During COVID you saw people make tremendous amounts of money. And the reason was, is because they were able to take marketplace. During COVID I did that. I went all in, balls to the walls. And I took 10 years of market space. In two years, I was able to elevate myself in my particular industry into a level where I could start to make significant amounts of money. And I was in sales and I was going absolutely hard in the paint. I double, triple and quadrupled down. And it's because I knew that the less people that were in the space, because people contract, they stop advertising, they stop doing stuff, the less people, the competitive. I can go hard in the paint, I can take that market share. And I did that. And I grew two eight figure businesses during COVID simultaneously. I remember having a conversation with a business owner and they were like, hey, we're going to stop ads. And I was like, this is a bad idea. All your competitors are going to stop ads. You should be the one who keeps going, who grows, who just takes the risk, man. And that guy, I think he was doing half decent, like some bad business, like 500 grand a month then, and I think he's doing 300 grand a month now. He never got back up to the levels that he was because he lost so much market share during that particular period. Consumer confidence just went all the way down. But then there was a shift, like late 2020 to 2022, 2023. It was skyrocketing consumer confidence. And what that meant is that people wanted to buy, but they bought from the people who are advertising to them during the time where nobody else was.
