One of the things that I really disagree with in sort of sales culture is that it's. There's like a weakness, like, right? But, like, be aggressive. Ask for the sale. It's like, well, yes and no. I think it's good to be confident, but I think you don't need to be assertive when it comes to asking for a sale. Like, that's not the play. I don't think, and I can justify why is because, like, if you do an option, close be like, all right, what works best for you? We're going to do this one or this one OR Visa or MasterCard. They can choose. But then the next question is always going to be like, okay, so, like, let's do it. I just don't see the point. What I would do is, like, I like to do it, and I like to invite conversation. Because if you invite conversation, the conversation never has to stop. So if you give someone a binary a yes or a no, you have to backtrack from the no and then move forward. So you're constantly doing three steps back, four steps forward. It's a really arduous and combative way to get a sale if they do have genuine concerns. Right? Which, it's fair enough. If you're asking for $15,000 or something to sales train someone for six months. There's tons of stuff to think about, but we can work through it.
