So during COVID I had a friend that was a business owner and he owned restaurants. And he actually doubled his income during COVID while 95% of other restaurants folded and went down. Now how did he do that? It wasn't because he had a fucking magic formula or he fucking paid somebody off to allow him to do it. Paid the corporate overlord. What he did is he said, I have to figure this out. He just took ultimate accountability. Most people during COVID if you owned a business, there was two options and there was no middle ground because time only marches forward. Therefore, your goals either get closer or further away from you. There is no standing still. The sooner you realize that, the easier your life will be. Standing still is going backwards. So he sat down and he made a choice. And he goes, okay, this is a problem. I didn't start it. It's not my fault, but it is my problem. So he sat down and war gamed how to fix the problem. He actually thought about it. Now, when most people sit down, they contemplate their problems, they don't actually find solutions. And he came up with a number of different ways in which he thought that he could fix it. And he started trying them straight away. And most people just said, I'm going to play it really safe. I'm going to shut the doors, I'm going contract, yada, yada, yada.
