160: Daily habits for manifestation success
8 Nov 2024 · 33 min
In this solo episode of the Canny Crystals podcast, host Mart Tweedy reflects on his recent realization that he had been consuming manifestation content without actually applying it. He outlines five concrete daily habits that helped him regain productivity and a higher vibrational state, each paired with a specific crystal to amplify the practice. The habits are: (1) a morning mindset reset that combines gratitude, deep breathing, and a clear quartz ritual; (2) visualization and scripting sessions supported by citrine; (3) affirmation and belief‑reprogramming work using amethyst; (4) mindful movement (yoga, walking, shaking) enhanced with carnelian; and (5) nightly reflection and gratitude with rose quartz. Throughout, Mart weaves personal anecdotes, references to neuroscience (brainwave states, reticular activating system, dopamine/serotonin, GABA), and teachings from manifestation teachers such as Dr. Joe Dispenza and Denise Duffield‑Thomas. He also promotes his upcoming 9‑hour spiritual festival, Manifest, offering ticket and payment‑plan details. The episode serves as a practical guide for listeners seeking to integrate manifestation principles into daily routines.

Hello everyone and welcome back to another episode of Canny Crystals, the podcast. I hope that you're all well. My name is Mart Tweedy, I'm your host, and last week I read something in a Facebook group that I'm in where someone had said that they'd realized that they were weren't getting anywhere with their goals because although they were following along with manifestation and the law of attraction, following all these new thought leaders and things like that, they didn't feel like they were getting anywhere with the goals because all they were doing is they were following along. They weren't actively doing anything towards it. And that hit me like a ton of bricks, and I suddenly thought, shit, that's exactly what I'm doing right now. I'm reading about things, I'm learning new things, I've got people coming on the podcast, but I'm not actually integrating anything. I'm not actually implementing these things into my life. And my excuse is, you know, I've got a baby. But in actual fact, I've just been a bit lazy as of late. I know I have. I absolutely know that I have. I've been doing the bare minimum in business. I've been taking shortcuts wherever I can. If you've been looking at me content lately on Instagram and thinking, I've seen this before about a year ago, that's because I'm rehashing it. Honestly, I just haven't got time to fart. And I just, I just know that I've been super, super lazy. I'm taking all these different shortcuts. I'm just not giving anything in my life 100%, purely because I'm tired or I've got lack of sleep or I just feel like I'm constantly drained, depleted of energy, all of the above. So last week I decided to journal one morning, and in doing so I just wrote down everything that I wanted to get back into. And I started thinking about things in business and in life and what I've actually stopped doing, and I realized that there were 5 things in particular that I just don't do anymore. And guess what? Since I had that realisation, I've switched it back up. I felt so much more productive again. I feel like I just needed that kick up the arse. So I thought I'd share these 5 things that I've recently incorporated back into my life that I just kind of let slip away from me. Now, these 5 things may possibly be things that you already do in your life, and if so, amazing, well done you. But if you don't, here's to hoping that this can get you back on track as well. So these are all things that I've probably covered in past podcast episodes, but these are things that really helped me have really productive, really positive, and peaceful days. So the first on my list is my morning mindset reset. Now this will transform your day from the minute you wake up. So this habit is, you know, starting each morning by sitting up in bed, just closing your eyes, placing your hands over your heart center, and I take around 3 deep breaths and I just inhale that positivity and then exhale any lingering tension from sleep. And then I'll think of at least 3 specific things that I am genuinely grateful for. Now, instead of general statements like, "I'm grateful for my family," "I'm grateful for my dog," "I'm grateful for my house," I want you to dig deeper on this. So you could say, "I'm grateful for me mam's laughter yesterday because it really brightened up my day." "I'm really grateful for the house that I'm in because it keeps me warm, safe, and secure." The more specific that you are with this, the more real and impactful that this practice becomes. So really feel that gratitude as you breathe into it. Now, why this works is when we first wake up, our brain transitions from theta to alpha brainwaves. Now, theta waves are most common during REM sleep, which is associated with our dreams and our deep subconscious. So what's like when we're in that proper deep zone of sleep? Now, this means that our mind is in a highly suggestible state where we are more receptive to new information. And during that little window when we've you've just woke up. Our brain is open to the beliefs and the thoughts that we feed it, and that makes it the perfect time to set a positive and abundant tone for the day ahead. So your subconscious mind, which operates about 95% of your behavior and your thoughts throughout the day, that's particularly impressionable in the morning. So what you choose to focus on in these early moments has a huge ripple effect on your actions and your perceptions. And by consciously setting a positive tone you're essentially programming your brain to operate on that high frequency throughout the day. So it's like I covered in an episode about the Miracle Morning book or The 5 AM Club. I can't remember which one it was. It was one of them books. And I mentioned about how I would usually doom scroll in the morning. So my alarm would go off at like 5 AM. I could still be laying in bed at 7 AM just scrolling on Facebook, emails, things like that. But my, my vibration would just get so, so low because I would read, you know, that Royal Mail would have smashed up a crystal or something en route to a customer, and this customer was now kicking off at me and threatening me with like a 1-star review or something like that. That instantly would bring my vibe right down. So it's almost like you're putting on this armor, you're putting on a shield ready for the day ahead. You are bringing your vibration up as much as possible before you even get out of bed and do anything. So practicing gratitude first thing in the morning, it can activate the brain's prefrontal cortex, and that's associated with decision-making emotional regulation, and focus as well. Now, I'm sure it covers this in The 5 AM Club, but it was talking about how neuroscience research shows that consistent gratitude practice rewires the brain. That increases the production of dopamine, which is the feel-good neurotransmitter, and it also produces serotonin, which is the mood regulator. Now, this is not only going to help you in elevating your mood, but it's also going to prime your mind to stay focused on opportunities that align with abundance and joy. Because gratitude also shifts your reticular activating system, the RAS, which are a network of neurons in your brainstem that are responsible for filtering out that information. Can you remember in the early days I asked you to look for green cars, I think it was, and I had so many people message me, and I still do to this day, saying, oh my God, I've seen a green car. Oh my God, I can't believe it, I asked to see a green car and I've just seen one drive past me. That's because your brain is filtering all of this like irrelevant information out, and it's bringing you what you want to see. So if you are priming your body for opportunities that align with abundance and joy, that is what you're going to see. So the reticular activating system just ensures that your brain doesn't get too overwhelmed with everything that you see in your daily life. Because can you imagine if you paid attention as you were driving to work about every detail on every person's face that you drove past, or every color of every car? So the RAS is just basically making sure that you don't get overwhelmed with information that doesn't concern you. Does that make sense? So when you focus on gratitude, the RAS just adjusts its filters and it starts immediately looking for things to affirm this grateful and abundant mindset. And that can make such a huge difference in how your day unfolds because you'll start to notice things that support your intentions. So for example, I was on the brink of a burnout a few years ago, and every morning I would wake up feeling absolutely stressed you know, me mind was immediately racing through my mental to-do list, and that only increased my anxiety as I was lay there in bed. So I decided to try a morning gratitude reset. So I began to think about the small joys in me life, you know, the warmth of me morning coffee, the sound of Johnny and JJ like running around the house playing with the ball, or even just a supportive text from a friend that I had the day before. And within, I'd say, maybe a couple of weeks, I experienced such a huge shift in my mindset. So opportunities started to flow me way. I was able to approach challenges with a renewed sense of calm and optimism. And one day I ran into an old colleague at a networking event, and they give me a few ideas for my business. Now, I credit these as a direct manifestation from my daily gratitude practice, because I honestly don't think I would have gone over and spoke to that person had I have not been feeling the way that I was. Okay, so that kind of demonstrates how setting the right intention can transform not just your mindset but the very fabric of your reality. Now, what I also like to do in the morning is I like to use a clear quartz, okay? I think it's really important that we incorporate crystals into all of this as well, because I did a post about this on Monday, I think it was, on Instagram and TikTok. If you haven't seen it already, go over and follow me, I'm @canny_crystals. But clear quartz is known as the master healer, so it's an amplifier of energy. Now, clear quartz can help set the tone for a high vibrational day. Now, every Monday morning I get my clear quartz and I just do a little ritual with it because it sets me up for the week ahead. So clear quartz is quite a versatile crystal. It clears that mental fog, it brings about clarity. Now, for me, that makes it ideal for morning rituals where my focus and intentional energy are needed. So what I do is I hold a clear quartz in my dominant hand I sit up in bed, I do my gratitude practice. You don't even have to write your gratitude practice out, you can just do it mentally in your head. And I just feel the energy of that crystal amplifying those intentions as I breathe deeply and I'm expressing my gratitude for any specific aspects of my life. And then after that gratitude exercise, I just place the clear quartz on my heart center in between my hands, and I just visualize its bright cleansing energy just radiating through my entire body. And I imagine it kind of clearing away any negativity, setting my mind up for a day filled with abundance and positivity, for example. And as I do that, I'll just state a positive affirmation such as, 'I am grateful for today's blessings.' Now, when I've finished with that, I will just keep the clear quartz in my pocket, or I'll wear it if it was a piece of jewelry that I've used, just to stay focused and grounded in those positive intentions throughout the day. But what I also do is, if it's a bigger piece I'll put it on my bedside table because it's the first thing that I'll see in the morning when I turn my alarm off. So that's gonna remind me of the commitment to starting my day with gratitude and intention. Okay, so that's the first one, my morning mindset reset. My second one is all about visualisation and scripting. So rehearsing your future with every single detail. Now this works because visualisation and scripting are all about creating a vivid mental picture of your desired future but then reinforcing it through written expression. So our brains, as we know, they're powerful tools. They don't differentiate much between a vividly imagined event and one that we actually experience. We still experience all of these little shifts inside of our brains. So when we visualize, the brain activates the same regions that would light up if we were physically experiencing what we're imagining. Now I find that fascinating, and this isn't me chatting shit, this is literal science, okay? So This practice effectively kind of tricks the brain into believing that the event has already occurred, and that's going to make it easier to take actions that align with that desired outcome. So what I want you to do is just dedicate— it doesn't need to be anything, you know, onus or anything that you're like, oh my God, I just do not have the time for this. I just want you to dedicate 5 to 10 minutes either every morning or every evening. Doesn't need to be like both, but you can do if you wanted to. And I just want you to begin by sitting somewhere comfortable, okay? Then close your eyes and you're just going to focus on your breath because that's going to relax you, okay? It's going to bring you to the present moment. You're not going to be able to concentrate on anything in the future or anything in the past that happened yesterday, whatever it is. It's just going to ultimately relax you. Then you're going to visualize your goal as if it's already real. So if you're manifesting a new job, for example, I want you to imagine the feeling of waking up on your very first day You go to your wardrobe, you choose your outfit, you're feeling excited as you head to work. I want you to picture yourself at your new desk or wherever it is that you're working. I want you to picture yourself interacting confidently with your colleagues, even getting a compliment from your boss maybe. Use all of your senses, like what do you see? What do you hear? What can you smell? What do you taste? What do you feel in this moment right now? And then once you finish visualising, just take out a journal and start scripting. Now when I say scripting, I just mean writing. That's all it is. Yeah, a lot of people refer to it as scripting, but it's just journaling. It's just writing. But write in the present tense as if everything that you want has already happened. For instance, you could write something like, I'm so grateful for my incredible job that fills me with purpose every single day. I work with supportive colleagues and I love how valued I feel here. The key is to write with genuine emotion so that you feel that excitement and you feel that joy as if it's already part of your life. Now, the science behind this is— I follow someone called Dr. Joe Dispenza. Now, Joe Dispenza was on, um, The Secret movie. He's in The Secret book. You know, he's an author, he's a neuroscientist, and he said when we visualize our goals, we're essentially just rewiring our brains. We're creating all these new neural pathways and connections that make the future that we're envisioning feel more familiar and achievable. So brain scans, you know, CT scans, they they've shown that the same brain areas actually activate whether we're thinking about an experience or we're actually just living it. So that mental rehearsal makes the brain more equipped to take those real-world steps that are needed to achieve those goals. And additionally, when we write down things, that engages different parts of the brain as well. It's strengthening our interactions and making the manifestation process even more powerful. I remember one of my one-to-one clients a couple of years ago, um, she was a graphic designer. She'd been stuck trying to manifest her dream home for years, and no matter how hard she worked, she felt stuck in that same cycle. She was living in a small apartment, it totally didn't inspire her, and she was like, how can I feel grateful for this tiny little apartment when it's just awful and I hate it? So I asked her to fully commit to a visualization and scripting practice. Now, every night she would close her eyes, she would visualize walking through her dream home front door. She was touching the cool marble countertops in the kitchen that she wanted, she was feeling that plush carpet in the bedroom, she was even hearing like Carmen sounds of a waterfall in the backyard because she wanted this big water feature. And then she would script about her life in that home as if it were her reality. So she could have been writing things like, today I enjoyed a quiet morning on me patio, I was sipping coffee whilst listening to the birds, you know. And within 6 months of us working together, I remember getting a message from her one day and she said her side hustle that she'd been doing had actually took off massively. I think it went viral on TikTok. And she was able to put a down payment on a house that was eerily similar to the one that she'd been visualizing about. Now, she attributes that kind of turn of events to the power of daily mental and written rehearsals, and she swears by that, and she always tags me in her posts when she puts them on Instagram as well. I'm always sharing them on my story. Now, I often told her to use citrine as well because citrine is the stone of abundance, and it's associated with prosperity, joy, manifestation, and it's such a high-energy crystal that it helps you to connect to your goals and to believe in your ability to achieve them as well. That makes it perfect for visualization and scripting practices. So whenever I'm visualizing, I'll hold a piece of citrine in my hand, I'll close my eyes, I'll visualize my dreams, and I'll just let the crystal's vibrant energy kind of fuel my imagination, almost like it's bringing that vision to life in my mind's eye. So I can imagine golden radiant light from the citrine kind of surrounding me and that just energizes my goals and makes them feel real and attainable. Now, when I'm scripting, I'll place a citrine at the top of my journal or beside my journal, and I'll write about my future as if it's already happened. And I just picture that kind of golden energy of the crystal kind of infusing my words with power and intention. You can even hold the crystal in your non-dominant hand so that, you know, you can still write with your other hand. That's just going to help you channel abundance and optimism into your scripting. But citrine is definitely my go-to crystal when I'm trying to visualize or script. Okay, so the third thing on my list was affirmations and reprogramming beliefs, because that can really help to change your inner dialogue. Now, our beliefs obviously shape our reality, often in ways that we are not even aware of, because it all happens subconsciously. Our subconscious mind is, you know, filled with thoughts like, I don't deserve love, or "I'll never be successful," and that's going to sabotage even your most determined conscious efforts. Now affirmations just work by replacing these limiting beliefs with empowering ones, so they're effectively just reprogramming your subconscious mind. When spoken or written repeatedly, affirmations are just going to gradually transform your self-concept and open the door to new possibilities. So maybe just choose 3 to 5 affirmations that resonate with you and your current manifestation goals. So you could say, "I am worthy of love and respect." "I attract financial abundance effortlessly." "I am a powerful creator of my own reality." How long did that take me to read those 3 out? 5 to 10 seconds tops. That's all it needs to be. So what I'm doing is I'm standing in front of a mirror every morning, just as I'm brushing me teeth, okay? And I'm just repeating these affirmations out loud, making direct eye contact with meself. I'm not even saying them aloud sometimes. I'm just saying them in me head 'cause I've got a gob full of toothbrush and toothpaste. But say them slowly, say them with conviction, feel the truth of every statement that you say. You can also even write them down and script them if you wanted to in your journal, or record yourself saying them. Listen to that recording while you're driving or doing like housework or anything like that, because the brain's RAS is acting as a filter, like I've just said, and it's allowing only information that aligns with your current beliefs and your values to enter your conscious awareness. So when you repeatedly use those affirmations, you are just signalling to the RAS to shift your focus and to start looking for evidence that supports these new beliefs. Now affirmations can trigger the release of endorphins as well, giving you that instant mood boost because it makes you really feel positive. And over time, that is going to lead to lasting neural changes. It's going to make positive beliefs second nature. I remember back when I first joined Denise Duffield-Thomas's Money Bootcamp I was really struggling with deep-rooted financial insecurities because growing up I often heard phrases like, you know, "Money doesn't grow on trees," "We can't afford that." These beliefs carried into my adult life, and despite working all these hours in the NHS and stuff like that, I always seemed to be one step away from financial disaster. I was desperate for a change, so I started using daily affirmations, and every morning I'd look in the mirror and I'd say, "I am a magnet for wealth." 'Abundance flows to me from all directions.' Now, at first, I'm not gonna lie, I felt really awkward. It felt untrue, but I just persisted and I just went with it. And within a month, I noticed such a shift in my money mentality. I felt more confident negotiating kind of prices on my website. I found myself exploring new income streams, you know, with, um, kind of like subliminals and meditations and things like that. I even received like unexpected money from, you know, when Chanel approached me that time, or when, um, Stella McCartney approached me and they were like, we want you to do this talk. There was like unexpected things that came up for me and opportunities. And, you know, all of that financial turnaround for me, that kind of stemmed from those affirmations, because those affirmations changed my inner dialogue and ultimately my actions alongside it as well. Now, one crystal that I would say is really great for affirmations is Amethyst, because amethyst is a crystal of protection, spiritual awareness, calming energy. It helps to soothe anxiety, but it also helps to enhance intuition. So it opens the minds to new beliefs, making it perfect for reprogramming the subconscious through affirmations. So what I've started doing is when I'm doing my mirror work on a morning, just while I'm brushing my teeth, or, you know, when I've finished brushing my teeth, I'll just hold an amethyst in my hand while I'm standing in front of that mirror and repeating my affirmations. That amethyst energy is going to soothe any discomfort that you're going to feel. It's going to open your mind to receive and believe those empowering statements that you're speaking as well. So just imagine that crystal's kind of violet energy surrounding you, helping to replace old limiting beliefs with these new empowering ones. You can also place an amethyst on your third eye, which is the bit between your eyebrows, just when you lie down. Repeat your affirmations internally that crystal is going to help you to tap into your intuition and your higher wisdom. That's going to reinforce the new beliefs that you're integrating with your subconscious mind. Now, alongside my clear quartz on my bedside table, I've also got an amethyst on there as well, because not only is that helping me to get a deeper night's sleep, but it's also going to continue that reprogramming while I sleep as well. So as I drift off, I just repeat a few of my affirmations when my head hits the pillow. Takes 10-15 seconds. And I let that crystal's energy just carry those words deep into my subconscious. What I will say here is though, if you're struggling with particularly deep-seated limiting beliefs, use amethyst in combination with a guided meditation or, you know, subliminal affirmations, because that's going to enhance the reprogramming effect for you. Okay, now let's move on to the fourth thing on my list, which is mindful movement. So shifting your energy to align with abundance. Now, this works because physical movement isn't just beneficial for your body, it also helps to release that stagnant energy and it raises your vibrational frequency. So about, probably about 3 or 4 weeks ago in Manifest with Mart, my little membership, um, we all did a mindful movement exercise. So I asked everyone that was on the call to basically shake different parts of their body. So we all stood up, we all shook these different parts of the body Yes, we must have looked like absolute idiots to our partners, but what it does is it releases all that stagnant, dormant energy that's just sat in our body. It releases it all so that new positive excitement energy can come in. Okay, so high-vibing activities such as yoga or dance or even just a walk in nature, they can all elevate your mood. They can all make you more receptive to the energy that you're trying to attract. Now, according to the principles of quantum physics, you know, everything in the universe, including our thoughts and our emotions, is made up of energy. So when we move our body, you are shifting your energetic state. You are aligning yourself more closely with your desires. So what I try and do is, even if I'm not going to the gym that morning— because that is movement, but I'm talking more about mindful movement— so on the days that I'm not going to the gym, or even just before the gym or after the gym, I just want to incorporate around 15 to 30 minutes of mindful movement into the day. Now, it doesn't have to be an intense workout. Like I say, gentle yoga, tai chi, a brisk walk while focusing on your intentions— they can all be as equally effective. Okay, as you move, I want you to visualize just any negative or stagnant energy just being released and replaced with light, high vibrational energy. You can also use that time to repeat affirmations or think about what you're grateful for. For instance, during a walk I might say to myself, you know, I am grateful for my strong, healthy body with every step that I take. Now, movement increases blood flow to the brain. That's going to release those endorphins again. It's going to elevate your mood, but it also reduces cortisol levels, which is crucial because high levels of stress hormones can block manifestations. They can keep you in a state of fear and scarcity. And, you know, studies have shown that certain forms of exercise like yoga they increase levels of GABA, which is a neurotransmitter that promotes relaxation and reduces anxiety. So from a vibrational standpoint, when your energy is high, you're more likely to attract high vibe experiences and people into your life. So like I said, recently I got back into the gym, but I've also just started incorporating, you know, when I'm out on my dog walk, to start thinking about things positively and just start repeating affirmations or listen to subliminals. Because it really does benefit you inside. I felt quite trapped in a cycle of negativity just a few weeks ago. You know, I've got a stressful job, I often come home feeling exhausted, feeling defeated, got a newborn baby— well, he's not newborn, he's 9 months now, but you know where I'm going with this. So I just decided to make that effort that, you know, every morning when I go for that little 15-minute walk, I just kind of let that become my sanctuary. It's a place where I can let go of me stress, I can feel pure joy, and as I walk, I just imagine myself, you know, shedding layers of doubt and fear, replacing them with excitement and passion for life. And over time, that practice has had quite a huge impact on me because I've noticed I've been more creative this last week. I've been more confident with me work. I've even attracted some new clients who align with my values. Yeah, I believe that You know, when I've been walking and doing this mindful movement, it's not only raised my vibration, but it's also opened myself up to a new world of possibilities. Now, what I've been doing with this is I've also been incorporating a carnelian crystal with this. So carnelian is a crystal about motivation, vitality, and physical energy. So it's perfect for any movement-based practice because it just boosts your confidence, it inspires that creativity, and it helps clear any energy blockages as well. So it makes that movement session a bit more powerful and aligned with my intentions. So if you were doing yoga, for example, you could place a carnelian at the front of your yoga mat as you move through your flow, and just imagine that crystal infusing your practice with motivation and passion. That's going to help you to release any stagnant energy and replace it with a vibrant, powerful force. You can also hold a small piece of carnelian in your hand as you go for a walk, which is what I do, and with every step, just visualize that crystal energizing your entire body connecting you to the earth, and use that time to repeat affirmations like I said, like, "I am energized. I am open to all the opportunities around me." I've even started putting a little piece in my gym bag daily as a reminder to just stay energized and committed to my movement practice. So when I get to the gym, I go to get changed and I see that little carnelian in there and I'm like, "Yep, energy, focus, motivation." Yeah, does that make sense? So then the 5th thing on my list. Now obviously we started with a morning mindset reset. We are ending the day with nightly reflection and gratitude because that helps us to end the day on a high note. So how you end your day is just as important as how you begin it. The thoughts that you focus on just before bed have such a significant impact on your subconscious process during sleep. So when we practice nightly gratitude and reflection, we reinforce a mindset of abundance and we prime our subconscious for more positive experiences. So this practice also helps you to release any negativity from the day as well, just so that you don't carry it into tomorrow. So before going to bed, just set aside 2 to 3 minutes. That's all it needs to be, 2 to 3 minutes for reflection in a dedicated journal or a notepad. Just write down 3 things that went well that day. So these could be huge achievements like landing a new job, or they could even be small joys like just the fact that you got to cook yourself a nice meal. You can choose whatever you put in this journal, okay? But the key is to focus on what brought you happiness, satisfaction, or that sense of accomplishment. So once you've listed your wins, just set a gentle intention for the next day, such as, you know, tomorrow I will be open to new opportunities. Or you could say, "I will approach challenges with a calm and positive mindset." And then finally, just close your eyes, visualize that intention coming true, feel those emotions associated with it, and let yourself drift off to sleep. It's that simple. Sleep studies show that our subconscious mind processes the last thoughts that we have before we drift off to sleep. So when we focus on gratitude and positive intentions, you're essentially programming your brain to look out for more of the same. That practice can also help lower your heart rate. It can calm your nervous system. That's going to make it easier for you to fall into a deeper restorative sleep. Now, research has also shown that people who practice gratitude before they sleep, they actually sleep better. They feel more refreshed upon waking. That sets a positive tone for the new day as well. Now, this is something that I've done religiously for the past, I'm going to say maybe 2 years now. It's always something that I've done. Even when everything else has dropped off, I've always done this nighttime thing because I always just think, I'm going to bed anyway, I'm putting my head down on that pillow, what's the harm in closing my eyes and just thinking about something for 2 to 3 minutes? Yeah, and one crystal that I find that is perfect for this is rose quartz, because rose quartz is the stone of unconditional love and compassion and deep emotional healing. It helps you to end the day on a positive note. It helps you to focus on self-love self-appreciation, and its calming and soothing energy is just perfect for reflection and for cultivating a grateful heart just before bed as well. So I'll hold a piece of rose quartz in my non-dominant hand as I'm writing in my gratitude journal, and I just let that loving energy of the crystal fill me heart with warmth and appreciation. And I sometimes even just picture its pink energy just kind of, you know, absorbing into my skin, enveloping my body, That's just helping me to feel more connected to everything that I'm grateful for. And then after writing down those 3 wins for the day, I just place the rose quartz on me heart center, I close my eyes, I take a few deep breaths, I visualize love and light filling my body, and as I breathe, I just think about that intention that I've set for the next day. I feel the excitement and positivity in my heart. Now, if you struggle with self-love or feelings of worthiness Rose Quartz is an excellent crystal to use regularly in your evening routine because it's really just going to amplify all that love and energy within your space. Everything for self-love, self-confidence, self-esteem, you know, everything. It is just going to pump your heart and your body full of love. So there we have it. There are my 5 top habits for manifestation success, and I dare bet that some of you will already do some of these habits. So if you do, keep on going if you already do that, and just slowly try to incorporate maybe one more additional habit every fortnight, just so that you're not overwhelmed with tasks. Because I get it, we're all busy, we're all very time poor. I was talking to someone last week and I said that I find it absolutely baffling that I used to leave the house at 7 in the morning to go to work, and then I would get home about 6 PM on a night, and then I used to somehow fit in every single thing that I do on my day-to-day basis, such as food shopping, cooking, cleaning, dog walking, doing something with my partner, seeing friends, seeing family. Honestly, I have no idea how I used to do it all before I had Canny Crystals, because obviously being self-employed, I have a lot more flexibility. But I get it, not everyone has that luxury, so just do what you can. But this doesn't need to be hard. Manifestation in general doesn't need to be hard. I think so many of us assume that it is because of how long that we think that these tasks are going to take. That's why I've suggested maybe, you know, with all those tasks, it's probably going to take you 10 to 15 minutes a day. That is doable for the majority of us. Okay, so I hope that you found all of this information quite useful. I really hope that you enjoyed this episode. If you did, please leave me a rating or a review wherever you're listening to this from. I really would appreciate it. And don't forget, you can get physical or even virtual tickets to Manifest, which is my 9-hour Spiritual Self-Development Festival in June next year at www.manny-fest.uk. We're only 8 months away now and the lineup just keeps on growing. We've got some incredible surprises as well as some amazing exhibitors lined up for the holistic marketplace as well. So Lorraine, the intuitive Reiki lady that was on the pod a couple of weeks ago, for example, she's going to be there. We've got LumiGlow Skin Care, they're coming to be there. Honestly, I can't wait. We've got physical tickets, we've got VIP tickets, we've even got a virtual option if you can't attend in person. And we've also just launched our payment plans as well, so you can even split the cost over 6 months if you really want to. So head to mani-fest.uk, or you can even click the link in the show notes for this episode. So with all that said, I hope that you all have an amazing week ahead, and I will see you all next Friday for another episode. Take care, guys. Bye!
