This is a YouTube video titled "If You Keep Getting No Shows, Do This✅ | Matthew Ryder" containing a monologue by Matt Ryder recorded in December 2023. In this content, Matt Ryder discusses strategies for improving appointment show-up rates by adjusting booking timing and communication methods, emphasizing experimentation and adaptation over time.
The show up rates are sort of going to be how are you asking for that booking and what communication are they getting in between? Are you booking out seven days out, they're going to no show? Like they just forget you exist. Are they getting too much? Are you overwhelming them with information? Are they not getting enough information? There's no one thing that I can tell you which is the right answer. All I can do is say, if you track it and try different things, then you will come up with the right answer for that particular time. And then as time goes on, if it starts to become less effective, then we just make small changes, knowing that we have a good foundation because nothing is perfect. And marketing and sales have like an ebb and flow to them. Just things change.
