205: Why the autumn equinox could be the most powerful time to manifest
18 Sept 2025 · 37 min
Mart Tweedy explains why the autumn equinox is a powerful time to reset and manifest. He recommends journaling reflective questions, creating abundance altars, and using crystals like citrine and amethyst to align with the equinox's natural balance between light and dark. He also promotes his December 30 workshop on achieving 2026 goals.

Hello everyone and welcome back to Canny Crystals, the podcast. I hope that you're all well. My name is Mart Tweedy, I'm your host, and this week I have been absolutely knee-deep in planning for Manifest 2026. My God, have of our being knee-deep. So I started announcing some more speakers and workshops this last week, and people have been going wild over some of the names that I've been chucking out there in the mix. Now obviously we've still got a few huge names to announce, and I mean huge, which is super exciting, but the lineup is shaping up to be an incredible weekend so far. The only thing is, it's such a headache though, because even though next year includes all your food and drink as well as a Saturday night afterparty, It's even cheaper than this year's event was in 2025 by like £10 or something. But it's still gut-wrenching on days that I don't get any ticket sales because, you know, straight away me limiting beliefs go back to, "Oh my God, what if nobody turns up? Oh my God, what if only 150 people turn up out of the 400?" And trust me, I am doing mindset and energetic work on this every single day, believe me. I don't know why I put myself through the stress, to be honest. I really am a workaholic and I love what I do. I think the feedback that we got from this year's event alone speaks volumes as to why an event like this is much needed and the transformations that people had while there as well. So, tickets are still available at www.mani-fest.uk where you can also view the main stage lineup so far, the workshops so far, and because we've got space for around 30 exhibitors each day, the applications are still open if you want to come and exhibit. So if you've got a business, or you maybe want to come and do tarot readings or massage, anything holistic basically, by all means fill out the little application form on the website and I'll get back to you soon. The link is also underneath this episode wherever you're listening to this from as well. And something else that I quickly want to mention to you all before we crack right on with this episode is that, guess what, my audiobook for Limitless it finally popped up on bloody Audible this week after 7 and a half long months of fighting back and forth daily with them. So it's been out on Spotify and the likes to listen along for free for a while now, but Audible, they've just randomly just decided to release it this week. Thanks, Audible. So please, if you'd like to listen along for 7 or 8 hours, knock yourselves out, be me guest. And I really would appreciate the listens. I think you can just type Mart Tweedy into the search and it should come up. Anyway, how are you all? Hello! I can't actually believe that we are literally coming to the end of September as I record this. I think it's insane how fast time is flowing, isn't it? My little boy is 2 in January. 2! I think that this, this Christmas is gonna be, you know, where he's starting to understand things a bit more, whereas last Christmas we were having to rip his presents open for him. So I'm super excited for that, but not to wish these last 3 months of the year away, not at all, because This week we are moving into a very special time in the calendar, which is the Autumn Equinox. So I thought, what better time than to fill you all in on what this means for us in terms of manifestation, mindset, and all that other spiritual jazz. And honestly, I got sucked into such a rabbit hole of information when researching for this episode. You know, I just love to learn, especially when it's to do with how I can better myself or how I can use this energy in everyday life, that kind of thing. Because when I talk about the autumn equinox, I'm not just talking about like a single date on the calendar that passes by. It's actually one of the most fascinating natural events that we get all year round. So, the equinox is the moment when day and night are almost perfectly equal in length, and it happens only twice a year. This year, it's happening on Monday, the 22nd of September, okay? So, we get one in March, which is the spring equinox, and one in September. That's when day and night are of equal length, so we get 12 hours of light, 12 hours of dark. Now, for us here in the Northern Hemisphere, September marks the point where light and dark swap roles. So up until now, the sun has been hanging around late into the evenings, but after the equinox, the nights are gonna gradually start to take over. And I know what you're thinking, like, "Mart, that's just science. The Earth is tilting a bit differently. It's not that deep.". But honestly, right, it is that deep because humans have always looked at the skies and seen meaning in these cycles. Yeah, ancient cultures have celebrated the equinox as this sacred time. Like, farmers knew it as the harvest season. They would gather in the crops before winter set in. So spiritually, it's kind of like marked as a time of balance, preparation, and of transition as well. And it makes sense when you think about it because We're part of the same natural world, whether we admit it or not. Our ancestors knew that when the Earth shifted, so did we. So, they didn't have Instagram or 24-hour supermarkets to help distract them. They were living in rhythm with nature. And when you actually stop to think about this, I think it's kind of wild that we're still influenced by these same patterns thousands of years later, even if we don't always notice it. So, the equinox isn't just a bit of trivia for those little science geeks that are listening out there. It's a mirror for our own lives. It's basically showing us what it means to pause in the middle of things, to stand at that crossroads and say, "Right, which way am I heading now?" Okay, so think about it. We are three-quarters of the way through the year. How often do we really stop at this point and take stock? Now, for me, it's mostly never, because most of us rush straight into pumpkin spice latte season, and before we know it, we're knee-deep in Christmas jumpers and New Year's resolutions that we've already broken by the 3rd of January. Now, this equinox gives us that moment of breath, so it's kind of a reset button from the universe. And honestly, I think we all need that right now. I know I certainly do because we all live in such a kind of go, go, go world where rest is often seen as being lazy or worse, unproductive. But the equinox just reminds us that everything in nature has cycles. Like, trees don't keep blooming all year round. Crops don't keep on producing forever. Even the sun knows when to call it a day, pardon the pun. And yet somehow we expect ourselves to be permanently on, to be permanently grinding, hustling, manifesting 24/7. I mean, no wonder people burn out. We are not robots. So for me personally, the equinox feels like the universe's way of saying, mate, just slow down for a second. It's okay to change gears. So it's kind of that reminder that balance isn't about splitting your time 50/50 perfectly between rest and work, or joy and responsibility. For me, it's more about checking in with myself and asking, what do I need right now? Now, sometimes balance means pulling back a bit and resting, like what I was talking about just the other week on the pod. Other times it means stepping up and putting in the effort. And the equinox, with its perfect blend of light and dark, it shows us that neither is better than the other because they are both necessary. So I always think of it like this, like if summer is the season of expression and outward energy, then autumn is the season of reflection and inner work. And that ties beautifully into manifestation because you can't just keep chucking new intentions out into the universe without ever stopping to see what's actually working or what's showing up and what needs tweaking. So the equinox is that chance to pause, to recalibrate, and then to align again before you start pushing forward. And if we want to get really woo-woo about it, which I'm going to anyway, it's also a liminal space as well. It's a threshold moment. You know, times of balance are powerful because they hold both energies at once. Day and night, light and dark, action and rest. There's magic in those in-between places, and that's why the equinox is often seen as a bit of a portal. It's kind of a doorway into the next phase of our lives. So it's not just about sunsets getting earlier, it's about us being invited to step into a new chapter with that added awareness. So when you strip it right back, the equinox isn't just equal day and night, it's kind of the universe's way of reminding us to find balance, or maybe a chance to hit reset, and a bit of an invitation to recognize that we are part of something much bigger than our to-do lists or our daily routines. So it's nature's way of showing us how to flow instead of force. And if that's not a perfect foundation for everything we do in mindset, manifestation, and spirituality, then I don't know what is. But what I love most about the equinox is how it spotlights that balance, because I think that balance is something that most of us are terrible at. Like, we always bang on about wanting balance in our lives, don't we? But then we're out here burning the candle at both ends. We're juggling work, family, endless to-do lists, and then wondering why we feel knackered. Now, on the flip side, we've checked out completely and we end up scrolling TikTok in bed for 4 hours straight, convincing ourselves it's self-care. The equinox just reminds us that both extremes are out of whack. Neither one is sustainable. So balance isn't about doing everything perfectly, it's just about recognizing when you've tipped too far one way and then gently bringing yourself back to the center point. And, you know, balance isn't just about your schedule or your workload, because spiritually it's about energy. We all have a blend of light and dark, you know, masculine and feminine, action and rest, however you want to put it, yin and yang if you want to put it like that. When we ignore one side, things will start to feel off. Now, too much light without shadow, and you're all surface, constantly love and light without any depth. Too much shadow without any light, you're stuck in heaviness and darkness, feeling like everything's a struggle. So the magic happens when you let both of those exist together, just like what the equinox shows us. So if we think about our manifestations as an example, like, if you are constantly in that masculine energy of pushing, hustling, forcing, you'll burn out, you'll exhaust yourself, and you'll probably repel the very things that you want. But if you're always in the feminine energy of waiting, journaling, visualizing, but not taking any inspired action, things will start to get stagnant. So the equinox just reminds us that we do actually need both. We need the inspired action and the surrender, but we also need the clarity of vision and the ability to let go of the how. And don't get us wrong, it's not always easy. I know for me, I sometimes swing wildly between the two. One week I'm all like, "Let's smash it! New offers, new projects, let's do everything all at once!" And then the next week I'm lying on the couch under a blanket saying, "Well, clearly the universe doesn't want me to do anything, so I'm just going to wait until it drops money through my letterbox." Neither of those is a balance. The balance would be saying something like, "Okay, maybe I'll work on this project, maybe I'll make time for a walk later on this afternoon." Or sometimes I even say to myself something like, I'll push on today, I'll crack through all this work, but tonight I'm switching my laptop off at 6 o'clock and I'm not going to check any emails. It's those little course corrections. And what's beautiful about the equinox is that it's nature showing us this lesson in real time. The sun and moon are literally sharing the stage equally, so the world doesn't collapse because one isn't dominating. They just take turns, they hold space, and they coexist. That is balance, and we can bring that into our own lives. Now, another layer to add to this is emotional balance, because sometimes we think that being spiritual means being positive all the time, never feeling low, never getting angry. But balance means holding both joy and sadness. Now, some of you might have your mind blown by this, but it means being grateful but also being honest when life does feel tough. We can't be happy 100% of the time. It's pox— what's it called? Toxic positivity. You can celebrate your wins and you can still acknowledge the things that you're working through. That duality doesn't cancel each other out. It's basically what makes you human, okay? So the Equinox isn't just a date. I want you to see it as a lesson. You don't have to live in extremes. You don't have to choose between light or dark, or action or rest, or joy and sadness. The real power is in honoring both of them. And when you let that balance play out in your mindset, or in your habits, or in your spiritual practice, you stop swinging like a pendulum and you start moving forward with steady momentum. And of course, like, balance naturally leads us into the idea of letting go as well, because you can't find balance if you're weighed down by things that you should have released ages ago. So autumn makes this point so beautifully. Like, look, look at the trees, for example. They don't cling onto their leaves saying, "Oh, but I've had these since spring, I couldn't possibly let them go." No, of course they don't. They drop them effortlessly, in fact, without hesitation, because they know the cycle. They know that the leaves aren't going to be gone forever and that new ones will grow again when the time's right in the spring. That's trust. So it's kind of a way of surrendering, and it's such a powerful lesson for us because a lot of us try to carry everything with us into every new season of our lives, whether it be old goals, outdated beliefs, relationships that just don't fit anymore, or even habits that we know are really draining us. We cling on to these because letting go feels scary. We want things in our lives that we know inside out, like the back of our hand, and there's that thought of, you know, what if I release this and nothing comes to replace it? But the Equinox energy says the opposite. It's only when you create the space that something new can enter. So if your hands are full of old junk, how are you going to hold anything better? Now, I've seen this in my own manifestation so many times because I've been stubbornly holding on to a plan because I thought I knew best and nothing shifted. But then the moment I said, "You know what, this isn't working. I'm going to let go. I'm going to trust that something better will come," suddenly doors opened for us. And often what showed up was so much bigger and so much more aligned than what I'd actually been clinging on to. So it's like the universe waits for us to make that space before it actually delivers. And it doesn't mean to say that letting go is easy, because sometimes it feels like pruning a bit of a plant. Like, it's a bit harsh in the moment, but necessary for that healthy growth. So if you don't cut away the dead leaves, they just drain energy from the whole system. Now, in mindset work, that might mean letting go of perfectionism, or self-doubt, or that constant need for control. And in manifestation, it might even mean releasing the how or the when, just so you're not strangling your desire before it's even had a chance to grow. In spirituality more broadly, it might mean dropping the guilt that you've been carrying, or maybe the limiting beliefs or stories that you've been telling yourself that don't actually belong to you anymore. So the equinox offers this natural pause where we get to ask, what am I carrying that doesn't serve me anymore? And that question can be applied anywhere, whether it be relationships, work, routines, even clutter in your house. It's not about throwing everything out and starting from scratch, but it's just more about being intentional. So if you want to move forward with clarity, you've got to travel lighter. That's basically what it's saying. And honestly, there's something really freeing about it as well, because the act of letting go can feel quite scary, but I think once you've done it there's almost like a lightness. You know, if you've ever decluttered your house or decluttered your sock drawer or something like that, there is a lightness and a relief, like you can finally breathe again. Just like the trees don't panic about being bare for a season, we don't have to panic when we release. That emptiness, it's not a void, it's leaving space for potential. So it's kind of the fertile ground where that new manifestation is going to take root. So letting go at this time of year It's not just symbolic, it is really bloody practical. It's what allows you to align with the next phase of your journey. And when you trust that process, when you step into it willingly instead of resisting it, that is when the real magic will start to unfold for you. And of course, once you've let go of what no longer serves you, like I say, you create that space to actually notice what is working for you. And that's where the harvest energy of the equinox comes in. Now, traditionally, like I was saying earlier, this is the time when communities in the past would gather their crops and celebrate abundance and give thanks for the food that would carry them through the winter. And while most of us aren't exactly out there with pitchforks or hay bales these days, the principle still applies. This is the moment to look at your own harvest, you know, the progress you've made, the goals you've ticked off, the inner growth you've achieved, and actually give yourself some credit for all that. Because most of us are rubbish at celebrating ourselves. I was always like this as well. We are so quick to move the goalpost. So you manifest something that you wanted for ages, and instead of savoring it and being like, "Eh, well done me," you're straight on to the next thing. Like, "Cool, thanks Universe, but what about this other thing now?" Okay, we do it with careers, we do it with money, we do it with relationships, we even do it with personal growth. It's like we've almost become addicted to chasing without ever just pausing to enjoy that catch. And that's exhausting because we're going to burn ourselves out doing it that way. So the Equinox is just reminding us to slow down and take stock, you know, to look at what we have brought into being and say, you know what, I did that, I made that happen. Okay, gratitude amplifies manifestation. We know this. When you celebrate what you've already received, you shift your energy into abundance. It's like you're telling the universe, "Yes, please, more of this." Think of it like tipping the waiter when the service is good. You're encouraging that repeat behavior, aren't you? Whereas when you ignore your wins, it's kind of like saying, "Meh, that wasn't good enough," and then you wonder why nothing new is showing up. So when it comes to the equinoxes, I like to do a bit of a little ritual where I just sit down and I actually list out everything that I've achieved or experienced since the last equinox. So no matter how big or small, Sometimes it's big stuff like launching something new on the Academy, launching a new event, hitting a business milestone. But often, I often find that it's the quieter wins, like feeling calmer in situations that used to trigger us, or noticing that I've become more consistent with a practice that once felt impossible. Because when you gather them all together, you start to see just how much you've actually grown, even if on a day-to-day basis it feels like you weren't moving at all.. And honestly, I find that so motivating to do. It's almost like harvesting your own personal field of crops. So you see the fruits of your labor laid out in front of you, written down, and it just reminds you that you are not standing still. You are moving forward, even if it doesn't always feel dramatic. And that energy about the gratitude and the recognition, that then becomes fuel for the next phase of your journey. So yes, the equinox is all about letting go, but it's equally about giving thanks as well. It's about honoring what you've created so far before rushing head-on into what is next. Because when you take the time to celebrate your wins, you reinforce to yourself and to the universe that you are capable, that you're already abundant, and that you are actually ready to receive even more. And I think once you've taken that moment to celebrate that harvest, the next natural step is to look ahead and reset your intentions for what is left of the year. Because like I said, here we are, 3/4 of the way through the year, and it's so easy to just coast into the last few months on autopilot, telling ourselves, "Oh well, I'll start fresh in January." You know, October, November, December is for Christmas gatherings and preparing for the new year. But imagine if nature did that. Imagine if the trees just thought, "Nah, can't be bothered to shed these leaves. I'll sort it out next spring." It just wouldn't work like that, would it? The cycles only function because they happen when they are meant to, not when it's convenient for them. When they are meant to. So the Equinox, I want you to see it as a bit of a checkpoint, okay? It gives us the chance to recalibrate. So maybe you set big goals back in January and some of them have come to life beautifully, but maybe others fizzled out or they just don't feel aligned anymore. I don't want you to see that as failure because it is growth. You're a different person now than you were 9 months ago, so of course your intentions might need a bit of a refresh. This is the perfect moment to ask yourself, "What do I actually want to focus on between now and the end of the year?" Not the old goals that sounded good back in January, but the ones that feel true to you right now. So I always think of it like steering a ship. You might have heard this analogy before, but if you've been sailing just slightly off course for months, you know, just 1% off course, by the time you get to your destination, you could be absolutely miles away from where you intended to be. But if you correct your course at the equinox, even just a little, you give yourself the best chance of arriving somewhere that actually matches where you set out to be. And that's why this time of the year is so powerful for manifestation, because you're not just daydreaming about the big vision, you are intentionally realigning with it before the year runs out. So one thing that I'm going to be doing this week is I'm going to be revisiting my vision board and all my journal entries from earlier in the year, and I'm going to look at them with fresh eyes and ask myself, is this still what I want? Now, sometimes the answer might be yes, and that'll feel exciting to us. Other times it might be a no, and it might be because I've been chasing something because I thought that I should want it, or because everybody else was wanting it., and in those moments, I'm going to give myself permission to let that go and replace it with something that truly lights me up right now in my life. And that act of honesty is going to be so freeing for me because it's going to mean that my energy is actually flowing towards things that actually matter rather than things that just take up space for the sake of it, okay? Because the last quarter of the year, I often see it as underestimated. I do this all the time. I always get to September, October and think, oh well, "I don't care about my diet anymore. I don't care about going to the gym anymore. I'll start again in January." People treat these last 3 months as a write-off, but I've seen some incredible manifestations come together in October, November, and December. Even the week between Christmas and New Year, when most people are living off leftover cheese and pretending that time just doesn't exist. Just because the year is nearly over doesn't mean that your intentions have to go on pause. If anything, the focused energy of these months can actually speed things up. So think of the equinox as your moment to reset your intentions. What do you want to call in before the year ends? What habits do you want to strengthen? Or what mindset shifts do you want to embody even? The more clarity you have now, the more you'll step into winter with purpose instead of just drifting through it in a fog of mince pies and Netflix. Okay, when January does then roll around, you'll already be in that flow. Rather than just scrambling for a New Year, New Me plan that you're going to abandon by mid-Jan. The equinox isn't asking you to rewrite your entire life plan, it's just inviting you to realign, refine, and reset so that the energy that you carry into the rest of the year is intentional. That simple act alone can change everything. And of course, I think once you've reset those intentions, there's another piece of the puzzle that we can't ignore, which is the mindset shifts that come with the seasonal change itself, because This is the time of the year when a lot of people start to wobble. You know, the days get shorter, the mornings are darker, the evenings feel like they arrive at 4 PM, and suddenly your motivation just starts to dip. You know, one minute you're smashing your goals, the next you're sitting in your pyjamas at lunchtime thinking, "Well, it's practically bedtime now, isn't it?" But here's where that perspective is everything, because we can either see this seasonal shift as a slump, or we can reframe it as a chance to ground ourself, to rest and to redirect our energy. Like I say, nature is literally modeling this for us. And I think one of the most important things that I've found helpful is just remembering that productivity doesn't always look the same in every single season. So in summer, productivity might be high energy, you know, it's going to be creative and expansive, whereas in autumn, the productivity is going to be a lot quieter, more reflective, more about tying up loose ends than starting 10 brand new projects at once. Neither of those is better. They're just different expressions of the same energy. So the equinox reminds us to honor that shift instead of resisting it. Okay? So when you understand that you are part of these natural rhythms, you'll stop blaming yourself for feeling off as the seasons change. You'll start to realize, "Oh, it's not that I'm failing. It's just that my energy is naturally redirecting." Now, that awareness is powerful because it stops the spiral of guilt and it helps you to lean into the practices that support you instead. So maybe that's swapping an intense workout for a grounding walk instead. Maybe it's spending more time journaling or meditating than you were before. Maybe it's cooking yourself some homemade meals like shepherd's pie or mince and dumplings rather than getting a takeaway every night. Those small choices become huge acts of alignment when they are made with seasonal awareness. And let's not forget, autumn also invites us into coziness, which, if you frame it right, it's actually a blessing. Think about it— warm drinks, candles, blankets, slow evenings where you've finally got time to read that book or to sit with your journal. So instead of seeing the darker nights as something depressing, what if you reframed it and saw them as the perfect container for inner work? That's how I see it now. This is the season for shadow work, self-reflection, for getting honest with yourself about where you're at and where you want to go. It's not about shutting down, it's just about turning inwards. So for me, the mindset shift is quite simple: stop resisting the season and start working with it. See autumn not as the end of something, but as a transition into a different kind of energy, just one that's slower but also deeper, more intentional, more grounding. Because once you start to align your mindset with that truth, you stop dreading the change and you start appreciating the gift that it brings. And that brings me on to one of my favorite parts of the equinox: the practices and the rituals that help us actually embody this energy rather than just thinking about it. Because I always think it's one thing to sit there nodding along like, yes, Mart, this all makes sense, but another to actually bring it into your life in a way that grounds the energy and gives it direction. So this equinox is such a powerful doorway for ritual because it's already quite an amazing time, that threshold moment between the seasons. So So when we work with it consciously, we're basically syncing ourselves up with that cosmic rhythm instead of just letting it pass us by. Now, one of the simplest but most effective practices is journaling. I will bang on about journaling until the cows come home, don't hate me for it. And I don't mean just writing down a to-do list with some sparkly glitter pens. I mean sitting down and actually asking yourself the deeper questions that the Equinox raises. Things like, what do I need to let go of right now? What am I grateful for, for this past season? What do I want to call in before the year ends? You'd be surprised at how much clarity comes through when you give yourself the space to actually put those thoughts onto paper. It's like opening a little portal from your subconscious onto the page of your journal. Another beautiful ritual is creating a gratitude or an abundance altar. Even you don't need anything fancy, just a small space where you can gather items that symbolize your harvest for the year. That could be crystals, autumn leaves, candles, even a bowl of seasonal fruit if you really wanted to go full-on Harvest Vibes. The act of physically arranging those things with intention is a ritual in itself. It's just telling your subconscious mind, this is a bit of a sacred moment here for me. This is me honoring what I've received and what I'm ready for next. I think meditation is also powerful at this time because it is all internal reflection. Even a simple breath practice where you visualize inhaling balancing and exhaling release, that can really help you align with the Equinox energy. Or if you're more into guided practices, you could do a guided visualization where you, you know, imagine yourself standing in a golden autumn field. You're gathering your harvest in one hand and you're releasing old leaves with another. That imagery sticks, and it also helps your nervous system actually feel the shift rather than just think about it. And if you're someone who loves a bit of a ritual drama, you know, I mean that in the best possible way, you can take it further. You can write down something that you're ready to release on a piece of paper. You can burn it. You can let the smoke carry it away, or you can go outside and you can bury it in the soil, giving it back to the earth. Actions like that can feel really small, but they signal to your subconscious that you are serious about moving on, and that creates powerful momentum. And of course, would I be me if I didn't talk about crystals? Yeah, the equinox is all about balance, grounding, release, preparation. So the crystals and the spiritual tools that you bring into your practice can obviously help you embody that energy as well. So one of my absolute go-tos for this time of year would be smoky quartz. It's the ultimate grounding buddy. It's the crystal equivalent of someone putting a warm blanket over your shoulders and saying, "It's all right." You're safe here. When everything feels like it's changing around you, whether that be dark nights, shifting routines, that dip in motivation that we talked about, smoky quartz just keeps you rooted. So it helps you let go of what's heavy without getting dragged down by it. Then obviously we've got citrine. Citrine ties in beautifully with the harvest energy because it's all about abundance, gratitude, and celebrating what you've achieved. When you hold citrine, or you keep it in your space, it amplifies that feeling of 'I already have so much,' and that in turn attracts more. It's the perfect reminder that abundance is a cycle, not a one-time event. So just like farmers will plant their seeds year after year, we keep sowing intentions and reaping results. Citrine is the crystal that is really going to cheer you on. Now, I would say amethyst is another beautiful one as well for this season because it's all about balance and clarity. So when life feels busy or your mind is full of noise, amethyst helps bring that calm center. It's like a spiritual reset button. It's perfect for meditation, reflection, or even just creating a sense of peace as you move into those slower months. You might also want to work with carnelian as well. So if you need a spark of motivation, because you know, sometimes that seasonal shift makes us want to curl up and do absolutely nothing, which is fine, but if you've got goals that you still want to smash before the end of the year, carnelian is going to bring that fiery drive, okay? It's like the little pep talk crystal that says, come on, you've got this, do not give up now. So as we kind of sit in that doorway that the equinox offers us between light and dark, between what we're releasing and what we're calling in, lean on those crystals, lean on those practices, and most importantly, lean on your own inner wisdom as well. Because just like the Earth knows how to find balance, so do you. You just have to give yourself permission to trust the cycle, reset your path, and step forward. Okay, so really, that is the gift of the Autumn Equinox. It's just a huge reminder that we are part of a bigger cycle and that balance is possible and that letting go is necessary. You know, gratitude fuels abundance, and when you start to look at it like that, it's not just a seasonal shift. I see it as an opportunity to completely reset how you show up for the rest of the year and even how you prepare for the next one. And speaking of preparing for what's next as well, this is actually probably the perfect time for me to tell you about something that I'm excited to be bringing back, which is my Achieving Your Goals in 2026 workshop. So if you've been with me for a while, you'll know that I've run this workshop for the last 3 years Last year I kept it exclusive to me Manifest with Mart members, and honestly, the results were wild. People got clarity, they broke through old blocks. I even had messages months later from people who had literally transformed their lives because of the momentum it gave them. But this year I wanted to open it back up to the public again. So, you know, if there was ever a time to reset, refocus, and set yourself up for success, it's as we close out the year. So On Tuesday the 30th of December at 7 PM, I'll be running this 90-minute live workshop, and it's all about helping you finally crush your goals for 2026 without letting self-doubt get in the way. So I'll be covering how to actually identify the goals that matter to you, not the ones that you think you should want, but the ones that your soul is actually calling you towards. We'll also be digging into limiting beliefs and how to release them. I'll give you practical tools and techniques to move forward with confidence. And we'll also be doing a powerful visualization to really lock in the energy of success before you even step into the new year. Now, by the end of this 90-minute workshop, you'll have a clear action plan for 2026. And by action plan, I mean one that feels exciting, inspiring, and actually doable. And just because I love to spoil you, I always love to spoil my students, there are bonuses as well. So you'll get a full PDF workbook to guide you through everything. You'll get a bespoke subliminal 1-hour affirmation download designed to rewire your mindset. You'll also get a guided meditation to anchor the energy. Plus, there's extra downloadable resources like an annual planner and my 100 Days of Happiness Challenge. Basically everything that you need to keep the motivation flowing well beyond the live session. And the best part is, once you enroll, it's yours for life. So you can revisit this whenever you want. You can revisit the workshop. You don't have to attend live. All the materials, all the downloads, all of it. Whenever you need a boost, you can come back to it. It's like having a reset button in your pocket, basically. And I honestly believe that there is no better time to do this than right after the equinox energy and just before that new year begins. So if you've been listening today to this episode and you're thinking, yes, I want that balance, I want to let go, I want to realign, and I want to set myself up properly for success in 2026, then this workshop is your next step. So make 2026 the year that you actually achieve what you've been dreaming about. And because I know that some of you are going to be just as excited about this as I am, I've made it super accessible as well. So if you book before October, the price for the full 90-minute live workshop, plus all the bonuses, plus lifetime access, is just £22. That's it. Honestly, it's less than what most of us spend on a takeaway, isn't it? But instead of leaving you feeling all bloated and guilty, This will leave you clear, motivated, and fired up for the year ahead. After October, the price will go up just ever so slightly, but if you are feeling that nudge from the universe right now, take this as your sign to get in early. I will leave the link down below the show notes so you can grab your spot and join us. And that is my episode for today. I really, really hope that you've enjoyed this. I really hope that you'll get the opportunity to do a little bit of this work over the weekend before the Autumn Equinox on Monday. And please, if you have enjoyed this episode, share it on your stories on Instagram, share it on TikTok, share it on Facebook, share it with a friend in your WhatsApp group. I really would appreciate it. It costs nothing for you to do so, but it really helps me out. If you've also enjoyed listening, please do leave me a rating or a review on this episode. That also does help. And I will see you all next Friday for another episode. Speak soon, guys. Bye!
