159: Manifesting effortlessly - the power within
1 Nov 2024 · 36 min
Mart Tweedy shares how Lorraine accurately sensed his mother's medical emergency before it happened, then walks through his manifestation techniques: daily visualization, affirmations, gratitude journaling, and emotional vibration management. He frames manifestation as a partnership with the universe that requires awareness and detachment from outcomes.

Hello everyone and welcome back to another episode of Canny Crystals, the podcast. I hope that you're all well. As you know by now, my name is Mart Tweedy, I'm your host, and this week I have had so many beautiful messages from you lot who listened to my episode last week with Lorraine. It has had so many good reviews, it got to number 1 in the podcast charts in spirituality in the UK. So thank you so much if you listen to it. If you haven't, what you doing with yourself? Go back and have a listen. It was a really, really great episode, and I know that Lorraine is really appreciative as well. She sent me a few voice notes as well, um, just to say like how grateful she was for us and how grateful she was to everyone listening. So it's been amazing. And just as a little addendum to that episode as well, something else really crazy happened with Lorraine last week. So, um, after I recorded, basically my mom went for a CT scan the very next day, and she rang me in a blind panic, and I was like what's wrong? And she was like, well, I've just had a CT scan. They've just like saw something on the scan and they've said I need to go for urgent surgery. So I was like, okay, don't worry about coming over here, just stay where you are, go to the hospital, let me know as soon as you know what the hell's going on. It was very, very chaotic, very urgent. So anyway, she went and dropped me Nana off at home. She went over to the hospital that they had referred her to urgently, and she had an overnight bag and everything like that. And she just got there and when she looked at her phone, she had 2 missed calls. Now, the missed call was something along the lines of, um, don't bother coming in today, it's not going to be as urgent as we initially thought. However, we'd still love you to come in tomorrow morning as soon as possible to get this surgery over and done with. So we're like, okay. So in the meantime, I was texting Lorraine about like, um, the episode because I just edited it and I was sending it to Lorraine just to check over before it went live and things like that. And Lorraine said, is everything okay with your mom? And I was like, what? And I was like, well, actually, she's just been referred for surgery. That's all I said, nothing more. And Lorraine messaged straight back and said, I feel like there's a blockage in her stomach. Now, my mom had to have a hernia repair operation, and it was something to do with a blockage in her stomach. And I was like, are you tapping my phone? Like, have you got my phone bugged or something? There is just no explanation for Lorraine whatsoever. I find it absolutely bizarre. Anyway, to cut a long story short, me mam went into hospital the next day, and I think she was in there for around 9 or 10 hours while they did all these different tests deciding, you know, what was the best course of action to attack this and stuff like that. And then there was talk of her having to have a hysterectomy at the same time because she was internally bleeding, and there was blood in her urine and things like that. I know it's a bit graphic, but sorry, this is all very relevant. And Lorraine texts me and said, I feel like there's an internal bleed. Now, she texts me that before even I knew that there was an internal bleed. Lorraine knew before I knew, and I was like, oh my God, this woman is absolutely crazy, the stuff that she knows. Um, so anyway, yeah, that's all like to one side. Um, my mom's absolutely fine now, by the way. Um, but yeah, I just found that absolutely crazy, and I thought I need to tell people about this, and I need to tell people how crazy that whole thing was of Lorraine knowing before even I knew. It's like, it was physically impossible. And Johnny's mom was messaging us, and I told her a few things, and I'd booked her in because she's coming over from Spain at the end of November, uh, just to visit us and stuff like that. And she was like, I need to see this woman. And I'd booked the appointment with Lorraine, and all Lorraine said is, what's her name? And I said, Jane. And she texts back straight away, and she said, I feel like she's got an issue with her throat at the minute. So I text Jane back, and I didn't know this either. I text Jane and I just said 'Have you got an issue with your throat at the minute?' And she said, 'That's so weird, I've had laryngitis twice in the last month.' And I was like, this woman, honestly, I don't know how she does it. She is clearly talking to angels, like as she described last week. She is the real deal. So if you haven't already, like I say, go back and listen to last week's episode. It was unreal, so much lovely feedback. Um, yeah, there's just so much to take away from that episode. I think one of you has even left a comment on Spotify to say that you'd listened to it 2 or 3 times just to take everything in. So Yeah, amazing. Thank you so much for listening. Anyway, this week, getting back to this episode, this week I had quite a long drive, so I usually just put on a podcast or something like that, and I thought, hmm, let's listen to an audiobook because, you know, podcast episodes are quite short and snappy, and I wanted something a bit more substantial. And I thought to myself, hmm, haven't listened to The Secret in a while. So I just typed in on Spotify Rhonda Byrne, okay? The first thing that came up when I clicked on audiobooks was The Greatest Secret., and I thought, hmm, I've got this book at home, but I don't think I've ever read it. Like, I've read The Secret, I've read Hero, I've read The Power and things like that. Like, she's got a few books. I think she's got 6 or 7 now, but I thought The Greatest Secret is one that I've never actually picked up. So I pressed play on The Greatest Secret, and wow, it just feels like it arrived in me hands right at the perfect time. Like, I was drawn in from the very first chapter, and as I listened, it felt like kind of layers of awareness were peeling back within me. It was kind of revealing like so much more about life and consciousness and the nature of true happiness. So Rhonda's message about realizing the ever-present awareness that exists beyond our thoughts felt so powerful, and the idea that our happiness isn't dependent on external circumstances, that really struck a chord with us. And it reminded us that the real power lies in shifting the awareness inwards and kind of understanding that we are so much more than the stories that our minds create. So I thought, let's do an episode all about our own manifestation power. So the power that kind of lives within us. So this book has been like a bit of a spiritual upgrade because once I listened to it, I got home, obviously I opened it. I like to take in books as I'm reading it. I'll listen to the audiobook at the same time. Some of you might feel exactly the same. I just feel like the information sticks a lot better. So for me, it really reinforced me manifestation practices. You know, deepening me understanding of what it means to be in true alignment with the universe. So it's one of those reads that I'll probably keep on coming back to time and time again, you know, picking up those new nuggets of wisdom every time. And the way that Rhonda simplifies such an expansive concept, it really blew me away. And I'm so grateful for the insights that I've gained from Rhonda's work over the years, because if it wasn't for The Secret, I wouldn't be here right now doing this podcast. So if you haven't yet read it, The Greatest Secret could be a game changer for your spiritual journey. I will pop the link, uh, for this book in the show notes for today's episode if you do want to get your own copy. I've just had a quick look there, it's £12 on Amazon. It's not going to break the bank, but what you'll learn from it is crazy. Okay, so I want you to really think about manifestation because, you know, manifestation isn't an exclusive art form that's just reserved for, you know, the spiritually elite., and it's not a trick that you pull out of your toolkit only when you set your goals or your intentions. You know, manifestation is way more intricate and omnipresent. I want to say, is that the right word to use? It's happening like every moment of your life, right here, right now, with every single thought that crosses your mind and every belief that you hold dear. You are sending powerful signals out into the universe. So whether or not you're consciously aware of them, you are always in the process of creating molding, shaping the reality that you experience. So let me take you back to when I first discovered The Secret, for example. Like, imagine that sudden awareness that everything that you've ever experienced was a result of your own inner world. Like, that for me was such a powerful realization. It was as if my entire life had been a puzzle, and, you know, suddenly all the pieces kind of fell into place. You know, memories of financial struggles, difficult relationships, negative experiences. They all came flooding back, and I understood for the first time why things had unfolded the way that they had. It wasn't random. It was the result of me thoughts, me feelings, and me beliefs. So I'd been manifesting unconsciously every success and every struggle in my life. Now, that awakening kind of transformed the way that I started to view life. So I decided to take full responsibility for my creations. I became hypervigilant, so to speak, about the quality of my thoughts. It was almost as if I had employed kind of an internal team of thought police, in inverted commas, you know, and I was tasking them with monitoring me mental and emotional landscape 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. And let me tell you, like, it wasn't easy at first. I had to break old habits of negative thinking or gossiping even, you know, self-doubt, all of that. But I made a firm commitment to choose positivity, and I stuck to it with kind of unwavering determination. And that choice was revolutionary for me. My life began to transform in ways that I never thought possible. Because when we think about life, by its very nature, it's massively unpredictable. You know, negative situations, challenges, they'll always come and go. You can't always control external circumstances, but what you can control is how you respond to them. So this is where the true art of manifestation lies, like not in avoiding all negativity, but more about learning how to refocus your energy. So when a problem arises, don't give it your full attention. Just acknowledge it, address it if necessary, but don't dwell on it. Instead, I want you to consciously pivot your focus to what you want to create in life. Like, what does a joyful, abundant, and peaceful life look like for you?. I want you to visualize it. I want you to feel it. You know, really immerse yourself in that energy. So I often get asked about visualization as well because I know it can be quite tricky to really get into. And so I've got a little hack for you here today. So there is an app that you can download for free on your phone. It's called ChatGPT. So chat and then the 3 letters GPT. Now this is an AI tool. You can ask it to spit out any information and it will. So I put into this the other day, I typed in, and hang on, I'm going to read you what I wrote. There it is. I said, write out a day in the life for me. Write out every feeling, every emotion, and everything I will experience in this day. I'm earning £30,000 a month consistently in my business, Canny Crystals. I have a wonderful partner, a beautiful baby, a little Jack Russell. I want my life to be easy. I want to be healthy. I want to have great connections with friends and family, but I also want to be able to network and meet new and interesting people along the way. I love going to the gym. I love spending time with my baby boy, and I have a keen interest in manifestation and mindset. Create me a day in my dream life in great detail to help me visualize this better. So that's just the little prompt that I put into ChatGPT. You can put whatever you want in. Now what that spits back out at you is an AI mock-up of a day in your perfect life. So obviously you put in exactly how you want your day to be, what your interests are, etc., etc. And the story that it gives you is so detailed, it'll be like you're reading a novel, but it's a novel about your life. So give that a go, it's totally free for you to do so, but just have some fun with it. And if you don't like what it says to you, you can say back, you know, "I'm not keen on this bit, change it up for something else." Or you could even say, you know, "I'm not keen on this story, full stop, create me a new one." It is such a fun way to get into that mindset of everything that you want actually already being yours, because it's like you're reading a story. Can you remember when the Harry Potter books came out before the films did? Every single person was sucked into the magical world of Hogwarts, and you knew exactly what it looked like in your mind's eye before you even saw how it was depicted in the movies. So this is exactly what this is going to do. It's going to, you know, explain things in great detail, so much so that you're going to take it in like a novel, and your, your mind is just going to start racing with all these thoughts of what that looks like, and it's going to start kind of piecing the puzzle together in your brain. Now, I would love to see some of your stories, if you'd be willing to share them, of course. You can tag me on Instagram, @canny_crystals, if you're feeling brave. I'll even share some of them to my story. Now let's move on from that and tackle a question that I I hear very often about manifestation, which is, how do I manifest more than one thing at a time, and is this possible? So the answer is quite simpler than you think. You know, start by making a detailed list of everything that you want to manifest in life, and I really mean let your imagination run wild. Include everything from the smallest, most trivial desires to your biggest, most ambitious dreams. Now, your list can be a living document. It can, you know, grow and evolve just as you do, or it can just be a little note that you just write down on a bit of paper. It's totally up to you. But once you have your list, I want you to choose one major goal to focus on while still holding space for the smaller manifestations as well, because that's going to keep your energy aligned and directed without feeling too scattered. Can you imagine if you wrote a to-do list at the start of every day and it was like, you need to do the laundry, you need to do the hoovering, you need to do the dusting, you need to paint the fence, blah blah blah? Can you imagine if you try to do all of those at the same time. So you've got one hand in the sink, you've got one hand with a paintbrush, you're trying to dust with a feather duster in your mouth. You know, it's just absolutely ridiculous. You're going to concentrate on the most prioritizing task that you want to do first, and this is exactly how you're going to manifest many things at once. You go for the big one, and then all of the little tasks just kind of filter in around that, if that makes sense. I hope it does. So take, for example, my new book. Yeah, it's coming out in January. I know I've banged on about it on a few episodes. It's kind of like a shameless little plug. But when I was manifesting writing this book, I didn't just set a vague intention and then forget about it. Like, I lived and breathed that vision every single day, and I still do. Like, I imagine my book touching lives. I imagine it helping people improve their mental health, to manifest abundance, to mend relationships. And you know what I've seen from people who I've shared the manuscript with already? Is it's really transformative. And I pictured the book, you know, soaring to the top of the bestseller list, you know, changing the world. And I'm not just visualizing that occasionally, like, I'm actually embodying that. I'm becoming like a living, breathing embodiment of my dream. So to manifest anything powerfully, I think you really need to embody it. So what does that mean? It means living as if your desire has already come true. So feel the excitement, feel the joy, the relief, as though it's already here. The universe doesn't understand the concept of, in inverted commas, "someday." It only knows the energy that you're emitting to yourself right now. So if you dream of financial freedom, don't think of it as a distant goal. Feel the security and abundance in your heart right now, because then the universe will respond to that energy of the present moment, not to some hypothetical future. For example, you've got to think of yourself as kind of a lighthouse. You're sending out beams of energy from that lighthouse into the universe so ships can see. Does that make sense? The signals that you emit determine what you attract. So if your thoughts are filled with fear or doubt or worry, that's what you're going to draw into your life. But if your energy and your lighthouse is vibrating with confidence, love, and excitement, you'll manifest experiences that reflect those feelings because the universe is always responding to your energy. Whether you're conscious of it or not. Your job is to become a beacon of light, radiating that energy of your desires and drawing them into your reality. And this all comes down to you being an incredibly powerful being. Like, even if you don't always feel it, you are constantly creating your reality. Your consciousness is far more powerful than any force in the physical world. The only thing that limits you is your own belief in your limitations. So if you think that you're powerless, you'll manifest experiences that will just confirm that belief, because that's what the brain does. It looks for things to confirm that it's right. But if you believe in your own limitless potential, the universe will then respond by bringing you opportunities and experiences that reflect that power. So one of the reasons that people struggle to manifest, you know, big desires like wealth or love, it's because these desires are often loaded with that resistance. So we attach so much importance to them that the fear of not having them creates a mental block. And in contrast, you know, smaller desires, they manifest much easier because we're not emotionally attached to them. The trick is to approach your biggest dreams with the same level of ease and detachment. So you need to act as if you already have what you want and watch that resistance dissolve. Let's take for example when I was focusing on, you know, getting a baby, yeah? I was focusing too hard on all of the different ways that we could get a baby. So I was focusing on, you know, adoption, pregnancy through, you know, IVF and things like that. And I was thinking, do I ask one of my friends to be a surrogate? Do we go down the surrogacy route? I was really stuck on the how it was going to get to me, but that wasn't my ultimate goal. The real desire was for me to hold that baby, to feel the softness of his skin, to hear his gentle, like, cries and things like that, to experience the joy of fatherhood. And that's where my energy needed to be. The same principle applies to any dream, you know, whether it's financial abundance, a dream home, the perfect job. Focus on the end result. What does it feel like to already have what you want? Visualize it, feel it, live it. Gratitude is one of the fastest ways to align with the energy of what you desire. Start each day just listing everything that you're grateful for, from the big things to the tiniest details. You know, I think this morning I wrote down that I was so, so grateful just to be able to go to the gym. It was a really, really small thing, but I know inside it's helping me mentally, it's helping me physically get stronger, it's helping me lose weight, it's helping me, you know, control my emotions better, it gets me out of the house. It's got so many benefits. But if I said to someone, I'm so grateful for just being able to go to the gym, they'd be like, what? That's not something to be grateful for. It is. It really, really is. So even the tiniest details will really, really help you make that change. Feel that gratitude and that appreciation. Just radiate and through your entire body, because that simple practice can really change your entire outlook and accelerate your manifestations. But going back to Rhonda Byrne's book, The Greatest Secret, it's about the power of awareness. So when I think of awareness, like, I now see that as the cornerstone of manifestation. It's kind of what allows you to catch negative thoughts before they spiral out of control. So the more aware that you are of your thoughts, the more control you have over your reality. That's it, simply, okay? Awareness is about waking up to the present moment, you know, observing your thoughts without judgment. It's kind of like mindfulness. So when you're aware, you become the master of your mind. You can choose to empower positive thoughts and let go of the ones that don't serve you. So think of awareness as a light that illuminates your consciousness. It helps you to see your thoughts clearly so that you can deliberately choose the ones that align with your desires. And when you're unaware, it's easy to get lost in that negative thinking because it's dark. But when you're aware, those thoughts lose their power. They become background noise. You can shift your focus to what you truly want to create. So imagine for a minute that your body is like a car, okay? You are the driver inside of that car. So you just use the car to get around. You use that car, that, you know, your body, to experience the world, to interact with other people. But you are not the car itself. You are not your body. If the car breaks down or gets a scratch, it might be inconvenient or even painful, but it doesn't change who you are as the driver. You can step out of the car and still be the same person. You're unharmed. You're unchanged. Now, in The Greatest Secret, Rhonda explains quite a similar concept. She says, "You are not your physical body. Rather, you are the awareness that experiences life through your body." So your body is a vehicle that just allows you to experience the world, but your true essence is much deeper than the physical form that you see in the mirror. So I want to simplify this even further because it was a really hard concept to get me head round when I first heard it, and it wasn't until I read the book at the same time as listening to it that I kind of understood it a bit more. So think about how you're aware of your body right now. So if you close your eyes, if it's safe for you to do so, you can still feel your hands. If you give it awareness. You can still feel your feet if you give it awareness. You can still feel your heartbeat if you really think about it. You are the one that's noticing and feeling those sensations. So the fact that you are aware of your body means that there's a part of you that's actually observing it, and it's that observing part that's your true self. That is awareness, okay? So that awareness also notices your thoughts and your emotions. For example, if you feel sad you can observe that feeling. You know, "I feel sad right now." That means there's a part of you that is separate from the sadness. You are not sadness. There's a part of you that is simply watching or noticing that emotion. That observing, that noticing part of you, that is pure awareness, and it's always there no matter what's happening. So in essence, Rhonda is saying that your true identity isn't tied to your body, your thoughts, or your emotions. Those are just things that you experience. Your real self is the awareness that's witnessing everything. It's the unchanging peaceful presence that's always there in the background. It's always observing everything that you experience in life. So just like the driver isn't the car, you are not your body or your mind. You are the awareness behind them. I hope that makes sense. That's about as simplistic as I can put it. It's a really hard concept to get your head around. I do appreciate that, but kind of once you get your head around it, things start clicking into place, if that makes sense. Because your emotions are such a powerful guide to your manifesting energy. When you're happy, when you're excited, when you're filled with love, you're in a high vibrational state. And this is when you have the most manifesting power. You know, high vibration emotions act like a magnet, drawing your desires to you quickly and effortlessly. So when you're feeling joyful, use that energy you know, use that time in your life to visualize and affirm exactly what you want in life. You might want to play your favorite music, dance around your living room, do whatever makes you feel alive and vibrant. But on the flip side, when you're feeling down or anxious, your manifesting power is diminished. And that's not a punishment, it's a built-in protective mechanism. Because if we had the same power to manifest while we were feeling negative, we'd end up creating things that we don't want. So when you're in quite a low emotional state, instead focus on self-care. You know, go and take a walk in nature, go and meditate, go and practice gratitude to raise that vibration again. Once you're back in a positive state, you can then return to your manifestation practices with that renewed focus. So if you struggle with maintaining that positive mindset, affirmations can be a huge game changer. So an affirmation is more than just a phrase that you repeat. It's a powerful thought that is going to reprogram your subconscious mind. One of my favorite affirmations that I have here on my computer screen in front of me stuck to the bottom is, "I am whole, perfect, strong, powerful, loving, harmonious, and happy." That is a complete declaration of your divine perfection, and I just repeat that affirmation every time I'm sat in front of this computer because that's going to create a shift in my energy and my mindset. And I don't want you to underestimate the power of repetition as well. You know, your mind is— it's, it's like a garden with soil in it. Yeah, your thoughts are the seeds that you plant. So the more that you repeat those positive affirmations, the stronger those seeds are going to flourish. Your subconscious mind will begin to accept them as truth. You'll start noticing a shift in your external reality. So say these affirmations with conviction. Feel the energy behind the words. And over time, you'll find yourself embodying the very qualities that you're affirming, because your mind is such a powerhouse. You know, the human mind has an immense capacity that most of us are only just beginning to understand, because we live in a universe that's governed by energy, vibration, and the mental force that we emit. And it's in this mental universe, everything that you see around you began as a thought. Every single thing you see around you was a spark of intention that materialized into reality. So whether it's, you know, skyscrapers outside in the city, or the technology that I'm using right now to record this, or even just the photo frame that I've got with my partner and my dog on my desk right now, that was all once a thought, and that materialized into reality. Does that make sense? So you have the ability right now to create your dream life. Your thoughts shape your reality. So when you harness that understanding, you are then going to become a co-creator with the universe itself, and that means that you're an active participant in designing the experiences and the outcomes that you want. It's not about some distant or elusive power reserved for, you know, a select few people. It is available to you always. But to tap into that potential, you've just got to set aside that doubt and fear. So if we go back to thinking about limits and limitations and You know how we limit and put blocks on our potential. The only limits that exist are those that we believe in. So if you think that something is possible, your mind will always find ways to confirm that belief. You'll subconsciously look for evidence that supports your limitations and create a reality where those constraints are true. So your mind is so powerful that it will turn your doubts into self-fulfilling prophecies, and that's just going to hold you back from achieving your dreams. But imagine what would happen if you did the opposite, like if you believed in limitless possibilities. Just by opening your mind, you're going to give yourself the freedom to explore and manifest beyond what you once thought was achievable. Our world is full of stories about people who defied the odds, people who dreamed big and made the impossible happen, and these are individuals who refuse to accept the limits that have been imposed on us by our parents, by society, by circumstances. Or even just past failures. They harnessed the power of belief. They acted as if their dreams were already within reach, and that's the secret. That's the real secret there. They didn't wait for anyone to validate their vision. They had it inside. They understood that the universe is constantly responding to the energy that we project because it doesn't judge or question your dreams. It simply mirrors the energy that you put out. So I want you to really believe in your own worthiness. If you don't feel deserving of your dreams, you're going to unconsciously sabotage your efforts. It's that simple. It's essential to recognize that your desires are valid and you are worthy of receiving them as well. So practice some self-love, some self-acceptance. You could affirm to yourself, "I am worthy of all the good things that life has to offer." It's not arrogance. It's quite a, a powerful acknowledgement of your inherent value as a creator in this universe. So think of it this way, like, the universe is abundant by nature. Look at the endless expanse of the sky, for example. The countless grains of sand on the beach. You know, the infinite number of stars in the, in the sky at night. The universe doesn't operate on scarcity, and neither should you. There is more than enough for everyone. Your desires don't take away from someone else's, and I've said this before. When you manifest your dreams, you contribute positively to the collective energy of the world. So I want you to embrace that role. Yeah, imagine partnering with the universe. You are co-designing a life filled with purpose, joy, and abundance. When you see yourself as a co-creator, you shift from being a passive observer of life to an active architect of your reality. And that requires a bit of intention, focus, that deep trust in the universe. But manifestation isn't about controlling every little detail. It's just about setting your desires in motion, trusting that the universe will handle the rest. It's kind of like having a meeting with one of your colleagues and saying, I've got this really busy project, I'm going to take this part, I want you to do this, I'm going to then take this part as well, I think you can get involved in this little bit here. That's what you're doing. You're just having a conversation with the universe. You are embracing that co-creator role, okay? You take care of your part and the universe will handle the rest, okay? Visualization, as I mentioned earlier, it's quite a powerful technique. But it's not enough to just imagine your dreams. You've also got to feel them. You've got to engage all your senses. You've got to see your dreams vividly in your mind. You've got to hear those sounds, feel those textures, and most importantly, feel those emotions of having what you desire. The more real and tangible that you can make your vision, the stronger your energy becomes. And that's why I mentioned earlier about that ChatGPT. It's just such a good way of getting into that mindset. Because once you've visualized, you're going to act as if your desires are already on their way. Now, this doesn't mean reckless behavior or spending money that you don't have, but rather embodying the confidence and joy of someone who knows that their dreams are becoming reality. If I said to you, well done, you won the lottery last week, you've got a million pound coming to you, however the lottery don't pay out until the end of the month, so you've got another 4 weeks to wait, you are going to be in the mindset of knowing that that money is yours. Yeah, you've had a signed document to say that it's coming to you, but you're just waiting for the money to clear into your account. You are in the mindset of knowing that it is coming to you. You're in the mindset of being a millionaire because that money is yours even though it's not in your bank account right now. Does that make sense? So it's kind of like you need to get into that mindset of knowing that everything that you want is on its way to you it's just not with you just yet. I hope that makes sense because that was a bit of a ramble. So, you know, walk with a sense of purpose. Speak as if your dreams are already unfolding. The universe loves speed, and when you show that you're ready, it's going to respond with opportunities that will align with that vision. Your thoughts don't just affect your individual life, they contribute to the collective energy of humanity. So when you dream big and you manifest joy, you elevate the energy of everyone around you. Your positivity has a ripple effect outwards. It inspires other people to believe in their own dreams as well. And this is why manifesting isn't just a personal journey. It's a way to uplift the world. There isn't some cap on what you can achieve. There's no ceiling on your dreams, all except for the one that you create in your mind, okay? So believe in those infinite possibilities, and you will open doors to miracles. You know, trust in the process. Even when things seem slow, or stagnant, or, you know, obstacles appear, just know that everything is unfolding perfectly for your highest good. Sometimes delays are just divine redirections. They're just leading you to something even greater than you once imagined. Because you are a powerhouse. Your mind is your greatest asset, your most potent tool for transformation. So I want you to use it boldly, you know. Dream passionately. Never settle for a life that doesn't light up your insides and your soul. You are worthy of every amazing thing in your heart. So I want you to embrace your power. I want you to co-create with the universe, and I want you to watch as miracles will become your everyday reality. Because manifestation isn't just about achieving those material goals. It's about stepping into your true power. It's about embracing your ability to create and almost living that life filled with joy, purpose, and love, because you have everything you need within you. So trust in your ability to manifest. Stay aware of your thoughts because you are that awareness. And this is going to sound so cliché, but always choose love over fear because that's going to give you the most power to manifest what you want, okay? Think of the universe as your partner. It's always working in harmony with you to bring your dreams to life. So just remember, the possibilities are limitless and the power is yours. Dream boldly, you know, live passionately, and you can manifest that incredible life that you deserve. Okay, I sometimes get to the end of these episodes, you know, and I think, oh my God, I've spoke for like 35 minutes here and I have no clue what I've just talked about. I've just got some notes down on a bit of paper and I'm like, yep, yep, yep, yep, I've talked about everything there. Oh, I hope that you enjoyed this episode anyway, right? If you did enjoy it, please do me a rating or review. It takes about 5 to 10 seconds to do so. If you're listening on Spotify, you just click star rating halfway down the episode list. If you're listening on Audible, I think it's at the top, it's just a star rating. If you're listening on Google, I'm not entirely sure because I don't have a Google or an Android phone, but I'm sure there's like a rating or review section somewhere there anyway. I hope that you enjoyed this episode. Uh, please feel free to follow me on Instagram, TikTok, Facebook if you want inspirational shit like this. It is @cannycrystals. If you want to follow my personal life I really don't mind you taking a sneak peek. At the minute, it tends to just be baby pictures, but hey ho, there's a bit of gym chucked in there as well. I am @marttweedy. That's M-A-R-T Tweedy. And just before I go, I also wanted to mention as well about Manifest because I had so many messages from people saying, I'm in Australia, come to Australia, bring this to America. And I was like, I get it. There are so many people around the world that will be wanting to join Manifest, the live event next year. That won't be able to get to Newcastle. So guess what? I had a meeting. I had a meeting with a company that basically streams and records events live. So I'm very, very excited about that. So now we have the option for a virtual ticket. So if you go to www.mani-fest.uk, you will be able to see the 3 different types. There is a general admission, which is physical. There is a VIP admission, which is physical with benefits. But then there is also a virtual admission, so you can watch from the comfort of your own home. Obviously, I would love nothing more for you to physically be there and see you in, like, person, do you know what I mean? But if you physically can't attend because you're in another part of the world, or you're busy and, you know, you're just, you're busy that day and you want to be able to watch it back at a later date, you can now buy a virtual ticket. And also we have payment plans as well, so if you do want to come, you can also choose pay monthly., and I think you can split it up over like 6 months. So yeah, there's a way around for everyone, trying to make this as accessible for everyone to attend because I really want to meet everyone, and I know so does Fran, Kimberly, Kirstie, Jess, and you know, everyone else that is doing a speech or a workshop. Everyone's super, super excited. I'm absolutely buzzing. I know we're still 8 months away, but this 8 months is going to fly by. So honestly, get your tickets now, mani-fest.com.

It's part of it. With Acast, you can access the world's largest podcast marketplace. Choose the right shows, the right audiences, the right format, then watch the data tell you it worked.
