238: This is why nothing's happening... and how to fix it FAST!
7 May 2026 · 36 min
In this episode of the Canny Crystals podcast, host Mart Tweedy opens with a series of sponsor reads (Wayfair’s Fourth of July clearance, Mervis Diamond Importers, ZipRecruiter) before diving into a personal wedding anecdote that sets the stage for a deep dive into manifestation. Tweedy recounts attending a listener’s wedding with co‑host Francesca Amber, highlighting the awkwardness of arriving early and the ensuing conversations about law of attraction. The core of the episode is a seven‑step framework designed to help listeners move past the “nothing’s happening” phase of manifestation. The steps cover: (1) recognizing and releasing the need to control outcomes, (2) separating desire from a fixed route, (3) acting as if the result is already true rather than waiting for evidence, (4) loosening fixation on a single option, (5) deliberately collecting small wins as evidence, (6) building self‑trust to reduce external reassurance, and (7) making a firm decision that things are working out. Throughout, Tweedy emphasizes honesty, fear awareness, openness to better alternatives, and consistent internal confidence. The episode concludes with a promotion for the upcoming Manifest 2026 event (dates, ticket options, speakers, workshops) and a brief plug for Chris Guillebeau’s Side Hustle School podcast. The tone shifts from conversational storytelling to instructional guidance, ending with enthusiastic calls to share the episode and attend the event.

Hello, welcome back to another episode of Canny Crystals, the podcast. I hope that you're all doing well. I'm going to start this episode with a little bit of a story time. So last weekend I got invited— well, actually, no, I didn't get invited personally. Francesca Amber was invited to go to a podcast listener's wedding. So funny story, a couple of months ago I was looking after all of Fran's emails and fielding all of her emails in her inbox for her. After she got rid of her admin support. And this email came in from this guy called Adam, and it just said, my wife is such a huge fan of yours, it would be absolutely incredible if you could potentially come to our wedding day and surprise her. So I sent it to Fran, and we looked into it, and this woman is actually coming to Manifest. So she's in Fran's book club, she's coming to Manifest. I thought, right, okay, shall I just say yes, you'll come? And Fran agreed to it, and she said, well, I'm going to ask if there's any possibility that I can bring a one, and then I'm not on my own, and then you can come as well. So she asked, they said, yeah, that's absolutely fine. So anyway, me and Fran rocked up at this wedding at 11 AM, suited and booted. I had a three-piece suit on, Fran had a big flowing dress on, and we went into the venue and there was like nobody about. We were like, what's going on? Didn't understand what was happening. And then this man walked past us with a suit bag, and Fran just said, oh, are you here for the wedding? And he said, "Yeah, yeah, we're just going off to get changed now." And me and Fran kind of looked at each other and were like, "Well, we thought we were supposed to be here for 11." He said, "No, no, it doesn't start till 1." I had looked at the invite, I saw the number 1, and for some reason I saw double and I thought it said 11, but it didn't, it said 1. So me and Fran are now at this wedding venue 2 hours before anyone else. We are sat in the car directly underneath the bedroom where the bride and all of the bridal party are getting ready.. They're constantly at the window, so me and Fran just had to sit in the car with the sun visors down so they couldn't see us. Oh my God, we were so stressed. But anyway, we sat right at the very back of the service on the bride's side, and little did we know, but when the bride came to walk down the aisle— it was like an outdoor wedding— she literally had to walk from directly behind us. So she spotted us as the first two people, and I think she just mouthed the words, 'What the fuck?' because she didn't have a clue what was going on. And the rest of the day developed.
It was absolutely amazing.
Best whether it was an outdoor wedding at Saltmarsh Hall, I think it was called, in Goole. It was absolutely stunning, absolutely beautiful. The bride was amazing, um, all of her friends and family were absolutely beautiful. Oh, it was just so, so nice. So as the day progressed, we were like explaining to people like how we got an invite, because obviously people come up to you all day, say, oh, so how do you know Adam and Catherine? And me and Fran were just like, at first we started like messing around with it, and I think Fran at one point said, oh, I'm Catherine's OnlyFans accountant. And a few people were like, "Oh, really?" They didn't really understand. But then we eventually explained what had happened and that the groom had reached out, blah blah blah. And then people were saying, "Oh, so you're both podcasters? What's the podcast about?" Obviously then that gets people talking about law of attraction, manifestation. So there was one point where I was sat on a table with these two sisters and I was talking away to them, and one of them asked for a little bit of manifestation advice. Now, as she asked this question though, I could hear the desperation in her voice. It was almost like a voice face was cracking a little bit, and you could see she was eager for me to be able to tell her how to manifest what she wanted. And then she went on to tell me all the different things that she has put into place to make sure that she gets this very specific manifestation. Now, for me, it was pretty much overkill because I was like, whoa, you're doing far too much, you're giving off desperate vibes here, you just need to relax a little bit. And so I thought I'd do an episode all about that exactly. So this episode isn't specifically for her, but I'm hoping that this can help you as well, because even on a day-to-day basis, I get emails or messages, like DMs in my inbox, and people are desperate. People are desperate for the things that they want in life, and people really are going above and beyond what they probably need to be doing. You know that feeling when you really, really want something, like you really, really want it, and you've been doing all the things. So you might have journaled on it, you've visualized it, you've probably spoken to your mates about it 47 times, you might have even bought a crystal for it, but yet nothing's happening. So there might be no signs, no movement, no evidence, and you're just sat there like, right, is this actually working, or am I just chatting to myself in a notebook here? And that there is the exact moment where most people fall off their manifestations, because I could tell that's exactly what this woman was doing when she was talking to us about all the things that she was doing. She was saying like, I'm just going 'Give up, it's pointless doing it.' But obviously, if something isn't happening, it's not necessarily because you're not capable of manifesting it, but because you don't know how to hold the belief when there's nothing in front of you confirming it. Do you get what I'm saying? And this is the bit that no one really teaches you properly, because everyone loves to talk about setting intentions, raising your vibration, but no one talks about what to do in that in-between phase where it feels like absolutely nothing is happening. And your low-key question in your entire life. So this is where this episode comes in, because I'm going to show you how to trust that things are working out for you even when you've got zero evidence of it. And, you know, I want to do this episode without you lying to yourself, without you forcing toxic positivity, without you even pretending that you're fine when you're absolutely not. So I'm going to break it down into the 7 steps that you can actually use in your real life and not just nod along to and forget 5 minutes later after you finish this podcast episode. So if you've ever felt stuck in that it's not working energy, this is going to shift something for you, okay? So on my list, step number 1, I want you to be honest about where you're trying to control everything in your life, okay? We're starting here because if you don't get this part, none of the rest is going to land for you, okay? When you say things like, I just want to know that it's going to work out, or oh my God, I just need a sign "I need a sign that I'm on the right track," or "I need something to happen so that I can believe it." What you're actually doing is you're trying to control the outcome. And I get it, of course you are, because control feels safe, doesn't it? If you can control how it happens, when it happens, who it happens with, what it looks like, then you feel like you can protect yourself from all the things that could go wrong along the way. But the truth that most people don't want to admit is that you don't actually want the manifestation. You want certainty. So you want to know that you won't be rejected. You want to know that you won't fail, or that you won't look stupid, or that it's not going to fall apart after you get it. So what do you do? You grip onto a very specific outcome. So for example, you might be like, "Oh, it has to be with this person," or "It has to be this exact amount of money," or "It has to happen in this time frame," or "It has to look this very specific way." and then when it doesn't happen, you start to spiral. Not because it's not working, but because it's not working the way that you decided that it should be. And that's where people get stuck for months and sometimes even years. And the mad part about this is the more you try to control it, the slower it's going to move, because you're basically saying to the universe, "I don't trust you. I know better. Just do it my way." But meanwhile, you've got tunnel vision. You've got the horse blinkers on. You're focusing on one door, you're banging on it trying to force it open, while behind you there are 5 other doors around you that are already unlocked. So you just don't look at them. So I want you to actually pause here, and I just want you to ask yourself this properly and see what comes up. Where in your life are you trying to force something to happen in a very specific way? Where in your life are you trying to force something to happen in a very specific way? You might want to pause this episode here, you might want to journal on that. But is it a person? Is it money? Is it your business? Is it a timeline that you've got in your head? And then once you've got that answer down on paper, go a level deeper. What are you actually scared would happen if this didn't work out the way that you want it to? Because that fear right there, that's the real thing that's running the show. It's not your desire or your goal or your vision. It's your fear. And until you see that clearly, you'll keep on trying to control things that were never meant to be controlled in the first place. So this isn't about telling you to stop wanting what you want because you're allowed to want big things. We all are. You're meant to. But there's a difference between desire and attachment. Desire says, "Oh my God, I'd love this," whereas attachment says, "It has to be this or everything else has gone wrong." And that attachment is what blocks you from seeing what's actually trying to come in for you. So your job in this step isn't to fix anything yet. It's just to have a bit of self-awareness. So call yourself out, gently but honestly, because the moment that you see where you're gripping on too tightly, you'll be able to start loosening it, and that's where everything will start to shift for you. So step 2 is to separate what you want from how it has to happen. So this is where people unknowingly sabotage themselves. You say you want love, but really you've decided that it has to be with one specific person. Or you will say that you want money, but really you've decided that it has to come through that one idea, or that one opportunity, or that business that you have, or your employment, for example. Or you might say that you want success, but really you've built a full film in your head of exactly what that success needs to look like. So the problem here isn't the desire. The problem is that you've glued the desire to one specific route and one avenue. So, when that route doesn't actually move, you think that nothing's working. But it's not that nothing's working, it's just that you've ignored every other possible way that it could come in. So, let us explain this in a way that actually lands for you. So, imagine that you're in traffic, you're at a standstill, you're sat there, you're creeping forward, you know, 2 miles an hour, you're getting more and more frustrated because you're late for work, and your sat nav says to you, "Stay on this road." But what you can't see is that if you just turned off at the next exit, you'd skip the entire queue and you'd be at work early. So you can't see it, but it exists. Now, that's the difference between your perspective and a higher perspective. So you're in the car, you're looking straight ahead, you're just seeing what's in front of you, but there's a bigger view available that can see all the routes and all the shortcuts and all those better options as well. You just don't have access to it from where you're sat right now. So when you decide it has to happen like this, you're basically ignoring that bigger perspective completely. You're saying, "No thanks, I'll just stay in the traffic actually." And this is where most people miss out on things that are genuinely better for them because you're focused on one person. Meanwhile, someone 10 times more aligned walks past you and you don't even notice. Or you're focused on one way of making money but meanwhile there's an easier, more natural way trying to come through and you keep on blocking it. Or you're focused on one timeline, but meanwhile things are lining up in a way that would actually make it smoother, more stable, and longer-lasting, but you're rushing it because you need it to be done for a specific time frame. So this is the shift that I want you to make in this step. Keep the desire, but loosen the grip on the route, so how you get there. Loosen your grip on that. So instead of, "It has to be this," start moving on to my favorite saying, which is, "This or something better." And I know people say that all the time, but I want you to actually mean it. This or something better. So this is about genuinely opening yourself up. You're saying, "I still want love, but I'm open to whatever comes through," or, "I still want money, but I'm open to how that arrives." or I still want success, but I don't need it to look that very specific way that I originally imagined. And what that does is it takes you out of resistance, because when you're forcing one specific path, you're constantly checking it. You're saying, is it working yet? Why hasn't it happened? What am I doing wrong? That's pressure. But when you open up the route, you start to relax. So you still show up and take action and move towards what you want, but you're not gripping onto it so tightly that you miss everything else. And that's when things start to come in even faster, and often better as well than what you originally planned. So your job for step number 2 is very simple. Look at the thing that you want most right now, and then ask yourself honestly, "Have I decided exactly how this needs to happen?" If the answer is yes, which it probably is, just loosen it ever so slightly. You don't need to throw it away. You don't need to do anything with it. You just need to stop treating it like it's the only option for you to get from A to Z. Because it's not. And the moment that you allow more in, you're going to give the universe more to work with, and that's when things are going to start and get really interesting for you. So with that, we move on to step 3, which is to stop waiting for evidence and become the person who expects it. Now, this is the one that, if I'm honest, stings a little bit because it calls you out. So most people say they believe that things will work out, but their behavior says the complete opposite. So they're checking constantly. They are looking for signs 24/7. They're overthinking every little thing. They're reading into silences. They're panicking when nothing moves. And all of that is coming from one place, which is "I'll believe it when I see it." But manifestation doesn't work like that. It's actually the other way around. You see it after you believe it. And I know that can feel a bit backwards because your brain is like, "Why would I believe something when I've got no proof of it?" But think about it like this: if you only allow yourself to believe once there's evidence, you're always just going to be reacting to reality. You're not going to be creating reality, you're just going to be reacting to it. And that means that technically you're always going to be one step behind because you're going to be waiting for life to prove something to you instead of deciding who you are and letting life catch up. So what we need to do here is flip that completely. So instead of asking 'Where's the proof that this is working?' Start asking, 'How would I show up if I already knew that this was inevitable?' Because that version of you moves very differently. They're not desperate or overthinking. They're not checking the phone every 5 minutes. They're calm. They're grounded. They're certain that this is going to happen for them, not because they've seen it, but because they've decided it. And believe me when I say this, but that decision is what changes everything, because your energy starts matching the outcome before it arrives. So you'll start making cleaner decisions. You'll stop chasing, you'll stop forcing, and you'll stop entertaining things that don't align with you. And that alone shifts what you experience. So let's make this practical. For example, if you knew that your business was going to succeed— if you've got a business, of course— if you knew that your business was going to succeed without a doubt, how would you show up today? Would you hesitate as much? Would you overthink what you post on Instagram and social media? Would you avoid putting yourself out there? Absolutely fucking not. You'd move, wouldn't you? If you knew that the right person was coming into your life, if you were looking for love, would you be obsessing over the wrong one right now? No, you'd relax. You'd have standards. You'd stop settling for half-assed energy, wouldn't you? So if you knew that the money was coming, would you be sat in a panic and scarcity all day? Of course you wouldn't. You'd feel a level of calm certainty even before it landed. Now that's the shift. You're not pretending, you're not deluding yourself. It's not like fake it till you make it or anything like that. You are choosing an identity and then backing it with your actions. And that's where a lot of people get it wrong, because they try to feel positive all the time instead. That's not the goal here. You're allowed to have off days. You're allowed to feel frustrated, for God's sake. But underneath that, there's still a decision, and that decision is, "It's working out for me regardless." That's the foundation. So your job for step 3 is to stop looking outward for reassurance. Start creating it internally. Catch yourself when you're checking for evidence and instead start saying something like, "If I fully trusted that this was happening, what would I do right now?" and then go and do that, even if it feels slightly uncomfortable at first, because the more that you act from that place, the more natural it's going to become to you. And before long, you won't need any evidence to believe because you'll have built a level of certainty that doesn't rely on what's happening around you. And that's when things will start to really move for you. Right, so step 4 on my list is to stop obsessing over one option like it's the last person on earth. I'm going to say this with love to you because some of you are acting like there's one single person, one single opportunity, or one single path in the entire universe. And if that doesn't work out, that's it, game over, pack it up, lights off. And I even caught Fran saying it last weekend at that wedding as well. She said it was something along the lines of like— I can't remember exactly what it was, but it was something like there are no more good men left on this planet kind of energy. And I promise you, there are. Because this is where people completely block themselves without even realizing it, because you get so emotionally invested in one specific thing that you lose all awareness of what else is available to you. So you're locked in with tunnel vision, blinkers on again. You're refreshing their Instagram like it's your full-time job. You're rereading old messages like there's going to be a hidden clue that you missed the first 12 times. You're analyzing every tiny detail thinking, what does this mean? 'Why did this happen? Is this a sign?' Meanwhile, life is trying to move you in a completely different direction, and you're just not having it. And I get it, because when you decide, 'This is the thing that I want,' your brain latches onto it, and it tries to make it make sense. So it tries to problem solve, doesn't it? And it tries to control it and secure it. But the problem is, when you become fixated like that, you don't just focus on that one option. You energetically close yourself off to everything else. So opportunities can literally be right in front of you and you won't even notice them. Now that could be a better job, easier money, the person who actually matches your energy, or the opportunity that would have taken half the effort and given you double the result. Now all of that can pass you by because you're too busy trying to force one specific thing to work. It's like going into a restaurant ordering one thing off the menu, them telling you that it's sold out, and instead of choosing something else, you just sit there starving, staring at the waiter, feeling sorry for yourself. At some point, you've got to laugh at yourself a bit and go, right, what am I actually doing here? Because this isn't about lowering your standards or settling for less. It's not that at all. It's the exact opposite, in fact. It's about recognizing that what you really want isn't that one specific person or that one specific situation. It's the feeling that you think that it's going to give you. So this could be to do with love, security, uh, freedom, excitement, expansion, ease. And there are so many other ways for you to experience that, more than you can currently probably see. So instead of gripping on to one thing like your life depends on it, I want you to open your awareness slightly Not massively. I'm not asking you to like swing the other way and go completely detached overnight. Just soften it a little bit. Instead of, "It has to be this," move into, "This would be great, but I'm open." Open to meeting someone better, open to an easier opportunity, open to something that actually feels more aligned. Because when you do that, your energy changes instantly, and you stop chasing, you stop over-analyzing, you stop putting something on a pedestal that might not even be right for you, and you come back into your own space and your own power. And ironically, that's when things either come towards you naturally or something better even replaces them without you having to force it. So your job here isn't to force yourself to move on or pretend that you don't care. It's just to loosen your grip enough to allow something else to breathe, because right now you might be holding on to something so tightly that there's no space for anything better to come in. And trust me when I say this, there is always something better available when you're willing to see it. So step 5 is to start building evidence, but in a way that actually works. Now, this is where people go wrong, because they hear "don't rely on evidence" and they think that that means that you just sit there blindly hoping for the best. Absolutely not. I'm not asking you to wait for big dramatic proof that your whole life is changing overnight, because that's obviously where frustration will start to kick in. But what you do instead is you just start collecting small wins on purpose. So you train your brain to see movement, because right now if you're feeling stuck, your brain is basically filtering for everything that isn't working. So what I mean by that is you're going to start and ignore the good. You're going to dismiss the progress or overlook the little shifts, and then you're going to say to yourself, "See, now it's happening." It's not that nothing's happening at all, it's just that you're not noticing it. So we flip that. You become someone who actively looks for evidence, but you define what counts. So not kind of like, "I've just manifested 10K," or, "They've just messaged me to say that they love me." Of course that's evidence, but it's not where you start. You start with little things like you might have had an idea and you actually acted on it, or you felt a bit more confident speaking up, or you noticed that you didn't spiral as much as you usually would. Or you said no to something that didn't quite feel right. Or you felt calm for 5 minutes instead of being stressed all day. Now, all of those are wins, and they all count, because that is movement. That is you becoming the version of you who can hold the thing that you want. Because manifestation isn't just about getting the thing, is it? It's about becoming the person who can receive it, keep it, and not sabotage it the second it arrives. So these small shifts matter more than you think, and when you start noticing them, something really powerful happens. Your brain starts to think, "Oh well, you know, maybe this is working for me," and just that little thought softens the resistance. So you might not feel as desperate or as behind as everyone else, or you might not feel like you're constantly failing, but instead you start to feel like you're actually in it, like things are building, like something is actually happening even if it's not fully there yet. And that energy is completely different. So here's what I want you to do for this step. At the end of each day for the next week, just ask yourself, "What moved today?" Not, "What didn't happen yet?" or "What went wrong?" or "Why is this still not happening for me?" Just, "What moved today?" Don't brush it off. Write it down if you need to, because when you start stacking that evidence day after day, your belief system is going to start to grow naturally. Of course it has to. And doing it this way, you don't have to force it. You don't have to fake positivity. You're literally showing yourself, I'm changing, things are shifting, and I'm moving forward. And that's how you bridge the gap between having absolutely no evidence and actually trusting that it's working for you. You build it yourself piece by piece, and before you know it, you're no longer someone waiting for that proof. You're someone who expects things to work out because You've seen it building the whole time. Step number 6 is to build self-trust so that you can stop needing constant reassurance. This is one of the deepest layers that most people completely overlook, I won't lie, and it's the reason that people keep on going round in circles because when you're constantly asking, "Is this going to work?" or "Am I on the right path?" what you're really saying underneath all of this is, "I don't trust myself to handle whatever happens." So you look outside of yourself for answers. You want signs or synchronicities or validation or reassurance, someone to tell you that you're doing it all right, or you want something or someone to confirm that you're safe. That's basically what it comes down to. But the more that you rely on that, the weaker your self-trust will become, and it'll eventually turn into a loop where you don't move unless you feel certain. But let's be real and honest here, you're never going to feel certain because you're not actually building that trust within yourself. And this is why two people can be in the exact same situation and respond completely differently, because one person will move forward and take action and, you know, back themselves and figure it out as they go, and the other might hesitate and overthink and second-guess every decision and stay stuck waiting for clarity. Now, the difference here isn't luck, it's just self-trust. And self-trust isn't something that you magically wake up with one day. It's built through experience and through action and through proving to yourself that you can rely on yourself. And it's built when you follow through on things that you said that you'd do, even when you don't feel like it, or when you make decisions without having every single answer already mapped out for you, or when you listen to your intuition and you act on it and you realize that you were right to trust yourself. Just think about it for a second. Like, if every time you had an intuitive nudge you ignored it, or you talked yourself out of it, or you waited for confirmation before acting, you're just teaching yourself that your own voice isn't enough. So of course you're going to feel unsure. But if you start acting on those nudges, even in small tiny ways, you're going to begin to gather proof that you can trust your own judgment, that you can move without knowing everything. Or that you can handle whatever comes next. And that changes how you show up in life completely. So you'll stop asking, "What if this goes wrong?" because you know that even if it does, you'll deal with it and you'll adjust, you'll figure it out, and you always do. That's just how it works. Now, that's what creates real confidence— not having a perfect plan, but knowing that you can handle imperfect situations. So instead of trying to force belief that everything is going to work out, just shift your focus slightly. Start building the kind of self-trust where it doesn't matter if things don't go exactly to plan because you know that you've got yourself either way. That's what removes the fear and what loosens the need for control, and ultimately it's going to allow you to take action without constantly needing reassurance. So your job in this step is to just start keeping small promises to yourself. So if you say you're going to do something, do it. If you feel a pull towards something, act on it. If something doesn't feel right, honor that instead of overriding it. These might seem like small insignificant things, but I'm telling you now, they will stack up quite quickly. Each one is a vote for "I trust myself." Yeah, and the more that you build that, the less that you'll find yourself needing that external proof that things are working out, because you'll already know that no matter what happens next, you're capable of handling it, and that's a completely different level of certainty. So the last step for you is to decide that it's working out for you and move in life like it's already done. Now, this is where everything pulls together. It's also the part that people resist the most because it feels a bit like, what, you just want me to decide? Yes, yes I do, because at some point you've got to stop analyzing, stop questioning, stop trying to figure out every single possible outcome and just actually choose what you believe. So not based on evidence, not based on how things look right now, or whether it makes perfect logical sense. I want you to choose it because you understand that staying in doubt isn't serving you. Now, most people live in this constant middle ground of, "Mm, I kind of believe in manifestation, but I'm not entirely sure," and they'll dip in and out. One day they might be motivated to take action, the next day they're convinced that it's not happening for them. So they're back and forth, back and forth, and that inconsistency is what's going to keep them stuck. So this step is ultimately about drawing a line under that. You're going to decide, "This is working out for me. I don't know exactly how. I don't know exactly when, and I don't need to." Full stop. That's all it needs to be. Now, that doesn't mean that you're going to sit on the couch and do nothing. It means that you move through your life with that decision sitting underneath every single thing that you do. So you're going to take action from it. You're going to make decisions from it and hold yourself differently because of it. And that's where your energy shifts in a really noticeable way because you're not constantly looking over your shoulder thinking, "Oh my God, is it here yet? Is it happening yet?" You're not panicking every single time something doesn't go to plan. You're not reading into every little delay like it's a sign that everything's falling apart. You become a lot more steady, a lot more grounded, and a lot less reactive. Ironically, that's what allows things to fall into place quicker because you're no longer interfering with the process every 5 minutes. Think about it like this: if you ordered something online, you wouldn't sit there refreshing the tracking page every 30 seconds, would you? You wouldn't be sat emailing customer service, canceling the order, reordering it, changing your mind, and then wondering why it hasn't arrived yet. But that's essentially what people do with their manifestations. They decide that they want something, and then they immediately start doubting it, checking it, overthinking it, questioning it, and then they wonder why it feels messy. This step is you placing the order and then allowing it. So you still live your life, you still show up, you still take action where it feels right to do so, but you're not constantly interfering. You've made the decision and now you're backing it. So your job here is to pick the thing that you're currently doubting the most and make a clean decision around it. So you're going to say, "This is working out for me." Not, "I hope it does," or not, "I'll believe it when I see it." Not, "Maybe if I do everything perfectly." "This is working out for me." And when your brain tries to pull you back into doubt, because it will, don't get us wrong, you don't fight it or panic. You just return to the decision. "This is working out for me." Again and again if you need to. "This is working out for me." Because this isn't about never having doubts. It's about not letting those doubts run the show. And the more you practice this, the quicker you come back to certainty, and the quicker you stabilize, and the quicker you stop getting thrown off by every little thing. And that's when you'll start to feel it. It's kind of like a quiet, grounded knowing that things are unfolding, even if you can't see all the pieces of the jigsaw yet. And from that place, things don't just hopefully work out. They tend to work out better than you expected. Okay, so let's bring this all together because my list is here. I've given you a lot there, and I want you to actually use it rather than just think, "That was a nice episode," and carry on exactly as you were. So at the core of all of this, it isn't about force and belief when you don't have evidence. It's about shifting how you're showing up in that in-between phase. So instead of trying to control everything, you're going to start noticing where fear is driving that need. Instead of locking on to one specific outcome, you're gonna open yourself up to all the different ways that things can unfold. Instead of waiting for proof, you're gonna begin acting like it's already working anyway. Instead of obsessing over one option, you're gonna create space for something better. Instead of ignoring progress, you're gonna start recognizing all the small wins that are happening every single day for you. Instead of looking outside yourself for reassurance, you're gonna build trust in your own decisions. And finally, you're gonna decide that it will happen. That's the shift, and I want you to really take this in. You decide that it will, okay? You don't need any more signs. You don't need any more proof. You don't need to wait for everything to line up perfectly before you feel confident in doing so. What you need is consistency in how you think, how you act, and how you respond when things aren't instantly going your way. Because that's what's going to determine whether you keep moving forward or not, or whether you go back into that cycle of doubt and overthinking. So if you take anything from this episode, it should be that things don't start working out when you finally get evidence. They start working out when you stop needing that evidence. And if you can hold on to that even a little bit more than you did before, you'll start to notice things shift in ways that you didn't expect. Okay, so I hope that this landed for you. If it has, send it to someone who might need to hear it, because I promise you there are a lot of people sat in that, oh my God, nothing's happening, that kind of phase right now. Okay, we all need a little bit of help every now and again, so please do send this to a friend, tag them, let them know about this episode, send them it on WhatsApp, post it in a WhatsApp group, share it on your story, do what you need to do, spread the message.
