Learn how to check if your outbound calls are being flagged as spam by carriers. The video explains how different carriers handle spam metrics and why you need proper monitoring services to keep your call pickup rates from tanking.
There are a number of different things that would cause spam flagging. The important thing is that you are monitoring for it. Now, if you're monitoring and it just like says whether it's been spam flagged or not, that's probably a scam. You're not really paying for anything. Each carrier has a different spam flagging metric and a different company which monitors the spam flagging for them, or your sales manager. Or you are just calling yourself on the numbers like, these are futile ways of doing things. All you're doing is seeing if it's spam flagged by your carrier. So unless you have Verizon phone, a Sprint phone, T Mobile, whatever other one you're going to be using, there's sort of no point doing it. So you actually have to pay for proper spam monitoring. We do that. We have our own spam monitoring and we monitor every single number that's in our system, 24 hours a day, seven days a week, in real time on every single carrier. So having that's really important because if you have numbers that are spam flagged, then you are going to get significantly reduced pickup rates and you're just not going to have a chance to actually speak to your prospects.
