In this instructional video, Matt Ryder demonstrates how to quickly build an EverSendAI SMS agent using EverSend's AI-powered wizards. He walks through the agent creation wizard—naming the agent, defining its engagement purpose, setting first messages, follow‑up cadence, and handling positive, negative, or neutral replies. He then uses the script‑building wizard to craft a complete outreach script by answering prompts about the ideal prospect, core problem, marketing promise, openers, tone, discovery questions, inefficiencies, myths, future state, solution, and social proof. After generating the script, Matt tests the agent by simulating conversations, provides specific and guided feedback to refine responses, and finalizes the agent. He briefly outlines the parallel process for creating an AI‑enabled SMS campaign, including dialer API integration and resource uploads, and encourages viewers to try EverSend's platform.

In this video, I'm going to speedrun making an EverSendAI agent and just show you kind of how easy it is. We've created basically AI wizards so you can just go through and create things really quickly, and we've spent the last few months creating AIs that can generate the correct prompts to be able to get you a highly trained agent or really nice specific campaign and all the scripts done in like 5 minutes. I'm going to go through, I'm going to show you what I did, and then, uh, from there you'll be able to see how easy it is. So I'm going to go in to the agents, I'm going to go to the create, uh, agent with a wizard. Go through. It's like, hey, tell me about the agent first of all. Like, let's build it. What's the name? The name's Evan because it's called Eversense. That makes sense. Then it's gonna ask things like, how am I supposed to engage the leads? You're gonna go through like, what's the purpose of the agent? Like, give me information. Like, what do you want it to do? Do you want it to book people? Do you want it to call people back? Like, what do you want to do? Then we're gonna go through things like, once we discover that, the first message, right? We're gonna, uh, adjust that. Then we're gonna go through like the follow-ups. Like how often do you want the follow-up? What do you want to happen if there's a positive reply, a negative reply, neutral reply? Integrate your dialer using the dialer API key. Then from there we go through the script building wizard, or you can just upload your own. But I recommend the script building wizard because this is basically like my exact process that I would use in order to write a script. It goes through and asks you a really great questions like what's your ideal prospect? Their biggest problem is what does the marketing promise them? What are some strong openers? What's the tone you want to use? What are some questions that we would use to uncover the gaps or uncover their current situation? What problems or inefficiencies are we looking to highlight? What are the myths or shortcuts? Okay. And then how do we show them future state? What happens if nothing changes? And then how do we present our solution? And, and then some social proof points, stuff like that. So I'm going through and just writing all those in. And what that's doing is then going to spit me out what is a pretty freaking good script. Now I can go through and test the agent. Now it's not going to be perfect straight up. So then what we do is we test it, we ask it questions, we try and throw it off, and then we might give it common responses, uncommon responses, and then from there we can go and we can give it feedback. So I can review the conversations that it's had. I can give it feedback. I can say, no, I wanted to say this when this happens. You can give it specific feedback on that message or you can give it guided feedback overall. And then once you're done with that, made your agents done. So it's a pretty simple process, guys. It takes like anywhere from 5 to 10 minutes to make an agent. The process for making a campaign is the same. Again, it goes through, guides you, and then you can upload all different types of resources, stuff like that. But go and check out EverSend. It's a really great SMS system. You can— and you can do normal campaign texting, and you can also do AI. So enjoy.
