If somebody does no-show, normalizing that is an important step. I always send a message like, oh hey dude, something must have come up. I totally get it. I've got kids, the life. I totally understand. If you want to reconnect really soon, just let me know. Send me a text and I'll make some time for you. If this is a thing that you need to sort of push back for a little bit of time, that's cool. Let's just connect next week. Or if this is just not for you, that's cool dude. Just let me know. So when they no-show, how long do you give it? I usually like text them pretty much straight away. If I get nothing back, usually after about three or four minutes, then I'll call from a different number and then I'll be like, hey dude, I'm just in the Zoom call. Let me know if there's any troubles. And sometimes that'll get them to hop on. Or They'll be like, yeah, yeah, I'll be there in a second, and they just lie. Do you then give them that same follow-up? Yeah, super nice. I don't know what day that person's had. My missus has been fucking screaming at me. This has happened. This happened. Okay, man, I get it, dude. Don't stress at all. If you want to come back, let me know. If not, that's cool too.
