Wayfair, every style, every home. Hello everyone, and thank you so much for joining me on another episode of the pod today. As you know by now, my name is Mart Tweedy. I'm your host, and I'm finally over my cold. Thank God for that. I'm not congested. I'm really sorry about last week's episode. I listened back to it and I was like, I don't have time to re-record this, but I sound absolutely horrible. Um, I had so many nice messages from you all telling me to get well soon, so thank you so much. Um, this week has been so, so busy for me. So on Tuesday, I was invited to London to the Penguin Random House Mind Spirit and Body Reset event sponsored by Rituals. And I won't lie, when I saw the 9 AM start and I knew that I didn't have capacity to stay over the night before, all I was thinking about was that 3 AM start for the 4 AM train from Newcastle to London. Um, it's roughly 3 and a half hours to get to London from Newcastle, and then I obviously had to make my way across London on the tube to the event itself. So I got into my taxi at the station at 4 AM Usually I just put my headphones on for fear of making small talk, you know, usually the taxi drivers in Newcastle, they just want to talk about football or girls and I just get that gaffe here. But this driver straight away asked me what I did and when I told him, he started talking about how he had a growth mindset and that all the opportunities in his life have come to him because of the power of positive thought. And immediately I was like, thank you, finally some decent conversation. So it just put me in such a good mood just hearing someone else talk about that kind of thing. It was so refreshing. Anyway, normally on a train that early, I'd probably just have a nap to pass the time, but I thought to myself, you know, nah, I'm gonna get out my journal, I'm gonna put pen to paper, I'm gonna write down things that I'm grateful for and why, and then I'm just gonna free write about how the rest of my week is going to go, almost like I was preempting it. And everything that I wrote on Tuesday morning has actually happened, which is wild, because one of the things that I wrote down for some reason was that I'm I was so happy and grateful for just a random opportunity that would present itself to me and open the door to bigger things. And guess what? I met someone at the Penguin event later that morning that I am super excited to have a meeting with again soon because we discovered that we can work together on something really special for you all. So I'll be revealing details of that really soon. But I was like, maybe I just needed that reminder this morning, you know, that journaling and free writing actually works. Because we all get up on a morning, we all get sidetracked or bogged down with tasks, don't we? I don't think I've done me own gratitude list on a morning in about 2 months, for example. So at the minute, I'll wake up at around 6 AM to me baby boy wanting his morning milk. Then by the time I've fed him, I've changed him, I've played with him, the day's already begun and I've missed that kind of early start. So it's much harder to be in the 5 AM club with a child, mothers and fathers, I feel you. We can only do our best, can't we? But just going back to the event, it was absolutely incredible. So there were people there and familiar faces like Poppy Delbridge, Kirstie Gallagher, uh, Katie Mantua George, um, Jamie Clements, who's been on the podcast, the breathwork coach. There were so many people that I recognized, and it was just so nice to be able to put faces to names, catch up with old friends. Obviously, I went with Francesca Amber as well, so that was really nice. I always have lots of fun with Fran, and it was just such a nice event. There was even a machine that read your aura. So it took a photo of you and it basically came up with different colors around your face and it told you what aura they were. So, so mine came up predominantly pink, orange, and blue. Now when I first looked at it, I was like, oh my God, what are the colors of my Manifest event? If you go on Manifest on Instagram, you'll see they are pink, orange, and blue. And I was like, how weird is that? So it said that the pink was all about passion, creativity, The orange was talking about like inspiring others and helping others, being a helpful soul. And then the blue was saying that I had lots of ideas and I was always willing to, you know, give something a go. And I was like, oh my God, this is me down to a T. That was amazing. And then there was also a tarot reader called Giselle as well, and Giselle told me that the biggest thing holding me back is the fact I don't pause and reflect and celebrate my wins. So I'm going to be doing that this weekend. Um, but I do think that that's really important, and I know I've spoke about it on the podcast before about how important it is to just reflect on your past successes. So this weekend I'm gonna write down everything that I've managed to achieve in the last 3 years of running Canny Crystals, you know, leaving the NHS, everything like that. And I'm just gonna sit with those thoughts and I'm just gonna sit and think about all the things that I've managed to achieve because my life is just so busy that much like yours probably as well, that all of these things just like kind of whizz past and I'm like, okay, that's great, I've achieved that. Next, do you know what I mean? And I move on far too quick. And she said that's the reason that I'm getting too much in my head. So when I'm releasing like different events or different, um, tickets for different things or different products, I am constantly in that fear of, oh my God, what if it doesn't do well? Oh my God, what if this fails? Oh my God, what if this is going to be the end of my business? And she said I am far too much in my head. So it really resonated with me. She's absolutely incredible. I've told her I need to get her on the pod sometime as well. So yeah, it was an incredible event, and Kirsty, uh, did a little talk along with 4 other authors that are upcoming as well. Um, it was just really, really nice to be in the room with like-minded people, if I'm totally honest. So yes, thank you Penguin, thank you Ebury. Um, before we go any further with this episode as well, I also just wanted to say a massive thank you for all of your lovely messages and reviews about the last 2 weeks' podcasts, because I was answering all your questions in Q&As. And I do read all of the comments, and I do read all the reviews as well. And it was so, so lovely to get them, and the amount of them that I got as well, it was just lush. I'm glad that you all resonated with the questions that I answered. Now what was funny is that I had around 30 of the same question. So it was one bloody question as well that I forgot to answer after all that as well. I had it down on my list, and as soon as I'd submitted it and the podcast was live, I was like, 'Oh my god, I didn't even answer that bloody question that 30 people had asked.' So I thought to myself, 'Why don't you just do a whole episode on it?' So this episode is for you 30 that asked something along the lines of, 'Please can you explain the difference between Moldavite, Libyan Desert Glass, Kampor Meteor, and similar?' So I thought, 'Yeah, I've spoke about Moldavite before, of course I have, million times, but it does scare some people.' So I thought, 'Let's talk about other alternatives to Moldavite that are just as transformational but maybe not as chaotic. So we're going to compare the three, and I use all three on a daily basis. And I remember talking to Kirstie Gallagher about this when I first met her a couple of years ago, and her eyes went so wide, and she said something like, "Wow, you must be buzzing off your tits all the time." Maybe she didn't say it quite like that, because I don't think she swears, but she did definitely imply something like that. So let's start with the one that we all know, love, hate, fear, whatever emotion we feel for it. Moldavite.
Eek!
Are you scared? Are you scared that I've even just said its name? Don't be. Honestly, I was reading through my own book that's out in January just the other week, and it was so true what I'd written about moldavite in the chapter about crystals, because just the sound of its name, it conjures up so much fear and anxiety around using it and the worry that it's going to turn your life upside down. So to put it into layman's terms, moldavite is a type of tectite, which is a glassy material that is formed from kind of terrestrial debris that's ejected during meteorite impacts. So it has a natural glass structure, which means that it lacks a regular crystalline pattern. So it's not gonna look like a crystal. It's gonna look more like glass. Moldavite was formed approximately 15,000 years ago, and it came about from the impact of a large meteorite in what is now the Ries Crater in southern Germany. So the immense heat and the pressure from that collision it caused the Earth's surface material to be vaporized and thrown up into the atmosphere because it was so, so powerful. And that vaporized material, that sharply cooled, and as it fell down to the Earth, it solidified into glass, which is the moldavite that we know and use today. So if you've got a piece yourself, you'll know that it's got quite a distinct, like, olive green, greenish brown, dark green color, and that's partly due to its iron and magnesium content. So it's known for its distinct kind of pitted or etched surface texture. It's never going to be uniform or anything like that because that developed during the rapid cooling and the exposure to environmental conditions. So it's also quite light for its size as well due to its glassy structure, and it can even contain tiny little bubbles as well. Now someone messaged me about probably about a month ago and they said, 'Your moldavite is fake, I've received some and it's got a little air bubble in it,' blah blah blah. And I was like, 'Yeah, that means that it's authentic if it's got little air bubbles in.' That is literally one of the telltale signs of an authentic piece of moldavite. And they were like, no, that is fake glass, there is no such thing as bubbles in moldavite. And I was like, here's a video, here's another video, here's a Google link. And yeah, eventually they stopped messaging backwards and forwards and they actually went, I'm really sorry for bothering you, blah blah blah. But I get so many messages like that, like so many that you wouldn't believe, asking if the moldavite that I sell is real, or how do we tell what fake moldavite looks like, 'Or how come I don't provide a certificate of authenticity if all me crystals are real?' So firstly, just to put this in, uh, like, perspective, to have a piece of moldavite actually appraised and to get a genuine certificate of authenticity, it costs around £60 to £80 here in the UK. That is £60 to £80 per piece, not per bundle, per piece. So if I was selling a teeny tiny piece of moldavite for £15, for example,, it would bump the price up to over £70 straight away, and I just think that's absolutely ridiculous. Most of the pieces of moldavite on Etsy or Amazon or eBay that'll come with a certificate of authenticity, they're going to be fake certificates. They're just going to be worthless pieces of paper, basically, that don't mean a thing. Anyone can make them. I can log on to Canva if I really wanted to, create a little certificate and send it. It doesn't mean anything, which is why I don't provide them in the first place. I don't want people thinking that it's a fake certificate, so it's a fake moldavite. So I just don't send them completely. Anyone can make them certificates, which is part of the reason that I don't provide them. They're just pointless pieces of paper, unless of course you get it appraised and verified by the IGI, which is the International Gemmological Institute. But as we work closely with a mine in the Czech Republic, they often show us their finds on video. Now I've seen huge pieces that they've been extracting from the earth. Well, I say huge, I mean like pieces probably the size of the palm of me hand, for example. So I know that what we're getting is authentic. Fake moldavite is actually quite easy to see once you've seen the real stuff. I even bought some off Etsy about a year ago just so I could compare it and see how fake they look in comparison with the real deal. And there are several telltale signs that can help you distinguish that genuine moldavite from imitations. So like I say, authentic moldavite has quite a rough textured surface that often appears etched or pitted, and moldavite surface can resemble the texture of almost like frosted glass, or it can show deep grooves and bubbles, giving it a very distinct look. Whereas fake moldavite, on the other hand, it's often just made of green glass, and it tends to have quite a smooth, quite a polished appearance, or very uniform, kind of like it's got machine-made bubbles on the surface. So if the surface looks too perfect or too smooth, it's more than likely that that is a fake. Another clue is the color, because genuine moldavite typically ranges from that olive green color to a deeper forest green or greenish-brown color. So the color can vary depending on the size, the clarity of the piece, the thickness of the piece, but it usually has quite an earthy organic tone. Now, fake moldavite is often quite bright. It's like an unnatural green that resembles the color of, you know, like if you get a green beer bottle. Or window glass or something like that. Sometimes it's almost neon color. If the green seems too vivid, or, you know, in inverted commas, artificial, that is a massive red flag. And like I said earlier, the bubbles and inclusions, they are quite common in real moldavite. They're not going to be in every single piece, but they are quite common. The bubbles might vary in size, and many pieces have like kind of a swirling striation of streaks within them and that occurred during the rapid cooling. In contrast, fake moldavite often has quite uniform, perfectly round bubbles, or it may lack inclusions altogether, making it look too flawless. Now, when it comes to weight, like I said, weight is another telltale sign because real moldavite is actually lighter than regular glass because of its natural formation and porous structure. So fakes, they are made of denser green glass, so they're going to feel heavier. They're going to feel more solid than the genuine tektite itself. So if a piece feels overly heavy for its size, that could be a sign that it's fake. Real moldavite is actually super, super light. Another method is to use a light. So you could get yourself a torch, or, you know, put the torch on on your phone, whatever you do. When it's held up to a light source, that genuine moldavite, it's going to be quite translucent. It's going to allow light to pass through with a natural variance in thickness, and you'll be able to see all the little lumps and bumps. You should see like internal textures, swirling patterns if you like look at it really, really closely, or you could even see bubbles inside. But fake moldavite, especially if it's cheap glass, it's just going to be crystal clear or it's going to be completely opaque without any of the natural complexity seen in a real stone. And finally, obviously pricing and sourcing, they are significant indicators. Moldavite has become rarer and rarer and more expensive due to limited supplies. So if you come across a seller that is offering it on Etsy or Amazon or eBay at quite a suspiciously low price, that is a major warning sign. So just be wary of unverified sellers, especially online. And if you don't want to buy directly from me, just always seek those reputable sources, because moldavite is typically found in the Czech Republic. And just knowing where your piece was sourced from, that can help confirm its authenticity. So when we combine those observations, you know, the texture, the color, the bubbles, the weight the light refraction, the price, you'll be in a much better position to determine whether your moldavite is real or fake. Okay, let's now move on to Libyan Desert Glass because I get so many messages about this one as well. So Libyan Desert Glass is a naturally occurring silica glass, and the presence of that iron gives some pieces a kind of yellowish kind of glow, and it often has inclusions of high-temperature quartz as well, which is formed during the intense heat of that meteorite impact. So it was formed around 26 million years ago in the Eastern Sahara Desert, likely by a meteorite impact again, or an airburst explosion. And the impact generated temperatures exceeding 1,600°C, which is enough to melt the surface sand and create the glass together. So as that molten material cooled, it solidified into the glass that we find today. Now, what sets Libyan Desert Glass apart from other crystals is its purity, because it's nearly purely silica. So. So it has quite a translucent yellow or sometimes even a pale green appearance, and it has a smooth texture as well. Some pieces even exhibit like natural sculpting due to wind erosion over millions of years. I've got a massive piece, and when I put my thumb, there's just this little groove on the top, and my thumb goes perfectly into like this groove. It just feels, oh, it's quite orgasmic actually. It feels really nice. But you know when you find like a piece of sea glass on the beach and it's all smooth and it has that kind of sexy feeling. That's exactly how Libyan Desert Glass feels. And then just to complete the trio of madness, we also have Campo del Cielo meteorite, which I call Campo Meteor on my website. So Campo del Cielo actually translates as the Field of Heaven, where it landed in Argentina, and it's primarily composed of iron and nickel, and it has trace amounts of other metals as well. So I'm going to quote this next bit from Google because It absolutely fascinates me. So Campo Meteor belongs to the class of iron meteorites, specifically categorized as a Group IAB meteorite, which means that it is formed from the core or mantle of a planetary body that underwent complex differentiation and crystallization. Wow. These meteorites are thought to be around 4.5 billion years old, 4.5 billion years old. They were formed at the dawn of our solar system. They're all believed to have originated from the core of a protoplanet that broke apart during collisions in space. I find that absolutely mind-baffling. I can't get me head around it, 'cause I've got a piece in my hand right now and I'm like, "How is this 4.5 billion years old?" So basically, the fragments eventually travelled through space, they landed on Earth around 4,000 to 5,000 years ago, and the impact created little craters in the northern region of Argentina. Pieces of that meteorite spread across the wider area. So unlike Moldavite and Libyan Desert Glass, Campo meteorites are quite metallic, they're quite heavy, and they're also magnetic as well due to their high iron and nickel content. They often have quite pitted, like a weathered surface almost. It's kind of a result of both their fiery journey through the Earth's atmosphere and the natural oxidation that occurs once they're exposed to the Earth's environment. So that metallic structure and that high density, it makes them particularly appealing for grounding and protective metaphysical work. So if you've ever held a piece of Campo Meteor, you'll know exactly what I mean. These are so, so heavy. I've got such a small piece in my hand right now and it feels so heavy. Like, you can really feel the weight in both the energy and the physical weight when you hold them in your hand. So, just to recap, Moldavite is a glassy tektite that's made from melted material by a meteorite impact 15,000 years ago. Libyan Desert Glass was formed from the extreme heat of a meteor impact in the Sahara Desert 26 million years ago. And Campo Meteor is an iron-nickel meteorite that's around 4.5 billion years old, originated from the core of a disrupted protoplanet, which landed on Earth thousands of years ago. Now, all three of these crystals, or tektites, or meteors, whatever you want to refer them as, they are all extraterrestrial stones. And though they were formed in different ways, they all share that intense energy of space and impact, leading to a strong association with spiritual transformation and cosmic connection. So I want to take a look at their spiritual properties and break these down as well, because this will give you a better inclination as to which one you feel drawn to and which one you should really work with. So again, we'll start with Moldavite. So Moldavite is often referred to as a stone of rapid transformation. Its energy is thought to be so intense and highly potent. I know this because I've used it myself, but people who work with Moldavite frequently report experiencing life-changing shifts, especially when it comes to spiritual awakening, personal growth. Like I say, I did. I started using Moldavite, and within a few months I'd left me job in the NHS, I was doing canny crystals full-time, I was experiencing things and experiencing different opportunities that I'd never had before in my life. Opportunities that, like, if you'd asked me 10 years ago, I would have been like, "Nah, that's impossible." But these opportunities came to me out of nowhere, like working with Vogue, working with Chanel, working with Stella McCartney, speaking at Fearne Cotton's Happy Place Festival. 10 years ago, I would have never thought any of that would have been possible for me. I feel like it opened so many doors for us, and I know it's done some crazy things for you lot as well. I love to hear your moldavite stories. It acts as a catalyst for inner change. It pushes us out of our comfort zones and into those higher states of consciousness. So it has a bit of a reputation for bringing about swift and sometimes overwhelming emotional and mental shifts, and that can make it quite difficult for beginners to work with. So if you choose Moldavite as your very first crystal to work with, I've got news for you, okay? It's not going to be all plain sailing, okay? Don't think for one second that it's going to be an easy ride because it's not. Moldavite is often used for spiritual breakthroughs. It helps to connect people with higher realms. It facilitates that release of old patterns, traumas, limiting beliefs, and as such, it's commonly associated with the heart and the third eye chakras. And that helps to foster a deeper connection to our spiritual path. It's going to give us a heightened sense of intuition and a bit of a stronger link to divine energies. Whereas Libyan Desert Glass, on the other hand, that provides a different kind of transformation. So it's still going to transform your life, but it's going to be a transformation that centers on personal empowerment, manifestation, the enhancement of willpower. Because of its golden yellowy color, it's deeply connected to the solar plexus chakra which is the energy center that governs your personal power, your confidence, your self-worth. So spiritually, Libyan Desert Glass just amplifies our ability to manifest our dreams into reality. That makes it a powerful tool for those of us who are looking to create those, you know, real-life tangible changes in our lives. So it encourages a bit of boldness, clarity of purpose, the ability to act decisively towards our goals., and people who work with it often feel quite a boost of confidence or personal strength, and that allows them to navigate challenges more effectively and to be able to move forward with greater focus. Now, this stone's connection to ancient times and its formation in the sands of the Sahara Desert, that also imbues it with a grounding yet expansive energy, and that's going to allow us to connect with both the Earth's wisdom and cosmic consciousness. And then last but not least, Kampol meteorite, that offers kind of, you know, another unique kind spiritual transformation. So because it's an actual meteor, its energy is deeply grounded and protective. So it's often used to connect to the cosmic energies whilst keeping our feet firmly planted on the earth. So that makes it ideal for those of us who are seeking that balance between the physical and spiritual realms. So Kampō is particularly effective for grounding spiritual work into practical reality. So it acts as an anchor. It helps those of us who might feel ungrounded or disconnected from their bodies. It encourages them to feel safe and supported whilst exploring those higher dimensions. So it's all about symbolizing strength, endurance, resilience, and that makes it quite a popular stone for those of us that are seeking protection, whether from negative energies or emotional instability. But the transformation that it provides is much slower, much slower than Moldavite, much slower than Libyan Desert Glass, and it's actually more stabilizing than the other two as well. It fosters a deeper sense of security and clarity as you navigate life's challenges. Now, together, the three of these all offer complementary forms of spiritual growth. So in a nutshell, Moldavite is going to push you to ascend rapidly, which is why everyone thinks it's quite chaotic. It's going to force you to confront deep emotional layers. It's going to confront you to embrace higher consciousness and that's why we often label it as quite chaotic, because it's like a shortcut to transformation. Libyan Desert Glass fuels that personal ambition, manifestation, empowering you to create your reality. And Campo Meteorite brings you back to earth. It grounds you through the journey. It offers you protection. It reinforces your inner strength. But each one of those provides quite a different form of transformation, from that rapid awakening to empowered manifestation, to deep grounding. But all three of them create quite a powerful synergy when used together in a spiritual practice. So many people wonder if they can use Moldavite, Libyan Desert Glass, or Campo Meteorite every single day. And the answer, the answer just largely depends on you and your sensitivity to those stones' energies, because some people are way more susceptible to the energies of each. So every single day I wear a moldavite ring. I also wear a moldavite necklace pendant, and I carry a piece of moldavite with us every single day. I also have a piece of Kampot and a piece of Libyan desert glass in my pocket as well. I'm all for the vibes, but I'm the kind of person that absolutely thrives from high energy. So as much as I'm an introvert— you wouldn't believe it, would you? But I am an introvert— I thrive from stressful situations. Like if someone said to me, you've got an hour to complete this task that would normally take someone an entire week, you best believe I'm shouting "challenge accepted" and I'm getting me head down, absolutely buzzing to complete it. So Moldavite in particular, it can sometimes be quite overwhelming to people, especially for those of us who are new to working with it. Some people even experience what is called the Moldavite flush, which is a sudden rush of heat or emotional intensity when they first come into contact with it. And due to its strong vibrations as well, Moldavite can stir up these deep emotions. It can catalyze rapid changes in your life, and that may not always feel comfortable for everyday use. Some people often say, oh my God, I'm feeling really intense, I've got this moldavite in my pocket, what do I do with it? And I'm like, why don't you pop it in a plant pot? You know, put it in a little organza bag first, pop it in a plant pot and bury it. That soil is going to neutralize it, okay, as long as it's buried. Or you might even want to take it out of your house, take it to your office, or put it in your car or something like that, somewhere that you're not going to be around its energy all day, every day. Because it can feel quite overwhelming. And some people, like me, like I say, they thrive on that high frequency energy of Moldavite, and they can work with it daily, or they can wear it daily even, because they see it as a constant source of spiritual growth. Whereas other people might find it too destabilizing for regular use, and they might need to take breaks or just even use it in shorter periods to avoid feeling ungrounded or energetically drained. Libyan Desert Glass, on the other hand, that tends to have more of a balanced and empowering energy, so that's going to make it easier for many people to wear every day or to use every day. And because its energy is not as intense as Moldavite's, most people find it comfortable for everyday regular use. It's going to offer you a steady sense of self-assurance and focused intent throughout the day, so it supports you in setting goals, taking action, remaining motivated without that overwhelming emotional or spiritual shift that the Moldavite can bring. And then Kampor Meteorite, that offers yet another dynamic for daily use because it's grounding, it's protective. So that makes it an excellent companion for day-to-day life, especially for those of us who, you know, need a stronger connection to the earth, or we might feel the need for extra protection against negative energies. It reinforces stability, which makes it a great choice for people who just want to stay centered or calm or secure whilst going through this transformation. Its energy is soothing and grounding, so that makes it an ideal choice for those of us who want that constant source of strength without feeling overstimulated. But ultimately, whether or not you choose to use them every day, like I say, it comes down to how your body and your spirit respond to their energies. So it is important to listen to yourself and just take breaks as needed. Now, when it comes to cleansing each of them, they are quite different. Again, each has its own sensitivities and preferences when it comes to the best methods. So moldavite can be cleansed and charged in a variety of ways, okay? Many people actually say that they benefit from the gentle energy of the moonlight. So the lunar energy just helps to cleanse and recharge the moldavite without overwhelming it, and that makes it a great option. That's the option that I choose. You just place your moldavite under the light of the full moon overnight if you can, because that moon's energy aligns well with moldavite's transformative properties. That's going to help to rejuvenate its power. Now, other methods include, you know, smudging with sage or incense smoke. That's quite a gentle and effective way for removing any negative energy that moldavite might absorb during use. But due to its glassy structure, it is best to avoid harsher methods like salt water, for example, because that can potentially damage your moldavite. Libyan desert glass is often best charged using sunlight because sunlight can enhance bright empowering energy. Like I say, it's yellow, so it'll help amplify its manifestation abilities. So a few hours in direct sunlight can totally recharge and cleanse Libyan Desert Glass. It's going to infuse it with solar energy that aligns with its energetic purpose of boosting confidence and willpower. Now, like Moldavite, Libyan Desert Glass can also be cleansed with incense smoke or a gentle stream of water, but it's important not to expose it to extreme heat for too long. So if you live in a foreign country— obviously not the UK right now because when do we see the sunlight? But if you live in a foreign country and the temperatures are above 40 degrees, don't leave it out for far too long, okay, because it can affect its appearance or integrity. And then last but not least, Campo Meteor. It requires different care compared to Moldavite or Libyan. So it can be energetically cleansed using smoke or sound vibrations like a singing bowl, for example, but it's essential to avoid water and humidity because this can lead to rusting over time because it is a metal. Okay, so for Campo, sunlight or moonlight can be used for charging, but it's important to just ensure that it is in a dry environment. Okay, don't leave it out overnight if you think it's going to rain, for example. Some people also like to use grounding elements such as burying it in the earth or placing it in a bowl with hematite or smoky quartz just to recharge its protective and grounding properties. But that, in a nutshell, is the difference between the three stones and how different they can all be in terms of transforming your life. So I hope that all of that information has been useful to you in, you know, making your decision on which to get. Or if you're a crazy bitch like me, maybe it's made you want all 3 for that ultimate transformation synergy. Whatever you choose to go with, just make sure that you're cleansing, charging, and setting intentions regularly. I get so many comments on my Moldavite posts on Instagram saying things like, "I've been using moldavite for months now, nothing has happened." And I'll say, "Well, when did you last cleanse it? When did you last charge it? When did you last set your intentions?" And they'll respond with, "When I first got it," or, "I haven't." So you might as well be walking around with a drinks can ring pull in your pocket for that case. You really need to get specific. You need to identify what it is that you want. You need to set those intentions with that stone that you're working with. Don't just whack it in your pocket and carry it around for the rest of eternity because you'll not get much back from it. There's a helpful blog on my website, cannycrystals.co.uk. Just type in the search box "daily practices with moldavite," okay? Then click on blog posts from the search results. Give it a read because there are some really useful pointers in there. So I truly hope that this helps you all. Now, just before I go, a quick update on my book for you. So this week I received feedback from the editor and the publishing team that they've all read through my book and they've been totally blown away by my passion and authenticity that comes across in my writing. Like, how amazing is that for feedback? One of the team even said that it was her favorite book that they've published so far. And not to blow my own whistle or anything, but they have published hundreds. I'm going to say thousands, in fact. It's made me even more excited than I already was to birth it into the world. So at the minute, the graphic designers are working on the COVID art They are going to present about 6 different covers, I think, for my choosing from the instruction that I've given them. I just want it to look very sleek. I just want it to look impactful, very simple, something along the lines of Stephen Bartlett's Happy Sexy Millionaire or Roxy Nafusi's Manifest. But I still want to have my own spin on it. I still want it to be individual enough so that it looks new and fresh. So I can't even hide my excitement. I'm just buzzing that in 3 months' time you'll all get to read it. And you know what? Even if it helps just one person achieve happiness, joy, and abundance through spirituality, I'll be more than happy with that. So keep your eyes peeled. Very soon I'll be announcing more details in the coming week and sharing that book cover with you all. And a quick update on Manifest 2025 as well. This week we have announced another 2 people on our lineup. So we have the fantastic Jess Cunningham, who has been on the podcast before, She'll be taking us all through the belief coding journey and speaking about limiting beliefs that we place upon ourselves. And then all the way from Australia, we've even got Kimberly Gallagher, who is the feng shui consultant on ITV's This Morning. Kimberly will be talking about the energy of our homes and how we can use this energy to manifest whatever we want in life. So we still have our headliner to announce, but I'm keeping that under close wraps just for the time being because I'm so freaking excited to announce that, and I don't want to give it all away in one go. If you're not already, go and follow us on Instagram or Facebook. What are you doing with your life? We are @manifest.nuke. So nuke as in N-E-W-C, short for Newcastle. So @manifest.nuke. You can get your tickets right now at www.manifest.uk. There are general admission and bougie VIP packages still available. You can even spread the cost with Klarna or Clearpay checkout as well. I can't wait to see you all there very soon. If you've enjoyed this episode, please go leave me a rating. You can review, you can subscribe to the podcast wherever you're listening to this podcast from. Ratings and reviews, just, they take mere seconds. It's usually just pressing the star rating at the top on Apple Podcasts, for example. But it really does help me out because podcasting is free and it takes me a good day a week to research, record, and edit these episodes, and I'm doing it all for nothing. So thank you so, so much for taking the time to do this. Thank you so much for listening. If you're not already following me on Instagram, Facebook, or TikTok, get on there as well. Get about it. My handles are @marttweedey for all my personal stuff and @cannycrystals for all my spiritual development content. The links are also in the show notes for today's episode below as well. So thank you so much for listening. I hope that you all have an incredible weekend ahead of you. Let's get out there and get transforming our lives. I'll speak to you all again next Friday, and have a lush weekend. Bye!
