How to call FB leads

Matt walks through calling Facebook leads to close sales. He covers contact rates, call volume, and how dialing software helps you reach more people faster. Persistence matters more than perfect pitch.
Hey guys, Matt here. And if you're watching this video, you're potentially struggling to get some sales on the board for calling leads from Facebook and other sort of lead generation places. So what I'm here to do, let's get in my water, is I'm going to give you some tactics that you can use and some strategy that you can use and what to expect when you're calling leads on Facebook. So the first thing is, is about a contact rate. So the first thing that you need to do is really figure out how many calls you can actually do and then from there how many sales can be made. I'm just here in Kim Barrett's office. So the first thing is about a 12% contact rate. So that's what you want to expect. So if you do 10 dials and you're expecting eight people to pick up and then from those eight people, you're expecting six people to buy, it's just not going to happen. It doesn't mean the leads are bad. It's a pure volume issue. So what you have to do is you're going to get about a 12 to 15% contact rate. That means for every 100 dials that you make, say 12 people pick up the phone. From those 12 people who pick up the phone, then you're probably going to be able to have a conversation with about say six to eight of them. From those six to eight, you're booking five into like a, into like a next call or a pre qualification call or something like that. So you don't want to get frustrated. This doesn't mean that all those other people are not interested. They don't know your number. Okay. Like they're not, not blocking you, they're not ignoring you on purpose. People are busy. Think about it from your perspective. You get calls all the time. You don't recognize the number and you don't enter the call, which is okay, hopefully. They leave a voicemail, they leave a text. Right, right. And you go, okay, I'll get back to that guy you forget. So you call him again. It's not a big deal. Don't take it personally. And by me hundred dials, I don't mean 100 leads. I'm meaning dial. So if you have 25 leads, call them all four times a day. Do $100 a day. It's not that hard. Get an auto dialer. I'll go on that in a future video. Get something that saves you time, which will save you money. Right. So if you're getting leads from Facebook and you're getting anything where you can generate a bulk volume of phone numbers, you have to understand there is a process involved to be able to get those people on the phone. And you're going to have to set time aside in order to be able to do that. There's a reason why I was able to sell 167$400 gym memberships in 19 days, because I spent eight hours a day on the phone. I wasn't selling them by email. I was just calling, calling, calling. I was getting one in ten calls. Pick up. Okay. So if you're using your phone, that's going to take a while, which is why dialing softwares make it a little bit easier. So that's like step one. The expectation that you need to have in order to get an actual good result from calling leads.
