This is a YouTube video titled "Favorite Way To Close | Sales Tips" containing a discussion between two speakers about effective sales closing and objection handling techniques, including phrases like "fair enough" and "would that be reasonable?". The content focuses on practical sales advice and conversational strategies but does not include any speaker named Matt Ryder.
One of my favorite clothes, which I got from Jordan Belfort, is fair enough. Sound fair enough. I just love this close so much because it's like, fair enough, right? You make a concession, fair enough. So many times people are like, well, they made a concession, and I'm a reciprocal human being. It's very hard for me to deny this request. And so, yes, I do believe it's fair. And then you say, boom, Then let's move forward. Someone says, that's a lot. And we say, no worries. What if we did this? Fair enough. They say, well, he made a concession. That sounds fair. Or if we did this, does that sound reasonable? That sounds like a fair expectation. Yes, it does. Great. And then you can go to close the sale.
I was actually hanging out with Alex about a week ago. Really, really smart guy. Definitely knows a lot about Sal. Like, saying things like, fair enough. I really like what he said more, which is, would that be reasonable? That is one of my favorite not closing techniques, but objection. Handling techniques is like, would it be reasonable, too? And you can do it, like, in your own house. Like, the other day at the gym, and there's, like, two people had gone up to ask this person to kind of work in, and I said, hey, would you be against me working in with you? It's the same principle as, like, is it reasonable? Like, hey, would it be reasonable if I worked in with you? Like, of course it's reasonable.
