long does it usually take for manifestations to show up? Is there a way to speed up the process? The million-dollar question. I don't know why I said million dollars because I'm clearly in England. The million-pound question. How long does it take for manifestations to show up? So the truth is, there is no universal timeline. It varies from person to person and basically from desire to desire. Sometimes manifestations happen in the blink of an eye. Other times they might take months or even years to fully materialize. The speed basically depends on several factors like your level of alignment, your level of belief, any emotional state that you're feeling right now, whether there are any internal blocks in the way. Like, I was talking to someone about this a couple of weeks ago. I can't remember who it was. It might have been someone in my membership, and I'd said manifesting a cup of coffee is no harder than manifesting a million pounds. And they said, what do you mean? And I said, well, it's basically just the limiting beliefs that we have inside of us that make us think that manifesting a million pounds is actually harder than manifesting a cup of coffee. And we all have these limiting beliefs placed within us, but it's like if I said, you know, I'm gonna go out today and manifest a cup of coffee, my brain would be like, all right, that's possible, you know, I can totally imagine that. I can imagine going into a coffee shop and just, you know, either saying to someone, excuse me, would you buy me a cup of coffee please? And they'd be like, yeah, go on then, something like that. But if I went out and I said, I'm actively going to manifest a million pound today, and I went up to someone in the street and said, excuse me, can you give me a million pound? I'm probably going to get a black eye, if I'm totally honest with you. So it does kind of come down to the limiting beliefs that we have inside as well. But that being said, there are ways to speed up the process, because one of the most powerful ways to accelerate manifestation is to let go of the attachment to the outcomes. So when you're constantly checking for signs or you're feeling desperate for your desire to show up, you then create that resistance. So instead, I want you to focus on enjoying the present moment and just trust that the universe is working behind the scenes and you're going to get it no matter what anyway. Just surrender to that divine timing because you just need to know that what's meant for you is already on its way. Like, you wouldn't order from a Chinese takeaway and then 5 minutes later place that order again because it hasn't turned up yet. You would patiently wait knowing that it's being cooked and it's on its way to you. That's exactly what's happening here. Another way to speed things up is to align your vibration with your desire. So feel the emotions of already having what you want. If you're manifesting abundance, just act and feel abundant now. Practice gratitude for the things that you already have and live life as though you're already financially secure. The universe is going to respond to that energy that you're radiating. So the more that you embody the feeling of having that desire, the faster it can come to you. But take that inspired action as well, because manifestation isn't just about sitting around and waiting. It's about co-creating with the universe. So when you get intuitive nudges or opportunities, you might want to act on them. The more that you align your thoughts, your emotions, and your actions with your desires, the quicker it can show up in your reality. And just always trust that the universe's timing is perfect, even if it's not on your personal schedule. Okay, so I hope that that helped. Pauline has asked, how can I shift my thinking when I feel stuck in a rut, like I'm not making any progress in life? I'm 67 and listen each week and love what you do, but I just feel so stuck right now with everything going on. Okay, first off, if you're feeling stuck, Pauline, take a deep breath because being in a rut often means that you're on the verge of a breakthrough. It's important to remember that progress isn't always visible or immediate and sometimes the biggest growth happens beneath the surface. Just like a seed growing roots before it breaks through the soil, we can't always see what goes on beneath the ground, but then all of a sudden, boop, it's popped through the top, and then we pull it out and you've got all these roots down below, and we've just been thinking that nothing's been happening. One of the quickest ways to shift your thinking is to change your focus from what's not working to what is working, even if it's small. Gratitude is a powerful tool for getting unstuck here, okay? So when you start appreciating the little things in life, you begin to shift your energy towards abundance rather than lack. Even just acknowledging things like, "I'm grateful for the roof over me head," or, "I'm thankful for me supportive friends," that can create a ripple effect that brings more positive energy your way. Sometimes shaking up your routine can really help your mindset as well, so try something new like picking up a hobby that you've always wanted to try, or change your environment. Go for a walk somewhere that you've never been before. Even if it's just rearranging your living space, because new energy is going to lead to new ideas and new perspectives. Another key is self-compassion as well, because we're often our own harshest critics. You know, I am, I'm awful for this. I'm always criticizing myself. So give yourself some grace. Just remind yourself that you're exactly where you need to be. That feeling of being stuck, it's only temporary. Just trust that you're always moving forward, even if it doesn't feel like it. And you're always taking small steps towards your goals and you're celebrating them because every little bit counts. And finally, I'd say just to reconnect with your why. Like, why did you start this journey in the first place? Because sometimes just simply remembering what lights you up and why you're pursuing your path, that's going to reignite your passion and get you right back on track. So I would just say, Pauline, you know, you've got this. The universe hasn't forgotten you. Your next step is just around the corner. And considering you're 67, thank you so much for listening to the podcast every week. I really appreciate it. Um, next up we have Jamie who asked, how can I better connect with my spirit guides or angels? I sometimes feel their presence, but I don't know how to communicate with them. Okay, first off, how amazing that you can already sense your spirit guides or angels. That's a huge sign that you're, you know, close and ready to communicate, because spirit guides and angels are always around us. They're always offering support, guidance, and protection. The trick is learning how to tune into their messages and trust what you receive. So one of the easiest ways to connect with your guides is just to simply ask them for their help. You can do this through meditation, prayer, even just speaking out loud. Set the intention to connect with them and just ask for a sign or a message or some guidance. Be specific if you'd like. So for example, you could say, "If I'm on the right path, show me a blue butterfly today." That's what I usually go for. Or you could say, "Please give me a message in my dreams tonight." Spirit guides love to communicate through symbols, synchronicities, subtle nudges. So just keep your eyes, ears, and heart open. And like I say, meditation is a powerful tool for connecting with your guides as well because it helps to quiet the mind, so that allows you to tune into their subtle energy. So during meditation, just ask your guides to come forward and communicate with you. You might feel their presence as a warm tingling sensation or even just a calm knowing. But pay attention to any thoughts, any feelings, or any images that come to you because these could be messages from your guides. Journaling is another great way to open up the communication as well. After meditating or setting an intention, just free write, free write whatever comes to mind. You might find that your guides communicate through your own thoughts and writing, so just trust whatever comes through even if it doesn't make sense right away. But your spirit guides and angels, like I say, they're always with you, they always want to help,, and the more you practice communicating with them, the clearer their messages will become. So trust in your intuition. Don't be afraid to ask for signs and guidance whenever you need it because they're there to help support you on your journey. Next up, we have a message from Nene. Is it Nene? Nene? She asked, is there a best time of day or certain rituals that I should follow when manifesting to get the best results? So the best time to manifest is whenever you feel most aligned, whenever you feel focused and connected to your desires. So for some people, the quiet early morning hours are ideal because, you know, the mind is fresh, the energy of the day is calm and peaceful, the rest of the family don't tend to be up yet. Whereas other people might prefer the evenings when they can reflect on their day, when they can set intentions, and when they start to wind down basically. But the truth is there is no wrong time. It's It's all about just finding a time when you can be fully present and focused on your manifestation practice. So if you want to create a ritual around your manifestation practice, that can be quite a powerful way to amplify your intentions. So you could just do something simple like light a candle to symbolize the spark of your desires. You could burn incense or sage to clear out any negative energy. You could meditate to get centered. Visualization is a key tool. Just spend a few minutes each day Vividly imagining your desires as if they've already come true. Feel those emotions of having it. Let that energy fill you up. The more that you embody the feeling of already having what you want, the faster it can then come to you. And like I said, journaling is another great ritual. Write out your desires as if they've already happened because that helps to reinforce the belief that your manifestation is on its way. You could also create a vision board to keep your goals front and center. But what's most important is that consistency and that belief, because you don't have to manifest at the same time every day. But doing it regularly, no matter what time of the day it is, that's just going to help keep your focus and energy aligned with your desires. So trust in the process, stay open to receiving in unexpected ways, and just enjoy it. You don't have to like put times on it or anything like that. The universe is always listening, day and night, okay? Your desires are already on their way to you. It doesn't matter what time of the day it is. I hope that answered your question. So I really hope that if you had your questions answered in today's pod that it helped you. Maybe you had a similar question to one I answered and it gave you a bit of clarity that you needed.
