230: 10 Manifestation experiments you can do in the next week
13 Mar 2026 · 34 min
In episode 230 of the Canny Crystals podcast, host Mart Tweedy introduces ten practical "manifestation experiments" designed to be tried over the next seven days. He frames manifestation as a playful, experimental process rather than a rigid formula, encouraging listeners to pick the experiments that resonate with them. The ten experiments are: (1) Language Shift – catching and reframing limiting self‑talk; (2) Space Making – physically clearing space for what you want to manifest; (3) Daily Evidence – writing three daily signs of abundance; (4) Micro‑Visualization – short, frequent visualizations throughout the day; (5) Unexpected Money – noticing all forms of money that appear unexpectedly; (6) Belief Interruption – pausing and questioning limiting thoughts; (7) Generosity – giving something of value (time, compliments, etc.) each day; (8) Future Gratitude – writing three things you’re grateful for before they happen; (9) Aligned Action – taking the smallest action each morning that your future self would thank you for; (10) Letting‑Go – choosing one thing you’re waiting for and deliberately stopping the checking behavior. Throughout the episode Mart promotes his upcoming course "Abundance on Tap" (including a VIP priority list with discounted pricing), mentions the Mani Fest 2026 event, and includes ad reads for Acast, Max Rushden’s Guardian Football Weekly, and Monica Reinagel’s Nutrition Diva. The episode ends with a call to action to experiment, share results, and tune in next week for a conversation with manifestation expert Matt Cook.

Hello, American podcast listeners. Max Roshton here from The Guardian Football Weekly, which I think you should give a listen. It is good. It comes out 3 times a week and the podcast delivers you analysis, news, both the good and the bad from the beautiful game, and maybe even the occasional laugh. He's angry about everything.
He doesn't have a great poker face, does he? I would like to play cards with Bruno Fernandes.

Hello everyone, welcome back to another episode of Canny Crystals the podcast. I hope that everyone is well. Firstly, I just want to start this episode by saying thank you so, so much once again. I'm always thanking you, Lana. I'm just very, very appreciative. So a couple of weeks ago, I launched a VIP priority list for my new course, Abundance on Tap, which starts on Monday, March the 23rd. And I think I had about 300 people sign up to the VIP priority list, and over 200 of yous, over 200 of yous have actually signed up once the doors opened. For me, that is phenomenal. I am absolutely over the moon. I did say the first 200 people would get it at the reduced rate of £14 instead of £22, and do you know what, I'm going to honour that for the next 100 as well. So the first 300 people are now getting this at £14 rather than £22 quid. I think there are still like 30 spaces left as of this morning. We've got 270 people joined up so far, so 30 spaces available. If you would like to join us, you can either head on to cannycrystalsacademy.co.uk, or you can just type cannycrystalsacademy.co.uk/tap, and it will take you straight there. Come and get involved because EFT is life-changing. We spoke about this on the podcast a couple of weeks ago. It is life-changing. You will love it. It's all about wealth, money mindset. We're going to be looking really, really deep into your subconscious and why you act around money the way that you do. But anyway, getting back to this week, I am really, really excited for this episode because today I'm gonna do something a little bit different. So instead of just talking about manifestation in theory or diving deep into mindset work as I usually do, I want this episode to feel a bit like a kid's playground. And what I mean by that is that I want this to be a place where you can actually try things out and see what happens for yourself in your own life. Because I think one of the biggest mistakes that people make when they do manifestation is they treat it like some strict formula, you know, ask, believe, receive. Works for some, doesn't work for other people. Almost like it's just one perfect routine and that's it, like one magical set of affirmations that suddenly unlocks everything for you. But the truth is, manifestation doesn't really work like that, does it? So it's far more playful than people realize. Now, if you've read my book Limitless, um, you will know all about the different tools and techniques that you can use. Those ones in the book are my absolute favorites, But yeah, manifestation is playful, and some of the biggest shifts in my own life have actually come from little small experiments, you know, tiny things that I decided to try just to see what would happen. And if I'm totally honest, there were things that I didn't have any connection with, if that makes sense. So it was just like, "Oh yeah, I'll try this, but if it doesn't work, I'm fine with that." And 9 times out of 10, that thing has actually worked. So, you know, it would just be changing the way I spoke about money, or visualizing something for 30 seconds while I was making a cup of tea, or clearing space in my life before something had even arrived yet. And then suddenly something would just shift for us. So an opportunity would appear, or a message would land, or a coincidence would happen that felt just a little bit too perfect to be random. So today I want to share 10 manifestation experiments that you can try this week. They're not so much experiments, should I say, they're more like tools and techniques that you can use But what I don't want from this episode is I don't want you to feel overwhelmed thinking, "Oh my God, Mart is asking me to do 10 things over the next week." I'm not. I haven't said that once, have I? I haven't held a gun to your head. I haven't said do all 10. What I'm saying to you is take what resonates, try it out for a week. If you don't enjoy it, move on to another. Simple as that. And when I say next week, I mean next week, not next year, not when life is calmer, not when you feel more ready. I want you to try it out in the next 7 days. Because the things I'm going to talk about, these are very, very simple things. They're just kind of little energetic nudges or small mindset shifts and tiny actions that might feel a bit insignificant at first, but when you actually practice them in your real life, they can start to change the way that you think, the way you show up, and the way that opportunities begin to actually find you. And I don't want you to treat these like rules because, like I say, they are not rules. I want you to treat them like little scientific experiments. You know, put your little white laboratory coat on, pretend that we are doing a little scientific experiment. Try them, play with them, just notice what changes in your body, notice what feels different in your life, and notice what starts showing up around you. Because I think manifestation becomes a lot more powerful and a lot more enjoyable when you actually stop forcing it and you start just getting curious about it. So in this episode, I'm literally going to walk you through 10 different manifestation experiments that you can test out over the next 7 days. Now, some of these might surprise you. Some of them might feel a bit too simple. Some of them you might already be doing. Uh, one or two of them you might think, hmm, that's interesting. I've never thought about doing it like that before. That's what I'm here to do. I'm here to make you think and get curious about manifestation. But I promise you, right deep, deep down, if you actually try these rather than just listening to them, you will start to notice things shifting. Okay, so as you listen to this, go and get yourself a coffee, go for a walk, get comfortable wherever you are, and we are going to get into these 10 manifestation experiments that you can try this week. So let's get cracking. Number 1 is something that I call the language shift experiment. Now, we have done this in Manifest with Mart Tweedy a couple of times, and this might sound like a small thing, but honestly, this can be such an incredibly powerful one once you start noticing it. Actually, what I should have said at the start of this episode is get a journal and pen because you might want to write these down. So for the next 7 days, I want you to become very aware of the way that you talk about your life. That's it. But what I mean by that is not just the big things. I'm talking about the tiny everyday comments that you make even without thinking, because most of us are constantly reinforcing that exact reality that we are trying to change. So Just a couple of weeks ago on that podcast about money, I was saying things like, "I'm terrible with money." "Nothing ever works out for me." "Things are so slow at the moment." "I could never afford something like that." But the problem with all that is that we often say these things quite casually, don't we? Almost like in a joking way. But your brain is always listening. You know, your nervous system is always absorbing the story that you're telling yourself about your life. So the first experiment is really simple, and it's for the next week, just start catching yourself. That's literally it. Like, every time you say something that reinforces lack or limitation or struggle, I just want you to pause for a moment and gently reframe it. Not in a fake or forced way. We are not pretending that everything is perfect here. It's not toxic positivity. We're also not constantly declaring that life is working against us. So instead of saying, "I can't afford that," we're just going to try saying something like, 'that's not a priority for me right now.' Or instead of saying, 'Money's really tight,' we could try saying, 'I'm working on expanding my income.' Or instead of saying, 'Nothing's happening for me right now,' you could say, 'Things are building behind the scenes.' Do you see the difference? Like, one is really negative, one is quite positive and almost getting you curious about manifestation, which is the whole point of this episode. Because manifestation isn't just about visualizing for 10 minutes in the morning, is it? It's about the story that you are repeating to yourself all day long. And when you start changing that story, even just slightly, your brain starts looking for evidence that the new one might actually be true. So that's experiment number 1 for this week. Just notice your language. Catch those old patterns. Start gently choosing words that support the reality that you're moving toward rather than the one that you're trying to leave behind. Okay, so that's experiment number 1 over. So let's move on to experiment number 2, which is called the Space Making Experiment. So this is Essentially, it's decluttering. This one is quite fascinating to me because it moves manifestation out of your head and into your physical world. Now, a lot of people say that they want something new to arrive in their life, don't they? But when they actually look around, there's no room for it. And I mean that quite literally as well, because if someone says that they want to manifest a partner, for example, because this tends to be what I get emails about the most, but their bed, their wardrobe, their entire home is set up for one person, Well, energetically, they're still living as if they're alone, aren't they? So let's spin this from a different angle. If someone wants more clients or a bigger business, but their desk is quite cluttered and the systems are chaotic and they're barely keeping up with what they have now, there's no sense of readiness. Does that make sense? Like, manifestation responds incredibly strongly to signals of readiness. So this experiment really is about making space. I want you to pick one thing that you want to manifest this year. Just the one. And then I want you to ask yourself one simple question: if this arrived tomorrow, where would it actually fit into my life? And then I want you to start making room for that. So if you're calling in love, I want you to clear a drawer or a section of your wardrobe, you know, leave some space on the bedside table, make your life look like it's ready to share. If you want more money, tidy out your wallet or your purse, get rid of any expired cards or Bits of paper with like little notes on them, scrap receipts, stuff like that. Organize your bank accounts, clean up anything that feels chaotic around your finances. If you want more opportunities in your career or your business, maybe organize your desk or your workspace so that it feels ready for growth instead of survival. When you do this, okay, something shifts internally. You move from hoping something might happen to quietly expecting it. So around you, your environment will begin to reflect the future version of your life rather than the one. So that little experiment is really simple. Just choose one thing that you want to manifest and physically make space for it. Not symbolically, not just in your mind, actually in your everyday real life. Because when the universe sees that you're preparing for something rather than just wishing for it, things have a funny way of starting to move. Okay, I'll just say that. Now, experiment number 3 is called the Daily Evidence Experiment. Now, this one is all about training your brain to notice what is already working for you in your life. Because something really interesting to me about the human mind is that your brain is constantly scanning your environment looking for proof that your beliefs are correct. That's exactly what it does. That's what it's built to do. So what I mean by that is, if you believe that life is hard, your brain is going to show you all the evidence in your life that life is hard. If you believe money is difficult to attract, your brain is going to highlight every bill, every expense, and every moment that reinforces that belief. But the opposite is also true, because if you start begin training your brain to look for evidence that things are moving in your favor, it's going to start noticing these opportunities, synchronicities, coincidences, all the little wins that you might have ignored before. And this experiment is so, so simple to do. So every evening this week, before you go to bed, if you choose to do this experiment, just write down 3 pieces of evidence that abundance is already showing up in your life. And I don't want you waiting for huge dramatic things, you know, like winning the lottery or winning a car or winning one of those Omaze houses. That's not the point. It might be just something small. Maybe someone recommended your work to a friend. Maybe you had a great conversation that opened the door to a new opportunity. Maybe a customer or a client paid earlier than expected. Maybe you found money in an old coat pocket. Maybe something that you were worried about turned out far easier than you thought it was going to be. Now, those tiny moments matter because what you're doing here is you are gently retraining your mind to expect more good things. You're shifting from a mindset of nothing's happening to a mindset of actually there's quite a lot happening in me life. And once your brain gets used to spotting these little pieces of evidence, something really interesting happens. You'll begin to feel more optimistic. You'll start noticing more opportunities. You'll feel more open or more receptive or more expectant even. And that energy alone can really change the way that you move through the the world. So experiment number 3 this week is simply this: at the end of each day, write down 3 pieces of evidence that life, abundance, or opportunity is already moving in your direction. You'll honestly be really surprised how quickly that list starts growing. Right, we're on to experiment number 4 already. This is the micro visualization experiment. I love this one. I do this one probably every single day, if I'm totally honest with you. So when most people think about visualization, they imagine sitting down for 20 minutes or lay in bed, you know, closing your eyes, maybe listening to some tranquil music, trying to picture your dream life in as much detail as possible. Don't get me wrong, that can be powerful. I'm here to say you don't need to do all of that. But a lot of people struggle with that, don't they? They either feel like they're doing it wrong or they can't hold the image for long enough. Some people have, uh, what's it called, aphantasia, I think it's called, where they can't even visualize anything and all they see when they close their eyes is black. Or they simply forget to do it consistently. So this experiment takes the pressure off that completely. So instead of doing one long visualization session, you are just going to do tiny little visualizations throughout your working day. And I'm talking about 20 or 30 seconds at a time. That's all it needs to be. So for example, this morning I came into me office, I went straight over to me kettle, and as I picked up my cup, I put my cup on the side, I closed my eyes for 20, 30 seconds tops while that kettle was boiling. It took no extra time. I took a moment to imagine checking me bank account and smiling because the numbers were higher than expected. When I came over to me laptop and I sat down, I'd actually received a payment that wasn't actually due for another couple of weeks, so my bank account was higher than I'd been hoping for. It was weird. So when you are driving somewhere, you could picture yourself arriving at an opportunity that you've been hoping for. Maybe it's a new job, a business milestone, or a conversation that changes everything. Obviously, if you are driving, don't close your eyes. When you're out walking, don't close your eyes either. But just imagine the version of you who already has the life that you're working towards. It's really easy to daydream without actually closing your eyes. You know, imagine how they feel, how relaxed they are, how natural things seem to flow for them. Because those little 20-30 second moments might seem insignificant, but The sharp add-ups, because every time that you do it, you are giving your brain a tiny preview of the future. I do this when I'm sitting on the toilet. I go to the toilet, as I'm having a wee or a poo, sorry, TMI, but as I'm sat there doing me business, I will close me eyes and for 20 or 30 seconds, I will just visualize something. It really works. Every time you do it, you are giving your brain a tiny preview of the future. You're letting your nervous system practice the feeling of already being there. And when your mind becomes familiar with something, it starts feel more normal or more possible and ultimately more achievable as well. So experiment number 4 this week is instead of one big visualization session, sprinkle tiny visualizations throughout your day. You could even set yourself a phone reminder, you know, at 9 o'clock, dinner time, 12 o'clock, 3 o'clock, 6 o'clock. Just set yourself like 4 little alarms, 9, 12, 3, and 6, and just remind yourself that when that alarm goes off, that for 20 or 30 seconds, you just sit, you close your eyes, or you daydream, and you visualize your future. 30 seconds here, 20 seconds there, just little tiny snapshots of the life that you're creating. Think of them like mini trailers for your future. Experiment number 5 is the Unexpected Money Experiment. I love this one. This one is particularly interesting because it highlights something that most people never realize about money, which is the majority of people have a very narrow definition of how money is allowed to arrive in their life. Even just last week, I had one of my students in the Manifesting Money Masterclass, and she basically messaged on one of the, um, the lessons. She put in a comment underneath and said, I didn't actually realize how much I've been limiting myself because all I've been seeing in my past is that money can only come to me through my paid job. So people automatically think that money comes from one place, and that's their salary or their business or their usual income stream, whatever that is, and that's it. So the brain becomes trained to only recognize money when it arrives in that one specific way. But when you start looking closely, money flows into your life in all sorts of forms, doesn't it? You could get a refund, you could get a discount on a website. Enter the word podcast at Canny Crystals Academy or cannycrystals.co.uk, you'll get 10% off. Little shameless plug there. You could get a gift from someone. You could get someone covering your bill. You could get a client or a customer appearing out of nowhere if you're in business. You could have an unexpected opportunity to make some money. You could find cash that you forgot you had. There are a myriad— honestly, there are so many ways that you could get money into your life coming to you. All of these are forms of money energy moving towards you. So This experiment is about expanding your awareness of that flow. So for the next 7 days, I want you to notice every single way that money or financial value shows up in your life. So maybe you'll get a discount when you didn't expect it. Maybe a friend offers to buy you lunch. Maybe someone buys you a nice gift. Maybe you sell something quicker than usual on Vinted. Maybe you realize that you've been overcharged for something and you get a refund. When something like that happens, I want you to pause for a moment, and I want you to really feel into that energy and acknowledge it. You might even say to yourself, "There it is! More money is always flowing to me!" Because when you start recognizing those little moments, something will shift in your relationship with money, and instead of feeling like it's scarce or it's difficult, you'll start seeing evidence that it's actually moving around you all the time. Money is just energy. Your brain becomes more open to the idea that money can then arrive in many different ways. And interestingly, once that belief starts to expand, the opportunities for money often expand with it. So experiment number 5 is start noticing all the unexpected ways that money shows up in your life. Not just the big obvious ones, every single penny, the small ones as well, or if you're American, cent. Uh, because the more money that you recognize flowing into your life, the more natural that flow is going to begin to feel. Experiment number 6 is the Belief Interruption Experiment. This is the one that's all about catching those little thoughts that quietly sabotage you throughout your day. Because most limiting beliefs, they don't show up as, you know, "Oh my God, I'm never going to succeed." They're a bit more subtler than that. They'll sound a bit more like, "Mm, that probably won't work out," or "Someone else has already done that," or "I'm not really the kind of person who does that." "Or that sort of thing doesn't happen for someone like me." Now the tricky part here is that these thoughts come so quickly and so automatic to us that we rarely even question them. We just accept them as fact. But what if they're not facts? What if they are simply old mental habits that your brain has been repeating for years? So this experiment is about interrupting those habits. So for the next 7 days, every single time you notice a limiting thought pop into your mind, I don't want you to fight it. I don't want you to pretend it isn't there. I just want you to pause and gently question where that came from. So instead of letting your brain finish the sentence, I want you to interrupt it with something more open. So for example, if your mind says, "That could never happen for me," you could try responding with, "Maybe I don't know that yet." If your brain says, "That's unrealistic," you could say, "It might be more possible than I think." If your mind jumps straight to the worst-case scenario, ask yourself, "What if this actually worked out for me?" Do you see what we're doing here? We're not forcing that positive thinking. We are just simply loosening the grip of those old automatic beliefs. Because the moment that you stop treating every negative thought like absolute truth, you create space for a different possibility to enter. So experiment number 6 is just notice your limiting thoughts. Interrupt them. Replace certainty with curiosity. You don't have to convince yourself of anything just yet. We're just simply stopping letting those old beliefs have the final say. Experiment number 7 is the Generosity Experiment. Now, this one I love, and I do this— I'll probably do this every single week, if I'm totally honest with you. And it might seem slightly unexpected in a conversation about manifestation, but stay with us here because it is incredibly powerful. So for the next 7 days, I want you to give something away every single day. Before you panic, I'm not saying that you need to go and get a bank loan and go around handing out money to the general public like you see on those videos on TikTok, or buying people expensive gifts. That's not the point of this experiment. The point is the energy behind what you do. Because when people are stuck in a scarcity mindset, everything becomes about holding on to what you have. So you are basically wrapping your arms around everything you own and pulling it towards you, almost being like, mine, nobody else is getting You're ultimately protecting and guarding every single thing that you have. But when you step into that thought of generosity, even in very small ways, you shift into the energy of 'I already have enough.' So every day this week, I want you to give something. It could be a genuine compliment to someone. You could literally just walk up to someone in your office and be like, 'Hmm, nice dress, Donna. You look amazing today.' That's literally all it needs to be. It could be recommending someone's business, you know, recommend mine, please, I really beg of you. It could be leaving a kind review. You could go on to someone's podcast that had changed your life. You could go on to someone's website. You could go on to, I don't know, someone's Instagram, just leave them a nice comment or a nice review. It could be sharing someone's work on social media. It could be offering a helpful piece of advice. It could even be as simple as introducing two people who might actually benefit from knowing each other. These might seem like small things, but they change something internally. Because you move from the mindset of what can I get to the mindset of what can I contribute. Okay, so it's not all about giving money. It's about giving energy, giving time, and just giving focus. All of those things that I suggested there, they're all free. They don't cost us anything other than our time. They will take 30 to 60 seconds each to complete. That's all it's going to take from you. And the fascinating part about this is when you start moving through life with that energy, opportunities tend to flow back towards you in unexpected ways. Not because you're doing it as a transaction. That's important. You're not giving in order to receive. You are giving because it feels good to be someone who contributes value to the world. And that energy is incredibly magnetic. So experiment number 7 is for the next 7 days, Give something away every single day. Something kind, helpful, generous, whatever it is you choose. But I just want you to notice how it changes the way you feel and the way that people begin responding to you. Experiment number 8 is the gratitude for the future experiment. Now, most people are familiar with gratitude practices. I should really hope so by now. We're at, what's this, episode 230? I think I speak about gratitude in every episode. The act of gratitude is literally just writing down things that you're thankful for from your day. Yeah, the things that have already happened, the good moments, the small wins. And that is beautiful because gratitude is incredibly powerful because it shifts your focus away from what's missing and towards what's already present for you in your life. But this experiment takes gratitude one step further. So instead of only being grateful for what has already happened, you are going to start feeling grateful for things before they arrive. Oh, this might seem a bit triggering to people. So for the next 7 days, every single morning, I want you to write down 3 things that you are grateful for that haven't actually happened yet. For example, this morning I've got on my list: I am so grateful for the new opportunities opening up in my business. I am so grateful for the financial freedom that is coming into my life. I am so grateful for the incredible, amazing people that I'm meeting this year. So what you're doing here is you are creating emotional familiarity with the future that you want. So your brain and your nervous system will begin practicing the feeling of already having it. And this is where manifestation becomes interesting, because your mind doesn't distinguish particularly well between a vividly imagined experience and a real one. So when you repeatedly feel gratitude for something, even before it exists physically, you start aligning yourself emotionally with that future version of your life. So you'll start begin to expect it, you'll start noticing opportunities that match it, and you'll start behaving like someone who believes that it's possible. So experiment number 8 is every single morning to write down 3 things that you are grateful for that haven't yet happened, and just let yourself feel the gratitude as if they're already unfolding. You're not forcing it, you're not pretending, you are just allowing yourself to step into the energy of appreciation for the life that is on its way to you. Now, experiment number 9 is the aligned action experiment. This is where manifestation stops being purely energetic and it starts becoming practical. Because a lot of people love the mindset work, you know, the journaling, the visualizations, the affirmations, the crystals, the tarot, the Reiki. And those things absolutely have their place, don't get us wrong. But manifestation also responds very strongly to movement. So when you take action that aligns with the life that you are trying to create, you start sending a very clear signal. You're not just wishing for change, you're participating in it. So the experiment is that every morning this week, ask yourself one simple question: What is the smallest action today that my future self would thank me for? What is the smallest action today that my future self would thank me for? And I'm not talking about the biggest action or the most overwhelming one, just the smallest thing. So maybe it's sending an email that you've been putting off. Maybe it's posting a piece of content that you've been overthinking. Maybe it's applying for something that you've been hesitating about. Maybe it's organizing something in your life that you know will help you grow as a person. Often the things that move our lives forward are surprisingly small, but we delay them because we think that progress needs to look big and dramatic. But the truth is, manifestation loves momentum, and momentum is built through consistent small actions. So once you've identified that one thing that your future self would thank you for, go and do it. Don't overthink it, don't wait for perfect timing, just take that first step. Because every single time that you act in alignment with the person that you're becoming, you reinforce that identity. So you stop waiting for the future to arrive and you start meeting it halfway instead. So experiment number 9 this week is that each morning you are going to ask yourself what your future self would thank you for, and then take that one small step in that direction. And then last but very not least, uh, experiment number 10 is the letting go experiment. Now this one might sound a little bit strange at first, but it's actually one of the most powerful shifts that you can make in manifestation, because sometimes the very thing blocking what we want is how tightly we are holding on to it. You've probably experienced this before. You're waiting for an email, you keep checking your inbox every 10 minutes. You're hoping that someone will message you back, so you keep looking at your phone. Or you've launched something on the internet and you're constantly refreshing the sales page to see if anything has opened. The energy behind all of that, behind every single one of those behaviors, is tension. It's that feeling of watching, waiting, monitoring, almost like you're standing at your door saying, is it here yet? Is it here yet? Is it here yet? But interestingly, when people finally stop checking or stop chasing and they just go out and live their lives, that's often when things arrive. So the message will come through, or the sale will happen, or the opportunity will appear. So this experiment is about practicing detachment. So I want you to choose one thing that you are currently waiting for or hoping for. Maybe it's a reply from someone, maybe it's a new financial opportunity, Maybe it's a decision that's out of your hands. And then for the next week, I want you to make a conscious decision to just stop checking in on it. Stop refreshing the page. Stop analyzing whether it's working yet. Stop chasing it mentally. You're using up all of your energy by doing all of this. Just place the intention out there and then go back to living your life. Focus on your day. Focus on the things that you enjoy. Focus on creating momentum elsewhere in your life. Because manifestation often works best when intention is paired with trust. So you set the direction and then you just allow life a little space to respond. Yeah, so imagine yourself that you have just ordered a pizza. They've said, "Oh, it's going to be 30 to 60 minutes for delivery." So you stand outside your house and you just stand and you look around and you think, "Where's my pizza?" And after the first minute you ring and they say, "No, no, it's going to be 30 to 60 minutes." So then after the second minute, you ring, and they say, "No, no, we said 30 to 60 minutes." The third time you ring, they say, "Unfortunately, we're going to cancel this order. You're an absolute nut job." The universe will literally cancel your order if you keep on checking on it. Does that make sense? Practice detachment. Let it go. So experiment number 10 is to pick one thing that you're waiting on and let it go. See what happens when you stop gripping so tightly and you start trusting the process a little more instead. So there you have it. They are my 10 manifestation experiments that you can try over the next week. The important thing here is, you know, don't just listen to this episode and think, "Ah, that was interesting." I want you to actually try one of these. Pick one or two that stood out to you. Test them in your real life. Change the language you use. Start noticing evidence of abundance. Make space in your house for what you want. Take one small aligned action every single day. Because manifestation isn't just something that only happens during journaling or meditation. It's something that is woven through the way you think, the way you speak, the way you move through the world. And sometimes the smallest shifts can create the biggest ripple effects. You might find that your mindset starts changing. You might notice opportunities that you hadn't seen before because you've had horse blinkers on. You might even start seeing little coincidences that make you think, "That's interesting, that feels a bit like the universe responding." And that's the fun part. So treat this week like a playground. Be curious, be open, and just notice what happens around you. I would genuinely love to hear how you get on. So if you try any of these experiments and something interesting happens, send us a message on Instagram, drop me a comment on any of my posts. I always love to hear your stories because, yeah, they're just so magical. But before we finish this episode, I just need to tell you about next week's episode because I'm very excited about this one. Next week on the podcast, I am joined by the incredible Matt Cook.
