Hey you, welcome back to the podcast and thank you for tuning in wherever you are right now. My name is Mart Tweedy. I'm your host. And whether you're driving somewhere, whether you're out on a walk, doing the housework, sat with a coffee, or maybe you've just intentionally pressed play because something in the title made you think, yep, I need this one. I'm really glad you're here, whatever the reason, because I think today's episode is one of those conversations where you're probably going to hear yourself in it somewhere. You know those moments when you say things like, why do I keep on doing this? Or why do I keep ending up in the exact same situations? Over and over again. Or maybe you know exactly what you want in life— more money, more confidence, more happiness, more success, a relationship, a different career, a bigger life— and yet somehow you feel like you've got one foot on the accelerator and one foot on the brake at the same time. Like part of you wants more, but another part of you is quietly pulling you backwards, keeping you safe. Because we can become really focused on changing our thoughts, setting goals, visualizing our future, and trying to become this next version of ourselves. But what if there are subconscious patterns quietly running in the background? What if there are hidden beliefs or behaviors and protective mechanisms that are operating underneath it all that we don't even realize are there? And that's exactly what we're getting into today. So today's podcast guest is Poppy Dalbridge, author of the brand new book Unlock Your Power, and we're diving into subconscious patterns, identity, self-sabotage, nervous system work, the imps that she talks about in the book, and those hidden loops that can keep us stuck in familiar cycles without us even realizing. So we're going to be talking about why we sometimes hold ourselves back right before something big happens, how to tell the difference between fear and intuition, why success can sometimes feel uncomfortable, and ultimately how to stop living life on autopilot and start consciously creating the life that you want. Honestly, there are a few moments in this conversation where I was sat thinking, 'Oh wow, that's totally me.' So if you've ever felt like there's another level of life waiting for you but you're not quite sure what's standing in the way, this episode is for you.
So Poppy, welcome back to the show and congratulations on the new book. So, 'Unlock Your Power: A 7-Step System to Transform Your Mindset and Create Change That Lasts,' which came out earlier this week. I'm so excited for you because I think personally this message of the book is so relevant to all of us. And obviously in the book you talk about these subconscious patterns that are quietly ruining our lives. So, what's an example of a pattern that most people probably have, but they don't even realise that they're living from?
Mm.
So many. I would probably say for me and the people that I tend to work with, it's often about what I would call the super pusher imp. And the super pusher imp, or the prover imp, and there are basically some that I see time and time again.
Mm-hmm.
When we want to expand, these pop up as little sort of, no, No, don't do that. We're not ready to do that. One that often comes up is just pushing and trying too hard and thinking that that will help us to create the change that we seek. And when they pop up, you'll hear it usually as a little sentence that comes up again. It could be, for example, if you've got super pusher imp, a bit like me, or you're prone to kind of overtrying. To get something done or to succeed, that you might hear a kind of, "No, just do that one extra thing." Yeah. Or you might push your body a bit too far and your nervous system a bit too far and think that will give you the answer. But inevitably, as I'm a case in point from all those years ago, you could push your body too far if you do that. And that's not really the way we want to manifest.
Yeah. And that's exactly where I went with my podcast episode a few weeks ago, because on my birthday recently, I had burnout., and I spent it on a walk for 3 or 4 hours just crying the entire time because I'd taken on too much and bitten off more than I could chew. And I just kept on saying to myself, just one more thing, just one more thing, I can manage it, I can juggle it. And before I knew it, everything was just piling on me so much I became paralysed. And I think that is something that affects so many of us, doesn't it?
So many of us. And I'm sorry to hear that because I skirt a fine line with it myself, Mart. And especially when you're passionate and you wanna get something out and you think, ooh, you know, and you really want it. But I see it so often now and it's really about understanding that we are energy and energy is more of a, I call it in the book, I distinguish between dog energy and cat energy. Dog energy, if anyone's got a dog that's listening, I've got one, you know, it's very like, yay, let's go. Throw me that ball, I'll run after it. I'll run, I'll run, I'll run. And cat energy is kind of, hmm, let's be considered about this. Let's wait. Let's get everything aligned. Let's take a look around. And then when it's just the right time, bang, give me that piece of string. And then I might do that. And there's that kind of authority. And I think when you've got a lot of what I call the imps, invisible mind patterns, We tend to go more into dog energy. And actually cat energy is more responsive when we really wanna pull, magnetise something in. But of course, in a busy world with all this stuff going on and lots of change and uncertainty, it can be really hard to do.
Yeah. And I know you've said before when I've spoken to you that, you know, people aren't broken. So why do you think so many of us actually walk around feeling like we need fixing all the time?
We're told, first of all, that we need fixing all the time, from beauty adverts to relationship stuff. I mean, you literally can't move for being told we've got to try a bit harder and fix ourselves and we're a bit messed up and broken. And then the other thing is, unfortunately, a pattern often pops up as a coping strategy within ourselves, our biology as human beings, that over time we unknowingly repeat that and it becomes a loop and it feeds itself. And what happens then is your reactions, even your little posture moves and the way you react, it feels like it's us and we feel like we might be broken.
Yeah.
But in fact, we never are. It's just those patterns being a bit loud. At different parts of our life, and they can get very loud when we don't take care of the basics like nervous system, energy, self-care, sleep, nutrition, basic stuff as well.
So, how do we know the difference between what's intuition and fear pretending to be intuition?
I love that question. I love it so much. Okay. So, I do go into this in the book. It's probably one of the one things that is quite tough to understand, dance between. I refer to this thing called done energy. There are two ways to get something done. So you can get something done where you go, tick, I've got the reality, I've got the proof of that. And you do lots of stuff before that proof in order to get it. And then the other way of something being done is an energy. It's a way of being. It's something we can sit in like a kind of future memory that feels really expanded. And we start to get really used to something, a desire, a decision, before we've actually got it. And that lessens the threat in our body to actually go for it. And so done energy is really helpful because I often say, it's, if it feels done to you in your body and it helps you to feel expansive, like, it's you coming through, like the becoming of you. What you're manifesting next is, you know, creative, and it makes you feel higher frequency and connected and bliss and joy and those things. Um, that is your intuition. When something feels that it is too difficult, too impossible, beyond you, constricted, you start to tense then that's usually the imps. That's usually a pattern playing out quite loudly for this, that, or the other reason.
So, do you think that someone could technically spend their entire life believing, like, "This is just who I am," when actually it's a pattern rather than their personality?
Yes. I believe that from all the work I've done in this space and all the studies that have actually been done in this space, You know, I'm a big fan of neuroscience as well as sort of quantum manifestation, that we can actually go through our life thinking that it's a character flaw and that we're just born this way and that we can't change. And that annoys me because people are so incredible and everyone has so much power already within them. And it's not an external validation thing or a battle. It's like, if only we were taught to really, excuse the pun, unlock your power, then we would know how to handle those moments that come in and make us feel a bit smaller than we actually deep down know that we are.
I think a lot of people, when I'm speaking to them in my community and things, like, they know exactly what they want, but then they still don't take any action and they don't move. Where do you think it is that people really get stuck in this whole process?
Yeah.
So, with my process, it goes through 7 Ds. And one of those that you just mentioned is do.
Mm-hmm.
And often we are taught by society and the imps and the way that we are that actually if you have an idea or you want something, you just go straight to the do. Bang, straight in. 80% of us probably do that. And then there's the other way of looking at it where you go through this kind of journey inwards first. Quickly. It doesn't take that long to do because we're working on an energetic level where you go, okay, what do I desire? And there's certain things you can do to figure out if it's your desire or if it's just a goal and you're not connected to it. If you don't start in the right place, the right foundational energy, it can be tricky to gain motivation and keep going when the imps come out. So the second thing is to discover what your imps are. What the frequency of you is at the moment. Get real, get honest. What's holding you back? What are the benefits if you get that desire as well? And then it goes through to a real decision, which you kind of, you know, you put out there as much as put in here, and ways to do that. So it's solid. But the one thing people don't really talk about is that once you have made a decision, then that at that point you move into debunking stage, ditching stage before the do. This is really key because this is what holds most people back. If you don't start to understand that when you plant a, let's think of it like a flower. I call it the Poppy Way, like this flower of life. When you plant a flower, you have to expect that there will be weeds.
Yeah.
That's just how it is. And to not expect or know how to deal with those weeds, is like when you start blaming yourself and go, oh, actually I'm not ready for this. And actually I do get immobilised because I don't want to take a next step because it doesn't feel right. But really often that is just that we just need to understand how to overwrite quickly a pattern that's taking and draining like all of your energy, which is a currency. So you've got to like keep an eye on it. And then how to actually ditch the restrictions that are holding you back. So all of that sort of comes, it sounds really laborious and long, but it's fun. Before you do anything, it's like zip, there you go, bit of rapid tapping. I feel a bit more in my body. I feel like maybe I will allow myself to, and give myself permission to adjust myself before I do stuff. Because it's really tiring else.
Yeah, it is. And I mean, people always say that they want more money or success or love, visibility, whatever it is. But then subconsciously they feel unsafe receiving it, don't they? Why do you think that often, like, people self-sabotage right when things start getting good? Because I've, I've been, like, prone to this in the past, I won't lie. Like, I do this every time something is going good. I always think subconsciously something bad is about to follow, and then, you know, I'll build that wall right up, and then I'll start kicking the bricks out from the bottom just so it crumbles a little bit till it's, like, in that safety zone and it's not too high. So why do people do that?
Yeah, it's a really good question. So in the book I talk about the multi-layered approach to mindset. Traditional mindset is very much just what you think positively about. Mm-hmm. Can I do this? Yes or no? It's very conscious. So what you're describing there is the subconscious mind. Subconscious mind is where about neuroscience tells us sort of 95% of any behaviour or action we do comes from. And it is quick, like split-second thinking. So it's like, I'm already decided it. And as much as we try to override that, it's difficult to do unless you go down to those levels, the sub-levels, because they're hidden. They're invisible. So that's often where the patterns are. So in that little bit between what you're saying, what you know you can do and what you know you want, and you know you want more success or more money, um, there will be a part of you subconsciously that doesn't feel safe to receive that. And what that really means is usually that your nervous system and your belief system together are working to protect you, of course, and very old version of you that couldn't quite, uh, handle that because it didn't feel safe to do so. And that is where a lot of us get stuck because we think, oh, I'm not very good, or I can't get over that. And I definitely had that, same as you, and I still have it actually. I call it new level, new devil. And, and we have to like go, oh, it's gonna be a new level, okay, it's gonna be a new devil, I'm gonna go into the multi-layered mind. The superconscious is my other part, which is the fun part that you, you like. Yeah. And you kind of go, right, What would my higher self do? What would my higher self say? And you flip it. And then you get a little bit more comfortable bit by bit. It doesn't take a lot, you know, to receive it.
Do you think our RIMPs actually get louder then when we're closer to receiving something big in our lives? Because obviously it's like a, you know what I was just saying, like a self-sabotage mechanism, isn't it?
Yeah, it's like, I actually think they get, it's a good thing. When the imps show up. For me, I always see it in, in people in my community, like, I see it when they're about to go big level, right? So I had someone recently who was ready to go big level, ready to do something incredible, big, big, big award thing, and the same pattern kept coming up. And what it means is it is your invitation and choice at that point to go Ooh, this is not a character flaw. This is not a problem in me and my personality. This is a pattern problem.
Yeah.
And I know how to deal with those with X, Y, Z. So I really love it when the imps do get loud because it, in a weird way, it's like you're in, you're going the right direction.
Yeah.
You know?
Definitely.
I fight those imps 'cause it wastes so much energy. So self-sabotage, yes. But in a way, I think it's because we're not taught what that really means. Yeah. And it's often invisible.
Yeah, it really is. Do you think that some people are trying to create a new future whilst possibly unconsciously protecting their old identities then? Do you think that's what's going on there?
Absolutely. I would say 100% that usually you have outgrown an old version of you And that is where the frustration is coming from.
I think a lot of spiritual teachers out there as well always go on about, you know, raise your vibration. We hear that so much, don't we? But how much of that is actually just nervous system regulation and subconscious work then?
Hmm. Well, this kind of idea of high-frequency living, which I prescribe to, is something that is great, 'cause it is a choice to go a bit higher up in your vibration and your frequency. So if you look at your life and how you feel, if you are feeling that you feel restricted and limited and disconnected, it stands to reason to most people, just from a sense of being human, that you're gonna be thinking about dreaming a little bit smaller.
Mm-hmm.
And you're gonna be, really prioritizing all your energy and all your mind to surviving that day, that moment, maybe that week. And so in order to expand your frequency, the vibration, it's really important to look at the science. You know, me as a practitioner of energy psychology, Rapid Tapping, EFT, tapping, all of those different modalities, it is about your nervous system because your nervous system is the signal that keeps everything running either smoothly and aligned for you, or it contracts like a little, you know, like I often think it's like a little tortoise.
Yeah.
You know, like where the little head comes out and you're like, "That's so cute." And then they go back in, they're like, "Ahh." It's because we are trying to keep ourselves alive and safe. And in the moment, You can say, oh yeah, raise your vibration all you want, but also we need to learn what I call the 3 A's in the book and in Rapid Tapping, which is to acknowledge how you feel, like honestly and openly, not paper over it and pretend you're high vibe. Accept that there will probably be a real situation that has gone on and your logical mind needs to know that. And go, okay, but also accept that, you know, you're in something and it's not forever. But then I think also the bit that is missed is to affirm possibility and to do that in a very strategic way and a very measured way to get your nervous system familiar with what you want before it's done. And that will make it be done faster and last longer.
I love the 3 A's. It makes so much sense. Acknowledge, accept, affirm. I love that. So simple as well, isn't it? Have you ever uncovered a subconscious pattern in yourself and thought, oh my God, I've been operating from this for years?
Yeah.
Elaborate, please.
Like, so many, I couldn't even tell you, Mart, like, how many I've gone through. Yeah, I mean, they come up in different zones. So, so, you know, I mentioned that poppy sort of flower. Yeah. So the concept with that that people will know from Rapid Tapping, you see over there, is that in the middle is your energetics, your emotions, your mindset, how you feel. But around that are different petals of your life. So that could be money. That could be work, sort of how visible you want to get. Do you want to start a business? Do you want to get promotion? It could be environment where you spend your time, physical health, you know, how you feel about your body. All of these things are part of my work because I believe that we're not isolated just to achievement at work. But in the middle is the energetic. So you keep to that. But I find that patterns come up in all of those petals, like little micro lock points where it's like, oh no, we don't go bigger than that in relationships. And I've had to work through quite a few. Relationships was a big one for me because I'd had a lot of trauma. Yeah, I had a lot of expectation. I got married very young, you know, in my 20s. I was divorcing and becoming a single mother in my TV job, and that was just weird for me to just navigate that. So I'm mindful in my work of like how they show up in those different petals of life. But I also had it with, you know, in money. I had it because I didn't quite know how to handle money at first. And I— everything's still a work in progress, you know. You go next level, you're like, ah, can I handle that? And sometimes you actually genuinely think it consciously, and sometimes you just don't, and it's invisible again.
Yeah.
That pattern is telling me, quick, spend it all, you know. Yeah, spend it, give it away. Um, so you have to figure out what that is in a particular way, in a particular zone of your life, in the petals, so you don't get overwhelmed. Because overwhelmed is what makes you freeze. So you have to, um, with the best will in the world, compartmentalize the different parts of your life that you want to manifest something in.
I love that. Which of the 7 keys has had the biggest impact on your own life personally then?
I love your question.
Sorry, I'm putting you on the spot and asking you to answer it.
I love chatting to you. So I would say the biggest impact for me has been a cross between debunk, knowing what stories I was listening to for so long that held me back, kept me a bit second-guessing myself and what people thought. When I used that key, that set everything open for me. But I would say, because I feel content in my life, that can actually sometimes feel like, oh, that's it now then. And I've learned to use the done energy.
Yeah.
The done key, which is to remember that everything already exists for me as a possibility. In life, there are so many potentials, and to learn that every single thing that I desire is actually done, and that frees me up so much to go, okay, well, if I could really think big, because I've done all the other Ds, I've done that, I've done that work, that if I did do that, would I be able to connect more with the energy and the magnetism of the next level that I could go to, you know, with who I am or what I want to impact people with. And, and I sit in done energy as much as I can, little bits every day in a particular way.
Yeah.
And that just helps me to keep expanding and to keep growing. And I do believe the universe is constantly growing everything is in this cycle and it just keeps me moving into expansion.
I love that. And I honestly get so much out of Debunk as well, because especially when I was doing a lot of money mindset work, when I'm thinking about, you know, why do I feel this specific way when I get a certain amount of money, there's always something that's gone on in my past, whether it be my childhood or my teen years, where there's an origin story there, and this origin story connecting the dots still matches up to exactly how I go on to this day, in the present day. And it's almost like once you realize that that was like a limiting belief passed down to me by a family member or something along those lines, it's almost like it fizzles away. And when it starts to melt away, it leaves this space and this little container, and then it's almost like for me I've decluttered something and then it allows the flow of energy to come back into it and fill it with something new. So I always go to debunk as the first thing that I do when I'm wanting to, to start something, do you know what I mean? So I am going to really sit in that done energy as well. I really like the, the concept of that.
Yeah, cuz when you do create the space, it— for example, on your money thing there, so someone I work with said to me recently— she's done a video for me, bless her— she said, oh, you've just made me £1.2 million in my business in 20 minutes.
How?
And that's the power on energy, because we do the debunking, we do all the keys together. But what happened with that was in 20 minutes we expanded perspective because we created the space that you just mentioned.
Yeah.
So when you do create that spaciousness we've got to keep quickly become into the place that works with both your mind and your body and the quantum realm of possibilities. So if you, if you get all of those in one place, very quickly you can start to fill it with something. And so her belief changed from done energy.
Yeah.
And then, you know, she went on and that actually did happen. So it's really exciting.
And out of the 7 keys as well, which one do you think that people resist the most?
Ah, I would say often if it's pure resistance, I'd say it is deciding in a particular energy. Because when we make a decision, it's scary because it's going next level or it's change, and we're not built for change. Yeah. So it's scary. A lot of us like to do the work, you know, the work as we say it. We've got quite good with that. I'd say the general population, no. But, you know, people who are listening in, we kind of are up for that bit. It's tricky, but we're kind of up for it if we know the right way to do it. Ditch is quite hard because you don't want to offend people. You want to stay, you know, with the same kind of things. It's tough, but we know it's good for us. But I would say the initial desire is also important and often resisted because we're too busy or we're not taught really to have creative time.
Yeah.
What that is. But I'd say deciding, deciding in the realm of possibilities is very different to deciding in your conscious mind to do something.
Do you think that there's a danger that personal development will eventually turn into constantly chasing another version of yourself instead of just appreciating where you are right now then.
Yeah, because done energy is about being in the moment and pulling everything into that moment. We've only got the present. Yeah. So our life and our next level and our next version basically is like a collection of moments which is in the now. So I 100% agree with you that we've really got to start being. Yeah. And stop like constantly doing, let's say, the debunk or constantly. It really is about alignment. I suppose that's why there's 7 keys, because we want to be happy now and content now, but we also want to keep an eye on what is possible and expand that so we don't keep trying and proving our way there.
But yeah, I think one of my probably biggest unpopular opinions about manifestation is that most people don't actually have a manifestation problem. I think we have an action problem that's wrapped up in a nervous system problem. So, you know, we've got visualizing, journaling, affirmations, crystals. They're all powerful, but they're not really a substitute for actually becoming the person who takes action. So for me personally, manifestation isn't magic. It's more identity plus regulation plus repetition plus action. Do you know what I mean? So it's a mixture of the few. What's your kind of unpopular opinion or hot take on the self-development world?
Yeah, I guess for me it's that effective manifestation— probably my first book, Tapping In, that I wrote in like 2020, was more about how you can shift identity, shift belief, shift your nervous system, create the right energy before you take any action. Mhm. And I think that there is a sense that we forget that we are living in this quite overwhelming world.
Yeah.
And it's often about coming back to the basics of nurturing ourselves. And I don't mean in a way that is just purported to us from, you know, adverts about, you know, having the latest bit of makeup or the latest bubble bath. I really mean self-care going through from the soul.
Yeah.
And nurturing the parts of us that are hidden innate unlocks within the body of who we are.
Yeah.
Right now. And that is nervous system, but it's also identity, like you say, what we believe about ourselves. Accrues over the years. But really, again, it's just pattern. I mean, obviously there's trauma work to do. Sometimes I do that, but there is often just a case of understanding the codes that are already operating within us. Our emotional coding is important, and we can change that stuff. And that's, that's the fun bit, that it actually is changeable. But you're absolutely right, it's starting with knowing that there are many ways to bring ourselves into possibility and alignment.
I was really shocked there as well when you said that Tapping In was out in 2020. Has it really been 6 years?
Do you know, I was asked to write that book in 2020. And I'm looking back at it going, that can't be 6 years ago.
No, it doesn't seem like 2 minutes ago since I had you on the podcast when it came out.
I know.
I think it came out in 2022. Oh, okay. It was published in 2022.
That doesn't make me feel as bad.
Yeah, I think it wasn't too bad. But yeah, time is flying. And it is. Yeah, I, I was looking back at that book and thinking, yay, because obviously now tapping is a bit more mainstream.
It is.
At the time, it was a bit of me sort of just explaining it, you know, and what that meant, the nervous system, and And now I feel like the— it's great because people are talking about, you know, the ritual of how you do that and work with mind-body together to manifest and create.
You were the very first teacher that I saw online that actually taught tapping, um, because I'd done it on a couple of workshops and I was like, what is this? I don't really get what I'm doing here. I don't understand how this is doing anything. Is this witchcraft? And then I think I someone suggested that I followed you on Instagram, and then I think I went through the Happy Place, um, app, and I'm sure you were doing tapping on there as well through their app. And that's how I obviously found you. And then I was like, oh my God. And then obviously we've run into each other a fair few times, haven't we, over the years. And, um, it's just amazing what you're doing and how you've grown and expanded down all these different avenues, because it is all interlinked. And I think what you teach through rapid tapping is incredible because it's helping people to feel safe with their desires. And I love that.
Oh, thanks, Mart.
You're so welcome. If someone said to you, why does this always happen to me? What would you say to them?
I'd say stop asking why, for a start, and start looking at how you can change the energy when you think about that thing.
So I guess that leads me into, who are we then underneath all the conditioning, all the people-pleasing, and the protective patterns? Who does that leave us as?
Your energy. And energy is infinite. It needs to shift. It moves in a wild way. You know, quantum mechanics tells us that, uh, we're quite wild. I mean, we're in one box, out the other. It's, it's incredible. And so, I believe that underneath everything, you are your own source, you know, your infinite, your possibility. And that could be difficult to get your head around, but that is the lens that is quite freeing to know.
And if someone's listening to this podcast episode right now and they know deep down that they've been settling for second best or shrinking, holding themselves back, what would you want to say directly to them?
I would say focus on saying, "I am," and then focus on what you want to be. And if it doesn't feel possible yet, don't just keep repeating it. Actually use those 3 A's and notice that you can acknowledge it, accept it, but then also affirm and shift the energy underneath that feeling that kind of makes everything feel not just more bearable, but really more doable. And then at some point it will feel done.
And finally as well, Poppy, you're going to be joining us at this year's Manifest 2026 here in Newcastle upon Tyne, aren't you? I'm really excited. So what can people expect when they come to see you on the main stage?
Oh, a live real-time frequency shift.
Yay!
I love it. It won't just be a talk. I won't just be talking about it. I'll be I'll be helping people to experience the shift and experience the 7 keys in the book and experience rapid tapping live on the stage. So it will be quite immersive and quite different if nobody's seen me, uh, in before.
I'm very excited for that. So Poppy's brand new book Unlock Your Power is out worldwide right now. I'll pop the link in the show notes for this episode. Where can people find you online, Poppy, if they'd like to follow along?
Yes. So best place is just head to my website, poppydelbridge.com, and then I'm probably most active on Instagram. So I would head there, Poppy Delbridge, and just my name anywhere really, Mart.
Yeah.
And there's the Rapid Tapping as well, the Instagram as well. Yeah. Don't forget about Rapid Tapping.
Immediately download Rapid Tapping app, of course. Wouldn't live without that.
Amazing.
So you can go and drop Poppy a follow. You can check out her brand new book at the link in the show notes below this episode. I hope you've all loved it. This chat as much as I've loved having it. Please do me a favor and rate, review, and follow this podcast. It really does help me. It's free for you to support me. So thank you, thank you, thank you, and I'll see you all next Friday for another episode. Speak soon, guys.

Go touch grass. You have probably heard this phrase. Maybe you have even said it. But beneath the sort of lighthearted nature of this meme is something very real and important. A growing sense that staying in touch with our humanity and being present in our bodies matters more than ever in today's digital world. My name is Manoush Zomorodi, and I am taking over as host of TED Talks Daily this week to explore what technology is actually doing to your body and mind in special interviews with scientists, doctors, parents, artists, and more, we're going to dig into your physical and mental health on tech. How we think about our bodies differently now, how we relate to new innovations that are amazing but also a little scary, and how we can live a healthier life in this high-tech era. Tune in on TED Talks Daily wherever you listen to podcasts.
