This is a YouTube video titled "Improving conversational skills: Critiquing a transactional speaking style." The discussion focuses on improving communication effectiveness, particularly in a prospect or client interaction context. There is no indication of multiple speakers or the involvement of Matt Ryder.
Like, I don't think there's anything bad going on in particular. It's just. It feels like, quite transactional. Okay. I'd have to say, like, you have quite a pleasant tone, but you're going through it, like, at a pace where it's just sort of like question answer with no kind of like, there's no conversation. Like, there are parts in there where you're kind of trying to be a little bit, like, funny or not funny, but you're trying to be, like, light. But you're breezing over it so quickly, and you're not, like, you're not sort of chuckling about it. So it doesn't really give them time to react to it. So I would say, like, just, like, slow it down a little bit in those. On those specific parts or just. Yeah. Like, give them time to kind of fulminate. You know what I mean? Go over the parts quickly that you don't feel are important. Right. But in the parts that you sort of want to focus on, make sure that you. You give them time to go through it. But I think, like, yeah, there may be a little bit more dynamics in the voice. Dynamics is like the ups and it's like the up and down. Yeah. Like, the modulation again. I think that it will help, like, you connect a little bit better with the prospect, because I feel like you probably. It's a bit surface level. Is that how it feels? Yeah, 100%.
