212: How to manifest your dream home
7 Nov 2025 · 43 min
In this episode of the Canny Crystals podcast, host Mart Tweedy shares an intimate, multi‑part story about his family’s house‑hunting journey and how he uses manifestation techniques to attract a new home. He begins with a brief ad read for Wayfair and a plug for The Guardian Football Weekly, then dives into a detailed narrative of living in a cramped, poorly maintained new‑build in Newcastle, the financial pressures of running his crystal business, and the desire to move before his son Jake starts school. Mart recounts creating a vision board, spotting a specific house, receiving a Rightmove alert, and even staging a surreal viewing where he pretended to cook, sleep, and shower to “experience” the home. He reflects on the pitfalls of attachment, the importance of focusing on the feeling of home rather than square footage, and explains how to shift energy through visualization, scripting, gratitude, and decluttering (physical, emotional, and schedule‑wise). He discusses limiting beliefs about worthiness, the difference between inspired and desperate action, and offers practical steps such as financial planning, inspired drives, and small upgrades to the current space. Throughout, Mart emphasizes that manifestation is about aligning one’s vibration with the desired frequency of home, not merely checking listings. The episode closes with a call to share the podcast, a promotion for an upcoming workshop on achieving goals in 2026, and a final farewell.

Hello, American podcast listeners. Max Rushton here from The Guardian Football Weekly, which I think you should give a listen. It is good. It comes out 3 times a week, and the podcast delivers you analysis, news, both the good and the bad from the beautiful game, and maybe even the occasional laugh. He's angry about everything.
He doesn't have a great poker face, does he? I would like to play cards with Bruno Fernandes.

Hello everyone and welcome to another episode of Canny Crystals, the podcast. I hope that you're all well. My name is Mart Tweedy, I'm your host, and this week I've been house hunting. Well, I say house hunting, I mean I've literally put it out there to Johnny, my partner, and the universe that I want to move house before Jake starts school. So I've got another 2 to 3 years just now, okay. So we currently live in a new build estate about 5 minutes outside of Newcastle city centre, and although we bought this as our first purchased house together back in 2019, I think we're just kind of outgrown it. And I'll be honest with you, like, housing developers at the moment, they just seem to chuck these new builds up in little shitty areas No offense to anyone that lives in this area that's listening, of course, but you go outside of your estate and it's literally marshland and a bit of dumping wasteland. And honestly, the amount of fly tipping and stuff like that around us, the amount of rats that we have on our estate, it's absolutely disgusting. So in the 6 years that we've lived here as well, just to put things into perspective, our cars have both been broken into on numerous occasions, properties have been vandalized and I guess I'm just starting to think more about where I actually want Jake to grow up. Spoiler alert, it ain't here. So we are currently in a 4-bed, 3-storey, kind of townhouse-style house, and when we first bought it, I remember thinking, 'Do we really need 4 beds?' Because at the time, it was just the 2 of us, and we'd moved from a rented 2-bed apartment on the Quayside, so we didn't have a great deal of stuff that would require those 4 bedrooms. But then the year after we moved in, obviously the pandemic hit us all in the UK, and we were all forced to work from home where we could, weren't we? So one of those spare rooms became Johnny's office, where he eventually went self-employed during the lockdown. Now, he's a graphic designer. He does a lot of artwork for bars and restaurants around Newcastle, you know, designing all the logos, menus, artworks in the places, that kind of thing. So he got one of the bedrooms I left the NHS and I started Cani Crystals from one of the other bedrooms, and when I eventually got me office space, we were already starting to go through the adoption process. So we knew that that bedroom that I've been using as my office, that was going to be our nursery. Obviously the third bedroom is our bedroom, and then we also needed to keep one as a guest room just in case, like, Johnny's mum came over from Spain or his dad from Northern Ireland. And to be fair, It was perfect for my mum staying over all those times when Jake was a tiny little baby as well, and we just needed a hand around the house. So what I'm trying to say is it served its purpose, but we've outgrown it massively. And it does feel quite wild, really wild in fact, to be now looking at either a 5-bed house or a 4-bed with a garage just for some storage space, because our house, it doesn't have much storage space at all. We've got one cupboard underneath the staircase and one cupboard on the very top floor at the top landing area. And it's— do you know what it is? Like, you can put two suitcases in there and it's full. So at the minute, it's kind of used for storage for luggage and JJ's bed. So I keep on having to remind myself of something that my friend Cam said to us a few months ago, which is that the universe isn't on a budget. Because in an ideal world, I would love nothing more than to get this 5-bed house, or a 4-bed with a garage, house prices at the minute are ridiculous, okay? So I keep on affirming to myself, the universe isn't on a budget, because I'd love nothing more in an ideal world to use that garage space to maybe run Cani Crystals from, if I'm totally honest. And I know that sounds weird as well, moving out of an office to go and work from a garage, but my office eats up a lot of my monthly, like, money in the business. And if I can save a grand a month just from running it from home again, that's 12 grand a year. I would love that, and it would mean that I could even cut prices down on certain things too, because my overheads wouldn't be as big. Because honestly, I have to turn over a minimum of around £7,500 every single month just to keep afloat with the costs of the office, packaging, stock, tax, wages, website costs, blah blah blah. So it would probably help me sleep better as well, if I'm totally honest. And so I guess that I started looking for this dream house a couple of years back. That's when this all started, because I think I knew in my head that we wouldn't be be staying here forever. It's definitely not me forever home, and there's so much that we would want to do with it if we were to stay, but it's pointless if we aren't going to stay here. So if you've read my book Limitless, you might already know this story, but a couple of years ago I was updating my vision board and I thought, right, I'm going to go and visit this really nice housing estate up near the airport in the inverted commas posh area of Newcastle, shall we say, and I'm going to take some lovely pictures in front of one of the houses. So off we all went for a dog walk, and some of these houses were absolutely insane. Like, I can't even begin to describe what it would be like to live there. And it's in a little estate with these listed buildings in it as well. It's got a huge communal green. Everybody was so lovely. It's almost like a little gated community. It's kind of like a far cry from what I'm used to and where I've come from. So I walked past this house, and I honestly couldn't take me eyes off it. I took a photo of me stood in front of it. A few photos of the beautiful garden, and I just thought to myself, yeah, you know what, I could really see myself living there. And I got home a couple of hours later and I put those photos onto my vision board. So I remember opening up Rightmove just to see if there were any houses for sale that way on, because I wanted to get a gauge of the price and I wanted to know how much they were. But there wasn't any houses for sale, not one single house. So I set myself a Rightmove alert so that if any houses did come up in that postcode area, I would get an email. And I just left it at that, just daydreaming that this house would one day be mine. So my vision board was printed, I put it in a frame in my office, I hung it on the wall just by the door so that I would see it when I was going in and out of me office every single day. And lo and behold, just a few weeks later, I'm laying in bed one Friday night, me phone pings to say I've got an email, and when I open up me emails, it's Rightmove. And yeah, you probably guessed it, it was an email to say that there's a house for sale in that area. So I clicked on the link and my jaw hit the floor. It wasn't just any house for sale in that area, it was the house from my vision board. It was that exact house that I had stood in front of, said I wanted, and took photos of. The same house. So I remember looking at the listing and I was thinking to myself, well, great, now I know what the inside looks like as well, so I can pop those onto my vision board. And I remember going to sleep that night visualizing as I dozed off about what it would be like to live there. So the next day I rang up the estate agent and I made a booking to go and view it. And I had to lie about our income as well just to get the booking because that house was something ridiculous. It was like £800,000. Now to put things into perspective, our 4-bed that we are currently in, when we bought that in 2019, it was £180,000. Houses in Newcastle are cheap in the grand scheme of things, but this one was literally 4 times what we had right now. So cut to a couple of weeks later, there I am driving to my viewing. Johnny refused to come with us because he said he would be no good at lying about the income to the estate agent. So I walked up the garden path, knocked on the door, and this woman comes to the door to meet us. She greets us, she takes us inside, and this house is beautiful, albeit very overpriced for what it is. Um, but she was the owner of the house. So I just thought, I'm going to look like an absolute loony, but here goes. And as she showed me around the kitchen, I opened one of the cupboards and I started pulling pans out of the cupboard to put on the hob. And I just asked her outright, I just said, would you mind taking a picture of us, like, pretending to cook on your hob? Honestly, she looked bedazzled. I had to explain to her that I wanted this house so badly and I wanted the pictures for me vision board. So she obliged. She let us look around the rest of her house alone after that. I think she was scared, the poor bugger, probably thought she was about to be robbed. And so I lay down on her bed, I was taking selfies of myself pretending to sleep, I got into her shower in her ensuite, I pretended that I was having a scrub. Obviously I didn't take any clothes off or anything like that, but I even sat on her toilet pretending to be using it. And I did all of this so I could see exactly what it would be like to own this house. Now, I'd done this a few months beforehand with me car, if you remember that story, and I manifested that. I took photos of myself on a test drive in me car, my legs on the pedals, my hands on the steering wheel, me sat in the driving seat. So I thought, what have I got to lose by doing this? Other than me dignity with the owner, of course. But anyway, to cut a long story short, after all this, I didn't really take any inspired action. I was very much in the mindset of, we can't afford that yet, It's 4 times what we have now. And do you know, the universe kept on sending me signs and signals. I'd see the street name everywhere in TV shows and films. And then I remember starting a new gym and I got talking to this lovely girl. And when I asked her where she lived, she told me it was that estate. And I said to her, oh my God, that's so weird. I've just recently been for a viewing up there. And I proceeded to show her the pictures on me phone. It was her fucking neighbor's house. Like, the universe was literally slapping this in my face. Every single week I was getting Rightmove alerts saying price reduced, price reduced, but I just couldn't justify it. I think it dropped to like £730,000 in the end, and to be honest, we were getting ready to adopt and I was mostly saving for that as well, so it just wasn't the right time. Anyway, the house eventually sold, not to me obviously, and so when I came to refresh me vision board last year I just Googled something like Newcastle lovely houses, and I picked the first image that resonated with us. Now, the reason that I did this rather than choose any specific house was I think I was too attached to that house as an outcome. I really, really do. And you know, when we are attached to something, we become— what's it called when them horses put them things on? Blinkers. It's like we have blinkers on our eyes and we can only see that tunnel vision in front of us when there might be a myriad of opportunities around us as well. So like I said, I put that house on that represented the feeling of what it would be like to own a nice house, okay? And the house that I picked, it was like £4 million, okay? It wasn't the house itself that I wanted, it was the feeling of being that wealthy and luxurious, what the picture gave, okay? That's the feeling that I wanted to be vibrating at. So cut to earlier this year, I'm at an event in Newcastle, I'm giving a talk all about using crystals to achieve your goals, and I'll pull up my vision board on the big screen behind us just to explain it. And as I'm talking through that with everyone, why I'd put certain things on there, there was a little bit of chatter and laughter amongst some of the audience. So I'd asked them what was up, and one of them came forward and she said, "That picture of the house in the middle, that's my house." Well, I felt stupid, honestly, but I just thought, how mad is that? If that's not a sign from the universe, I don't know what is, because I don't believe in coincidences. And she said to me, "Well, we actually rent that house out at the minute to a footballer. I think his name is Joelinton." he plays for Newcastle. I don't know, I don't really follow football, but they were all shocked that I didn't know who he was. But this was literally a footballer's house that she owned that was on my vision board. And you know what she said to me? She said, once he moves out, I'll invite you around and you can come and have a nosy about and take some other pictures for your vision board if you want. So I'm buzzing for that happening. So that's pretty much where I am right now. There's nothing set in stone. I'm not really actively looking but I'm just putting it out there to the universe that I want to move in the next 2 or 3 years. But that said, if the right property came up at the right price, you just never know. So I wanted to make this episode not just to help you guys, but to also help me get into the manifestation mindset zone of knowing that it's coming to us. Because when we talk about manifesting our dream home, most people will probably do what I did and, you know, go straight into logistics mode. Can we afford this? How many bedrooms are we going to need? And they'll be doing what I did, sitting on Rightmove at 2 AM with a glass of wine, zooming into house listings that they can't afford yet, or saving TikTok videos of dreamy bathrooms with rainfall showers, thinking, yeah, this is the vibe. And you know what, this is all part of the fun. I do it all the time. But it's not actually where manifestation begins, because manifesting your dream house, it's got nothing to do with the number of bedrooms, the postcode, or whether the kitchen has a breakfast island or not. It starts with energy, and that's the energy of home. Because your dream home, it's not just a building. It's not bricks and mortar. It is a frequency. It's an energetic signature of how you want to feel in that space. Think about it, like, when we think of the word home, that's such a powerful word, isn't it? It holds emotion, comfort, belonging, safety, love. When you're truly at home, your nervous system exhales. It lets out that huge sigh of, "Ah, I can relax now." You can take your shoes off, you can flop onto the couch, you can just be yourself. That feeling is what we're actually trying to manifest. The house, it's just a, you know, a physical expression of it. So before you even start looking at floor plans, I want you to ask yourself right now, what does the word home really mean to you? And you might even want to journal on this as I'm going through this episode because because everyone's answers are going to be different. For some people, it might be peace and quiet, you know, a sanctuary where the outside world can't get in. For others, it might be laughter, chaos, a kitchen full of people. Maybe it's freedom, luxury. Maybe it's stability, connection, you know. Maybe it's all those things rolled into one. There's no right or wrong answer, but when you are clear on the emotional energy of home, you give the universe a clear energetic blueprint to start working with. Now here's the thing, the universe doesn't speak in square footage, it speaks in frequency. So if you're sat there thinking, "I hate where I live, I can't stand this tiny flat, I need to get out," you are broadcasting the energy of lack. You are so focused on what you don't want. But if you can start shifting your vibration by focusing on the feeling of what you're calling in, whether it's peace, expansion, comfort, joy, whatever, that is when everything starts to move for you because your energy then tells the universe, what to match it to. So when I first started thinking about my own dream home, I thought it was all about appearances, which is why I put that first house on my vision board. I wanted something modern, something bright, stylish, something that made us look wealthy, if I'm totally honest. The kind of place where you'd expect someone off Pinterest to live. Okay, so when I got honest with myself, I realized what I actually wanted was freedom. So that's why the second time I just put on a house that represented how I want feel, and that huge footballer's £4 million mansion, that looked like freedom to me. I wanted to wake up and feel spacious. I wanted to walk around me house feeling calm and creative, not kind of cramped or stressed, you know, kids' toys thrown everywhere. I wasn't just craving a new property, I was craving an energy shift. And funnily enough, I think once I got clear on that, things have started to unfold naturally. So I've stopped obsessing over how it's going to happen, and I've started living more in the energy of abundance instead. So on a night I'm lighting candles in me current house, I'm cleaning it up like it already was my dream home, and I'm feeling grateful for every single little thing. I even washed all of the windows the other day on the inside because we've got so many bloody windows. The window cleaner comes like every 4 weeks, but I just thought, you know what, I'm actually going to clean the inside as well. So I'm feeling grateful for everything— the warmth, the roof over me head, the place where I got to grow me business when I first started. That gratitude has raised my frequency, and the universe has started matching that vibration with new opportunities, new connections, and, you know, homes that have ticked more and more of my boxes of what we actually need. So I want you to try this as well. I want you to close your eyes for a moment and just visualize walking through your dream front door. And when you do this, you might want to do it now, you might want to do it later, but when you do this, I want you to notice how your body feels. Do you exhale? Do you smile? Do you feel proud? Is there any music playing? Can you smell your favorite candle scent drifting through the hallway? I want you to imagine all the textures, the sounds, the light, the warmth. Use all of your senses. That is your energetic starting point. You're not just picturing a house, you are connecting to the frequency of belonging in that home. And this is the secret that most people miss. Your current home, no matter what it looks like right now, that is part of the manifestation process. Even if it's not your dream space yet, it is your teacher. It's helping you to clarify what you love, what you're ready to outgrow, and what your next level actually looks like. So instead of resenting where you live right now, I want you to start appreciating it. Thank it for holding you until your new chapter arrives, for example, because gratitude is like saying to the universe, I value what I have, but I'm ready for more. So the first step to manifesting your dream home, it's not on Rightmove. It's within your energy field. The more you tune into the frequency of safety, joy, and belonging, the more magnetic you become to a space that reflects those things. So you don't just find your dream home, you almost become it. You start to embody it. So you create it from the inside out. And once your energy says, "I'm ready," the universe then moves mountains to make sure that your postcode catches up. So once you've done that and you've connected to the feeling of home, it's then time to start shaping that energy into a vision that is so clear the universe couldn't possibly mistake what you're asking for. Because the thing about manifestation is the universe loves you to be specific. So if you're saying, "I just want a nice house," that's a bit like walking into a restaurant and telling the waiter, I'll have some food, please. You know, you'll get something, of course you will, but maybe not what you actually fancy. You need to be really specific when you're manifesting your dream home. Clarity is power. So for me, creating a clear vision doesn't mean forcing every detail, but it does mean painting a picture that's so vivid that when you imagine it, you feel instantly at home in it. Now, the easiest way to start is with visualization. So like I said, picture yourself walking into your dream house. And then look at what you see first. Like, is there soft morning light filtering through huge windows? Do you hear birds outside? Is it city life buzzing in the distance? What's the texture of the sheets on the bed? What's the smell in the air? What's the first thing you do when you get in there? The more sensory detail that you add, the more your subconscious believes it's real. And once your subconscious accepts something as real, it then starts to guide your energy and actions to make it happen. So one of me favorite exercises is something that I call energetic house hunting. So you don't need to leave your seat for this one. You just need to close your eyes and take yourself on a guided tour through your dream home. So walk through the front door, notice how your chest expands, explore every single room, every single room, and feel the atmosphere. It's not about getting everything right, it's just about locking into the energy of it, because when you can vividly feel your vision you collapse the energetic distance between where you are right now and where you're heading. And you can also try some scripting as well if you really wanted to. Like, it's one of my favorite manifestation tools for this kind of goal. Just grab your journal and write, in the present tense of course, as if you're already living in that home. So I did this a couple of weeks ago, and I just wrote something like, "I can't believe how bright and airy me living room feels. Every morning I sit with a cup of tea by the window and watch the sunrise." I feel so calm, so supported, so grateful. Just things like that. Because when you write from that place, when it comes from the heart, you're programming your subconscious to look for other evidence that matches that story. But if you are more visual, make a manifestation or a vision board, for example. Don't just throw like a few pictures of a few pretty houses on there. Go deeper than that.

Nice. Add images that evoke the energy of home for you. Maybe that's sunlight on plants, maybe it's candles on a coffee table, a cozy reading corner, a huge garden for your dog, even a photo of a neighborhood that you love. It doesn't have to make sense to anyone else. It's more about aligning your vision with how you want to feel when you're living there. Now, something that I've found really powerful is to include yourself in the vision as well, because This isn't just about manifesting a house, it's about the version of you who actually lives there. So think about who are you in that space? How do you move around the house? What are your daily routines like? Are you more grounded, joyful, creative? Visualizing yourself in that environment, that bridges the energetic gap between future me and current me, and it starts to train your energy and match the reality that you're calling in as well. And if you want to take things a step further, start gathering some tiny physical reminders of that vision. So maybe it's a candle that smells like your dream house. Maybe it's a mug or a cup that feels like it belongs in your future kitchen. Maybe it's even saving the photos of your favorite interiors in a dedicated album on your phone that you flick through every morning. These little small anchors, they keep your vision alive. They keep it tangible. The truth is, the clearer your vision, the easier it is for the universe to deliver it. It's like giving it a precise sat nav location rather than just saying, "Take me somewhere nice." You're not being controlling or impatient. You are being deliberate in your manifestations. You're saying, "This is what I want, this is how it feels, and this is where I'm heading." And remember, you don't have to know how it's going to happen because the vision isn't about figuring out all the logistics. It's more about aligning your energy so that the right steps, people, and opportunities start finding you naturally anyway. And the clearer your focus, the stronger your signal will be. And that's how dream houses stop being wishful thinking and start becoming lived reality instead. So once you've done that, you've created that clear, juicy vision of your dream house, I want to talk about aligning your energy with it, because clarity alone isn't enough if your vibration's not matching what you're asking for. So you can have the most stunning Pinterest board in the whole world, but if deep down you're thinking, "That'll never happen for me," like I was, you're energetically blocking the flow. So manifestation doesn't respond to wishful thinking, it responds to alignment. When you're in the vibration of abundance, you're in a state of knowing that what you want is already available to you. So you're not begging, You're not chasing. You're not wondering if it's possible. You're sitting there calm, centered, and open. Open to receiving whatever is out there for you. You trust that the same energy that created galaxies can sort out your mortgage. The universe doesn't see your dreams as big or small. That's just human perception. For the universe, a coffee and a castle, they are the same thing energetically. Both just responses to your frequency. Now, the tricky part is most of us have been conditioned into the opposite vibration. We've been taught to focus on what's missing. So we'll say things like, "I can't afford that," "I'll never get approved for that," "The market's too competitive right now." Now, those thoughts, they might seem practical, but energetically, they are just declarations of scarcity. They start to tell the Universe that, "I don't believe in my own powers to receive," and that vibration can't attract abundance. It just amplifies the lack that's already in you. So, we need to shift out of that, and gratitude is the quickest way to raise your vibration, because when you focus on what you do have—the roof over your head, the comfort of your current space, the people around you that you love—your energy naturally expands. Gratitude is kind of like an emotional Wi-Fi. It instantly reconnects you to the frequency of abundance, and the more grateful you feel for what's already here, the easier it is for more blessings to find you. Another powerful way to align is to look for evidence of abundance around you every single day, because I'll be honest, it's everywhere when you start noticing it. It might be the sunlight coming in through your window. It might be the neighbor's flowers starting to blossom. It could be the fact that you have clean water or warmth or technology at your fingertips. And when you start training your mind to spot abundance in the ordinary everyday moments, your subconscious starts believing that abundance is your natural state. And when you believe that, you start to attract experiences that match it. But it's also about the energy that you carry when you think about your dream home as well. So instead of thinking, "I can't wait to have that," shift into, "It's already mine. It's just aligning in divine timing." That small tweak, it changes everything because you'll stop feeling desperate and you'll start feeling expectant. If that makes sense. You move from lack into magnetism. And when you move through your day just embodying that quiet confidence, you know, cooking dinner, walking to the shops, even just making a little coffee on a morning, you start to radiate the vibration of someone who is already living their dream life. So if you ever catch yourself dipping into doubt, I don't want you to panic. I just want you to notice it, breathe, and remind yourself that your desires they're not random. They are intuitive guidance that is pulling you towards the version of you that already exists in that reality. So you're not trying to create something from scratch, you're just aligning with something that's already waiting for you. And this is something that I've seen happen again and again, okay? When your vibration shifts, the universe responds fast. Suddenly you might stumble upon the exact area that you'd love to live in, Or a friend might mention there's a property opportunity out of the blue just around the corner from her house. You might get a random nudge to check a listing that you've never looked at before. These moments aren't coincidences. They are synchronicities from the universe showing that your energy is finally in sync with your desire. So this week, I want you to focus less on getting your dream house and more on becoming the version of you who already lives there. I want you to live from abundance, not from lack. I want you to see beauty in what's around you right now, and I want you to carry that energy into every thought, every word, and every action. Because when you embody abundance, your outer world can't help but rearrange itself to match it. Now, what I want to talk about next is one of my favorite parts, because it's where we start blending the energetic with the practical action, okay? And it's decluttering and making space. And I don't just mean tidying up the kitchen junk drawer, although let's be honest, that's usually where most of us need to start, isn't it? Um, I'm talking about clearing physical, emotional, and energetic clutter so that the universe actually has room to deliver what you're asking for. So think of it this way: manifestation works like a bit of a delivery service. Think of it like Amazon. You place your order, which is your dream house, but if your current space or mind or energy field is overflowing with old stuff, there's nowhere for that delivery to land. So the universe's energetic Amazon driver, he's circling around the block. He's waiting for you to make some room so he can actually deliver this. Okay, when I first started working on this, I didn't realize how much clutter I was holding on to. And I've done this a few times. I usually try and do it twice a year. And I don't just mean physical things as well. I mean memories, habits, any energy that were weighing us down. So for example, if I do a physical clean, There are cupboards full of things that I haven't touched in years, like clothes I didn't wear, paperwork from a life that I'd outgrown. Every single time I looked at that stuff, it reinforced the identity of the old me, the one who wasn't ready for expansion. But the moment that I started releasing it, me energy shifted. I could literally feel space opening up inside of us. So I want you to start small. You don't have to go full Marie Kondo and thank you, socks, for the service, for example. I just want you to look around your current home and ask, "Is this aligned with the person that I'm becoming? Does it reflect the energy of the home that you're calling in?" If not, it's time to let it go. You can donate it, you can recycle it, you can sell it, or if it's sentimental, thank it for what it represented and just release it lovingly. And remember, this process isn't just about cleaning, it is symbolic. When you clear a shelf, you're not just making room for a new candle, you're showing the universe that you are serious about creating space for a new chapter. When you let go of that old armchair that never really fit in your living room, you're saying, "I'm ready for the new version of me who has furniture that matches me future." Every single drawer you tidy, whether it's in your kitchen, your bedroom, your living room, every single bag that you donate, every surface that you clear, it's a physical declaration that you are preparing for your dream home. But it's not just the physical stuff. Like I say, energetic clutter matters just as much. Are there any relationships or patterns or thoughts that no longer belong in your next chapter? Maybe you've been holding on to resentment towards an old landlord, or frustration about where you live now, or a feeling of like, oh my God, I'm stuck here in this house. That is all clutter, and it's heavy. It's really fucking heavy. You don't need to carry that into your next home. So to reset these energetics, I want you to try a ritual cleanse. Burn some incense, use some sound healing, simply open the windows and visualize that fresh energy pouring in while the old energy goes out. You can even write a list of everything that you're ready to release, whether it's physical or emotional, and burn it safely as a symbolic gesture. It doesn't have to be dramatic, but it is deeply powerful and it's quite cathartic as well. You're literally clearing energetic bandwidth so that the universe can bring new things in. And there's another layer to this as well. Decluttering your schedule and your mental space, because when we are constantly rushing or multitasking, we're stressing about timelines, there is no space for intuition to drop in. So manifestation thrives in calm, receptive energy. So create little moments of stillness in your day where you just sit and you just breathe, you center yourself, and you just listen to those inner nudges that guide you towards the right opportunities. Something magical happens once you start clearing, once you start decluttering. You begin to notice that your current space feels lighter, your mood might even start to lift, and opportunities will start to flow more easily to you as well. You might suddenly feel drawn to an area that you hadn't even considered before, or maybe even come across the perfect listing without even looking for it. That's not coincidence, it's resonance. You've made space for alignment to happen. So make this part of your manifestation ritual, because every single item that you release, every drawer that you organize, every corner of your house that you clean— see it as part of your energetic upgrade. Because every time you clear out the old, you whisper into the universe, "I'm ready for what's next." And trust us, the universe hears that loud and clear. And then once you've done all that decluttering work, this is where the fun really starts, because it's time to take that inspired action now. This is the part where the inner work starts meeting the outer world, where energy becomes momentum. And I want to stress this, by the way, but it's inspired action, not desperate action. We're not forcing things, we are just flowing with intuition. There's a huge difference between chasing something and aligning with it. Chasing something comes from panic, the energy of, "I need this to happen right now or it's all going to fall apart." Inspired action, on the other hand, it comes from confidence and excitement, knowing that it's going to come to you, knowing that your dream house is already on its way, and you're simply just following the little breadcrumbs that lead to it. So when I was manifesting me own house, the biggest shift came when I stopped trying to control everything. I'd been glued to Rightmove. I'd been refreshing listings every half hour as if the universe was just going to drop a miracle from the sky at 3 PM on a Tuesday afternoon. Then one day I decided to take a step back. I did a little bit of journaling, I asked for some guidance, and I got this quiet nudge: "Just go for a drive." And so I did. There was no agenda, there was no pressure, just a bit of curiosity. And guess what? I stumbled upon the development that we are in right now. I hadn't even seen that online before. Now, within weeks, that became the exact place that we moved to. That's inspired action. It doesn't always make sense at first, but it does feel right in your gut. So maybe even just ask yourself this week, like, what is one step that I can take this week that moves me closer to my vision? Maybe it's updating your savings plan or speaking to a mortgage advisor just to get a bit of clarity. Maybe it's organizing your finances so you feel more in control. Maybe it's walking around a neighborhood like I did that you just love to soak up the energy. By taking these inspired action steps, you signal into the universe that you're ready, you're serious, and you're engaged. Because you know what? You can sit on the couch, you can visualize a mansion, and think that it's going to appear by next Thursday, but it doesn't work like that. The universe meets you halfway. You take a step and it takes a step. You show commitment and it shows confirmation. It's kind of a collaboration between the two of you. When you move, the energy moves with you. And I always say, like, action is proof of belief. When you start acting as though your dream house is already happening, your subconscious starts to shift. You stop daydreaming, you start doing things. You might start saving differently, you might start speaking differently, you might start making decisions from a higher level of self-worth. That energy has a ripple effect on everything around you. And something else that I love doing as well is making small upgrades in my current environment. So you don't need to wait for your dream house to start living like the version of you who already has it. So buy yourself a nice cushion that matches your furniture decor. Light some candles that smell like your vision. Rearrange your space to reflect how you want to feel. Because these tiny gestures build momentum and they tell the universe that I'm already in the frequency of having what I want. And remember, inspired action doesn't always mean big leaps. Sometimes it is just a phone call, or a decision, or a conversation with your partner. Sometimes it's simply just saying no to something that doesn't align, and that frees up energy for the thing that does. The universe doesn't measure progress by effort, it measures alignment. And I think that one of the biggest blocks that stop people from manifesting their dream house— it's not the housing market, it's not money, it's not your credit score— it's your beliefs about worthiness. Because you can do all the visualization, you can script, you can declutter, you can do whatever, but if deep down you don't truly believe that you deserve what you're asking for, you'll just keep pushing it away. And that's exactly what I was doing with that £800,000 house. It's so far from where I've come from and even what I have now that it just felt a bit too disconnected. And straight away, me brain was just saying to us all the time, you don't deserve that. Worthiness is a huge energetic anchor. If you don't feel worthy of having your dream house, you're just going to subconsciously sabotage the process. You'll scroll through property listings and tell yourself, "That's too much. Can't afford that. People like me don't live in that kind of environment." You might even find excuses: "I'll wait until next year. It's not really the right time for me right now." But underneath those practical-sounding reasons is a deeper belief that you're not ready or deserving. And the universe always reflects what we believe that we're worthy of. Now, these limiting beliefs usually aren't ours to begin with. They come from childhood messages, family patterns, societal conditioning, the TV, the news. Maybe you grew up hearing that money is hard to come by, or that only a certain type of person gets to live in those kind of houses. Maybe your parents struggle to make ends meet, so now part of you feels guilty for wanting more. But the truth is, wanting a beautiful, safe, abundant home, it's not greedy. It's just your soul craving expansion, so it's like your natural state to desire more comfort, more peace, and more beauty. Now, when I was manifesting my own home, I caught myself doing the same thing. I would look at certain properties and think, "That's for people with big corporate jobs or old money. It's not for people like me." And then I realized, like, hang on a second, why not me? What makes anyone else more deserving than I am? That moment was like flipping a bit of a switch for me because the second I stopped seeing my dreams as unreachable and I started seeing them as inevitable, my energy completely changed. So to start breaking those beliefs, you've got to bring them into light. So journaling is great for this. Ask yourself, like, what stories do you tell yourself about money, housing, or success? Where did those stories come from? Are they actually true, or are they just inherited beliefs that you've never questioned? Write those thoughts down and see them on paper, and you'll start realizing how flimsy they actually are. They don't have any oomph behind them at all. And then you can rewrite them as well. So affirm your worth daily, out loud if you can. Say, "I am worthy of living in a beautiful, peaceful house. It's safe for me to have more. I deserve stability. I deserve joy." You might feel silly at first, but repetition rewires the subconscious. And every time you affirm your worth, you plant in a new energetic succeed. You could even try some EFT tapping on this, you know, tap through those acupressure points while saying things like, "Even though I used to believe I couldn't afford my dream house, I choose to believe it's possible for me now." You'll feel that energy shift physically as you release those old patterns from your body. But just remember to start treating yourself like someone who's already worthy. So don't wait until you have the dream house to feel deserving. Just embody that feeling now. Buy yourself some fresh flowers, use some fancy cups, light those nice candles. Show yourself that you are already the kind of person who lives beautifully. Then the universe takes its cue from how you treat yourself. And then the final step, once you've done all this, is trusting the divine timing and practicing detachment as well. Because once you've set your vision, you've cleared your space, you've started aligning your energy, you just want things to happen right now, don't you? We all want that instant gratification, so you'll be checking listings every morning, you'll be refreshing your emails for mortgage updates. But manifestation doesn't respond to impatience, it responds to trust. The universe is never late, it's always just aligning all the moving parts behind the scenes. So when you think it's not doing anything, it's still working away. Your dream house might already exist, but maybe someone's still living in it right now, going through their own process before it's ready to be yours. Maybe the perfect property is just about to be built. Maybe there's a financial opportunity or a chance meeting coming that makes the move effortless. You don't need to know how or when. Your job is just to stay in alignment while the universe organizes all the logistics. And I know that's easier said than done because we are humans, we're not monks. We like to see progress, but detachment doesn't mean not caring. It just means that you care enough to trust that it's already handled. It's like ordering a parcel. You don't keep emailing the shop every 5 minutes— well, unless you're one of Connie Crystal's customers— saying, "Has this been shipped yet?" You just trust that it's on its way because you've placed the order. You might check the tracking once in a while, but you don't panic. You know it's on its way to you. That's the energy that you want to be in to bring your manifestation to life. So just keep on tending to your energy and your space and your gratitude practice every single day. Speak to your dream house like it's already yours. Feel the joy of walking through its doors long before the keys are in your hand. Because one day soon, you'll look around and you'll realize that what used to be your vision board is now your living room. And when that moment comes, when you're standing in your dream house, maybe still surrounded by a few unpacked boxes and, you know, pizza boxes and stuff, because you're just starting to move in, you'll know that it wasn't luck. It's been alignment all along. And you'll know that you created this. One thought, and kind of one inspired action at a time. So I truly hope that this episode has helped you to get into the manifestation mindset of manifesting your dream home, and you just never know what's around the corner for you. Now, if you do all this work, what's to say that you don't enter one of those Omaze competitions and win an amazing house like that? What's to say that you don't inherit from a long-lost wealthy family member? What's to say that you don't win the lottery and buy yourself somewhere new? There are so many ways that it can come to you, but leave that to the universe to figure out the best course of action. You just stick to the energetics and leave the strategy to the universe.
