Hey guys. What's up? Matt here and welcome to another episode of Just a Tip. Today's episode is about how to structure your day for success. Now I'm not going to talk about, you know, doing yoga and all that kind of stuff. I'm probably talking about from a sales point of view. So there are a couple of things that you need to do in your daily routine that are going to give you the best, absolute best chance of making the most amount of financial success in sales as possible without working for 22 hours a day. There are. The first one is you need to, every single week you need to have times for follow ups. You need to have scheduled times for follow ups. Okay? Now you can't have a crazy amount of time scheduled for follow ups. So you have to have a good workflow for follow ups to be able to get a high work volume out relatively quickly. The next thing is you have to have a scheduled out time for referrals. Okay? Every single week you need to be doing referrals. It's a massive, massive income generator once you get good at it. The third thing is you need to have a process in place for everyone who doesn't show up and you need to be able to track those numbers so you can estimate how many people are going to show up and how many people aren't. So then you're going to be able to like if you can guesstimate that 20% of the sales calls that you book in no show, which is pretty accurate, then you can have a floating follow up time where like your SOP for a no show is you do an hour of follow up and that's going to, that's going to really sort of open up your diary times because what you don't want to have is 16 hours a week full of like nonsense tasks that aren't selling because selling needs to be your priority. That's the priority is selling. The next thing you have to do is you have to look at your diary from a really objective perspective and go for my goals. I want to make X amount of money. I need to give myself that amount of time in my diary to make that. And that's going to depend on your numbers. If you close at 10%, you have to book a lot more calls in. But that's okay that you close at 10% because you might be new. Okay? Now if you close at 60%, you obviously need to dedicate less time to get the same financial results. So you have to understand your numbers and then structure your diary in a way to where you can actually be successful or realize that it's impossible for you to be successful given your current stats. So then you can adjust your metrics of what success looks like. Okay, so whether that's breaking up your sales calls, I don't recommend doing any more than three sales calls back to back. I think any more than that can be you. Just if you because if you get three no's in a row, the rest of them are going to be no's. If you got eight calls just because of psychology, for most salespeople, those are really, really important things. I want you to go out, try and structure your day. Okay. Comment down below. Structure if you want me to kind of do some more stuff on this. Okay. But make sure you, like, subscribe, hit the notification. But all that kind of good stuff on top of the bye.
