170: The secret language of manifestation
24 Jan 2025 · 34 min
In this solo episode of the Cani Crystals podcast, host Mart Tweedy opens by explaining a recent health setback that forced him to miss a week’s episode, sharing personal details about his son’s illness, his own sinusitis/pneumonia, and his determination to keep the show on schedule. He then dives into the core theme: the "secret language of manifestation." Tweedy argues that every word carries vibrational energy that plants seeds in the universe, shaping reality. He outlines how language, tone, and belief interact, introducing the "manifestation trifecta" of excitement, curiosity, and certainty as the essential ingredients for effective manifestation. He discusses practical tools such as scripting in future tense, aligning words with a desired identity, clearing limiting beliefs, and taking inspired, low‑pressure action (the "watering" metaphor). Throughout, he emphasizes the importance of emotional charge behind words and the need to replace limiting language with empowering phrasing. The episode concludes with two announcements: a competition to win VIP tickets and an overnight stay for the upcoming Manifest event in Newcastle, and the upcoming release of his new book (with priority list, bonuses, and a free coaching session for early buyers). A brief commercial for the TextNow app follows.

Hello everyone, welcome back to another episode of Cani Crystals the podcast. My name is Mart Tweedy, I'm your host, and for those of you that listen week on week, you will have realized that there wasn't actually a podcast episode last week. Now I'm going to explain why, okay? Case. So a couple of weeks ago, my little boy started nursery. He went in, everyone said to me, you know, just be prepared because they bring back all these little bugs, all these little flu symptoms and everything. And I just kind of went, yeah, it's fine. I go to the gym pretty much every day, take every vitamin under the sun, I'm sure I'll be fine. Anyway, he came back the Friday night that the last podcast episode went out on, so 2 weeks ago. He came home that Friday night and I just knew from looking at him that he didn't look right. And then he does this kind of— it's like a little cry, but it's also like a little whine at the same time. And I thought, oh my God, the last time he did that was when he was really ill with a cold. And I just said to my partner Johnny, I was like, he has got cold, I can tell it, I can just hear it in the little whine that he's doing. So anyway, I put him to bed at about 7 PM, and a couple of hours later, sure enough, the crying started. I went upstairs his little nose and everything was running, and I just ran around the house getting the decongestant, the Vicks, you know, the Calpol, everything that I'd bought last time when he had the cold. And I thought, right, time to dose you up and get you off to bed. And that went on the entire weekend. So come the Monday, I am recording a little session with my members in Manifest with Mart Tweedy, and I just explained to them that I had a bit of a hoarse throat. I'd been a little bit snuffly throughout the day, so I had a little tissue with me, and I kept on wiping my nose. I kept on apologizing. Honestly, I came off that call and I thought, oh my God, I'm actually going to be sick. I just felt really nauseous, and I knew something wasn't right. Now, this went on until the— I'd say the Wednesday night, and I woke up on the Thursday when I was due to record last week's episode, and I just had no voice. Honestly, and when I say no voice, I was talking like this. It was absolutely Horrific. And I thought, how am I going to record a podcast episode? And all that was going through me head is, I have not missed a single week, even when I've been ill, I haven't missed a single week in 3 and a half years of this podcast being live. And I just felt like such a letdown. I felt like such a disappointment to you lot. So I did a little story on my Instagram. Everyone was sending well wishes. If you saw that, and you did, thank you so much, really appreciate it. But I just had to lie in bed. And on the Sunday was obviously his first birthday, so I just had to dose myself up on flu relief capsules, on Strepsils, on Lemsips, anything you can ever imagine. And I went to his party, we had an amazing time, it was so good. Me and Johnny have been together like 11 years, and some of our family have never met. Like, my aunties have never met his dad, for example. I don't think, um, his mum's cousins have met my family, things like that. So it was just beautiful to have so many people in the room that had helped us over the last year, supported us, love us. Oh, it was just beautiful, absolutely beautiful. And as soon as I got home from there, obviously we had bags and bags of presents, what he'd been given from everyone. Everyone was just so generous. And I sat down on the couch and I thought, oh my God, I feel horrific. I think that the flu relief capsules had started to wear out of my system. And he was on the floor with, uh, Johnny's mom. And Johnny obviously just sat like opening all of his gifts and cards and, you know, playing with like lots of new toys and his new books and things. And I just sat there and I felt like I was about to burst into tears. I had this pain, and this pain went from the side of my right eye all the way down my cheekbone to where my nose is. And then almost when I was biting into things, it felt like I had jaw ache and it was shooting up into my ear. So the Monday morning, I was straight on the phone to the doctors, and I was like, look, these are my symptoms, what do you think it is? And she said, oh my God, I think you've got sinusitis. And she said it could also potentially be pneumonia as well. And I was like, oh, absolutely great. So last January I had pneumonia, the January before I had pneumonia, and then I've got it again this year. And I said to her, like, is this something that I'm doing, or is this something that can be avoided in any way? And she said It's just look of the drawer, unfortunately, especially with your little one going to nursery. He's obviously picked up a strain of it and brought it home. So it's wiped me out for 2 weeks, absolutely wiped me out for 2 weeks. And January, January is a proper hectic month for me. I've got a huge announcement to make at the end of this podcast, so keep on listening. And that, that alone, that announcement is going to keep me busy for the next fortnight. And then I've got lots of other things that I need to announce over the next month or so as well. And I was like, I cannot be sick right now, I can't be sick right now. But I had to just, you know, listen to my body and not go too hard on myself and just lie in bed. And most days I would lie in bed with this huge like headache kind of thing and sickness and nausea and sneezing and coughing, and I just had to lie in bed and just deal with it. But you know, this isn't a sob story podcast. I'm not going to like carry on talking about it. It's done, it's dusted. I'm not 100% I'd say I'm probably about 80% right now, but 80% is good enough for me to record. So what I'm going to do for you lot, seeing as though you are all keen to keep on listening to this pod and you are hounding us saying, where's this week's podcast episode? Where is it? Is it my app? Is it you? What's wrong? What's going on? What I'm going to do for you is I'm recording this episode that will come out today on Friday. I'm going to record what should have been out today. I'm going to record that over the weekend and I'm going to release that on Monday, okay? So you'll have 3 episodes in the space of the week rather than just 2. You'll have one today, one Monday, one next Friday as well. How does that sound? Great, right? Like I said, stick around because at the end of this episode I have got something incredible to announce and I'm just so excited. I'm very, very excited anyway. Um, but yeah, stick around for that. Anyway, on with this week's episode. So I wanted to do an episode all about the secret language of manifestation. Oh my God, I'm going to call the episode that actually. The Secret Language of Manifestation. That just came to us. Um, so you've probably heard the phrase, you know, spelling is spellcasting, and it might sound a bit whimsical, but there are real power in our words. So every word that we speak, whether that be out loud or in your head or written down, all your words basically carry energy. And that energy, it doesn't just vanish into thin air, it ripples out into the universe. So it shapes our reality in ways that we might not even realize. So when you speak, you are basically sending out vibrations that align with the outcomes that you experience in your life. So I want you to think of your words as little plant seeds. Yeah, so that they are little tiny seeds. So every single sentence or every phrase or every thought, they basically plant a seed in the soil of the universe. So if you consistently water that seed with belief or repetition or aligned action, it'll then grow into something tangible in your life. But this is the thing— this works whether those seeds that you're planting are positive or negative. For example, if you are constantly saying things like, 'I'm always unlucky,' or 'Nothing ever works out for me,' what you're doing there is you're unknowingly reinforcing those experiences. But on the other hand, when you speak with intention and you start saying things like 'Everything is always working out for me,' or 'Good things flow to me effortlessly,' you are then planting seeds of abundance, growth, and success. So words don't just describe your reality, they create it. And I want you to get that into your head. If you take nothing away from this week's episode, just please take away that they don't just describe your reality, they actually create it. And this is why it's so important to, you know, be intentional about the language that you use. Because every word carries its own vibration. The universe then responds to that vibration without fail. You know, even casual phrases like you might say, "Oh my God, I can't do that, I'm broke." Or, "Jesus Christ, I'm exhausted." They send out signals that attract more of those states into your life. So I want you to imagine replacing them with, "I'm working towards financial freedom," or, "I'm restoring my energy," because that shift in energy is palpable, so the results will be huge for you, okay? The key is to understand that words don't just sit passively. They carry the power to shape the world around you. So when you declare something, whether it's, "I'm capable," or, "This is going to be an amazing day," you are setting a vibration into motion. So your words act like commands. They instruct the universe on what you want to be delivered. And what you say with conviction starts to become a self-fulfilling prophecy. The beauty of this is that it works whether you realize it or not. So the universe doesn't filter out your words, it just simply responds to the energy behind them. So I'm going to break this down a bit further for you as well, because if you repeatedly say something with belief and focus, you are not just speaking, okay? You are programming your subconscious mind. So your subconscious mind is basically what drives most of your behaviors. Or it even takes care of your actions, your decisions, whatever it is. It looks after loads that's going on in your brain, and it's that part of you that works tirelessly behind the scenes to align your external world with your internal beliefs. So when we speak words that are aligned with what we desire, we then reprogram our subconscious to seek and create those outcomes. But it's not just about what you say, it's about how you say it as well. So the energy behind your words is It's just as important as the words themselves. So if we say like, "I'm successful," if we say that with doubt or sarcasm, that won't get the same results as saying it with confidence and joy. So your emotions just amplify the power of your words, and it turns them into potent manifestations. So when you start speaking with excitement and certainty and belief, you are creating a vibration that is irresistible to the universe. And this is why it is, you know, so important to just monitor not just the words you use but also the tone and the emotions that you attach to them. So if you're trying to manifest something, I want you to speak about it as though it's already yours. So say things like, I am living my dream life, or abundance flows to me easily and effortlessly. But say it with conviction, okay? So feel the joy, feel the excitement, and almost that certainty as well as you speak, because that's going to create a powerful alignment between your desires and your reality. And at the same time as that, you know, it's essential to eliminate language that just doesn't serve you. So I mean, don't get me wrong, I do this all the time and I catch myself doing it, but words like 'I can't' or 'that's impossible,' you know, they act as barriers to your manifestations. Whenever I hear myself saying like, 'Oh, I can't do that because I'm busy,' or 'I can't do this because I'm ill,' I catch myself in the moment and I'm like, 'Actually, reframe this. Come on.' Shift that negativity into something positive, okay? Because, you know, when we use that language that doesn't serve us, it just closes doors before the universe even has a chance to open them. So instead, we just want to try shifting our language to something more empowering, like, "I'm figuring it out," or, "I'm open to infinite possibilities," because those small changes in wording can really make a massive difference in how your life unfolds, because ultimately your words are just tools. They're the magic wand that we hold in our hand every single day. You don't need to know how that magic works, you just need to trust that it does. So speak with intention, align your words with that life that you want to create, and you know, the universe will rearrange itself to match that vibration. Every word that you say is almost like a spell. The question is, what are you casting? Okay, because the way that you speak about your desires doesn't just matter, It's everything, okay? Words have energy, but that emotional charge behind them is what makes them truly powerful. It's not enough to just say, I want this, or I hope for that, or I wish I get this. You need to bring some excitement or curiosity and that unwavering belief into your words as well, because that combination— let's call it the manifestation trifecta if you want— that excitement, curiosity, and belief, that is what is going to transform your wish into reality. And excitement is that spark that brings your desires to life. So when you talk about what you want with genuine enthusiasm, you raise your vibration to match the energy of these desires. You know, think about how you feel when you're talking about something that you're really passionate about. Your voice gets brighter, your, your eyes light up, your energy lifts, you feel more alive. So that's the kind of energy that you want to bring to your manifestations as well. So whatever it is that you're trying to manifest, just speak about them as if they're already happening, as if they're just right around the corner, as if it's going to come to you this afternoon or this evening. The universe responds to that energy like a magnet, and it will pull your desires closer to you. Okay, so I think having an interest in what you're trying to manifest is also quite potent as well, because interest is what keeps that momentum going. So it's not just about wanting something, it's about being curious and being engaged with the process of actually bringing it to life. So when you're interested in your desires, you naturally start exploring them. So you might do some research, you might start asking questions, you know, think about how they fit into your life. And that energy shows the universe that you are invested in what you want, not in a desperate way, but in a way that's open and eager. So it's the difference between passively saying, 'I want a dream job,' and actively exploring 'What does my dream job look like?' or 'What skills could I develop to feel even more ready for this dream job?' And then there's certainty, okay? Certainty is the secret ingredient that ties everything together. So it's that quiet, confident knowing that your desire is already yours. It's the feeling of, you know, 'Of course this is going to happen. Why wouldn't it happen?' You know, when you speak with certainty, you eliminate all doubt. So you basically stop questioning whether you're worthy or capable, and you just start speaking as though that manifestation is inevitable. It's on its way. And it's not about being arrogant either, it's more about like just having a trust in the universe. So it's kind of a deep-rooted belief that everything is aligning for you, even if you can't see the full picture yet. So let's take for example, I don't know, at the minute I'm trying to manifest a holiday. So if you say, I'd love to go on holiday but it's probably not going to happen, you're immediately sending mixed signals. One, you're saying that you want to go on a holiday, and two, it's probably not going to happen, so you're shutting it down. It's like you're starting off a little route and then you're just putting a boulder right in front of you so you can't any further. So you're asking the universe for something and then canceling it out with that doubt. So compare that to saying something along the lines of, I'm so excited for my holiday, I can't wait to feel the sunshine, I can't wait to hear the waves and just relax in total peace. Now that energy behind the second statement is really magnetic. It's filled with excitement for what's to come, and you know, there's a bit of curiosity about the experience and the certainty that it's on its way. So you need to fill what you say with excitement, curiosity, and certainty. And the magic happens when all three are present in your words, because without excitement, your words are going to lack energy. Without that interest and curiosity, your words are just going to become flat and uninspired. And without that certainty, the doubt is going to creep in. It's going to create that resistance between you and your manifestation. But when all three are in harmony, your words become that unstoppable force. And this is why speaking about your desires as though they've already happened is so effective. So instead of saying, "I hope to find my dream home," you might say, "I'm so excited to live in my dream home. I can already see the bright kitchen, feel the cozy couch, smell the fresh flowers on the dining table." And just that second statement there, just notice how that way of speaking is vivid. It's emotionally charged. It's basically alive with possibility. It makes your brain start to think. And at the same time, it's important to avoid language that carries doubt, or negativity. So phrases like "I'll try" or "hopefully," they just weaken the energy of your words. This suggests that you're a bit unsure or that your desires are maybe a little bit out of reach. So just replace them with stronger, more intentional statements like "I will" or "this is happening." Even a subtle shift like that, it can really make a huge difference in how your manifestations unfold in your life. And speaking with excitement, interest, and certainty as well, it's about aligning your words with the energy of already having what you want. So it's about stepping into that version of yourself who has already achieved their desires and letting that energy just guide the way that you talk about them. So when you do that consistently, you'll start to notice how much more aligned and effortless your manifestations actually feel. So as you go about your day this weekend, just ask yourself, like, are your words sparking excitement? Are they reflecting your interest? Are they filled with certainty? Because when they are, you're not just speaking, you are creating with the universe. Manifestation thrives in an environment of ease, not urgency. So when you're constantly, you know, fixated on the when or the how of your desires, you're just creating resistance. And that pressure adds weight to your words. It makes them heavy with doubt or frustration and fear. So instead, just think of your desires as those little seeds. Like I said, you are planting them in the universe. You don't need to constantly dig them up to check if they're growing. You just need that trust, patience, and care, and soon enough they'll start to bloom. Okay, so that approach just removes the stress of rigid timelines. When you put pressure on a manifestation to happen by a specific date, you create tension. You might start second-guessing yourself or, you know, over-analyzing why it hasn't happened yet, and that energy of doubt can actually block your desires from coming to fruition. So instead, just focus on casting a vision without attaching a strict deadline. For example, instead of saying, "I need to get my dream job by March," just say something like, "I'm so excited to step into my dream job when the timing aligns perfectly." It doesn't mean that you're giving up on your goals. It just means that you're allowing a bit of space for them to unfold naturally, because the universe works in ways that are often beyond our understanding, and your manifestation might not arrive exactly when or how you expect., but it will always come in the best possible way for your growth and your journey. So just trust that the timing is divine, even if it's not immediate. Now, one of the other things that I wrote down here for today's episode is one of the most powerful ways to plant seeds without pressure, which is through scripting. So when you write about your desires as if they've already happened, you're creating a vision that feels real and exciting. For instance, the other morning I wrote down in my journal— like, scripting is different because obviously journaling, you're writing down your thoughts Scripting is like writing in the future tense. So I wrote down, "I wake up in my new home, sunlight streaming through the windows, the air smells fresh, and I feel a deep sense of peace knowing that I'm exactly where I'm meant to be." So by focusing on that experience rather than the timeline, I shifted my energy from desperation to trust. And another way to nurture your manifestations without that pressure is just to focus on inspired action instead of constant monitoring. So think of it like watering them seeds. You don't stand over them every second, you don't dig them up like what I just said. You trust that every drop of water is enough to encourage growth. So just take small aligned actions that support your goals without obsessing over the outcome. So if you're manifesting financial abundance, for example, maybe start tracking your spending or start saving small amounts here and there, because those actions, they just show the universe that you're ready to receive. Without attaching stress to when the wealth will arrive. You know, rather than just checking your, your bank balance every day and being like, oh, still there, oh, still there, oh, still there, there's no like million pounds just being put in it by a secret millionaire overnight. Doesn't work like that, okay? But it's also important to embrace that in-between time. So that in-between time is the space between planting the seed and actually seeing the results. So instead of seeing that as a void, just start to view it as a period of growth and alignment. You might want to use that time to work on yourself, you know, clear any limiting beliefs or develop your skills, prepare for the arrival of your desires, and just trust that even when nothing seems to be happening, the universe is always working behind the scenes just to bring everything together. So when you nurture your desires with trust and excitement and belief, you're just allowing them to flourish. But if you water them with impatience or fear, you just risk stunting their growth. So your job is to plant the seed, take those small aligned actions, and just let go of the need to control every detail, because the universe will ultimately handle the rest. So it's kind of about balancing intention with surrender. It's just knowing that your desires are on their way while still allowing space for them to unfold in their own time. So when you release the need for control, you make room for miracles to happen. So just trust the process, Nurture your vision and just let that magic happen. Okay, something else that I wrote down on my notepad for today's episode was about clearing limiting beliefs and strengthening self-worth, because this links in with words, because your words are most powerful when they come from a place of confidence and clarity, like I said earlier. So if your inner dialogue is starting to be, you know, filled with doubt or fear or limiting beliefs, whatever it is, unworthiness, it creates resistance. And that's why inner work is so important as well. So just take some time to identify and clear any limiting beliefs that could block your manifestations. So if you're trying to attract financial abundance but you believe, you know, I'm no good with money, or money's hard to come by, those beliefs will ultimately counteract the words that you're speaking. So reframe those beliefs by pairing your words with empowering thoughts. So say, I am capable of managing wealth responsibly. 'Abundance flows to me easily and effortlessly.' That not only shifts your mindset, but it also prepares you energetically to receive what you're asking for. And that inner alignment is going to ensure that your words aren't just empty statements, but they are declarations that are rooted in belief. And I'll say this once, I'll say it pretty much every episode, I'm going to get it tattooed on me forehead actually. Consistency is key, okay? So it's not about taking one big dramatic step, it's more about showing up daily in ways that align with your vision. So whether it be through journaling or meditating or learning a new skill, simply expressing gratitude, those small consistent actions compound over time, so they create a powerful energetic shift. So aligning your words with your inner and outer actions, it's like tuning an instrument. When everything is in harmony, you create that tune that the universe can't help but respond to. So I want you to speak your desires with clarity and take inspired action to support them and just trust that the universe is going to meet you halfway. Because when it comes to manifestation, one of the most overlooked aspects is the connection between your words and your identity. So it's not just about saying the right things or thinking positively, it's about speaking and acting from a place of alignment with who you believe yourself to actually be. So your words are a direct reflection of your self-image, and they have the power to either reinforce limiting beliefs or to transform the way that you see yourself entirely. So every time you speak, you're reinforcing a story about yourself, and these stories shape the way that you approach your opportunities, your challenges, or even your desires. You know, saying things like, "I'm not good enough," or, "I've never been lucky," they create an identity that's rooted in lack and limitation. They're going to keep you playing small, whereas on the other hand, if you said, "I'm constantly growing," or, "I'm capable of amazing things," that begins to shift your perception of who you are and what is actually possible for you. So the key is to start speaking as the version of yourself who already has what you're manifesting. And those shifts in language, they might seem small to you, but they are so powerful because they just start aligning your subconscious mind with the reality that you want to create. And to take this a step further even, it's important to get clear on the identity of the version of you who already has what you're trying to manifest. So ask yourself these questions at some point today. What does that version of me believe? How do they speak about themselves? What kind of language do they use daily? And then begin incorporating those words and phrases into your everyday conversations and thoughts. It might feel a bit awkward at first, especially if it's quite a big shift from, you know, how you currently see yourself right now. But the more you practice, the more natural it will become. And another layer to this is just eliminating any language that contradict the identity that you're stepping into. So like I said earlier, just catch yourself when you say things like, "I'm just not that type of person," or, "I could never do that," and just replace those phrases with ones that affirm your growth and potential. You know, "I'm learning to become the kind of person who can handle this." "I'm capable of evolving into that version of myself." That shift is going to create room for transformation, and it's also going to reinforce your belief in your ability to change and grow. And what makes this so effective is that the universe responds to who you believe yourself to be, not just what you say you want. So if you're speaking words of abundance but still kind of identifying as someone who struggles with scarcity, there's a disconnect there straight away. When your words, identity, and energy align, that's when manifestation becomes truly effortless. And the beauty of that approach is that it doesn't require to be perfect or have everything figured out. It's not about pretending to be someone that you're not either. It's more about stepping into the most authentic and empowered version of yourself. So it's about recognizing that that version of you who has everything that you're manifesting, they aren't just some distant, unreachable person. They're already within you. They're just waiting for you to claim them through your words and actions. So as you start integrating those words into your life, you'll start to notice kind of subtle but powerful shifts, and you'll feel more confident more in control, and more aligned with your desires. So the way you speak about yourself will begin to reflect that reality that you're creating, and in turn, the universe will start reflecting that reality back onto you. So it's a bit of a cycle of growth, alignment, and manifestation that starts with the simple but, you know, hugely, hugely powerful act of choosing your words wisely and with intention. So just remember, okay, it's not just about what you say, it's about how you feel when you say it, because words are containers for energy. Their vibration is amplified by the emotions and beliefs that you infuse into them. So if your words are spoken from a place of doubt, fear, or lack, their vibration is going to reflect that. But on the other hand, when you speak from a place of trust, joy, excitement, abundance, you're creating a powerful frequency that the universe can align with. So this is why the tone and intent behind your words are so important. If you're affirming your desires but you're feeling frustrated or doubtful, It's like you're just trying to drive a car with an empty tank of fuel. It's not going to get very far, yeah. By focusing on the emotions behind your words and intentionally cultivating those positive feelings, you transform your language into a powerful tool for creation. So just remember to speak about your desires with faith and openness, just knowing that they are already on their way. Release that need to control every detail. Focus on feelings of joy, gratitude, and excitement that come from knowing that your dreams are inevitable. Because that trust is going to signal to the universe that you're ready to receive. You're creating a clear, open channel for your desires to flow into your life. Your words are much more than just a way to express your desires. They'll start to become that bridge between your dreams and your reality. So when you speak with clarity, confidence, and conviction, you're not just communicating with the universe, you're co-creating with it. Okay, that process reminds us that manifestation is as much about who we become as it is about what we receive. And through the way that you speak and you act and you align with your desires, you step into that version of yourself who already has everything that you've ever dreamed of. And as that alignment grows stronger, you'll find that your words don't just shape your reality, they become the magic that brings it to life. Okay, so I hope that that helped you, and I do hope that you could resonate with everything that I said there. It was a bit of a hard episode for me to record that actually, because when I wrote down my notes, it was almost 2 weeks ago. So I was like scrambling through my notes like, what have I wrote that for? Why have I wrote this? Couldn't really remember. And you know, when you're ill, you can't really focus on anything. So, you know, I'm going to change my words today and I'm going to heal myself through words. Anyway, I did have a huge announcement. There are 2 huge announcements actually. The first announcement is that we have a huge competition right now over on the Manifest Instagram, and that is to win 2 VIP tickets and an overnight stay in a hotel in Newcastle upon Tyne the night before the event itself. And if you go on there, like the post, tag a friend, follow the Instagram profile, and we'll contact you at the end of February if you are a winner. Now my second announcement is one that I know a lot of you have been waiting for, and I can say it's finally here. It is finally here. My book is out in just 2 weeks' time. You can now get on the priority list to be one of the first people to basically get a copy of it. There are also so many bonuses when you get this book as well, because not only does it have its own little resource library with meditation, subliminal, EFT tapping scripts, that kind of thing, I am also giving away a free 1-hour one-to-one session to the first 10 people who buy it. So get yourself on that priority list right now. I'll put the link in the show notes for today's episode. What I will also do is I will put it in my Linktree on Instagram. So if you head to my Instagram, @canny_crystals, you click on the link that's in my bio, it'll say Limitless, my new book, out 6th of February. Click on there, sign up to the priority list, you'll get emails just to tell you when it is released. And if you're in with one of the first 10, like I say, you get a free session with me. You also get a few other bonuses if you sign up via that way as well. It'll be out on Amazon, it'll be on Waterstones and everything. Um, the audiobook is coming very soon. I was supposed to have been recording it these last couple of weeks, obviously I couldn't. Um, but yes, the audiobook will be out very, very soon. I think it'll be out on Kindle and hardback pretty soon too. But I'm just so excited for you lot to get stuck in and start reading, and just for you to let me know some feedback on what you think of it. So During the process of writing this book, I not only had to write every chapter individually, send it off for coaching, the coaches then came back and give me feedback on it, then I had to tweak things, and I would have to go backwards and forwards maybe 10, 15 times. I did that for every single chapter, but then once the book was ready, like, as a whole, I then had to read it through from start to finish maybe another 10 times, I'm gonna say. So I've gone kind of blind to it, and I'm like, oh yeah, I know exactly what's coming up in this bit. I can, I can probably read you an entire chapter like word for word and not have to even look at the book. So yeah, I'm just dying to hear people's feedback, dying to hear the thoughts on it. So please go and support me, I would really, really appreciate it. If you love listening to this podcast every week that I give you all for free, please support me, just buy my book, please. I just wanted to do so well, I really, really want it to do well. Um, it's not even about the money because I think I make something like £3 per books sold. So it's not even about the money here. I just want this book to help transform people's lives. So yes, go and sign up at the link in my bio or in the show notes for today's episode. And if you've enjoyed this episode, please do me a solid, leave me a rating or review or subscribe wherever you're listening to this podcast from. Like I mentioned at the start of this episode, there will be another episode out in just 3 days' time on Monday. Enjoy that.. And in the meantime, I hope you all have an amazing weekend, and I will see you all shortly. Speak soon, guys.
