This is a YouTube video titled "4am club is Bull$h!t #shorts #4am" containing a monologue from November 13, 2021, where the speaker discusses their personal perspective on waking up early, emphasizing the importance of sleep, family, and balance over the hustle culture of waking up at 4am. The content is a personal reflection rather than a conversation.
Why don't I wake up at 4am like a lot of other entrepreneurs? Hey, listen, like, nothing against that, but one I have two kids. I have a family. Work is important to me, but it's not the only thing in my life. My family, my kids are far more important to me. And to be a really good dad and to be a really good husband and to be a really good business owner, I have to have sleep, right? If I go to bed at 10, I want to wake up around 6, 6:30. Sleep for me helps my brain work as best as humanly possible. So I'm not going to get up at 4am or 5am because my body doesn't work well like that. So if you're out there and you're like, man, I got to hustle and grind and get up at 4am or 5am, like, that might be great for you, but also if it's just not great for you, don't feel guilty. Sometimes being a good dad and a good husband and just generally feeling better about yourself and being rested is more important.
