How I made $100k a month with only these 3 steps

Sam walks through the sales strategy and daily schedule that got him to $100k a month for three straight months. He breaks down his process, time management, and the skills he built to make it work.
I did. I would tell you about the time I made 100 grand a month for like three months in a row as a commission on the sales guy. If you want, we'll go for a walk and I'll tell you the story. It broke down into a couple of different things to actually be able to do it without earning crazy individual commissions. And it really broke down to time management, sales process and skill set. So what I had to do is I had to set, set up a calendar management system and a process that would allow me to maximize every single spare minute of my day so that I could have it filled with a revenue generating activity. So I hired a VA, about 800 bucks a month Australian. And her job was to call people and bring their sales calls forward or reschedule people. So I basically started work every day at between 2:30 and 3:00 clock in the morning because I was selling a US offer. So I'd sell us times. So I'd like say 2:30, 3: O'. Clock. I'd work 2 till 7. From 7 to 9 I would get the kids ready, help my wife get them off to school, daycare, et cetera, et cetera, have some food. Then from like 9 till 12 I would sell my Australian offer. Then I'd have a little bit of a break. And then from like 12 till 5 I'd sell my Australian offer. So try and do back to back sales calls. Then from there I would like seven till sort of like five till seven, kids, bed, you know, dinner, all that kind of stuff. And then I would get back to work. I would sell from 7 until like 10, 10:30. Then I'd go to bed, be asleep by 11, wake up at 2 and I would just do that again. So I do that five days a week. And then I would sit out some times for my Australian offer on Saturdays as well. Sundays was never really productive. White space in your diary is an insult to you and your family. I did it for a very specific purpose. I spoke to my wife, I said, hey, for the next three months this is going to suck for everybody, but we'll make a ton of money and I think it'll serve us well the future. And it has because everybody knows me as the guy who's done this sales process was a two call close. It was a 15 minute discovery call and then a 45 minute sales call. And I had to keep everybody within 48 to 72 hours of booking to minimize no shows because no shows will absolutely kill you. And if you don't have a system And a structure that not only minimizes it, but mitigates them through being able to bring people forward. You can't earn that kind of income unless you're selling enormously high tier packages. So that sales process of discovery allowed me to filter through people who are just a total bad fit. But anyone who I thought I had a 1% chance of selling, I put through. That's kind of my mentality. It's always been my mentality because I used to pay for my own leads. So that puts me in a spot to where, like, I know that I'm maximizing opportunity as much as I humanly can. From a skill set perspective. I worked on two things. One was the triage call, never triggering sales resistance, and having a really good relationship very quickly with the prospect where they didn't perceive me as a salesperson, they perceived me as an advisor or someone who was there to help. And the next thing was my presentation phase. So my presentation phase was very sharp, very poignant, and specifically directed at their problems in particular. So it never sounded generic, it always sounded customized. So with those two focuses and skill set, I was able to maximize everything. Smash my calendar down, get the maximum amount of calls, fill myself up, and make $100,000 a month, three months in a row. Sam.
