A sales coach explains why most closers fail: they lack proper training and scripts. Business owners need to equip their teams with proven persuasion techniques to actually close deals.
All right, guys. So I went on my Instagram and said, what is it that's holding you back from achieving your goals? And this is one of the responses that I got. It was lack of having well trained closers. Okay, first of all, there's a couple things. You can DM me if that's a problem for you, because our done for you sales team can just go ahead and take care of that if your business is appropriate. But if not, we can also have a look at placing some. But in reality, like what have you done in order to ensure that a closer can can be successful within your organization? I see a lot of people go in and they just have everything is higgledy piggledy all over the space. They haven't really got dialed in script that work. They have like technician based sales where the salesperson is basically all they're told is a whole lot of product knowledge, but they're not really taught how to persuade and they don't have enough to really be able to be successful. So as the manager, as the owner of that business, it is your responsibility to put those people in a position where they can succeed. Once you've done that, then you can complain about not having good enough salespeople and then just call me.
