High Value Targets - Sniper media exposed

Matt Ryder explains how Sniper Media grew by targeting small, engaged audiences instead of chasing massive reach. The business focuses on monetizing Facebook groups and nurturing clients across multiple channels, prioritizing value over vanity metrics.
So we recently launched Sniper Media and I think it's going okay. Hey, Tori, what are we gonna make at Sniper media this month? 122,000. Let's go take a walk and figure out how that happened. On second thought, why don't we just do it here and I'll play a game of pool while I tell you about how we made a $120,000 a month recurring revenue in 13 days. So I think the reason why we were able to get so much traction so quickly was that we were filling a very, very specific need. Right? What we do is we help grow people's Facebook groups, we help monetize those Facebook groups, we help the content. We also help the email marketing. There are enough agencies out there doing book of call funnels and VSLs that we were like, how can we provide very specific value and have a sniper like approach to getting these clients in and being able to charge what we want to charge? Right. I want you guys to look down wherever the subscriber count is and you'll see at the time of this video, like 23, 2400 people. And then I want you to have a look at the awards that we have being the Inc. 5000 fastest growing company and the two commerce club awards. And we make as a group all throughout all the different Sniper organizations close to 40 million bucks a year. Now, I don't have giant stuff and we don't need it, to be honest, because we provide a tremendously good service for the people who we service. And we've done that with a small following. Now, is it an insignificant following? No. Is it huge? No. But what it is is it's highly targeted. We present highly targeted content for people to consume who, who are going to be interested in either taking our training or actually purchasing our services. So you don't need a giant ordinance. You just need one that is highly engaged and that is actually listening to what you say and that you actually provide value to. Can't win them all right, so what we did is we go, okay, so what are we doing with the clients that are being really successful at Sales Sniper? We're already helping with their marketing. We're doing consultations, we're helping grow these Facebook groups because I want to have every single business that we do it that we work with at Sales Sniper to have multiple channels of marketing. I need them to have redundancy in what they're doing. And so what I didn't want to do was, you know, piss off or ruin some of the referral relationships that we have with a lot of the marketing companies in which we work with at Sales Sniper. But I wanted to be able to provide extra value for the clients that we work with. So we were like, man, we have really dialed in this Facebook system. We know what to do. Let's turn this into a business. So about six months ago, we made the concerted effort of widening out the brand of Matt Rider and Sales Sniper into other areas so that when it was time to launch, we had a following, we had a base, and we had enough people. And that 120,000amonth revenue, like, that's spread across 15 clients, right? So that's only 15 people that needed to hear my message. That is a highly targeted, highly strategic approach because I'm not charging $1 a month, I'm not charging $5. I don't need 50,000 people at the peak of what Sniper Media will probably end up doing, which is probably around the half a million a month, you know, unless we decide to take it even further than that. But right now, that's a really, really realistic target to get to in the next 18 months. Like, we only need 30 or 40 clients. Like, it doesn't have to be a monstrosity and you don't need giant channels in order to have a very successful business. You just need the right approach. So I speak to other people at Marketing, and basically their way of figuring out what they're going to be doing that month or that week is this. Oh, look, we'll do a podcast. Yay. What we specialize in is like, how can we provide the most amount of value to the clientele that's going to be coming through? How can we nurture them? The way that I see it is the moment somebody opts in or is looking or even thinking about a service or if they have tickets installed, the moment they've spoken it, right, then all the algorithms will line up and you'll start seeing it. So you're going to be. That prospect is going to be nurtured by six to seven other businesses. So the name of the game is not like, who's got a better VSL or a better funnel. The name of the game is who the fuck can nurture that client, that prospect better than anybody else? And that is the reason why we have been successful in the businesses that we have at seventh level at Sales Sniper at Sniper Media, right? It's because we out nurture fucking everybody. And that's what we do at Sniper Media. We take Facebook groups, we take emails, and we take things that and like, underutilized platforms that can really, really nurture that you can drive towards something. Right. So, like, I'm always curious to know, like, exactly how many marketing channels do the businesses that actually watch this have? Like, I'd actually really love to know because I want to know kind of how, how I can help my audience better. Right? So how many marketing channels do you have? I'd be super curious to know. Do you have one? Do you have three? Do you have five? Do you have email? Do you have Facebook groups? Like, what do you actually do in your business to not only generate traffic, but also generate trust in your marketplace? So let me know. What we are going to do is present a strategy and a plan that is going to nurture clients in the short and long term, create a brand around you or the business and start to really put some equity out there. Because the way that I see it is we build an audience, we get a tremendous amount of brand equity with that audience, and then we can cash that equity in. But we have to be constantly refilling that pool, putting in new fish, feeding them, so that we can then fish from that pond without actually overfishing, if that makes sense. You don't need giant channels. All you have to be is extraordinarily strategic and long term in your thinking so that you can create a brand around the potential prospects and the potential clients that are going to come in and actually pay you money to do the thing. Right. You do not need to be Tony Robbins, you do not need to be Alex Hormozi to provide a phenomenal service and have a awesome list of clientele. I started this business and all the businesses with a fucking iPhone and a ring light. I just wanted to provide a tremendous amount of value. And we built everything that we have around how much value can we give for free? Yay. You're never going to be this.
