207: Emotion; the real shortcut in manifestation
2 Oct 2025 · 32 min
Mart Tweedy argues that emotion is the missing piece in manifestation. When you vividly imagine something while feeling it, your brain can't tell the difference from reality, triggering dopamine and rewiring your subconscious. He shares how a joyful family day became an emotional anchor for a three-month visualization that led to a real birth.

Go touch grass. You have probably heard this phrase. Maybe you have even said it. But beneath the sort of lighthearted nature of this meme is something very real and important: a growing sense that staying in touch with our humanity and being present in our bodies matters more than ever in in today's digital world. My name is Manoush Zomorodi, and I am taking over as host of TED Talks Daily this week to explore what technology is actually doing to your body and mind. In special interviews with scientists, doctors, parents, artists, and more, we're going to dig into your physical and mental health on tech. How we think about our bodies differently now, how we relate to new innovations that are amazing but also a little scary, and how we live a healthier life in this high-tech era. Tune in on TED Talks Daily wherever you listen to podcasts.

Hello everyone and welcome back to another episode of Canny Crystals, the podcast. I hope that you're all well, and this week I feel like we are finally coming into autumn now. Like, last week the weather wasn't too bad, this week the weather has been absolutely shit. If you live in the UK, you'll know exactly what I'm talking about. Now, these dark mornings are absolutely a killer. A killer. My dog wanted to be out at half 6 this morning, and when I went downstairs and I opened the front door, it was pitch black. However, I thought it was like 3 AM or something, and then I looked at the clock and I was like, oh my God, it's half 6. How can it still be that dark at half 6? I absolutely hate the winter. Absolutely hate it. Send me to Australia right now. But something that I've been looking into this week, because I know a few people have mentioned this before about seasonal affective disorder, or SAD, if you've heard of that before. Now, I've been looking into this for a couple of weeks now because usually around this time of the year my mood dips, my creativity dips, I can't get out of bed on a morning, I really struggle to like get into work mode until like 10 or 11 o'clock, and by that time I feel like I've just wasted so much of my morning. So anyway, I've been looking at SAD lamps. Now you may have heard of these before. I've been really looking into it. I've been looking on Vinted, on Amazon, seeing what the best price is, seeing what the best make and model is. And a few days ago, I followed this company called Beurer, which is B-E-U-R-E-R. I followed them on Instagram. Straight away they messaged me. Guess what they said? Would you like one of our SAD lamps? I was like, what? Was that an instant manifestation for me? Who knows? Anyway, they sent me out this SAD lamp, and I want to call them sad lamps, but sad lamps makes them sound sad. And they're not, they make you full of joy. So I'm going to call them a sad lamp anyway. But they sent me this sad lamp, I unpackaged it, I have been using it now for the last 3 days. I'm not entirely sure if it's making much of a difference just yet, but it does say to give it around 30 days for like the maximum exposure and stuff like that. So you sit with this lamp about 20 centimeters away from your face, and you put it on therapy mode at the start of the day, which mimics like natural sunlight, and I thought, oh, I can do my meditation and stuff like while this is on. However, it does say that you have to have your eyes open. Now this light is fucking bright, fucking bright. Honestly, when I look away, I can still see the lamp. You know, when you blink, you can see like the black outline of it. And anyway, I feel like I have been a bit more productive this week, so I'm going to stick with it. I'm going to see what benefits I get from that. And I'm going to see if I feel less flat over these next few winter months. Because then at lunchtime, you sit for another 30 minutes with it in active mode, and it kind of dims the light. And then when it gets towards maybe 5, 6 o'clock at night, you put it on relax mode, which is like even dimmer, but it just mimics kind of the sun setting. I'm fascinated by this. I am absolutely fascinated. I should really do an episode all about SAD, but I just wanted to mention this at the start of the podcast episode, and give a huge shout out to Beurer, because honestly, I feel like this is going to change my life. I'm going to pop one in the links, the model that I have got, I'm going to pop it in the links in the show notes for today's episode. So if you want to get one, you can get one through my Amazon link as well. Anyway, this week I got tagged in a post, not on one of my Facebook groups, on somebody else's Facebook group, and I can't exactly remember who it was that wrote the post, but she said something along the lines of, "How do you feel into emotion when you're manifesting?" 'How do you really feel into that emotion to make your manifestations come to fruition quicker?' And, 'Are there any tips or any advice that anyone can give me?' And it really started making me thinking, because if your manifestation process isn't fueled by emotion, you're basically just sending the universe a kind of half-assed text without any emojis. So it's flat, it's lifeless. Like, you know when you send your mate something hilarious and they just reply with 'lol' or a thumbs up? Me mum does it all the time. I'll send her something really funny and she just puts a thumbs up. I'm like, 'Cheers, Mum.' So passive aggressive, but you know that they are not actually laughing. There's no feeling in it. Now, this is the same with manifestation, because you can write affirmations, you can plaster your vision board with pictures, you can sit cross-legged in your Himalayan salt lamp glow chanting 'I'm abundant' until the neighbors start wondering what you're up to, but if you are not feeling your manifestation deep down, you're not transmitting the signal that actually changes things. And this isn't just like spiritual woo-woo either, because your brain literally doesn't know the difference between something that you've experienced and something that you vividly imagined instead, so long as there's an emotion attached to it. So, have you ever had a nightmare that made you wake up in sweat, for example? So, your logical brain, it knew that you weren't being chased down an alley by a giant clown with a chainsaw—that's the dream that I had the other night—but your nervous system hadn't got the memo, so that emotional charge made it real. The other night, for example, I dreamt that I put Jake, my son, in a rocket and I was sending him up into outer space, and my mum was in control of the rocket, and she'd press the button to launch it without actually being in the rocket herself. So my son is now orbiting around space, and all I'm doing is watching his little baby camera monitor going, "Put your bloody seatbelt on! Put your seatbelt on!" And he kept on unclipping it. I woke up in a panic. I woke up in absolute sweats. But it was that emotional charge that made it real for me, because I woke up, my heart was racing, I was sweating, I was breathless. Because I thought my baby was going to die. And that's exactly what we are tapping into with manifestation, because when you attach emotion to a thought, your limbic system lights up. It starts firing off neurotransmitters like dopamine and serotonin. And these aren't just feel-good chemicals, they are motivators. So they strengthen memory, they reinforce neural pathways, and they literally train your subconscious mind to expect more of the same as well. So it's literally like rocket fuel for your vision. Okay, so think about your everyday life. You won't remember every single time that you boiled pasta, but you do remember the time that you set fire to the garlic bread and nearly burnt the kitchen down. Why? Because the emotion locked it in. So emotion is that glue that makes things stick, both in your memory and in your energy. And that's why manifestation without feeling is like— it's kind of like going to the gym and standing there just holding a dumbbell without actually trying to lift it. So it looks like you're doing something, but nothing's really happening. So when you bring your emotion into it, you're no longer whispering your desires into a void. You are blasting them through a cosmic loudspeaker. So here's where most of us get tripped up though, because I think we wait for the thing to arrive before we give ourselves permission to feel. So we say things like, "I'll be happy when I meet the right partner." "I will feel secure when my bank account looks healthier." I'll feel proud once me business takes off and I get a few more sales. But manifestation flips that completely on its head. You don't wait until the reality shows up first to feel that feeling. You create the reality by feeling the emotion first. And yes, I know this might feel a little bit daft because your brain's like, why are we pretending that we've just driven off the forecourt in a brand new Tesla when all we've got parked outside is a 2005 Ford Fiesta with a dodgy exhaust? But this is the beautiful part: your brain cannot actually tell the difference once you involve emotion, because the chemistry it produces, like the joy, the gratitude, the excitement, all those emotions, it's the same whether that car's really there or not. And the more you practice it, the more your subconscious starts accepting it as normal, which often changes the way that you act, the opportunities that you spot, and the energy that you give off. And honestly, that's where visualization comes into play, because it's not just seeing the thing in your mind's eye, but you're actually generating the feeling of living it. Because when you pair imagination with a genuine emotion, your brain files it as if it's already happened. And that's when the magic will really start to kick in for you. Because visualization is so much more than just daydreaming, you know. Most people think it's about just sitting quietly, closing your eyes, picturing the car, the house, the holiday, the perfect partner. But that is only half of it. The real power comes when you layer that emotion over that mental image. So it's not about seeing yourself on a beach in Bali, although that's an amazing visualization to have. It's more about feeling the warmth of the sun on your skin, or hearing the waves crash, or tasting the salt in the air. Letting your body believe that you're already there, because when you do that, you're not just imagining anymore. You're creating this full-body rehearsal. Now, I did mention this a few weeks ago, but neuroscientists have really shown that when athletes visualize themselves winning a race and they actually feel that victory, the same areas of their brain light up as if they've just crossed the finish line of a marathon. Now, their muscles even receive these micro signals as if they were just physically moving, and they might have just been lay there on the bed visualizing. Your brain, it genuinely can't distinguish between you pretending and you living. Okay, and that's why pairing visualization with emotion, it's kind of like sneaking past your brain's security guard and heading straight for the VIP lounge, the subconscious. Okay, the subconscious is the bit that runs the show. It governs your beliefs, your habits, and the little micro decisions that you don't even notice making every day. And once it buys into the vision, you start showing up differently. So you might notice more opportunities that you'd normally miss, or you might act with more confidence because your nervous system is already to that feeling of success. So it's a bit like muscle memory. If you've ever learned to ride a bike or to drive a car, you'll know there's this moment where suddenly you don't have to think about it anymore. Your body just knows, and you do it on autopilot. Manifestation works the same way. So when you keep feeding your mind with these emotionally charged visions, eventually your system will say, "All right, this is the norm now." Okay, it becomes second nature to live in alignment with that future. And the emotions that you rehearse are literally changing the chemistry of your body in the present moment. So gratitude reduces cortisol levels, uh, joy boosts your immune system, love releases oxytocin, which makes you feel connected and supported. You're not just preparing for a future moment by doing this, you are literally changing your present reality at a cellular level within your body. So the question isn't really, does visualization work and does emotion work? It's, are you willing to feel it fully enough to let it work? Because the deeper that you allow yourself to go into that experience, the more your body believes it and the stronger the signal that you're going to send out. And I think that once you really wrap your head around that, and once you start to understand it, it completely changes the way that you approach your manifestation practice. Because suddenly it's not just about going through your motions, it's about embodying the whole experience. So this woman that had tagged me in this post on Facebook, she'd said like, how do we generate those emotions on demand even when life feels a bit grey or uninspiring? Because we're not always in the mood for joy and gratitude, especially when we get bills and things like that coming through the letterbox, are we? And that's the challenge, isn't it? It's easy to sit in meditation and feel abundant when life's all smooth sailing, but when you get a bill through your door or your boss is breathing down your neck, that joy won't exactly spring up on command, will it? So how do we generate emotion in these moments when it feels the furthest away? Now, one of the simplest hacks that I have is music. Think about it, you can be in the foulest of moods, you can stick on your favorite playlist, and within a couple of songs you've shifted completely. Because music bypasses your logical brain and it plugs straight into your emotional circuitry. So if you want to feel abundant, create a playlist that makes you feel like you're the main character strutting through life with everything falling into place for you. Stick your headphones on, walk to the shops like you're in a Beyoncé video. Notice how everything changes for you. Another thing, and this is what I spoke to Jude Daunt about in my podcast episode with her a few months ago, is memories. Because your brain doesn't care whether you're reliving a past moment or whether you're imagining a future one, as long as you're generating the feeling. So if gratitude feels impossible in the present moment, think back to a time when you were buzzing with gratitude. Maybe it was when you got good news or when someone did something kind for you. Just let yourself soak back into that memory. Feel it in your body, not just in your head. And then once you've activated the emotion, anchor it to your current desire. Now, this weekend just gone, I took my son and my partner and my dog to South Shields, which is a beach, coastal town, village, I don't know, might be a town, I think it's a town, and we just went there for the day. We parked up We went for a lovely walk along the beach. At the end of the beach, there is a showground. My son wanted to go on a couple of rides. He was pointing at these cars. He went on these cars. He was absolutely loving life. He was smiling. He was laughing. He was jumping up and down as he was walking. He was so excited. After there, we went straight across to the park. The park has this little train that goes round this huge track around the entire park, and for the price of £2, I think it was, you get to sit on this train and you go around the park. He was absolutely buzzing. And when I say buzzing, he was smiling, he was waving at everyone, he was laughing his head off constantly, like just talking all day long. And that to me gave me such a buzz because it felt like such a lovely wholesome family day out. Now when I got home, my son obviously was absolutely shattered. He went to bed and my partner went on the couch with our dog and he kind of fell asleep as well. And I thought to myself, you know what, I'm feeling so happy and so grateful for my family right now. I'm going to utilize this energy. So I went upstairs and I lay on our bed and I closed my eyes. I got my crystals out, I stuck a moldavite on my third eye, and I visualized what I wanted for the next 3 months of the year. I tapped into that emotion that I've been feeling all day long. That is something else you can do— tap into the emotion of a memory or a day that you've had because it is all emotion, and it is hard to stir up emotion when you're like, right, it's visualization time now, I need to feel joyful, happy, abundant, wholesome, whatever it is. Use your memories, use your emotion that you've already got stored up in your body. And I think physical movement is another game changer as well, because emotion, emotion, is literally energy in motion, emotion. So if you're sat slumped on the couch and you're trying to feel joyful, you're fighting an uphill battle. So get up, shake your body out, dance around the kitchen like nobody's watching, just go out for a little brisk walk. Movement wakes up your nervous system and it makes it easier to shift your emotional state. And one that I use all the time as well is micro gratitudes. So if the big picture feels a bit overwhelming, I often ask myself, how do I feel abundant when I'm staring at my overdraft? And I really shrink it down. I find 3 tiny things that I can genuinely feel grateful for in that moment. So, it might be the hot cup of coffee that I've got in me hand. It might be the laugh that I had with a friend on the phone the day before. You know, it could be anything. Just something small, tangible, you know, whatever it is. Gratitude doesn't have to be grand. It just has to feel real. And let's not forget the power of imagination in ordinary situations as well. So, next time you're making yourself a cup of tea or coffee, imagine it is the best tea or coffee that you've ever had in your life. Play pretend. Pretend that it's being served in a 5-star hotel with the view of your dreams out the front window. The more you practice generating emotion from those ordinary moments, the easier it's going to be to summon them when you're doing your actual manifestation work. Now, the beauty of all this is that it trains your body to become familiar with those higher emotions, even when external circumstances aren't feeding them to you. And I think once your body learns what gratitude joy, or abundance feels like, it starts craving more of it because it wants that dopamine hit. It wants that serotonin flying around your body. So you literally become addicted to feeling good, and because of that, your outer world will begin to shape itself around that addiction. Now, I know some people will be listening thinking, right, doesn't that mean that we're just faking it? And this is where I really want to shift gears a bit because I think there's a huge difference between pretending and training your brain. Because you're not faking emotion, you're generating it the same way that you train a muscle. And that actually brings me nicely on to what I want to talk about next, which is the science of emotional rehearsal and why that repetition makes all the difference. Because if we think about, you know, going to the gym, we'll just do that as an example. Instead of doing bicep curls, you're training your nervous system. So the first time that you try to feel joy about a goal, that you haven't achieved yet, it might feel a little bit forced. You might sit there thinking, "This feels silly. I'm not actually driving that dream car yet," or, "I'm not actually standing on that stage," or, "I'm not actually making that kind of money." But just like the first time that you pick up a dumbbell, yeah, it's going to be awkward because the muscle isn't used to it yet. So every time you rehearse that emotion, you're strengthening those neural pathways. Neuroscientists have shown that repeated emotional rehearsal, it creates new wiring in the brain. It's all down to neuroplasticity. So eventually, your system, it doesn't know the difference between, "I'm imagining this," and, "This is actually happening for me." So your subconscious just accepts it as the normal. Okay? Once it accepts it as normal, you start living in alignment without even trying. So I've got a little bit of an activity that you can do for this. Okay? You don't need to be an athlete to use this emotional rehearsal, what I'm talking about. So here's a little exercise that you can try today. I want you, when you finish listening to this, to pick one thing that you are manifesting right now. Could be love, money, relationships, abundance, luck, whatever it is, okay? I want you to close your eyes, and I want you to imagine yourself already living that reality. But I don't want you to stop at the picture, okay? Because that's where most people fall short. I want you to step into the scene. So I want you to think about what you can see around you. What you can hear, what you can smell, and most importantly, how does that feel inside your body? And I want you to sit in that feeling for as long as you can. Now, the first time you do this, maybe it might only be 30 seconds before your mind starts to wander. That's fine. That's still progress. Do it again tomorrow. Do it again the next day. And before long, you'll be able to drop into that feeling in seconds. Now, a couple of times that I've done this, I have done this to the point that I have literally had tears rolling down my cheeks. One of the times was a couple of days before we got a phone call to say that we were going to be given a baby back in December 2023, which was absolutely wild because the thing I was visualising was me stood there with my partner, his arm around me, holding a baby, getting a photo. And it was so weird because I just visualised that scenario. It was with Fran's photographer, who I knew I absolutely loved and adored anyway because she'd done our photos for our one-night event in London. And I felt— I, I still remember to this day the feeling. I can like really recall it because that feeling was so pure. I felt love from my partner. I felt love that we had our son eventually after like 2 years of adoption, like worries and the process and all that shit that came with it. And I remember visualizing myself in that moment. I was calm, I was peaceful, I was content. I couldn't believe that we actually had our son. And I remember Tracy, Fran's photographer, being stood in front of me and saying, smile guys, oh my God, you make such a beautiful family, blah blah blah. And I can remember her saying that to me and it gave me such a boost internally. Now, 2 days later, I get a phone call from the adoption agency to say there's a girl who has given birth in January— she's due to give birth in January, shall I say— and she's chosen you guys as the parents that she wants for her son. That to me was wild. But then for 2 weeks after getting him in January, I think it was like the end of January, the start of February, there I am messaging Tracey. Guess what? She's got availability. Guess what? She actually took our photos. The black and white photos, the colour photos that we have around our house of the 3 of us. Tracy did all that. I truly believe that that all came about because my emotion was brought into the manifestation and into my visualization to the point that I had tears streaming down my cheeks. That's how powerful emotion can be. It makes your manifestations come to fruition so, so quick. So what's really happening here is that you are training your nervous system to expect the reality that you're calling in. And when your body expects it, your choices change. So you might start saying yes to things that align with your vision and no to things that don't. Or opportunities that were invisible before, they might suddenly start standing out to you. That's not magic, it's just neuroscience working in your favor. And the more you rehearse, the more natural it's going to feel. It's like learning to drive. It might feel clunky, awkward, like you're overthinking everything, but then one day you're just cruising along, singing away to the radio, not even aware that your subconscious is doing all the work for you. So that's what emotional rehearsal does for manifestation. It moves you from forcing it to being it. And once you get that, the next question starts to become, if emotion is this powerful, how do we know which emotions to actually focus on? Because not all emotions are created equal. Some are like helium balloons—they lift you higher, they make everything feel lighter. Others are like ankle weights—they drag you down no matter how hard you try to run.. And if manifestation is basically about what signal you're sending out to the universe, then your emotional frequency is the dial that sets that station. So think about the emotions that you naturally gravitate towards. For me, it's usually gratitude, love, joy, excitement, because these are expansive emotions. They are what I strive for in a day-to-day, okay? They open me up, they relax my nervous system, they create flow. But on the flip side of that, you've got fear, doubt, shame, resentment, and these are contracting emotions. They close you down. They tighten your chest. They make you second-guess every single decision that you have. So it's not about good or bad. It's more about which ones move you closer to your vision and which ones start to build walls around it. Okay? And we all feel the heavy ones from time to time. You're not supposed to bypass them. We're not going into toxic positivity here.. We're not supposed to pretend that they don't exist. If you've had a shit day, slapping a fake smile on and shouting, "I am abundant," it's not going to fool anyone, is it? Least of all your subconscious. The real trick is just noticing that when you are stuck in those lower emotions, that you have the power to shift gears. So how do we do that in practice? One method that I love is emotional scaling. So imagine your emotions like a ladder. So if you're feeling hopeless, you're not going to leap straight onto the rung of the ladder into joy, aye? That's like trying to pole vault up 10 rungs in one go. But you could move from hopelessness to frustration. Frustration has a bit more energy, and then from there you could go to maybe determination. From determination, you could go to optimism, and before you know it, you've climbed your way into gratitude and joy without actually forcing it. You've just took them baby steps, okay? Another tip is to keep what I call an emotional toolkit. Now, we did this in my meditation and mindfulness course not long ago, This might be a playlist, it could be a folder of photos that make you laugh, it could be a few favorite affirmations that reliably shift your state, or even just a mate that you can ring who will cheer you up. Now, when you feel yourself sinking, you don't have to figure it all out. All you have to do is reach for a tool that nudges you up that ladder, okay? Body language is something else that's great because your physiology is tied to your emotional state. We've heard of power poses and things like that, haven't we? I'm sure I've talked about this on the podcast before, but try sitting hunched over with your arms crossed and saying, "I feel joyful." Your brain just will not buy it. But if you stand up, you roll your shoulders back, you take a deep breath, you put your hands on your hips, and you smile, even if it feels forced, you will notice an instant shift. The body and the mind are in constant dialogue with each other, and you can use that to your advantage. The point isn't to live in high-vibe emotions 24/7. Like I say, it's impossible. It's toxic positivity. The point is just to spend more time there than not, to build familiarity with those states so they become your new baseline. And the more you practice, the more your reality will start to reflect that back to you. And I think when we talk about negative emotions as well, like, most people treat negative emotions like the enemy. We try to avoid them, we try to numb them down, or We push them down with a cheery affirmation plastered on the top, don't we? But what if those emotions weren't actually blocks? What if we used them as fuel? Think about anger, because on the surface it does feel hot and heavy and uncomfortable, but underneath anger, there's energy there. It's passion that's been misdirected. So if you can channel that into action, that anger will become drive. Like, how many world-changing movements were born because people got angry enough to say, This has to change. Fear is another one. We love to demonize fear, but fear is just excitement in disguise. You know, they're almost identical. Your heart races, your palms sweat, your breathing quickens. It's just excitement. The only difference is the story that you tell yourself about what's actually happening. So call it fear, you'll freeze. Call it excitement, and suddenly you're ready to jump. Yeah, so even sadness has power. Sadness cracks us open. It softens us. It connects us to other people. It teaches compassion, and it helps us to release what no longer serves us. Some of the deepest breakthroughs that I've had in manifestation have came after moments of release because I've cleared space for something new to enter. So rather than resisting these negative emotions, I'd say the trick is to transmute them. So when you feel a strong emotion, just pause and ask yourself, what is this energy trying to do for me? Now, if it's fear, maybe it's showing up where you need more preparation. If it's anger, maybe it's highlighting a boundary that needs strengthening. If it's jealousy, maybe it's pointing towards something that you want but you haven't yet given yourself permission to claim. So instead of saying, "I shouldn't feel this," and be bad on yourself and push yourself down, try, "How can I use this? How can I use this energy?" Now, a really practical way to shift is through journaling. I do this all the time. I write down the emotion and I flip it into a question, kind of like what we were doing last week with affirmations. So I might ask myself, "What is this anger teaching us?" "How can this fear serve me?" And you'll be surprised at how quickly clarity comes through when you give the emotion a voice instead of just trying to silence it. And I think once you start and get the hang of that, you start to realize that you're not at the mercy of your emotional state anymore. You're an alchemist. You can take whatever shows up, you can flip it, you can turn it on its head, and turn it into momentum. And I honestly think that, you know, that is the heart of this whole conversation, because emotion isn't some like kind of, I don't know, fluffy add-on to manifestation. It's the fuel, it's the signal, it's the magnet, you know. It's the thing that takes your thoughts out of your head and plants them into your reality. So when you start seeing your emotions not as random reactions but as tools, everything will change for you. So you've got a whole spectrum to play with there of everything that I've talked about. You can generate emotions on demand. You can rehearse them until they feel natural. You can choose the frequencies that move you forward. You can even flip the heavy ones into fuel. Gratitude shifts you in seconds. Joy makes the journey lighter. Love anchors you into a frequency where alignment just feels inevitable for you. So something that I want you to sit with after this episode is, if emotion is the secret ingredient, what emotions are you practicing most often in your day-to-day life? Not just in your vision board meditations or your journaling, but in everyday life. Because whatever you're rehearsing, you are reinforcing. So are you rehearsing fear? Doubt, frustration? Or are you rehearsing gratitude, joy, and love so often that they become your new normal? Because manifestation isn't about waiting for something to arrive so you can finally feel good. It's about feeling good right now and then letting that state call in everything that matches it on its vibrational frequency. Okay, it's all about alignment. The more you can embody the emotions of the life you're creating, the faster that life catches up with you. So try it today. Pick one emotion that you want to amplify. Maybe it is joy, maybe it's gratitude, maybe it's love— my three favorites. Practice it like it's your craft. See how it changes not just how you feel, but how life starts showing up for you. Because at the end of the day, you're not just manifesting things, you are manifesting states of being. And when you get that emotion right, the things around you will change, and they will naturally follow into your life. Okay, so I hope that you've enjoyed this episode. I hope it wasn't just me rambling for half an hour about emotion. If you have enjoyed it, please share it in your WhatsApp groups, share it on your Instagram story, share it on TikTok, share it on Facebook, tag me. I am @canny_crystals across all social media. Just before I go as well, my book Limitless is finally out on Audible. It's finally there to stay on Audible. Please, if you haven't listened already, go and have a listen. I will also pop a link that has a month's free trial for Audible. So, what you can do is you can download Audible, you can sign up with the free link, you can download my book, and then cancel your subscription straight away. How amazing is that? So, if you want to listen on Audible, you can do it that way. I'll pop the link in the show notes for today's episode. If you don't want to do it that way, it's also on Spotify as well. Really would appreciate the listens. It's absolutely amazing seeing where people are listening from as well, because it shows all the demographics and the amount of people that are listening to the audiobook from New Zealand, Canada, Australia. Crazy, absolutely crazy to me. There's people listening in Fiji, Hawaii. Oh my God, I just feel so blessed, so, so blessed that my book is out there in audio form finally. And if you haven't heard already, we are also having our 2-day incredible event in Newcastle upon Tyne next year, which is called ManiFest. You can get tickets, see the lineup so far for the main stage and the workshop at mani-fest.uk. That's the word manifest with a dash in the middle between the I and the F, not Manny as in M-A-N-N-Y as in Manchester. People have been messaging me saying, why is it called ManiFest when it's in Newcastle? Because the word is manifest, that's why. Oh, we thought it was ManiFest because Manny for Manchester. No, no, it's really not. Anyway, go and have a look, mani-fest.uk. I'll pop the link for all of those in the show notes for today's episode, and I will see you all next Friday for another episode. Have a beautiful week ahead, guys. Enjoy winter season, autumn season, whatever the hell we're in right now, and I'll see you all next Friday. Bye!
