Are you really a high ticket closer?

Matt from Sales Sniper breaks down what actually makes someone a high ticket closer, separating real closers from people who just talk about closing. He explains the traits and mindset that separate effective salespeople from the rest.
Hey guys, what's up? Matt here from Sales Sniper. And this is another episode of Just a Tip. This is where I do like two to three minutes on one specific subject. And today's subject is all about what is high ticket closing? Okay, what is it really? And I'm going to break that down for you. So in case you guys are kind of wondering maybe you think you're a high ticket closer and you're not, I guess we'll find out. All right, guys, cue the intro. Bye. What is high ticket closing? So to me, it is a person who is a remote salesperson, right? For the most part, essentially you're coming into a business, a lot of the time it's going to be over the phone or over zoom, right? So you're not like out there door knocking or anything like that. Now and then you are taking leads and you come in as a specialist, someone who is already pre trained, almost like a rainmaker in corporate terms, but you're not necessarily producing your own leads, right? And you go in there and at a high degree of efficacy, you close deals without really needing to have any training or management. That is what a high ticket closer is for me. Now what a high ticket closer is not is a baby bird. It's going, please, please give me leads, please. And it's just someone who whinges and bitches about not having enough leads or whatever. It's like a high ticket closer can come in and yes, they want inbound leads, but they can also call this, they can make shit happen. They can utilize the pools of influence that the business owner has at their disposal to be able to make make shit happen. Okay? So if you're out there and you're just like, I'm a high ticket closer and you need training on an offer, you need to come in and be managed. You just want inbound leads. Like, you're not a high ticket closer. You're a nuisance. To be perfectly fair, I don't want anything to do with you because that would be annoying. Not on a personal level, I'm sure you're lovely. Just on a professional level, I don't want to have to deal with someone who has that mentality. And I think it's a mentality that's been bred into by a couple of key people in like, in particular, but like the whole inbound closer term, it's like, I don't know, like, we should be inbound, we should be outbound, we should be doing a little bit of both. We should be doing what we need to do to put ourselves in a position to where we can actually succeed and make the commissions that we want. I don't want to be limited by the amount of calls that you can generate me. All right. I want to be able to do it myself. So that's what a high ticket closer is to me. It's someone who can come in with very little and walk out making a lot of money in commissions. So maybe have a good hard think to see if you actually are one or you just want to be one, or you're just one of those guys that deals with inbound only, and. And those guys make, like, three to five grand a month. They definitely don't make 50, so. All right, guys, I hope that was helpful and not too upsetting for you soon. Bye.
